Revenues and inflation. Who will win? Part of 1

22
Today, forums where various economic issues are discussed are full of comments that a certain “bloody gebnya” constantly deceives people with information about inflation in the country. As a proof, they usually give some product that last year was 25% cheaper than the current one, and this “fact” implies that real inflation in the country is 20-25%, and everything that flows from the TV - rough and blatant propaganda, as it says 6-10% of inflation, which is at least twice or even three times different from the "real state of affairs". There is also such an approach as a “clumsy argument” when they give prices as an example, for example, for gasoline, in 2001 and in 2012, then divide one by the other, the result is 350% difference, then this percentage is divided by the number of years , which ultimately gives 32% "inflation" per year. Complete nonsense in terms of basic knowledge of mathematics and the procedure for calculating inflation. But it would not be superfluous to say that the most common way of expressing one’s opinion in the comments comes down to an ordinary emotional post, not equipped with any arguments-arguments in principle, and it sounds like “As you know, everything is bad / not so” or “I know for sure that everything is bad / wrong”a good example of such "Shot in milk" led user hitech in his post comment "About pensions":

hitech
“Where are the inflation statistics? She eats all your laudatory remarks on time. "

The purpose of this article is to clarify the situation in question.

To begin with, let's go through the main remarks to my previous article, and again we will do it. tezisno If someone reads this series of articles for the first time, I first recommend reading previous studies to avoid stupid questions and comments in the comments, namely the article on food security. “Part of the 1. Battle of the harvest ", “Part of 2. About animal husbandry " и “Part of 3. Food security", as well as the two articles that are most closely related to our current topic, namely: "On income and rising gasoline prices" и "About pensions and prices"
Revenues and inflation. Who will win? Part of 1

1) The “Tails” heading is opened by the thesis “Author Kremlebot” already familiar to us.
vaf (1)
1) «You are there in the Kremlin, persistently consider the people to be somehow ... who cannot neither count nor write, and even speak with difficulty?
...
Although you, in the "Kremlin" state, this is not visible, you can still have a portion of 60 dishes in the canteen at 5 rubles.
...
this yours pathetic attempt to somehow justify his Proedrosovskuyu policy... failed miserably. "

2) "...you still not visible people because of the high red-brick wall or windows of a toned car not made in Russia, by the way! ”

3) "First, it not the author, but a group of fellow political technologists, PR managers and image makers who "Work off their bread" for absolutely no "pension" salary for the glory of the Great and Almighty Ruler. ... Well, it did not work for them to “do” ... “How to live well in Russia” ... ”

Interestingly, the same character was throwing out the same kind of replicas. I even thought of an apt statement, heard in the States: “Who farted?”, Which roughly means “The cap burns on a thief” or “Who has pain, he speaks about that”, however, this is a theory, but the methodical character of this character is alarming.

2) Another good old look of comments, which generally sounds like this: "The author is lying, but I do not know where, just lying and everything!"

The main characteristic of such a comment is the absence of any objectivity, objectivity or constructiveness, the main effect of such a “flood” is that the comment field begins to be filled with a negative assessment of the article, which in turn affects other readers and creates in their head false thesis: “Since there is so much criticism, it means that the author really is lying”. Let's look at one of them on the example of a user already familiar to us above. vaf (1) and some others.
vaf (1)
“Dear author! Your article, that the previous one, as the current one, is ... I will not repeat all the “numerous epithets” that the members of the forum have awarded it, but I will write simply - PROFONATION for “People, who already ... shavayet”!
...
According to the first article. You took exactly one income and one gasoline and “soars people's brains”, but modestly keep silent about the fact that the increase in gasoline prices immediately pulls up and not even immediately, but as soon as rumors about it appear, then “flies” up ALL !!!
About the second, this is your pathetic somehow to justify your “pro-proslosovskuyu” policy ... failed miserably ... because the mere “increase in reasonable tariffs” in the housing and utilities sector ... eats away all the “pension” “gains”.
In general, you are the deepest minus! "

The author does not seem to care about the article itself, it seems that the “marshal” looked with one eye at the last chart, and with the second one looked at the conclusions and went to express his opinion. How else to explain his emphasis on raising utility tariffs, although we took them into account, or, for example, his attack on gasoline, that "we" (who are we?) “We are silent about the fact that the increase in gasoline prices immediately pulls up and even not immediately, but as soon as rumors about it appear, it“ flies ”up ALL !!!” that, in principle, proves the correctness of the choice in our calculations of gasoline, and not a big poppy or roll of toilet paper, moreover, the article separately provides calculations taking into account food, utility tariffs and gasoline for per capita incomes. Let me remind you that the results of the calculation of salaries in liters of gasoline and the “sets” of the second article almost completely coincided ...
avant-garde
“Incomes of citizens and prices for gasoline. Who what? ”- this article, what, from the same opera?
And what is there in how many times has the pension increased or decreased in kilograms of tablets? ”

Take and count, what's the problem? Although the "irony of helplessness" and nihilism in this post are obvious. But after my request to say something, the specific author included “demagogy” ...

What do we see? Well, first of all, the fact that he would later appeal to the author of the article that it would be nice for him to re-read his article again and then he would immediately discover the “truth” and the “deep meaning” of his first comment caused a smile. And in fact, we are witnessing a transfusion from a sieve, and when the author was asked to bring something concrete, we did not hear anything except the “sound of a flush barrel”, i.e. the author refused further arguments ...

“The article is bad because it is poorly perceived, piled on a bunch of numbers and graphs, pledged some quotes ... people need a correct and simple comparison comparing.”

Alas, to create any “myth”, especially a liberal one, you just need to consider one thing apart from the general, and to give an objective picture of what is happening, you need to spend a couple of days, or even a week, to research the topic and collect the necessary “orange” or other “color” propaganda, that only by shouting “Together with the EU we will live as in Europe”, and, comparing the Khrushchev and houses from some Hamburg’s richer sleeping area, in passing having given something about the “visa-free regime” and “bad moskaly” (and voila), you have already formed a public opinion, which is not as easy to break as create it.

3) The following group of comments is combined under the heading “The armor is strong, and Tanks ours are fast. "

Simply put, readers continue to bend their line and deny anything and everything, regardless of the content of the article, methods of counting and irrefutable arguments.

hitech
“Where are the inflation statistics? She eats all your laudatory remarks on time. "

avant-garde
I heard that “Merkava” is one of the best tanks in the world, but in the area of strength of “frontal armor” and “passive protection” they have to learn from, because the meaning of each article was to take into account the inflationary losses of our income as much as possible. , for this, we did not calculate the “Big Mac Index” or, as it was in the first article on income, the “AI-92 Index”, but used a set of daily basic food products and utility tariffs.

4) The next group refers to the thesis “Personal Sensations” that has already emerged, and more than once.

Valery Neonov
“Average pensions of citizens of the Russian Federation in physical terms increased by 5 times. - If we take into account the figures indicated in the article (housing and communal services and prices for products from the “kit”), then this is probably true; but nothing to do with reality. ”

Whose reality? In my "picture of the world" everything converges, however, I am not at all pleased with the next increase in food prices.
Some of the users recognize the subjectivity of personal feelings:

Normal
Of course, personal sensations are a subjective indicator, but nevertheless, a person lives with personal, subjective sensations. Objective reality in sensations is given to us. ”

In this thread, it was about the fact that houses are being built and more cars, and many cannot afford to buy it. There is such a popular phrase “I am not rich enough to buy cheap things,” in our case, this is quite appropriate for loans, because if you decide on a loan, it means there are resources, otherwise the bank would not issue a loan. The same is with housing, in any country there are people - BOMGI, there are “lifelong tenants” and others, they always will not get away from this, another point is that the mortgage should be more accessible, this is beyond doubt, but also this can not bend, for the States - a sad example of this.

5) Again step on the same rake people throwing remarks from the category "The author chose the wrong option"
in our case a sequel was added "And the wrong starting point."
makarov
“The author ... is modestly silent about how many times the category of ... essential goods… forgot to put panties, socks, soap, powder, toothpaste, slippers, shoes, boots, seasonal clothing, etc. The author, I'm sorry for straightforwardness, but your conclusions are fuzzy ... "

Of course, thanks for the advice, any constructive criticism, I am ready to listen and respond quite adequately, but there do not include recklessly aggressive emotional attacks in the style: “Nonsense!”, “Profanity!”, “Fuflo!” As for your proposal, then It seemed to me interesting. Therefore, I have significantly expanded the list of products (the full list will be in the main article), took into account utility tariffs available to me and added practically everything you asked for. Instead of powder (since there is no data) I took shampoo and soap, I added socks and tights from clothes, and did not add the rest (coat, shoes). Since, firstly, it is at least the right things, but we buy them less than once a month, and, secondly, if they are taken into account, the pension would increase in 17 times compared to 1999 year, since inflation for these goods was much lower than for food, but for a small compensation I added all modes of transport, including the subway. Here's what happened:

As we can see, the difference is 4,5 times. On this, I believe, the topic of real growth of pensions and the rise in prices has been exhausted.

Was mammoth
At the end of 70's, I got only 240 rubles. Imagine how I became "better" to live. And then the pensioners maximum 132 p. have received. Even if the current average pension is divided into 132 ... Magnificent times will turn out !!! That's how much time to compare, and then - 1999 year. Finely I think the author will take into account the flaw.

This user, apparently, also did not delve into the article and went straight to commenting, as he is confident that the conclusions are based on the fact that I divide the 2012 nominal of the year by the 1999 nominal, so I suggest that I also divide it into the average 1970 pensions of the year. Be careful, Comrade Lieutenant General.

pv1005
“Why compare with 99 year (complete collapse and impoverishment of the people after the default)? Compare with pensions like 85-90. ”

The purpose of the article was not “To compare the incomes of Soviet pensioners and current ones”, but “to show the dynamics of growth of real pensions over the past decade”. Moreover, comparing the heyday of the socialist state and the current Russia in the sphere of incomes of the population is the same as calculating the distance from Moscow to Vladivostok in liters of vodka drunk along the way.

6) Unfortunately, it didn’t do without the basic thesis, which follows any statistical research, namely: “Your indicators are the average temperature in the hospital”.
alone
"... If my neighbor ate one whole chicken, and here I fell asleep hungry, then on average my neighbor and I ate half a hell of a chicken."

borisjdin1957

I partially agree with the criticism of such an indicator as “average salary” (the continuation of this topic is lower in the article), but with the indicator “average pension”, in my opinion, everything is more or less transparent.

7) Well, the traditional comment parade under the heading "Lies, juggling and half-truths."
Normal
In Soviet times, we passed medical examinations free of charge and always once a year. In Soviet times, we did not pay tuition and medicine. In Soviet times, we ate, maybe not so abundantly and diversely, but with natural products. In Soviet times, housing was available to everyone, just work.

Without denying the merits and successes of the USSR in many areas, including social, I would like to remind the “army general” that for some reason the citizens were fed up with the paradise life under the Soviets, and they joyfully overthrew the CPSU. Someone will object that it was destroyed from the outside, and they will be right, but we did everything for this, trying to roll a huge very heavy ball up the hill, and when the resources were exhausted, and the forces, i.e. there was no safety margin, external forces needed only to give impetus for this ball to roll down the mountain, crushing all who tried to hold it. But most eloquently, this will be shown by some of the slogans of those years.

Well, in general, the song !!!

By the way, the author impudently lied about “Affordable housing”. In the Soviet era, stories about some “super-availability” of housing are precisely stories and nothing else. Simply rationing forms were different. And instead of many years of refusing to afford everything that is required today to raise money to buy an apartment or pay a mortgage, there was a long-term queue for housing, non-prestigious work with housing in the form of compensation or the lack of any prospects for improving housing conditions You didn’t get into this line by any criteria, and somehow you didn’t feel like going to the street sweepers or the police.
borisjdin1957
«I already wrote, my friends and I have a pension from 7 thousand to 9 thousand. I am disabled 2 gr. This month, for a communal paid about 4000, on drugs took about 2000. The rest is 1000. ”

Here we observed a stuffing "floortruth, when only part of the truth is said, and the rest of the important components are hidden - accidentally or intentionally. The author declares that he pays more than half of his pension for a communal flat, another third for medicines, and 1000 rubles remain for life. And only after my remark, it turned out that the amount for housing and communal services is for three. Heating and some other tariffs are calculated by the number of tenants.
borisjdin1957
«... Yes, the spouse works and receives within 12 thousand. The son is also registered. All the crying on the counters ...? "

iwind
“If everything is good with my pension, then I’ll see EVERY day at least 10-15 old women selling their humble swag / greenery ...”

We’ll leave the theme of old women, because I rented a flat with one such student, and brewed the moonshine, and the freezer was packed to capacity, but I also did not hesitate to sell dill from the dacha, so for many of those old women you see, it’s no more than a “hobby” with additional earnings, although I don’t deny the presence of pensioners who are begging or collecting bottles, but their number is now disproportionately less than we could see in 90 and the beginning of 2000.
Further, there are similar distortions of the main theses and conclusions of the article.
Was mammoth
"Shadow on the fence."
According to the graphs of the author, my wife began to live five times better. Thanks to the author - enlightened. And considering the previous article, I thought about moving to Rublevka. ”

Grbear
In general, your work convinced me that Russia is a fabulously rich country that can afford to “feed” half the world and somehow support social programs. ”

makarov
“Hab. commentators! You shouldn’t argue, AUTHOR AUTHOR SAID, that YOU, pensioners, ALL WITHOUT EXCLUSION LIVE AMERICALLY, and only because of your stupidity, you can’t appreciate this, and give due STATUS OF THE STATE about YOU !!! ”

The pattern is the same: “great”, “state care”, “rich country”. Let me remind you that in the article I, on the contrary, insisted that we owe the older generation very, very much, and not 10-11 thousands of rubles. However, I am categorically against any populist appeals for a one-time increase in pensions or salaries of state employees in 1,5-2 times, since elementary logic is enough to understand that increasing all pensions by 10 dollars increases the state's expenses by at least 6 billions of dollars a year, tons. e. if you increase all pensions on 20 dollars (620 rubles) all the money for the Olympics would be spent for 4 of the year, add to this the salaries of state employees, and it turns out that the infrastructure of the city of Sochi and the stadiums, roads, and other facilities orymi will use more than one generation of Russians would be "will pass" for 2-3 years. But this is offtopic.

8) A new comment rubric has appeared: "From a third party."
Some users are starting to build their assumptions not only about my “venality”, but also about my background, education, addictions and so on ...
Normal
“I read the article and comments to it, and I can’t get rid of the feeling that the author is a matured, smarter and well-educated ... gopnik, punks from the sixties and seventies. So it reads in his requirements for commentators of figures, analysis and verified data, old and unkind patsansko-contemptuous, pronounced solely after spitting through his teeth and crooked mouth: "And you, damn it, prove it!"

With this approach to the facts, this user only works as a lawyer in court. In general, the description is interesting, it actually became ridiculous to me, do I really write like an 40-50-year-old with a Gopovsky past?

There was another really truthful comment:
kaktus
“Pension 11000, apt. Khrushchev fee - 2300. In addition to eating - ... be, even the pensioner needs winter clothes and shoes, and at least analgin-nitroglycerin-phenolphthalein. Than to argue with the author, I will go and testify my Musu ... Fat minus to all such articles. IMHO.

This is roughly how the average pensioner is doing, therefore, despite all the successes that our country has achieved, there is still a long time ahead of us in working to improve the quality of life of various sectors of society. The word “success” did not take quotation marks, since with all the popularity of the ideas on super-profits, which must be “taken away and divided,” they do not have much in common with reality. More information about this was written in the example from Sochi. Although reducing the army of officials in two times, more stringent measures to combat corruption, fraud with government orders and tax evasion would help speed up work in many areas.

Separate mentioning is a user such as Yarosvet. I must admit that a person is not stupid and quite cunning. For clarity, I post our controversy with him.

Immediately notice the contradictions in the messages in the responses. He first writes “How much money do you need for a FULL Catering for a year, provided that the existing prices remain unchanged and you do not have a subsidiary farm (the answer“ I have enough ”doesn’t roll)?”

That is, the answer does not give, but throws in another question of the type: “Look, you will find out”, although he himself does not possess such information, but he frankly does not want to lie. The same applies to the other part of his commentary:
“What is the REAL subsistence minimum in the country by groups (children, able-bodied, disabled) of the population, and how do the incomes of these groups correspond to it?”

Again, in the absence of an answer, he prefers to ask ... Demagoguery. Exactly that is why I asked him to write concrete facts and figures so that there was something to discuss. I ask you in every article to be constructive, not “throw-in.”

And then, you can see a good example of how to use rhetoric.

He writes: “To the question about the amount you need for good nutrition, do I have to answer?”, Although he wrote the comment above, the answer “I have enough” doesn’t roll, ”that is, if I say that I have 10000 rubles there is enough to eat and dress, although the author himself demands it from me and immediately says that he cannot calculate the amount even for me.

On the facts of camouflage, he writes: "The average nominal positive dynamics is shown, but its correlation with the growth of real inflation is missing."

Actually, we are doing this, we use a natural unit for the most necessary and frequently purchased goods, which discards all questions about any inflation.

He further writes:“At the same time, the initial incredible underestimation of salaries / pensions and the ability of the economy to ensure the minimum wage at the level of 30 thousand are not purposefully taken into account”

I have one feeling that the numbers are from the ceiling? How did he figure this out? Let everyone add up all the products that will be listed in the article below on 5 kg, buy socks and go to transport ten times, how much will it be? Then it will be constructive. Moreover, I am interested in the possibilities of the economy to provide the minimum wage at the level of 30-thousand. This is a lie! The example with the growth of pensions and the increase in costs proves this.
Further, "The conclusion also completely ignores a number of articles of the Constitution."

Article itself did not set such a goal, it is called "The substitution of the thesis"since we initially calculated how many times salaries and pensions actually increased, and not its conformity to anything.

The fact that the minimum wage does not correspond to the subsistence minimum, I do not deny, but the fact that the minimum wage grows several times faster than the rest, already indicates that these figures will be equal to 2-3. So Yarovet still has time to flaunt this argument, albeit inadvertently.

With this we finish and proceed directly to the matter in the second part of this article.

"Once upon a time, two monks walked from village to village, from city to city and the holy places will worship the relics. Once, in the dark in one of the villages, they asked the owner to spend the night, the house was poor and the owner said that his wife was seriously ill and was not in the house. places, but invited them to spend the night in a stable where the cow was standing, to which the monks agreed with gratitude. Morning came, the young monk woke up and saw that the cow was dead, and the elder monk, his fellow traveler, prayed and thanked God for this, he said nothing, surprised by this that By the younger, they went on. By the next night they came to another village, on the way there was a house not poor, brick, with brick yards, the owners casually pointed them to the brick yard, the monks thanked them and went to bed. At night the young monk woke up from the noise of some kind of fuss, he opened his eyes and saw that his companion was sitting by the destroyed masonry of the wall in the corner and was diligently covering it up. hectares for the fact that the poor man's cow died, and why the rich man repaired the wall, neither one nor the other deserved his actions. To which the elder replied, the poor wife had a terminally ill wife, at night death came for her, and prayed to God that he would spare her, then he thanked him for taking the cow instead of her, in a brick shed among crumbling bricks I saw a treasure in the hole, the owner did not know about it, I closed up the wall because this person does not deserve wealth at all, except for what he already has. "This parable, which you probably know everything without me, I told because I I think he wants us to see not only what lies on the surface and is an eyesore for us, but what else does not allow us to live humanly. If we compare the life of an ordinary person in the USSR and now and do it as objectively as possible, then you can see that then we lived, I mean, the ordinary life of an ordinary person and not the state as a whole, not much better than now, and in some issues even worse. Now it is more important not to forget our achievements in the past, and on their basis to find the right path to the future, and this is the question: "K How can we make it so that we would at least live normally, but do without pitchforks and axes? "I don’t want to see enemies in everyone, the author of the article thinks so, well, okay, the more that he has said quite a lot of fairness.

No, the author summed up all this noodles to the last thesis about the fact that the growth of the minimum wage in Russia is "growing at a faster pace," but he "forgot" to say that, in addition to this, tax levies are also growing at the same rate, directly tied to Minimum wage. The most striking confirmation of this is the growth of contributions to the PFR for entrepreneurs:
      2008 - 3,864.00 rub.
      2009 - 7,274.40 rub.
      2010 - 12,002.76 rub.
      2011 - 16,159.56 rub.
      2012 - 17,208.25 rub.
      2013 - 35,664.66 rub.
almost ten times in 5 years
the author doesn’t affect inflation in any way, because all entrepreneurs are such suckers that under no circumstances will these requisitions be shifted to final prices, because they are all altruists.
All these fees are tied to the minimum wage, but when this is not enough, the "native state", like a banal cheat, changes the method of calculating this value, the growth of the minimum wage rises precisely to increase tax levies.
Thanks to the vigilant care of the "native state" only for the period from December 2012. to March 2013 more than 460,000 Ipshniks closed their operations in the country. And these are real people who, with their new prices for goods and services, did not fit into the realities of the tax pump, when the very meaning of work is lost.
And these are just contributions to the PFR of the Russian Federation - a mythical virtual fund that has not existed in reality since the EBN, which has poured all this money into the budget, where it has been received safely to this day.
Such articles do not write that the lion's share of real inflation is the growth of tariffs of "natural monopolies" and utility tariffs, which fluctuate in the range of 15-25% per year, this is the real inflation planned by the state, and statistical noodles are needed to calculate the increase pensions and benefits in a smaller amount.
The same noodles are present not only in calculating inflation, but also in calculating GDP growth in a country. Our statisticians, under the direction of the Siluanovs, Nabiulins and others, still have economic growth, while in the calculations of many economists it has negative values since September 2012.

Dear "netuvaruved", but a simple engineer!
As soon as the top officials announce an increase in pensions (which we, pensioners call "state handouts"), right there - without leaving the cashier, as they say - some cunning people sit down to rewrite price tags.
We are facilitated, degreased long before

The population does not have enough mobility, we still have a person who wants to get a job 1 (one) time and all his life "to receive" a salary. Now, if that unfortunate engineer with a salary of 5600 had resigned, then this greedy employer would have offered the next one much more. Wouldn't have gone anywhere ... not even a Gaster for that kind of money. Type in Yandex the search for a vacancy for an operation engineer, so for such vacancies they offer salaries of 50-60 tr I am now quitting, but I have proved to my employer and the salary for my position was added to the budget of the next year by 20% more ... I took care of the next one in my place ... Psychologists even recommend changing jobs every 5-8 years. Learn something and ... throw this exploiting spider.

THEY DIDN'T KNOW THAT LIFE BECAME BETTER, BECAME FUN!
"In Nizhny Novgorod, an unknown man committed suicide by self-immolating at one of the city's gas stations on Monday night. The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is conducting an investigation into the death of a person," the agency's website says.
The message about the tragedy came to the police by phone "02". The petrol station employees said that an unknown person bought 10 liters of gasoline from an operator. Having poured fuel into a plastic canister, the man walked away from the pump, poured gasoline over himself and set himself on fire.
Eyewitnesses to the incident put out the flames and called an ambulance. The victim was urgently taken to the Nizhny Novgorod Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics, where doctors diagnosed him with burns of 50% of the skin. The man died in the hospital without regaining consciousness.
Currently, on this fact, measures are being taken to establish the identity of the deceased and the circumstances of the incident, the Interior Ministry said.
Over the past few months, this is not the first case of self-arson in Russia. At the end of November, a visitor from Kyrgyzstan committed suicide in one of the parks in Yekaterinburg. It was found that a man born in 1988 had temporary registration in the city.
In mid-October, the police of the city of Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk Region, prevented suicide of a local resident due to utilities. A 43-year-old local individual entrepreneur, while intoxicated, came to the city administration and began to demand the connection of heating in his apartment. Representatives of the police department, the prosecutor’s office, an immediate response team, a private security squad, and police psychologists immediately went to the scene.
A businessman doused his clothes with nail polish remover and set fire to it. Law enforcement officers quickly put out the fire and delivered the citizen to the duty unit. Hospitalization was not required.
In early October, a pensioner made a similar suicide attempt at the administration of the Novoavachinsky rural settlement in Kamchatka. The woman, demanding that the water supply be returned to her house, began to threaten to burn herself in front of the officials, for which she poured herself with kerosene. The tragedy was prevented by the district police officer, who persuaded the woman to give the lighter and tell about the problem. After the suicide attempt, representatives of the administration and the contracting organization promised that they would resolve the issue. "

But the word "Bullshit", I have not seen in the comments, because it carries a slightly different semantic significance, and here on the site people are serious (except that sometimes they run a joke) and courteous.

Understand correctly, ladies and gentlemen and comrades. You shouldn't "shoot the taper". He plays as ordered. You just need to understand what this music is for. Well, you will never convince anyone that in 2012-2013 life did not become better than in the 90s. Because you will be wrong and the author's figures are very eloquent.
The problem in the materials of the author is different. If you look at his calculations, you can see a significant increase in all indicators for about a year until 2008-2010. But then, somehow, the growth begins or slows down, or even fluctuates in the negative. Take a look at the graph in this article. He is very eloquent. What does the author keep silent about? Yes, about what I already thrashed my tongue and erased the keyboard. Until 2008, we were given the opportunity to breathe after the "dashing 90s". Normal tax legislation, economic growth, real income growth. It was all silly to argue with the obvious. But a magical dream does not last forever. The oligarchs leading the country decided that we had already worked up enough fat, people had something to lose, the country's budget was full and could allow them to protect their wealth from both internal and external enemies. So it's time to start getting the fat noughties dividend. And if someone receives money, then someone does not receive it, according to the law of conservation of energy. That is why there was a collapse in economic growth rates and growth in incomes of the population (with, mind you, the same inflation rates). Not because of the mythical "financial crisis". We survived it in many ways better than the West. And many simply wrote off their deals for the crisis.

In general, gentlemen-comrades, please understand. There is no "black" and no "white" in Russia. There is no Savior of the Fatherland, Putin, as there is no corrupt liberal Putin. It is necessary to consider the ongoing processes objectively. And then you will not have inconsistencies between the internal foreign policy of our state, between "feelings" and "statistics". Feelings must always be believed, because they cannot lie. You just need to think about where they come from - these sensations.

And I have a big request to the author. I understand that your customer sets you certain limits that you cannot go beyond. As long as you write the truth about the growth of the Russian economy in the "zero", you are doing very well and unkillable. But to tell the truth that the USSR was better than our modern state, you cannot tell this truth. And as soon as you go to lie, everything becomes very bad and not convincing. How are you not ashamed to bring posters of the end of perestroika? After all, you perfectly understand that these posters were not made by the people, but by Western puppeteers and their fifth column. If you believe these "posters", then believe both the posters of the "swamp" and the liberoid "pro-salipomers" you are debunking, and the fact that Russia is protecting the butcher Assad, who is poisoning his own people with chemical weapons. And believe that Muammar Gaddafi was giving out Viagra to his soldiers. This is all the propaganda of the same State Department sharazh.
And about affordable housing in the USSR-no need to lie. All my relatives received housing from the state. They stood in line for a maximum of 10 years, and this was due to the fact that the father first changed his job, naturally losing the line, and then lost his apartment to a large colleague.

since December 2012 to March 2013 Over 460,000 Ipshniks closed their operations in the country. And these are living people who did not fit their new prices for goods and services into the realities of the tax pump when the very meaning of work is lost.

For the last 10 years I have been working directly with the entrepreneurial corps. I will take responsibility to assert that the reason for the closure of most entrepreneurs is simply the low qualification of entrepreneurs in the face of narrowing solvent demand. In recent years, 3 salaries have not been rising, food prices and energy tariffs are rising, factories are closing. Therefore, for the rest, most of the population simply does not have money. Therefore, demand is falling and businessmen are ruined simply. There is no revenue. And the real turnover of any entrepreneur is hundreds of thousands, and sometimes a couple of millions a year. And these hundreds of thousands - no. Therefore, they close. Amid these losses, an increase in insurance payments is not critical. Although they do not add optimism to the heap.
So the real reason is the deterioration of the economic situation of a significant proportion of the population. And this also arises from the growth of tariffs that are sanctioned by the state (here the author of the comment is absolutely right), and from the rise in prices for essential goods, which many entrepreneurs bully for any product or service is elementary from greed, and from the universal "kidalov" (entrepreneurs - clients and each other; unscrupulous workers - entrepreneurs), and from withdrawing money abroad. There are many reasons. But the main result: the state has withdrawn itself from its regulatory role in relation to business, and from control over unscrupulous officials who covet the general public misfortune. And taxes against this background are the tenth thing. By the way, here is a link about the reasons for the ruin of entrepreneurs: http://www.vedomosti.ru/career/news/20514881/ubojnaya-mifologiya. This I mean that you need to see the main reason.

And that all of you got mad at the author! It is clear to everyone that visitors to this site are ordinary people who are well aware of salaries, incomes and prices for everything and everything. 8 articles in two weeks is cool and is it worth stirring up the controversy? What is the point of proving to the author what has already been proven to us all by life itself. And in general, the meaning of writing this article is not clear, so to speak, but for what? Just "stir up the water"? We are not in a position to influence our incomes, wages, prices, inflation, and so, we can scratch our tongues like women on the heap ... And again I will go through the author: Well, I wrote these articles, so what? After all, nothing will change, neither incomes, nor prices, nor inflation, unless you get your fee. And those who ordered this "study" clearly do not live in Russia, otherwise they would know that on this topic we "hang noodles" is a senseless exercise. Something like this.

I wandered such thoughts .. Well done! I put an article minus only because the author began to teach members of the forum how you need to write comments on his article .. (high self-esteem among the brow clearly ..) What pleases the men realized what was happening!

The purpose of this article is to clarify the situation in question.
    Clarified the young man.
The purpose of the article was not “Compare the incomes of Soviet pensioners and current”, but “to show the growth dynamics of real pensions over the past decade.” Moreover, compare the heyday of the socialist state and present-day Russia in the field of population incomes is like calculating the distance from Moscow to Vladivostok in liters of vodka drunk on this way]. Why not, in liters? Vodka is our national treasure, and a universal measure.By which even conscience can be measured. Ask wives whose husbands are drunkards. They will even deduce a formula for you. And distance or time? Don't even hesitate. There was a popular pastime in Soviet times (even the army was attracted to it) - help to agriculture. Once we measured the time spent on a collective farm by notches on a log. One notch, one bottle. True, there was a difficulty - what to equate "Zubrovka", "Agdam", "Talas" ...? But, in general, the theoretical calculations of the time coincided with the real ones. By the way, have you at least put a scale in the consumer basket? wink Only the young man can count the end of the 90s as a heyday. Have you looked at your posted photos? "But some of the slogans of those years will show this most eloquently." True in the last poster. One scoundrel brought the country to the handle, another scoundrel picked up.
By the way, the author brazenly lied about "affordable housing for everyone.". Cool! Statistics do not say anything, silent, viper?
What is the purpose, such are the calculations. Statistics, however! The article is not related to the next pension reform?
Your work can convince people who do not know life or those who are far from Russia. There are not many of them on this site. Though... . Why not dream. About moving to Rublevka. To live in the serpent kingdom.wink

Gentlemen, comrades, I read and remembered an old anecdote about the Khrushchev monetary reform of 1961 (for young people, who does not know - the same denomination is 1 to 10): A drunken man praises new money "here before, I had dinner in a restaurant for FIFTY rubles with my wife, and now I can freely eat alone and for only FIVE rubles! "

Bgg. Author write. And they will be minus. The main time is already people to operate with constructive arguments, and not as you have in the pictures a herd of rogues criticized by the CPSU.
Most of the critics use the main argument "I know, I have lived and I know better than Rosstat. Anyway, your Rosstat is a liar."
I have many at work. They will get loans, women will leave them. Who's guilty?! Putin! The saints themselves.
For some who write opponents in putinoids and urapatrioty: use the interaural ganglion

Money is the blood of the economy! In every state, this very blood is formed and flows from something at some speed. In our country, these are oil and gas and energy complexes, it’s not a secret for anyone that we are a raw materials appendage of the West, but this is not the worst, but here is how our government regulates this rotation and fullness, i.e. how and with what it fills the essence of money is an interesting question, and here who would not refer to market relations, the fact that the government regulates these values is unequivocal. Examples of the sea, our domestic energy and gas prices are simply unjustifiably set by these monopolies, although in foreign markets prices are much lower and if domestic prices rise or fall there, our prices rise by any means. If the state really cared about its citizens, then lowering energy tariffs would entail a geometric increase in all sectors, by the way about the speed of scrolling of this very blood, here even calculations are not required, but the greed of the oligarchs keeps this stream running dry, just to not die completely, but stuff your bins. The greed of the brain is not enough to understand a simple truth, if they reduced these prices, the turnover would have increased sharply and they would have gotten more, but no, the toad is strangling!

When I got to the 2nd sentence and read the phrase As a proof, usually they bring some product-product, which a year earlier was 25% cheaper than in the current one, and from this "fact" it follows that real inflation in the country is 20-25% I realized that it accurately reflects my understanding of such a concept as inflation. But a couple of suggestions below, the author explained in detail what my knowledge really is, I think many will be interested to know: Complete rubbish in terms of basic knowledge of mathematics and the procedure for calculating inflation. - I didn’t teach math at school, I won’t lie, moreover, I was extremely surprised yesterday when I came to pay insurance for my four-year car, I have 10 years of driving experience, this is the second car and I’m kind of used to the fact that every year a car loses 2-10% of its value, this is normal, but this year I was extremely surprised that the cost of the car that I smashed a quarter ago and still hasn’t repaired (apparently Kim Jong-un has goods with details from South Korea on slowed down the border), not only didn’t fall, it also became higher than last year !!! Well, even if it’s not INFLATION for you, then I definitely don’t understand anything in the economy.
PS So tired of these pseudo analysts, economists and the rest of the rabble, who considers himself to be professionals, that there is a burning desire for all these smart statements to simply give a brick in physics, so that they shut up and go to turn the nuts in the factories, although I'm sorry: But it will not be amiss to say that the most common way of expressing one’s opinion in comments is reduced to a usual emotional post, which is not equipped with any argument arguments in principle
I hope the reason why the minus article is clear, as well as my sorcasm about this?

Honestly, I have not read an article about retirement wealth. But as I understand it, she is also in the key.
And it also makes no sense to dispute the facts of raising pensions. Which are actually indexed several times a year, and I'm even sure that they are close to real inflation and overtake the official one. There is no point arguing with this. Then the question arises. And why do not pensioners feel this indexation? Why do the numbers say one thing, but the sensations are different.
Yes, everything is simple, dear gentlemen, comrades. The Russian pension system is one big scam. Because EXISTING pensions that are ALREADY assigned are indexed. And if a pensioner lives on a pension of 20 years, then his indexed pension will indeed be substantial. After 80 years, my grandmother can even allocate money for gifts to great-grandchildren, and the money is not bad. Because she has been retired for more than 25 years and received indexation all 2000-e, when they really were. But father, having retired, received payments in 2 times smaller. Which now will also go cheat-indexing. And where is the guarantee that he will retire at least the same 13 years that his grandmother received indexation? And how many pensioners do they live long enough to live up to that level of indexation? Given that the average life expectancy of a man does not exceed 60 years? That nullifies the state’s obligations regarding the deceased part of pensioners, who were supposed to be indexed. And new pensioners again begin to receive with a minimum pension. Here is such a scheme. Everything is legal, but in fairness - a scam.

Plus, do not forget that average pensions are calculated in the same way as average salaries. You, dear, probably will not believe that there are pensioners who receive pensions for 40-60 thousand rubles. For example, these are pilots who retired at 90 and received indiscriminately extra payments for disability simply by experience. I'm not talking about retired officials and deputies.

I read (carefully) ALL articles of the author. In numbers, everything is correct. Feels like the exact opposite! As a person gravitating to justice, I understand that in 2002 I went to fret10 and rested in Sochi - enough for EVERYTHING. In 2013 I go to Mitsubishi, I relax twice a year abroad - I do not get out of loans! Sentry, inflation, are they deceiving us !? No, it’s just that the requests have grown - RIGHTS author absolutely! The same applies to the times of the USSR - what we do not store, having lost weeping! For those who have minus: If we talk about average salaries in the capital and regions, take into account the differences between the regions! I live in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, I work at school - the average teacher salary is 55000, the norm is 60-65000 + bonuses. Taking into account contributions to funds and taxes, 75-85000re is issued, at least in a large city, even in a village! In the industry 45-60000r. Not so bad ... in places ...
