Trans-Pacific Partnership as a reverse side of market liberalism

8
November 13 on site "WikiLeaks" The secret text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) on the legal aspects of intellectual property was published. This topic may seem boring - but only at a first and superficial glance. The fact is that this largest interstate treaty is a truly all-inclusive document, marking the onset of a new (and terrible) global era.

Trans-Pacific Partnership as a reverse side of market liberalism

According to WikiLeaks, the project covers countries representing more than 40% of global GDP. According to the informing organization, soon (19-24 of November 2013 of the year) in the USA (Salt Lake City, Utah) a summit of TPP main negotiators will take place. The draft text, which has been made available to WikiLeaks, shows the widest range of areas that will fall under supranational global control, if only the document is signed by the participating States. The agreement will apply to medicines, biological patents, publishing, Internet service providers and civil liberties.

Recall that the Trans-Pacific Trade Agreement involves the abolition of customs duties on goods and services between member states. The stated purpose of the trade pact sounds pretty good: the liberalization of the economies of the Pacific Rim countries. The first to lift duties agreed Chile, New Zealand, Brunei, Singapore. The United States could not stay away from such a global initiative and also joined the negotiators. Behind America, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Peru became interested in the pact. Next, the participants invited to TPP Canada, Mexico and Japan. Thus, a circle of twelve states has been formed, which are preparing to say a new word not only in the world economy, but also in geopolitics. Twelve is not the limit: the Philippines, Thailand and Colombia can join the treaty.

One of the most interesting aspects of the treaty is its secrecy. In the USA, even congressmen cannot get acquainted with the entire text of the document. It has been established that only three people in each TPP state have the right to familiarize themselves with the full version of the contract.

Michael Snyder ("Activist Post"), citing numerous sources, analyzed the policy of the American administration in relation to this agreement.

The author quotes the concept of “trade agreement”, thus making it clear that this is not only about liberal commerce. Do you know, he asks, that the Obama administration is negotiating a top-secret “trade agreement” without even allowing members of Congress to read the text? The treaty has 29 chapters, but only 5 of them are related to trading! The author points out that most Americans are not aware of this, but the document will fundamentally change American laws on Internet freedom, healthcare, derivatives trading, copyright issues, food security, environmental standards, civil liberties, and many others.

At the same time, the document integrates the United States into the emerging global economic system much deeper.

Why does Mr. Obama not want the American people to know about the content of the treaty? Snyder believes that after the countries sign the document, the American people will get very strict restrictive measures in the Internet sphere - under the guise of a fight for copyrights, and Wall Street dealers will get much more freedom in their risky operations. Moreover, the American economy will finally dissolve into the world. A number of points indicate that Obama could not have conducted the text through Congress. However, next spring, he hopes, “at the last minute”, to get the congressmen’s consent to this “free trade agreement” before the assessors understand what the pact threatens.

The author of the Infowars website Kurt Nimmo, referring to WikiLeaks, indicates that access to TPP projects is protected from the general public. Even members of the US Congress can view only selected fragments associated with the contract, and under strict control. Previously it was found that only three people in each country of the agreement have access to the full text of the document. Meanwhile, 600 trade advisors acting as lobbyists, guarding the interests of large US corporations (Chevron, Halliburton, Monsanto, and Walmart), received privileged access to important sections of the text.

Usually, such free trade agreements are approved by a majority in the House of Representatives and the Senate, which is preceded by a long debate. But today, the White House is looking for a way to get around the discussion, appealing to "trade facilitation." Hiding behind the need for such "assistance", the president may require Congress to vote within 90 days and without any amendments.

Of course, in the US, not everyone is satisfied with the behavior of the president.

Some members of Congress have already "woken up." A week ago, a small group of Republicans and a small group of Democrats sent Obama a letter strongly condemning this agreement.

Any participating country will be obliged to rewrite all of its internal laws and regulations in favor of TPP, obeying the rules that will dictate to corporations. In essence, this is a coup d'état. Moreover, unlike most of the domestic US law, the TPP contract will not have a term of validity.

The author believes that the gradual merger of the American economy with the economy of the rest of the planet is a complete disaster for America. Here are some simple statistics.

The United States is experiencing a trade deficit of more than 8 trillions of dollars in trade with the rest of the world (from 1975 onwards). The US has lost more than 56000 enterprises since the start of the 2001 year. If in 2000, more than 17 of millions of Americans worked in production, today their number is less than 12 of millions. According to the Institute for Economic Policy, every year America loses up to half a million jobs, due to the fact that production goes to China. According to Professor Alan Blinder from Princeton University, if the current trend continues, more 40000000 jobs in the United States will be transferred to offshore over the next two decades.

The new “free trade” treaty, Snyder writes, is neither free nor fair, and he will “absolutely gut” the middle class.

In the review on the portal Global Research It is noted that the TPP contract, as well as the TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership), excludes China. It is noted that TPP and TTIP together can cover more than 60% of world GDP.

Top government officials, including President Obama, announced their intention to sign and ratify the TPP before the end of 2013.

WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Julian Assange said that the US administration is aggressively pushing the TPP pact.

The longest chapter in the treaty - “Enforcement” - is devoted to a detailed presentation of new global police measures, which will have far-reaching consequences and affect personal rights, civil liberties, providers' activities, private life, touches on creativity, the biological sphere, ecology, etc. . Of particular concern are supranational judicial tribunals, which take precedence over sovereign national courts and do not give guarantees of respect for human rights. These courts will be able to hold hearings, using some kind of secret evidence.

Julian Assange believes that the TPP regime will violate the rights and freedoms, lined with intellectual and creative property. If you are reading, writing, publishing, thinking, listening, dancing, singing or inventing, if you are a farmer, or if you are sick, then TPP will take you to "the crosshair of your sight."

Also, the media has learned that the United States and Australia were supporters of the toughest points in this treaty. They insist on the creation of supranational courts.

Hence it is clear who is going to dictate the basic conditions of global “liberalization” and act as a world puppeteer. Comrade Snyder fearlessly fears the national collapse of the United States: he surrenders to us, he will find the time when Barack Hussein Obama, having left the White House, will head the global judicial tribunal. He is just a lawyer by education. True, Snyder may be saddened by the fact that the NSA's total surveillance, conducted (and conducted) by Obama's “priorities”, may soon seem like a warm-up before the world match ...

The longest chapter in the treaty, “Enforcement,” is dedicated to detailing new global police measures,

I wonder how many years this agreement has been prepared? We are waiting for the emergence of "AMERO", the default of the SHA, and the appointment of Obama as "switchman". Unless, of course, His Majesty "case" intervenes ....

This agreement, I think, is an integral part of the new world order. You see who wants to play the main violin-transnational corporation of America in it. The idea of chipization is actively pushed and advertised in the world (under any pretext), and Obama is at the forefront of this idea ( and what to expect from the puppet of TNK). Yes, and in Russia this company is actively gaining momentum. As they say, BE AWARE! I think that none of the members of the forum will want to become a chip slave. What I noticed is that the contract bypasses China. This is good the opportunity to put forward a counter-project by Russia as part of the strategic idea of a multipolar world, and to attract, in addition to China, India, Brazil, South Korea, South Africa, etc. That is, to create a block similar to the Warsaw-NATO Treaty.

The USA has reached the peak of its development. A capitalist country with the ideology of the owner capitalist. What could be the ending of such a plot? A group of traders will receive all the money in their hands, all the rest will become slaves to these gentlemen. This is the basis of the capitalist countries. In Europe, the process was stopped by the appearance of the USSR; in the USA, the Communist Party is still banned. So let people inherit capitalism further until the skin is removed from them.

Chile, New Zealand, Brunei, Singapore were the first to agree on the removal of duties ...
Following the America pact, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Peru became interested. Further, the participants invited Canada, Mexico and Japan to TPP.

An interesting combination: out of 12 countries, 3 and a half are economically developed, the remaining satellites are in their pure form, but having strategic importance in the form of bases. This is the first.
Second, what kind of media or copyright restriction in these 8,5 countries has global implications? If the States are preparing something for themselves, then "the flag is in their hands."
      Thirdly
TPP, like TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership), excludes China.

Do not bother with the answer. read
Currently, the Russian ruble is partially convertible: it was officially recognized by the IMF back in 1996 as convertible for current operations.

The main prerequisites for the introduction of full currency convertibility from the point of view of theory and world practice are considered to be: stable economic development, low inflation, reducing the balance of payments deficit, resolving the country's external debt, normalizing the political and socio-economic situation in the country. Introducing the convertibility of the national currency, one must proceed, firstly, from the extent to which basic economic and political conditions are ripe for this and, secondly, whether the government intends to use convertibility as an instrument of monetary policy and the economic strategy of the state as a whole. The latter is possible only when convertibility arises as an objective economic category, being the result of the development of a free market economy.

One of the hardest (let's say)
The communique of the French bank Société Générale - "Shekel is a safe haven in the stormy sea of the world economy" sounded quite expected.

            Israel, II quarter.

According to Société Générale, the results economic growth were significantly higher than expert forecasts.

The Israeli shekel met and even exceeded Société Générale's expectations based on the development of bank discount rates.

Israel's economic growth in 2014 will be 3.5%, which is more than in other countries of the worldwhose expectations were too high and did not materialize.

In particular, in the European Community, as well as in Russia.

At a meeting of bank investors, Société Générale’s expert on fast-growing markets strategy said:Shekel demonstrates several interesting defensive characteristics and is therefore one of the rare shelters for the currency of rapidly developing countries in the current complex economic world context. ”

            Israel and the regional crisis.

The opinion of one of the largest banks in Europe is curious: French economists do not believe that the "Syrian crisis" can in any way affect the state of the Israeli currency.

Moreover, at the height of the previous stage of the crisis, the shekel has grown significantly.

And experts assessed this situation as "the possibility of a predictable impact of the Syrian conflict on the state of the shekel and, rather, a convenient opportunity to increase the acquisition of this currency."

At the same time, the Bank of Israel for the third time left the discount rate unchanged at 3%. (my question is what is the bank rate in Russia?)

Which implies a calm and confident development of both the monetary system and business.

As a rule, in such cases, economic growth is the result of effective management.

And the strengthening of the national currency occurs, inter alia, due to the influx of investments from abroad.

According to experts, one can expect that further strengthening of the Israeli currency will occur against the background of the unstable development of the world economy.
In this regard, it is impossible not to say about another - the upcoming problem for the shekel - gas production and export(my notes in Israel understand. that the headstock from the export of gas is a problem. The economy is becoming lazy)

In terms of production, an investment should be expected.

From the point of view of exports - a significant strengthening of the shekel.

How the Central Bank of Israel and the government will cope with this can only be guessed.

TPP is not an attempt to dissolve American interests, but rather the sinking US economy is trying to survive by expanding the influence of major corporations on the global economy. I think it will be a semblance of the European Union, perhaps with stricter rules.

Such information draws attention to itself, except for economic reasons,
One of the most interesting aspects of the treaty is its secrecy. In the USA, even congressmen cannot get acquainted with the entire text of the document. It has been established that only three people in each TPP state have the right to familiarize themselves with the full version of the contract.

Those. By signing this treaty, they want to confront the peoples of their countries with a fact. And apparently there are reasons
Any participating country will be required to rewrite all of its internal laws and regulations in favor of TPP, subject to the rules that corporations will dictate. In fact, this is a coup.

It turns out the conversation is almost about public education, something like a federation. The US economy is not just sinking, it is squeezed like a lemon and thrown away. And also gain greater economic volume and power. Something all this reminds of the wise men sitting on Mount Zion.

Another bullshit ... The West is driving humanity into a trap - increase consumption and everyone will be fine! But then a person, in addition to signs of having a car, or a brick separate house, will differ from a gorilla or a baboon, only by the presence of clothes ...

But it will not work with this agreement as with one famous character:
"Why is he elusive, this Joe? Because nobody wants a fuck."
Such a secret agreement that its contents are known to 3 people in the country.
But they are discussing it all over the network. Was there a boy?
"They scare them with saucers, they say they fly vile .."

The states are trying to entangle the states of the region with the economic web of the Trans-Pacific Partnership program, and apparently with the goal of neocolonialism, rather than full partnership ... And the point here is to support the shaky American economy at the expense of the donation of the members of the agreement.
