Vietnam received a second submarine project 06361 and put into operation the first
The leading Vietnamese submarine HQ-182 Hà Nội (01339 building number) of the 06361 project was laid at Admiralty Shipyards OJSC in St. Petersburg 24 August 2010 of the year, launched on the 28 August 2012 of the year, and entered the factory 3 test of December XNXX . The act of technical transfer of the boat Hà Nội of the Vietnamese Navy was signed on the Admiralty Shipyards 2012 on November 7. On November 2013, the boat was loaded in St. Petersburg on the Dutch transport ship Rolldock Sea, which on November 15 sailed to Vietnam, skirting Africa along the way. The ship Rolldock Sea arrived at the Vietnamese naval base Camrani 19 December 31 of the year, and the submarine HQ-2013 Hà Nội was launched there from the ship in the evening 182 January 1.

It is reported that on January 19 the submarine Ho Chi Minh under its own power left St. Petersburg for Kaliningrad, where it should be loaded onto a transport vessel for subsequent delivery to Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh is expected to arrive in Vietnam in early March 2014.
Information
