Six great innovations embodied in the satellite Chang'e-3

In 01: 30 December 2 from the Xichang Cosmodrome South-West China launched the moon satellite sounding system Chang'e-3 with the moon rover on board. It is expected that after the satellite’s launch into the circumlunar orbit, the “Yuytu” lunar rover “Jade hare”, designed and built by experts of the Chinese Academy of Space Technologies CACT, will make a “soft” landing around the Gulf of rainbow.

Scientists from KAKT the other day, in an interview with an agency correspondent, explained what technical difficulties had been overcome in creating the first Chinese lunar rover.

It is known that the Moon does not have an atmosphere, therefore the process of “landing on the moon” occurs in a completely different way than the “landing”. Therefore, only with the help of our own propulsion system, it is possible to ensure gradual and smooth deceleration of the spacecraft, the speed of which when approaching the moon, according to experts, is 1,7 km / sec.

At the same time, for a safe landing in the established zone, it is also necessary to precisely adjust the position of the apparatus, for which the onboard "Chang'e-3" is installed a variable-thrust engine in 7,5 kN, designed by Chinese experts.

Specialists in the homing, navigation and motion control system of the KAKT moon rover reported that special sensors would be able to measure the speed and distance from the lunar surface and recognize the terrain with high accuracy.

It is possible that the spacecraft will turn over from a strong impact at the time of landing on the lunar surface, which, in addition, is known to be covered with a thick layer of loose dust. Therefore, with the impact of the spacecraft, a huge amount of dust will undoubtedly be thrown upwards, which represents a threat to the further "journey" of the lunar rover. To overcome the above problems, the Yuuta moon walker is equipped with a shock absorber designed and manufactured using special technologies.

The temperature drops during the change of day and night on the surface of the moon are quite sharp: in the daytime the temperature reaches 150 degrees Celsius, and at night it drops to 180 degrees below zero. In this case, the specialists had to solve the problem of heating and cooling the onboard devices. According to the report, the Chang'e-3 satellite is equipped with a variable conduction heat pipe that has never been installed on other interplanetary vehicles before.

In addition to dust, there are stones and craters of various sizes on the lunar surface. Ensuring the "confident" motion of the moon rover was another of the main tasks in the development of the satellite. Reportedly, the “Yuytu” chassis consists of a suspension and a six-wheel driving part, which are capable of moving the lunar rover forward, backward, turning in place, and also having high throughput.

To ensure a long "journey" on the surface of the moon, reliable operation and safety of the moon rover, it is necessary to develop a system for remote control of the movement of the apparatus. Thanks to the efforts of specialists, this problem was solved in time. Scientists are confident that in a matter of days the onboard radio complexes of the moonwalker "Yuytu" will receive the first commands from the Earth.

They learn themselves, not hesitating to borrow other people's ideas and not paying attention to copyrights. And we distribute our own, but we are embarrassed to take someone else's. Therefore, our high technology is below the plinth, our electronics - one, two, and miscalculated. Navigator for the army is like a Mercedes.

The illegitimate grandson of the chocolate hare will plow the expanse of the Earth’s satellite, maybe our specialists will launch something there, or else China’s plans to be the first to start exploring the moon !!! Maybe the series of our failures when launching the spacecraft will stop? !!!

1.- "bottom" radar, which allows you to study the structure of the soil to a depth of about 30 m and the crust of the Moon to a mark of several hundred meters.
2.- Near-UV optical telescope for astronomical observations, the objects of which will be double stars, short-period variables, active galactic nuclei, etc. (on the landing module)
3.-will be able to act in for three consecutive months.
4.-manipulator with sensors of the alpha-x-ray spectrometer and infrared spectrometer
        5. UV short-wave camera for observing the earth's ionosphere in the 30,4 nm band (on the landing module)
        6.-heat pipe of variable conductivity
        7.-CCD panoramic camera
8.-the first Chinese (!) "Lunar rover":

and the difference (from the USSR or the USA) is

9.- let's see what he "does" with the solution of the riddle of "riding stones"

From the standpoint of the vacuum form of life, the stones of the riders are cubs hatched by their parents, therefore, must be everywhere. wink
The Chinese "lunar rover" will EXACTLY EXPLORE THE MOON:
the main task of Lunokhod did not have the goal of exploring the lunar surface, the main thing was moving to the greatest distance (a record of range!). Therefore, when approaching the clusters of stones, which surprisingly often appeared at the direction of movement, both Lunokhods, instead of approaching and lingering for the study, for which time is necessary, instead, both Lunokhods went ahead in advance to go around the object of study as an annoying let. In fact, the looped path of the Lunokhods was connected precisely with the goal of circumventing what, it would seem, on the contrary, should have been the subject of a search. There were surprisingly many interesting things on the Lunokhod’s path, but all these curious objects only annoyed the team of riders, not only stones, literally everything that met on the way prevented forward movement.

          1) Is it true that for the terraforming of Mars, the Moon is required as an intermediate base?
          2) Is it true that the main obstacle to this process is the state of the core of Mars?

            I will try to assume:
            1. If humanity possesses ENERGIES of such a level that it allows itself to terraform Mars, it is unlikely that it (humanity) will need the Moon as an intermediate base. Although, with a high degree of probability, the Moon will already be "terraformed" by this time:

            2. About the core, did you probably mean gravity or its temperature?

We also started with trophy V-2s. We took 11 units and about 2 hundreds of engineers from Germany. We created the Kapustin Yar test site and in 1947 began to launch launches. Of 11, nine were successful.
And after 10 years - the world's first "Sputnik" of the Earth. And after 4 more, the first man in Space. We also, from 4 American B-29s, launched their copy, Tu-4, into production.
(but then the “despot” Stalin was at the helm!) The main thing is not only to “commune” the progressive, but just as important not to stop there.

According to legend, the jade hare lives on the moon - he is an eternal laborer, a “zealous hare”, who from morning to night interprets the potion of immortality in the jade mortar, which the heavenly gods themselves then give to the afflicted. This hare is a “wonderful doctor” and the savior of all sick people, prolonging life for people and animals. Protector of all suffering beings on the planet.

Hi, What can I say Well done, We now somehow calmly relate to such news, And before, Yes, and now we have learned to help, They have their own program, Yes, we once had authority in this industry, But tell us your achievements which country it relies on, Over the past 3 years we have been faced with strange failures, Commercial launches are more successful than purely Russian ones, Every country has space exploration failures, But we have very sensitive ones, The Martian program has been covered and this one preparation of the equipment lasts more than one year , The last flight of the truck went under a noisy campaign, as if it were an achievement, For a simple layman, just an ordinary launch, What to celebrate, And somehow - the launch of a Chinese bunny almost didn’t noticeably follow, It’s not very advertised for us, the Chinese space exploration program is still without such failures as ours, I carefully watched the reports of the Chinese cosmonauts, The first flew ours with might and main noisy oh sucks twenty years ago e such devices flew with us, It seemed to me as a simple layman looking at the frames, When the next ones flew, they were silent and the third launch, the device inside was not the same as ours, Of course, any country takes into account the experience of others, but space itself makes such requirements for the devices that they become almost similar, We somehow chatted around the box that the Moon program is being prepared, now the Moon begins to come to the fore it is where engineers and many more specialists from various scientific fields will be worked out and gain experience, Already without space research representatives of many professions don’t think about their work and the pace will increase, And to be honest, I’m happy for the Chinese; the Moon research program is also interesting and original and there are no glitches, Only the joy is mixed with bitterness that we still do not have an original working Moon research program,

Without an intermediate base on the moon, the terraforming of Mars is not possible, because of low gravity, launching spacecraft into deep space from the Moon is not as energy-intensive as from the Earth, moreover, if the technology for obtaining energy from helium 3 is created, the moon will turn into a second Kuwait. and the one who gets to her first will collect the cream. However, a lot of ideas for the "application" of the moon have already been sketched.

I answer you with the words of the media. It is clear that this is far from all true, even so far funny, but ...

China plans to build a missile base on the moon, with which it will be possible to hit targets on Earth. The PRC authorities expect to implement such a project by 2050, the newspaper said. The Beijing Times.

The publication refers to a source in the China National Space Administration. According to an anonymous expert of the department, it is planned to turn the natural satellite of the Earth into a deadly weapon that can hit any target on our planet.

Both Chinese and foreign journalists are already comparing the military project of the Celestial Empire with the "Death Star" - a combat space station in the fictional universe of "Star Wars". She was equipped with energy weapons of extreme destructive power, capable of destroying entire planets.

In addition, the Chinese military plan to build weapons test sites on the moon. They intend to use the Earth’s satellite as the base from which spacecraft will go into deep space, according to media reports.

    ... on the moon helium-3 ...

Undoubtedly, only there are some nuances:
“There will be about a bucket of this helium-3 per cubic kilometer of lunar rock.” And now we present a cubic kilometer of rock, the necessary equipment for its extraction, the cost thereof and the cost of at least its delivery to the moon.
    - At the current level of development of thermonuclear energy, there is also no talk even of theoretical prerequisites for the possibility of practical application of thermonuclear reactions involving helium-3. Even too early to speak about the general level of development thereof. While ITER will be completed, while experiments begin, until then, until now ... At least 40 years.

I have an opinion that China is not eager for exploration on the moon. And for example, in order to find a place to build a military base with nuclear warheads, it is very possible completely autonomous. Such a base can be used to hold any point of our ball at gunpoint, with guaranteed delivery of the warhead to its destination, if necessary, bypassing any existing air defense systems. A warhead flying at a speed of, say, 50 km / s is not capable of knocking down even one, even the most advanced air defense system. Similar projects were in the United States and in the Soviet Union, but in the United States it was decided that it was much more efficient to build democracies in the banana-oil republics and other Syria, and the Union would live a long time.

If this is the case, then within the next 10 years, China will launch launch vehicles suspiciously similar to our Energia (since it will take a huge carrying capacity to deliver the base components) to the moon. And then China will be close to world domination. China can dictate any terms, even America.

Two dozen aircraft, several hundred tanks. The Chinese army is 80% armed with our weapons. There are real traitors in the Kremlin. It seems that they are specially strengthening the Chinese army. I am ashamed of my ancestors. Who conquered such territory for us. And it is a pity and pain for the soldiers and officers who, in the event of a war with China, will fight and die. In the Soviet Union, with the strongest fortified areas, with mobile armies, they understood that the Chinese could be stopped with the greatest exertion of forces and casualties. The final trump card we had was a nuclear shield. And now these tricks are not a fact that they dare to use it. Putin doesn’t need to conduct thieving Olympiads, but build fortified districts. It is very difficult to talk about any technical progress. For example, when landing, you can use the simplest device for transforming a longitudinal force vector into a radial one. That is, any shock moment can be transformed into a radial force absorbing the first. By the way, this method is little used in terrestrial conditions. But in vain. The second one. temperature differences are positive factors that can also be used as potential differences in the corresponding circuit. Dust conditions are also effectively used to ionize the surface and generate energy.

Kissing the Chinese "jade phallus" remind you:
    "Venus"

A series of Soviet automatic interplanetary spacecraft (AMS) for studying the planet Venus and outer space. The harsh conditions on Venus, as well as the initial lack of reliable information about temperature and pressure, complicated the process of exploring the planet. The descent vehicles of the first series even had a buoyancy margin. Their first flights were unsuccessful - these were the first automatic interplanetary flights in the history of mankind. In the future, the USSR managed to achieve success in the study of Venus AMS so much that it began to be called the "Russian planet."

The first flight near Venus took place in January 1961. Venus-3 reached its surface on March 1, 1966 and became the first artificial object on the surface of Venus. Discoveries

"Venus-4" in October 1967 delivered a spherical descent vehicle to Venus. Information was received that at an altitude of 25 km the temperature of the atmosphere of Venus is 271 ° C, and the pressure is 17-20 atmospheres. It was found that the atmosphere of Venus is 90% carbon dioxide. The hydrogen corona of Venus was discovered. Before the flight of Venus-4, it was believed that the pressure on the surface of Venus is 10 atmospheres, but the processing of data from Venus-4 showed that the pressure on it is about 100 atmospheres. New data were obtained on the structure of plasma flows (solar wind) near Venus. In March 1972, a soft landing was made on the Venus-8 apparatus on the day side of Venus. The illumination on the surface of the planet was measured for the first time (it turned out to be the same as on Earth on a cloudy day), the ammonia concentration was measured at altitudes of 33 and 46 km, and the soil of another planet was first studied using a gamma-ray spectrometer. Venera-9 ”and“ Venera-10 ”in October 1975 landed on the day side of the planet at a distance of about 2 thousand km from each other. 2 minutes after landing, the transmission of a television panorama began. These were the first photos in the world transmitted from the surface of another planet. Soil density and the content of natural radioactive elements were measured. The transmission of information from the descent vehicle lasted 53 minutes. The stations continued their flight, entering the two-day, strongly elongated elliptical orbits of Venus and, thus, became the first artificial satellites of Venus in the world. In 1982, color images of the planet's surface were first obtained.

A further continuation of the Venus program in the USSR was the Vega program for the study of Venus (probes in the atmosphere), as well as Halley's comet.
