Perishing Europe. How demographics and immigration became geopolitical weapons

112
Perishing Europe. How demographics and immigration became geopolitical weapons The participants of the International Conference on Migration and Interethnic Relations held in Moscow believe that the Russian authorities themselves produce illegal quotas and limits on illegal migrants. According to experts, legalizing migrants is cheaper than deportation. They need to be adapted to the conditions of life in Russia and integrated into society. Thus, experts of the conference on migration issues suggest continuing to lay the “migration bomb” under Russia.

Experts at the Unity in Differences International Conference recognize that inter-ethnic tensions are a global problem. However, most participants do not recognize the ethnic nature of conflicts. Alain Blum, a professor at the National Institute for Demographic Research in Paris, calls the riots in Paris "social-territorial" and not "national." In July, the crowd almost crushed the police station in retaliation for the detention of a local resident who attacked the police after checking the documents of his wife, who was wearing a burqa. According to the professor, these were citizens of France - descendants of 1970 migrants who wanted to protect and recognize their rights. And the exacerbation of the situation was caused by the mistakes of politicians at the state and municipal levels.

One of the ways that should reduce tensions in this matter is the adaptation programs for immigrants. Thus, in Western Europe, the program "Intercultural cities" has been operating since 2008. According to the Director of the Department of National Minorities and Anti-Discrimination of the General Secretariat of the Council of Europe, Aleksey Kozhemyakov, the task of this program is to “create platforms for intercultural dialogue” with the goal of “developing a strategy for regulating inter-ethnic relations”. However, to date, ethnic problems are not adequately resolved in any European city, Kozhemyakov acknowledged. Although in European cities there is a system of adaptation of migrants. In particular, the Stadt Wien program operates in Vienna: visitors are told about German language courses, “cultural practices”, and provide information about the health care and education system. According to Natalia Vlasova, Vice-President of the “Migration of the Twentieth Century” Foundation, there is a public-private partnership in the Philippines aimed at preparing local residents to travel to other countries. Up to 75, thousands of people annually undergo training organized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. The labor attache himself is looking for an employer, negotiating all the conditions.

The head of the Center for the Study of Interethnic Relations of the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (CIMO) L. Drobizheva believes that the increase in interethnic tension in Russia is largely due to the “territorial trauma” of the collapse of the USSR, local conflicts in the post-Soviet space. As a result, “the negative is poured on visitors”, two-thirds of Russians are irritated by representatives of other ethnic groups. According to research by the Institute of Sociology and CIMO, the main irritation is caused by representatives of the Transcaucasian and Central Asian republics. According to surveys, up to 44% of Russian citizens approve forced evictions of immigrants, and in megalopolises where there are more visitors, up to 68% of Russians come out for deportation. And 48,2% believe that all means are good to protect national interests, including violence.

The way out of this situation, according to Drobizhevoy, is to create a network of adaptation centers for visitors, where they will be taught not only the basics of Russian legislation and the Russian language, but also the basic rules of staying in the Russian Federation to reduce the intensity of irritation of the local population. The “countries of exodus” must also do this (apparently, at the expense of Russia, since they have no funds for this). In addition, experts from the International Conference proposed a campaign to legalize migrants in Russia. According to the director of the Institute for Migration Policy, Olga Gulina, the problem of illegal migration can be solved by two methods: deportation and legalization. In Western European countries, in particular, in Spain and the UK, it has long been concluded that deportation is too expensive, it is more profitable to legalize visitors. Therefore, in these countries periodically carry out campaigns for the legalization of illegal migrants. Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President Boris Titov proposes to conduct such a campaign in Russia.

Experts talk about the need to adapt and legalize migrants in Russia, justifying it with economic expediency. However, they overlook or consciously keep silent about the civilizational impasse to which Western Europe came, which a few decades ago opened its gates wide open to immigrants. Now the Europeans simply do not know what to do. Some urge to strengthen the programs on adaptation, multiculturalism, finally “ottolerastit” Europeans, suppressing in them the bare seeds of xenophobia, racism and nationalism. Actually, it is proposed to forget about the national culture and accept the fact that in a few decades Europeans will be a minority in their homeland. Others are turning to Nazism or supporting national parties. This is the success of the National Front in France, the party of the Swedish Democrats, which made the slogan "Save Sweden Swedish" and occupied 20 places in the Swedish Riksdag (up to 10% of the population are visitors). In Greece, the frankly Nazi Golden Dawn became popular (although it was repressed).

It’s time for Russia to learn a lesson from what happened in Europe, instead of learning from a bad experience. Western Europe has long been faced with the problem of the wave of illegal migration. The migrants come from the countries of the former socialist camp, where “democratic reforms” and privatization destroyed the economy. However, they don’t like these “those who come in the streets”, but they still suffer, they are Europeans (albeit “second-rate”, according to the hidden hierarchy). Great concern is the influx of uninvited guests from Arab and Black Africa, Asia. For the most part, they make their way through the territory of Turkey and Greece, Spain, and cross the Mediterranean Sea on various kinds of boats. The flow of refugees has especially increased since the beginning of the “Arab spring”. The “democratization” of Tunisia, Libya, Mali, Egypt and Syria has led to a sharp increase in those who want to get to Europe, which is prosperous compared to most Asian and African states. According to the UN, in September 2013, the number of refugees from Syria alone reached more than 2 million. And in early October, 2013, UN Deputy Secretary General Valerie Amos reported that there are already 9,3 million refugees in Syria. Of these, 6,5 million are considered “internally displaced”. This is with a population of 22 million.

The death of more than 300 migrants who drowned on October 3 during a shipwreck off the coast of the Italian island of Lampedusa caused a great resonance in Europe. On a small boat about 20 meters long there were about 500 refugees from Eritrea and Somalia, who wanted to get to Europe via Lampedusa. There was a fire on the ship, and it sank. Only 155 was saved, the rest died and went missing (the bodies were not found). The Italian president made a statement about the need to revise the state policy towards migrants due to a sharp increase in their number. Pope Francis called the tragedy at Lampedusa a disgrace. "This is a symptom of a lack of respect for a person ... It's a shame!"

The island of Lampedusa has long become notorious. This is a small Italian island in the Mediterranean, with an area of 20,2 square. km It is located in 205 km from Sicily and in 113 km from Tunisia. This relative proximity to Africa has turned the island into a transit point for illegal immigrants. Migrants arrive at Lampedusa in boats, small vessels, boats in the hope of moving to Italy or another European country. In 2008 alone, more than 23 thousand migrants arrived on the island. In 2011, there was even a riot, which became the scenario for the future of a large part of Europe. Illegals from Africa, frightened by the threat of deportation, set fire to their camp, where they were provided with medical care, temporary shelter, food, and then clashes with local residents began. Locals announced mobilization, began to arm, saving the house. The military, with the support of local residents suppressed the rebellion. The mayor of Lampedusa, Bernardino de Rubéis, bluntly stated: "This is a scenario of war."

Those who died at Lampedusa were solemnly buried. The sad ceremony was attended by the Italian prime minister and the head of the European Commission. However, this tragedy is not able to stop the flow of migrants. Ships with illegal immigrants keep going. The South European states - Greece, Italy, Malta and Spain - have repeatedly warned that they cannot cope with the influx of illegal immigrants. They ask the more prosperous northern states to take on most of the responsibility for this problem. The northern states declare that they already accept and settle 70% of refugees. The situation in some states is already simply critical. On the streets of large cities, you can already see more visitors than local residents. So, the population of England and Wales (the United Kingdom consists of four historical provinces - England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) in the period from 2001 to 2011 increased by 3,7 million. Moreover, most of them are immigrants - 2,1 million people. According to the latest statistics, already 13% of the population are foreign citizens. Among them are predominantly immigrants from the former colonies - India, Pakistan, Ireland, Bangladesh, the Caribbean islands, and Poland. British immigrants, especially those from the Caribbean, Africa and Asia, often do not work, are interrupted by benefits, odd jobs, including those of a criminal nature. Among people from Bangladesh and Black Africa, the unemployment rate is 24 and 27%. For comparison: among the white unemployed 8%.

Britain is very attractive for immigrants, until recently there were liberal laws for immigrants. A high standard of living and a well-functioning social security system are the main reasons why many immigrants would like to stay in the United Kingdom forever. The British Interior Ministry has more than half a million cases that concern immigrants (in the 2012, there were only 275 thousands in the year). The increase in the influx of migrants is enormous. According to surveys, the majority of citizens in the country believe that the UK is already “overcrowded” and decisive measures are needed to restrict the entry of immigrants. Half of Britons are ready to support a party opposing immigration, and believe that Muslims create problems for the country.

In recent years, the British government has tightened immigration regulations. The law was toughened to obtain student visas. In recent years, tens of thousands of people have arrived in the UK under the pretext of training. Most of these people did not intend to leave after completing their studies or did not study at all. In the Kingdom, dozens of false universities were closed and tightened the rules for enrollment of applicants not living in EU countries. However, illegal migrants found a new channel of entry into Britain - a fake marriage. "Grooms" and "brides" thus earned good money. Such marriages are thousands. In this case, immigrants even get social benefits. In the 2012 year alone, British police revealed more than 2 thousand fake marriages. But this is a small percentage of their total.

The Minister for Immigration of the United Kingdom has already stated the need to improve the system of control over people entering the country. The Border Control Service complained that there is no clear program in the country to deal with foreigners who remain in Britain after the visa expires. The border service does not have complete data on how many people actually left the country. The UK government plans to take a number of additional measures to combat the influx of immigrants. Thus, they propose to penalize private homeowners who do not check the immigration status of their tenants, restrict access to unemployment benefits for 6 months, oblige local authorities to give priority to local residents in distributing social housing, and impose heavy fines for entrepreneurs using illegal immigrants. The government is also ready to impose restrictions on EU citizenship in the UK. Especially negatively perceive the entry of citizens of Bulgaria and Romania. These states entered the EU in 2007, and 1 in January 2014, their citizens should be eligible to freely enter the United Kingdom for employment. In addition, British Prime Minister David Cameron recently said that the authorities should conduct an education reform to reduce the number of visitors from Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.

Britain is on the path of seriously tightening control over people. In particular, the authorities will be forced to impart significant social groups - doctors, homeowners, bank clerks, priests, etc. They will have to assist the government in complicating the obtaining of credit, banking services, medical assistance, housing rental, marriage by migrants to legalize their situation. For persons with a short-term residence permit will introduce a paid access to public health services. Develop rules to tighten the recruitment of immigrants. It is proposed to simplify the deportation procedure, to introduce the principle: “First deportation, then appeal”.

A similar policy towards tightening immigration laws is likely to be seen soon in a number of other European countries. In France, immigrants already make up 20% of the population, and according to unofficial data, even more. Up to 70% of the population believe that there are too many migrants in the country. A heated debate in France revolved around the “right of birth”; it enshrines French citizenship for those born in the country. Now it is used by immigrants from Africa and Asia. Entire neighborhoods in large cities turned into ethnic ghettos, where immigrants from Algeria, Senegal, Pakistan, Bangladesh live. The massive influx of migrants began during the economic boom of the 1970s. Visitors could pay less than businessmen used. Immigrants, taking advantage of the law "On family reunification", moved their families. And pregnant Arab and African women came to France to have a child - their children received French citizenship. Then the families moved to France. After the French economy slowed down its pace of development, the crowds of immigrants became unnecessary. In addition, a significant part of the immigrants preferred not to work, living on benefits and making their own contribution to the growth of the crime situation. However, the flow of immigrants has not decreased.

The growth of anti-migrant sentiment was also noted in other European countries. In Germany, up to half of Germans consider immigrants from the countries of the Middle East and Africa living in their country to be a serious burden for the economy. Immigrants are socially and financially more costly to the state than the economic benefits they bring. In addition, the authorities recognized the failure of migrant adaptation policies - the concept of multiculturalism. Immigrants do not integrate by creating their own “system” of life in European states. They take all the socio-economic benefits that the state provides, but do not integrate into society. A similar picture can be seen in almost all European countries. Sociological polls in Sweden, Spain, Italy, and Greece show a growing irritation of the population by the influx of migrants and the increasing popularity of nationalists. It is also necessary to take into account the factor of economic crisis - in prosperous years it was easier to tolerate the presence of immigrants. Now the influx of cheap labor deprives a piece of bread from the indigenous people.

We must not forget the intensification of the Islamists. The fire of the “Arab Spring” has shown that many European countries have already become the logistical base of the Islamists. Citizens of Great Britain, Germany, France, and often ethnic Germans or Englishmen, go to Syria to fight on the side of gangs, including Islamists. Going back, they create cells of Islamist movements. One day this Islamist underground can spoil a lot of blood in Europe. Western Europe has clearly become the object of expansion of the “Islamic project”.

However, all private measures that are taken in the UK and other countries, can not solve this problem, as is the case in the system. In the same England, many believe that despite the tightening of immigration policies and attitudes towards migrant workers, the illegal immigrants will not leave, and their flow will not run out - life in Western Europe is still much better than among visitors in their homeland. It is necessary to change the whole system that brought Western Europe to the brink of extinction. Demography has already signed a death sentence to today's Europe. By the middle of the XXI century, many European countries can simply disappear. The average fertility rate in Western Europe is 1,5, and to maintain the current population level, the minimum necessary is 2,1. In 1950, the population of Europe numbered 505 million, in 2000, 675 million, in 2007, 723 million. By 2050, while maintaining the current birth rate in the families of indigenous Europeans and excluding immigration, the population of Europe will be about 600 million. Western Europe by the middle of the century will lose as many inhabitants as it inhabits together Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland. It is clear that with the reduction of indigenous ethnic groups the influx of migrants will continue, which will cast doubt on the national identity of European states.

The present West is extremely similar to Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece in the period of their decline. Countless riches, the use of slave labor (migrant workers), moral decay, the strong before the warriors prefer to spend time in orgies, idleness, drunkenness, drug use. Tolerance has reached such heights that they are already talking about the legalization of pedophilia and drugs. Women prefer to start dogs, cats, pigs, care for them instead of children. Both the European elites and the common people have decayed.

And we are invited to equal such a Europe. They propose introducing adaptation programs for migrants and legalizing them. Russia has just embarked on this disastrous path; there is an opportunity to stop. Save yourself and save those Europeans who want to preserve their national identity. In the future, Russia will be able to become a kind of "ark" for them. A large-scale demographic program is the “Russian billion” goal, and an invitation to Russia, which should become, like the USSR, an example for the whole world, Europeans, following the example of Catherine II, who invited Germans to Russia, these are real programs that can save Russian civilization. Europeans - Swedes, Germans, French, Irish, will not cause rejection, as ethnically and culturally they are closer to Russians than, say, residents of Central Asia. It is known from history that Europeans, in particular Germans, very quickly become “Russians”. The influx of European immigrants can remove the problem of demographic imbalance in Russia due to the low birth rate in the 1990 years. This is the only way to get out of the demographic impasse.

All problems from the fucking Tolirastia, when visitors are allowed absolutely everything. This is with us and in Europe. In America, this is not, in Japan and China, too. They clearly say to the visitor - YOU ARE NOT AT YOURSELF AT YOURSELF !!! And it is right.

            Sorry for the off-top, but:

“Hooligans push against the gates of the Russian embassy. Stones and bottles fly into the embassy building, ”the Polish newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza reports.
Participants of the march, which takes place in the center of the Polish capital, decided to attack the embassy. The formal occasion for the march was the celebration of the end of the First World War. This date is traditionally considered important for the restoration of Polish statehood.
In fact, the procession of "patriots" turned into riots. The protesters carry slogans of nationalistic content and start fights with the police.
Polish police are trying to take control of the situation and restore order in the center of Warsaw. The city’s authorities warned the organizers of the “patriotic procession” about the possible introduction of a regime of zero tolerance towards hooligans.

If so. The turmoil has already brought to the point that I don’t remember which city, when the white boy came to school on the day of the Mexican national holiday in a T-shirt with the image of the American flag, he was sent home to change clothes under the pretext that he offends the racial and national feelings of the Mex.
There is an organization [La Raza] (translated from Spanish as "race") where only Latinos are accepted (whether legal or not) and are fighting for, not much, not enough, granting illegal immigrants civil rights.
In several states, the legislature, then even the referendum, passed laws that in elections it was allowed to vote only on presentation of a photo ID (in particular, a passport or driver's license). So the Latinos and defenders of their rights through the courts sought, and in some places achieved the abolition of this law as unconstitutional because, they say, infringes on the rights of minorities, who are allegedly harder than whites to obtain such documents. And some so impudently (or maybe out of stupidity, but rather all at once) stated that this is a bad law because it prevents "undocumented immigrants" (read - illegal immigrants) from exercising civil rights (and can non-citizens have civil rights at all?) And believe whether or not - in some places the courts sided with them.

Why in a snap? Normal power should be closely engaged in migration policy. I’d just change the legislation a little. After the capture, the illegal immigrants could work out under the supervision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (like 15-day-olds) the cost of their deportation and a little more to compensate for the state’s expenses, and then they can be deported. I hope that then the number of illegal immigrants will be reduced, government spending will decrease, even profit from their labor will appear. :-)

Personally, I do not care what kind of migrants in the country, legal or non-legal.
I just want them NOT TO BE. And it’s not necessary that local people don’t do bad work, don’t do this, let the authorities simply create normal conditions.

Firstly, our leadership does not have a clear program to attract our compatriots of indigenous nationalities who immigrated from the USSR-Russia. This is first of all that they must be returned to their historical homeland!
Secondly, with regards to Europeans, in principle, I do not mind. But you need to selectively approach only native Germans, Swedes, etc.
Thirdly, NO ADAPTATION FOR IMMIGRANTS FROM CENTRAL ASIA, ONLY DEPORTATION! Those who are caught again, forcibly sent to labor camps in the North to work for the state. And no rights to them. The best way to cure us of this infection is to squeeze out immigrants from the country along with the liberals and shit, which allowed it !! Who supports my koment, I propose a more active contact. Take a look at the Israeli experience. They accept and absorb newcomers from all over the world, and not only from prosperous Europe and America, but also from God’s forgotten holes like Yemen and Ethiopia. Better or worse, but all are absorbed. In addition to local Arabs, although the state threw out and continues to throw out huge amounts of money to develop their community.

And about Europe with just one word: Eurabia.

Well, the absorption in Israel is a little different than before:
such a wave of aliyah, as it was before, when repatriates flooded the hungry Union.
Even at one time (before the intifada), yerida increased (outflow of returnees back) -
      - and although now almost all Jews consider life here comfortable (there are no objective threats from outside, they were leveled out due to the Syrian crisis),
And although now local Jews do not need to inculcate the ideas of Zionism (they are at the "genetic" level in 80% of the population, Jews from Russia, Ukraine, do not observe, as "real" Jews religious requirements (kashrut, etc.) - and American Jews also associate themselves only as a people with one culture.
      Mordechai Keidar.
ps About repatriates from Ethiopia (Jews broke away from their fellow tribesmen about 1800-2000 years ago), they say that their IQ is not enough to serve in the Israeli army ...
50 of them are now in Israel, they were taken out as a result of the special operation "Moshe".

Here we have the same story, only the Arabs and Negroes for some reason take root, and migrants breed like cockroaches.
We are actually in the same situation (ass) as Europe.
Plus, our government is doing everything to attract an even greater number of migrants, although it is very difficult for an ordinary Russian person to obtain citizenship.

"According to experts, it is cheaper to legalize migrants than to deport them." ... even if it is more expensive, but guaranteed, make it legal tomorrow it will be illegal again. To carry out consolidated liability with one illegal immigrant to deprive at least five more migrants of the right to stay in Russia, plus impose a real fine for violating the law.

Yes, in the far north, Novaya Zemlya, the land of Franz Joseph, create deportation zones and send all migrants there to earn a ticket to their historical homeland! And leave in Russia, only those who have worked for at least 10 years in the regions of the far north for the good of the state! Will serve in The armies are at least 2-3 years old! Otherwise, everyone crawls here hiding from the Army service in their homeland, trades in markets until 27 years, and then they buy citizenship, and our guys serve for them at that time !!! I do not agree with almost everything said. Populating the North with migrants is the same as giving them one. Forcing them to serve in OUR army is like making this army NOT OUR. The owner of the earth can only be one who himself works on it and defends it himself. And you propose to give this right - to work and protect - into the wrong hands.

"The present West is very similar to Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece in the period of their decline. Innumerable wealth, the use of slave labor (guest workers), moral decay, formerly strong warriors prefer to spend time in orgies, idleness, drunkenness, drug use. Tolerance has reached such heights, what is already being said about the legalization of pedophilia and drugs. Women prefer to have dogs, cats, pigs, take care of them, instead of children. Both the European elites and the common people have decayed ... "

A similar course on toughening immigration laws is likely to be seen soon in a number of other European countries.

Really all the same, there remained in Europe sane people who were able to see at least a couple of steps forward, otherwise there was a feeling that there were only tolerasts.

The article says that we need to adapt migrants, but do we need it? They do not recruit college graduates, and then they make excellent students out of them; upon admission, everyone passes a strict selection. So migrants didn’t make such a selection before arrival or at the border, didn’t let them into the country, why do we need medieval garbage? We have enough of our own degradants, we need not migrants, but a competent domestic policy on the labor distribution of the indigenous population, something I don’t remember, that the Union would have problems with unemployment!?, But now workers need a lot, and a lot of indigenous unemployed people, nonsense !

The fact that Europe will be colonized by migrants (for the most part of the Muslim faith) was seen decades ago. Germany began by opening its gates wide to the Turkish builders. Now all of Europe is a passage yard. The population of Aborigines is declining (they do not want to give birth to more than one child, same-sex marriage , promotion of homosexuality), while migrants have a large number of genetically laid children. Europe caught on late, the chain reaction started irrevocably. For us, the worst thing is that this process also starts in Russia. We persistently climb on uropean rake.

Russia has just embarked on this disastrous path; there is an opportunity to stop. Save yourself and save those Europeans who want to preserve their national identity. In the future, Russia will be able to become a kind of "ark" for them. A large-scale demographic program is the goal of “Russian billion”, and an invitation to Russia, which should become, like the USSR, an example for the whole world, Europeans, following the example of Catherine II, who invited Germans to Russia, these are real programs that can save Russian civilization. Europeans - Swedes, Germans, French, Irish, will not cause rejection, because ethnically and culturally they are closer to Russians than, say, residents of Central Asia.

    - What are you talking about ?! Schazz, aha! We ran straight! We already have not a country, but a courtyard for all and sundry! For some reason, these Western brutes never considered and do not consider us Russians as their own and culturally close! We are strangers and enemies for them! So why on earth did they suddenly become our own? Personally, I don't consider all this Catholic gang to be mine, and never did! Yes, China is closer to us! And there is nothing to be surprised at! How many wars and invasions Russia has experienced - and all from the West. So what the hell are they to us?
To feed the enemies-freeloaders at the expense of the Russian peasant? Enough, let them clean up the mess themselves, Russophobes, "super-under-men" are fucking ... Personally, I am against - the visa regime with all of them. Better for Russians improved living conditions! AND ENOUGH TO SAVE THE WORLD AND THIS FUCKING GEYROPA AGAIN AT THE EXPENSE OF THE RUSSIAN HUMP !!! All the same, the answer will be only black ingratitude!

The maximum that I personally agree is that some Frau should remove my dermo in my old age, and I will teach democracy to it smartly and smartly!

Have the Chinese become their own? Russian with Chinese brothers forever?
These will definitely carry us from their own territory! Already from the Far East for sure! They are already darkness there And they will squeeze out our land at a time if there are even more of them, but we are fewer! For me, it’s better just friends, comrades, allies, companions and everyone on their territory, it seems to me that we don’t need China Towns in our cities!
Europeans, on the other hand, at all times brought great benefits to Russia, in scientific, technical, cultural terms, for example, and not only (if Europe did not come to us with the war, of course, but even then this often happened due to the incitement of England and because of her intrigues (before you can close the door with them)) and they had no problems "Russification". Moreover, there has never been a wild mass character in migration from the West, and it certainly never will be, which is a very positive factor. For some Europeans, we can become a kind of outlet for the world as an island of salvation without a "dovecote-fagot" (God forgive me) and total Afriazionization with radical Islamist tide.

        - By the way, when Vladivostok in the shameful 90s barely found the strength to exist by candlelight without water, light and heating in the winter around the clock, it was the Chinese who helped us out great then! Their gas stoves on cylinders, huge plastic vats for water, down jackets, soy meat, Doshiraki when there was no trace of their own, and in general the Chinese markets saved our population here better than any Moscow with "daragy presidents panimash" ... Really if it were not for the Chinese collapse, it would have been hard.

They’re afraid you shouldn’t be right, but be afraid ... After all, history knows many examples where yesterday's allies very quickly became today's enemies under certain conditions. But this is not about us, we love to jump on the same rake and we don’t want to learn from anybody else’s mistakes. We must not forget that Russia is rich in natural resources and territory, it is a very tasty morsel, which under certain conditions, someone can and will take a break.
-By the way, I generally spoke out that it is just not necessary in every country (and especially if we are talking about the people living in these countries) to see the enemy, and even more so in friendly China. Just do not relax, they can take advantage of weakness.

The whole problem is the officials! Here again, who remembered that ethnic Russians, Tatars, etc., etc., even those born in the Soviet Union on the territory of Russia for many years, upon returning, are waiting for citizenship ... ??? They say they want everyone to go to megalopolises, to the countryside, to Siberia ... Yes, they go and suffer statelessness for years - problems with work, medicine, schools, etc., like jamshuts. But so purple, their goal is to make money and dump, and if they stay, then the problems listed above are somehow of little interest to them (the mentality can be seen like this). Yes, and among the Jamshuts sometimes come across normal, though educated, but bureaucratic "hells circle" is the same for everyone. In the same gayrope, who 10-20 years ago had problems with migrants? It was just that a certain critical mass formed, including through the fault of their progressive tolerance, and problems began, and in our country it almost immediately took these forms. Laws are normal to write and bureaucrats do not want to carry them out .... But it is not necessary to legalize, violated, deportation is unambiguous!

“Belarusians are massively leaving abroad. According to the representative of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Belarus Natalya Jacques, at present, from 800 thousand to 1,2 million Belarusian citizens of working age are abroad. “This does not mean that they left forever and do not return,” the expert noted. “They leave, return, they leave for seasonal work, then return again, that is, it is such a seasonal migration.”
Labor migration is, first of all, the reaction of the population to economic difficulties, a way to overcome them. In a study conducted by the IPM Research Center, it is noted that, in general, the dependence of socially vulnerable groups on material assistance to relatives and friends has increased, including in the form of migrant transfers.
Belarusian authorities are thinking about how to compensate for the shortage in the labor market by attracting workers from abroad. To attract migrants to our country, the National Program for Demographic Security for 2011-2015 provides for financing in the amount of 2,8 billion rubles annually. ”

Or maybe we in Russia need to sort migrants by usefulness? Purely utopian: suddenly people from all over the world began to reach out to Russia, the same normal Germans, French, whose Italians drove out migrants, plus traditional Uzbeks and all sorts of Tajiks ... So if a qualified engineer or scientist from Europe came to us, yes I will be glad to pay some additional money for their improvement and adaptation, so that he will then live here (by the way, this money can be taken from the snickering Caucasus, otherwise they have a very generous "god" who gives money, all gentlemen are abreks and sheep , "God is dead" - Nietzsche). It's another matter if illiterate "specialists" come to us, why would I pay for their improvement and adaptation? I don't need them here for nothing, I worked, I got money, I went home to my family, and if an illegal immigrant is caught, then let him pay for his return, no money, let him work for free on digging canals or collecting garbage, but when he works, he goes home with a black mark. And by the way, why should I be a citizen of Russia "understand and forgive" the problems of migrants? I owe nothing to anyone, and if a boor comes to us who is incapable of anything other than banditry and dancing, they can only count on a good kick home.

Only tank wedges and carpet bombing can decide the outcome of the battle. It is urgent to reconsider the state’s migration policy, urgently introduce the Ministry of Migrant Affairs, abolish quotas, and allow only highly qualified specialists who have passed adaptation courses in special centers and who are entrusted with the national community to work (such as having violated the law - the violator and 2-3 guarantors were expelled from the country). Otherwise, Russia will first be swept away by a wave of untrained, unskilled migrants, and then neighbors will tear it to pieces.

How the world of people does not uniformly develop.
It is generally accepted that the first intelligent man appeared on the territory of modern Africa ..?
But from history we know that the first white people came to this Africa with firearms and metal knives, and how did the black natives meet them? Cobblestones, clubs, at best with spears and arrows.
    So that?
Now the poles are changing and the white race is going to die out and is the opposite civilization replacing it?
Or will the few descendants of mixed races, known to have the best qualities of natural selection, take over?
Questions for which there is no answer yet.
One thing is clear that the modern WORLD is mired in fornication, pleasures, wealth and debauchery and loses the instinct of self-preservation - the creation of a generation of continuation of a kind-tribe.

    - Yes? You say they brought benefits? ... Napoleon brought us a lot of benefits - burnt down Moscow, Smolensk, 210 thousand killed, hundreds of thousands of economies ravaged by the war? Hitler and his subhuman savages brought us benefits - tens of thousands of burned villages, towns, villages, millions of our people who died? Or maybe the Poles and the Swedes were bringing us benefits - they sowed confusion, ruined and burned to ashes cities, counties, monasteries? Knight dogs - they also brought us crap on Catholic swords and crosses ... What kind of nonsense are you talking about? All this rotten Western rabble came here to rob and kill the Russian people! For centuries they climbed with fire and sword to our land, brought here war and hunger, devastation and death, calling these endless Crusades to the East "true Catholic faith", "civilization", "democracy" and God knows what else. The West is a bunch of colonialists, for whom the Russian people, a simple Russian peasant, was just a thorn in the throat in the plunder of our wealth. And for centuries, with ram's stupidity, they climbed to rob and kill this Russian peasant peasant, just as they climbed to rob and kill in Africa, America, Asia. These are barbarians, for whom slavery was considered normal in the 17th century. Okay, African tribes, there is a Paleolithic level. And these? How did they behave in the occupied lands? They carried goodness and civilization ??? They robbed and killed, profited and fattened. Did the Spanish bring joy and civilization to South America? English and French jackals - did they bring joy and prosperity to the peoples of Indochina, the Indians of North America or the Bushmen of Africa? German hordes of subhumans in 41 brought peace-labor-may to the Soviet Union? Or maybe now the hotbed of world crap is bringing light and grace to the Middle East and the rest of the world, sowing endless bloody revolutions and civil wars, rampaging in Afghanistan and Iraq?
And you call this whole western rabble of greedy bandits a civilization?

Everything that these jackals, called Western "civilization" throughout history, did to other peoples is fully reflected in their current extinction. For nobody canceled the boomerang rule.

And I do not feel sorry for them at all. I have 5 grandfathers died (near Rzhev, Nevel, Vitebsk, Yelnya) defending their country from these under-civilizers, grandmothers lived in the occupied territories and told a lot about these thugs of "freedom and democracy". And I don't know what I did when I arrived in Berlin in 45, or in Paris in 1813, knowing that all these civilizing democratizers left behind on my land ...

AND DO NOT SHOOT EVERYTHING ON THE ENGLISH HITS! When a representative of the Prussian military, knowing full well, but cynically violating the soldier's code, buried fun for the sake of captured Red Army soldiers, when a simple German carpenter, bricklayer, postman or a priest in the uniform of a simple Wehrmacht zoldat burned to ashes a Belarusian farm together with living people or shot women and old people from a machine gun , or stabbed a child with a bayonet - I am making a demand not from England, and not from France - but from this under-civilizer, who, according to his bestial concepts, "carried the Russians" freedom from Bolshevism, but in fact reveled in impunity ... And so all western bandits behaved if they came to our land.

And now I really want to know, just for comparison - how many times have we fought with China and how much grief has this country brought to our people and our land in comparison with the beloved vast majority of scattered idiots (I didn’t make a reservation!), The West?

In its entire history, Russia has fought with almost all countries on the Eurasian continent! What is now all around the enemies? We isolate ourselves from the whole world by this principle and will be at war ?! How else are they enemies! Enemies Around!
Regarding the war with China, it is quite possible for us that one war with a billionth China will be enough. The Chinese army has one million three hundred thousand people with a mobilization reserve of two hundred million, and the Russian army is a million people and twenty million reserves. And given the consequences of the Serdyukov reforms, it finally becomes sad.
I do not find China an enemy, as well as other countries that are not hostile to us. Therefore, relations, whether economic, cultural, should be with all countries. If only because we have a language, customs, traditions, and just a different mentality. And the country's development path is different. But I think that the migration of "adequately oriented" Europeans would be very useful for us in many ways.
          - By the way, unfortunately, we are against our will, quietly, but nevertheless we are becoming a part of the West. - By the way, unfortunately, we are against our will, quietly, but nevertheless we are becoming a part of the West. Material values belonging to the Russian people by hook or by crook under one form or another go west, settling in American and European banks or materialize there in the form of real estate. So we are a certain profitable part of the West

            - Look! Alas, and unfortunately, here I am forced to completely agree with you. And to add that also, to my great regret, the matter is not only in the funds settling there, but also in the fact that many of our people spiritually begin to become Westerners. Lose your Russian identity, spirituality. Become a gray, soulless-obedient mass, eating popcorn, and living in a zombie creature .... Here's what else is important.

The "Golden Billion" will not be able to sit quietly in safety, satiety and warmth. You have to pay for everything. The process of migration to so far prosperous countries is accelerating with the forceful introduction of "democratic values", and production, and with them jobs, are being cut. Therefore, as Bender said: Take care of your pince-nez, Kitty - now it will begin!

In general, the author correctly describes what is happening in Europe. But he does not answer the main question, why did the Europeans go for it? The answer is simple - in a capitalist society, the main task is to extract the maximum possible profit. How can it be extracted most effectively? To turn their workers into a bourgeois (for social stability), partly replace them with disenfranchised migrants, transfer production to the 3rd world (to maintain a comfortable environment) and pump out resources from the rest of the world. But here Europeans fell into the trap of preaching the ideas of unlimited consumption of children too become a burden, and some common goals in society are lost. Migrants who have preserved their traditional culture continue to give birth, while being completely united.
    Thus, Europe devours itself.
ps But it’s too early for us to rejoice, Russia itself has embarked on this path, moreover, within the framework of the capitalist system, it has appeared in the role of a supplier of resources and capital for the first cap. world.
Therefore, I suppose it is still better for us not to offer the Europeans a "saving ark" (now they will not come to us), but to solve our problems arising from the above

I am not a xenophobe or a racist. But I do not want to see all these migrants from Transcaucasia and Central Asia in Russia. The older generation who grew up in the USSR leaves, and the current generation of which all these migrant workers grew up during the era of the collapse of the USSR, when Russophobia flourished in the republics and expelled Russians, deprived of property and often killed. And now all these migrants brought up in Russophobia are trying to populate our land and establish their own rules. If the authorities do not want to see and solve the migration problem from above, then this problem will be solved from below. There will be new Biryulyovo, Kondopoga in which the case will become increasingly fierce, until the authorities come to their senses at the end and introduce a complete ban on all migrants. All the same, migrants are doing one useful thing - they are forcing the Russians to rally and not live by the principle of my hut from the edge.

According to the director of the Institute for Migration Policy Olga Gulina, the problem of illegal migration can be solved by two methods: deportation and legalization.

I still don’t understand why to create this problem. The third way is the visa regime and not any problems, let in as necessary. Entered immediately in both ways (desired first priority). And that’s it.

By the way, I want to quote the conditions for the arrival of foreigners in Russia under Catherine - "The settlers were introduced to Russian traditions and laws. it seems that the world is crazy. In many ways it probably is. Damn him with this west, and that is where they are dear. Why is Russia such a joy? Maybe it’s time to discard any political correctness and just start calling a spade a spade, then an understanding of what’s happening will come. Who said that we can’t do without guest workers? This is a country where millions of their unemployed. You will first solve this problem. And as for foreign labor, they can object to me, they say they are the same people, they also need work, they are also from the USSR. Firstly, the guys themselves chose independence, in addition, when they drove Russians out of their republics, it was unlikely that they thought they were the same people. With some fright we must think differently. In general, we just need the political will of the state (the institution of power). And it’s enough to arrange world holidays, such as Olympiads, championships, sports and athletics meetings, or maybe it’s time to take up real business in your own country. Otherwise, the Biryulevs, the Kndopogs will repeat this way.

      - Dak understanding of the reasons has long been clear to everyone! It has already dawned on the bears in the deep taiga that this whole pack of alien elements is beneficial to their own officials and other "deputies." It is profitable, and our cattle in power have not changed since the 90s, - the main thing is to break the jackpot, and then flee to the west, but how and what will happen then they are not interested at all!
So it turns out that we import blackness by order from above in large horned bulk, and then we will put it whereupon - xs! The main thing is that the corruption environment is welded up.

"The present West is very similar to Ancient Rome and Ancient Greece during their decline.
In one of the books I found such an idea that, by evolution, any structure (in our case, a country) should, while developing new forms and qualities, preserve its integrity and originality, if this does not happen, then a coarser structure comes in its place, but more cohesive and harmonized at its level. Thus, the decline of Europe is simply natural, but from what it all "rushed", rather from venality, everything for sale is their slogan, and in everything there is benefit, that's what is called "sold and mother." Likewise, without a desire to look at the consequences, our oligarchic clans with their deputies in the Duma and the government follow the path beaten by the West and do not care what tomorrow will be, they care about the loot today, and they really do not have enough time or brains to think about tomorrow.

A heated debate in France revolved around the “birth right”, it secures French citizenship to those born in the country. Now people from Africa and Asia take advantage of this. Entire neighborhoods in large cities have turned into ethnic ghettos where people from Algeria, Senegal, Pakistan, Bangladesh live. A massive influx of migrants began during the economic boom of the 1970s. Visitors could pay less than the entrepreneurs took advantage of. Immigrants, using the law on family reunification, moved their families. And pregnant Arab and African women came to France to have a baby - their children received French citizenship. Then families moved to France.
So you read about France and thoughts creep in - and we have the same thing. For example, in Yekaterinburg we have such an area as Sorting - one of the most backward, but close to the markets. So now you are going there and it seems that you are not in Russia, but somewhere in the east.
Maybe it's time for our leaders to wake up. If they don’t see people of eastern appearance around themselves, this does not mean that they should let things go by the way of uncontrolled entry into Russia by everyone who wants it.
Maybe we will not step on the Euro rake ...?

The vast majority of migrants are absolutely not needed here, yes, in general, no one is needed smile Schools of the Russian language, history and literature should be there at their place, and our teachers should take exams in these schools. Work with us - only with education not lower than secondary specialized (or even higher) by our standards. Learn to us - only the most talented and capable with a good Russian language. The rest go home. And most importantly, QUICKLY!
