Dmitry Rogozin said yesterday that the military-industrial commission at the beginning of 2014 will prepare and submit to the president proposals for managing the technical basis of the Strategic Missile Forces and EKR troops. According to Kommersant, the project was planned to demonstrate to Vladimir Putin even 29 November, when he held a series of meetings in Sochi with the participation of representatives of the rocket and space industry and the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, but because of the president’s workload, no one insisted on resolving this issue as soon as possible.
