The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory ordered the arrest of a land plot of 9,2 per hectare in the village of Bolshoi Utrish in the suburb of Anapa, which in 2011 was sold by the Ministry of Defense of City Engineering LLC for the construction of a recreation center known in the press as one of the Serdyukov dachas. As a result, the right to own a plot is challenged by the Federal Property Management Agency and the Military Prosecutor's Office, the Kommersant newspaper reports.The territorial office of the Federal Property Management Agency for the Krasnodar Territory asks to recognize the right to the site for the Russian Federation. The first hearing on the merits of the suit is scheduled for January 15 of 2014 of the year. In turn, the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Southern Military District filed another lawsuit in the court, suggesting that the deal be invalidated, under which the rights to land, garage, gatehouse and summer house were transferred to City Engineering. A hearing on this claim by the prosecutor will commence on December 11. In both processes, the defendant objects to the claimed lawsuits, the newspaper writes.
According to the investigation, in July 2010, Minister of Defense Anatoly Serdyukov appealed to the Anapa administration with a request to transfer the Department of Property Relations to the department, which was then headed by the main person involved in the case of Oboronservis, Yevgeny Vasilyev, a plot of land in Great Utrish. On the plot was planned to build a radar station.
The land was transferred to the Ministry of Defense and a month later it was transferred to the unitary enterprise "District Material Warehouse of the Moscow District of the Air Force and Air Defense," and then was included in the authorized capital of the eponymous company, which was managed by another person involved in the Oboronservis case, Maxim Zakutaylo. Soon the site was recognized as a non-core asset and through the legal support center Expert, managed by Ekaterina Smetanova, was sold to City Engineering LLC for 110 million rubles - by 57 million rubles cheaper than the market value.

Defense Ministry is suing for yet another "cottage Serdyukov"
