“The market has learned how to make money on fools and works for massive stupor”The media write about the meeting of winners of school competitions with the Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov. The Minister raised the topic of employment of young professionals in the field of domestic science. Talk about the innovative development path of the country has been going on for a long time, and in this regard, the question arises: how to achieve the preservation of the educational potential of Russia? This aspect is commented on for KM.RU by renowned analyst Anatoly Wasserman.

The remnants of the former magnificence give out for the results of their own activities

Our schoolchildren and students still occupy leading places in international competitions. This proves only one thing: we have not yet gone so far along the pernicious path of destruction of the systematic education, along which North America and Western Europe have been moving for several decades. Our "reformers" once again demonstrate the ability to find the worst in the world, but we still have a head start. The handicap in the first place lies in the fact that most of the teachers we still have are those who have learned from the old system, which focuses on the systemic nature of education.

In the West, most of the teachers are people who have been learned from the factual system. As western experience shows, 10-20 is still years old, and we will lose this advantage. The market has learned to make money on fools and works with all available means for mass stupor. I am very afraid that in the near future, the positive results shown by our students in international competitions will be random. Now they are naturally high, because we later, than competitors, turned from law-centered learning to a dead end of facto-centrism.

Now the remnants of the former magnificence are given out for the results of their own activities and they justify our progress on the path of destruction by our success at the Olympiads. At the beginning of the 90-s, about the same successes of our athletes were used as arguments in favor of the destruction of the entire system of mass physical education and mass selection of people in a great sport. Like, "and without this cope." Now we have to revive the physical education system created in the Soviet era. The education system will have to be revived, and I hope this will be done before it is too late.

Without practice, science loses half the incentives

Another reason why the market is working on the stupidity is the output of production in regions with cheap labor. Originally it looked beautiful: the design office was in the United States of America, and the factory floor was in China. But experience proves that designers can not work for long in isolation from production.

Developers of many types of equipment are moving to China, to Korea, to Japan - to the place where their development is realized. Similarly, science cannot exist for a long time apart from design activity. Half of the problems solved by science stem from practice, and therefore without practice, science loses half of its incentives. This is the main reason that our Academy of Sciences is now giving less results per ruble spent than in Soviet times. By the way, now rubles are spent on science by an order of magnitude less, and there are no particularly outstanding results. Practice now does not set science new tasks, and science, in fact, is boiled in its own juice. I believe that after the designers there will be a massive move to China, Korea and other countries and scientists.

I will repeat my earlier comment

The complete madhouse began after the introduction of the USE (we have the UNT) - a turn into factorocentrism along Onotol.
I read somewhere that one teacher had such a system for assessing knowledge -
      Knows and understands - five
Doesn't know, but understands - four
Knows, but doesn’t understand - three
Does not know and does not understand - deuce

The scariest ones on this list are threesomes. According to the exam, they are now receiving high scores.

In education, the point of no return seems to have been passed. About 5-10 years, and there will be no one to teach in universities on these poor salaries: the current teachers, most of whom are of retirement age and therefore have nowhere to retire, will either retire or die. There is no one behind them. All the present scientific schools will be lost, and in time the system of "red professors" will be introduced. As for science, modern achievements are possible with modern equipment, which costs a lot of money. And in the RAS there is only enough money for salaries and maintenance of buildings so that they do not collapse. What other results are you waiting for?

Very sad. But they drove the icebreaker to the pole (how much is it, I'm afraid to even guess). Now they are dragging into space, it’s a pity for the guys, because they will receive a non-childish dose when they go into outer space. And for what? Yes, and the torch does not light, even if they inserted a light bulb. Ponty is more expensive than money!

It is not only about the beggarly salaries of university teachers. The problem is the penetration of all sorts of rogues, liberals - market people into the teaching and scientific environment. Penetrating into the scientific environment, they first of all care about their own well-being, by hook or by crook raising their salaries, leaving the old scientific personnel not accustomed to "working with elbows" on scanty salaries. An example of this phenomenon is the Astrakhan University. Have you heard about the breakthrough scientific work of this university? Me not. And the salary of the university rector is more than 300 thousand rubles a month. After reading this, I got the idea that it’s not so bad and paid in science.
Until the bosses' salaries from science are firmly tied to the average salaries of their subordinates, and the total salary fund will depend on the results of scientific work (research, teaching, etc.), there will be no upsurge in science and education.

Once again, I’ll repeat, the root of the problems in the EXISTING SYSTEM OF POWER AND ECONOMIC MODELS IN THE COUNTRY! This system does not need system education, nor inventors, scientists, etc.A need a consumer slave with EGE education.

"The media write about the meeting of the winners of school Olympiads with the Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov. The Minister raised the topic of employment of young specialists in the field of national science ..."

    And what's wrong here ???
Western countries have long been "hunting" for gifted youth from the CIS. For this purpose, there are a number of preferential and even fully paid projects. The Russian Federation also does not stand aside, trying with its preferential programs not only to redirect the gifted into its own channel, but also in the future to extract from this a practical form by introducing the know-how of young geniuses.

Wasserman, as always, is clear and laconic in definitions and statements, clever! But it's a shame that those in power do not listen to him: here the revelations of Kudrin (the "best" finance minister) are like the ultimate truth, or the ravings of liberals about the need to give up the Arctic and Islands! This wise man has more than once proved the stupidity, and maybe even the crime of the liberals' policy towards Russia! Respect for a worthy person!

Yes. Wasserman is an intelligent man and in support of his opinion we can give an example of the rapid revival and development of Soviet science after the revolution. The demand for science was due to industrialization, which stimulated the rapid development of productive forces and the scientific support of both the development of production and the training of personnel. Enormous financial resources were also used in a country where there was almost total illiteracy of the population, in a short time there were world-class scientists and scientific schools and growth rates that no state has ever achieved in the world.
What did we want to expect from our science with de-industrialization, lack of funding and the destruction of industry? Wasserman is right. For this mind is not necessary. He stuck to the pipe and gloriously.

Onotole knows how to raise the topic. There is a serious problem. If not for the Wall Street policy of pushing the white race down the evolutionary ladder. Methods are a mixture with the southern races, and a deterioration in the quality of education. I wouldn’t categorically say that if you stop learning, then everything is the point of no return, etc. .. NUCKEY. Rollback a few years ago and all. You can catch up. Most importantly, do not let your sons and daughters (blue-eyed and fair-haired) give birth to children from the southerners (and the worse at the genetic level to the south).
This is the point of no return.
And if (suppose such a fantastic picture), White would hide behind the Iron Curtain, their return through 100 years to Saudi Arabia (for example) would look like this.

It is well said that in 10-20 years we will not have a high level of education. And this can be seen even now, when the teachers of the Soviet school are leaving. Superficial and "narrow-minded" specialists will not be able to advance either science or the country forward. And about the "point of no return" is true, but you cannot fold the handles and do nothing. Life will put everything in its place.

If I am not mistaken, I hear Kremlin voice. For things are just the opposite.

"This year, students from Russian vocational schools and colleges for the first time participated in the WorldSkills International (WSI) international professional skills competition among blue-collar workers. At the competitions held in Leipzig, our country took 54th place out of 54 possible."
The rector of MSTU named after Bauman Anatoly Alexandrov noted that the way out of the situation could be the accession of institutions of secondary vocational education to universities.
    - This area of education has not been given due attention recently, which is why the quality of education is at a low level. Yes, and salaries, if university teachers are low, then imagine what they are, ”says Alexandrov. - The system of vocational schools and technical schools collapsed. I believe that these institutions should be combined with universities, so that upon graduation a person can either continue their studies immediately or go to production.

If relatives and friends used to spend time at gaming events like LOTO, now there will be something that will have some educational sense. the meaning of the current reforms is quite simple, to earn more from people who are less versed in modern realities. Considering the fact that almost the entire top leadership has weaned their children in foreign educational institutions, there are many They don’t trust the current Russian educational system. And they take what is considered popular in other countries. Not the fact that they take everything bad from there, but they recklessly take everything that can be clearly not a visionary policy. Take into account that while professors from America, for example, physicists by education, know almost nothing about the history of their state, and even more so about the history of other states.

Soviet education is not a guess of the exam, not dumb testing worthy of monkeys, it is intense mental work, the acquisition and development of the ability to think and learn.
Vovik supported the abolition of homework at school, allegedly overexertive students.

At present, a quite predictable crisis in science and education is observed, which is associated with the devastation and loss of continuity in the 90s.
In this case, the author correctly noted that a scientist cannot work for a long time in isolation from production. In addition, teachers cannot work for a long time in isolation from science, scientists cannot conduct research in isolation from universities, students cannot effectively study in isolation from enterprises and organizations. And this is not a vicious circle, but a system of practical and economic relations, which must be necessarily built at the legislative level, i.e. enterprise - students - teachers, scientists - enterprise. Otherwise, it is impossible to end the chaos in science and education.
In addition, there is a huge layer of scientific and applied areas. Here, with the help of its tools, the state can well stimulate large industrialists and entrepreneurs to invest in scientific research and technological re-equipment of enterprises.

The ultimate goal of the education system has long been to make money, and not even for the state, but simply for specific individuals. Commercialization of education is a difficult problem.
And here's another thing. The gap from the advanced world standards began to occur in our country in the late 60s - early 70s, and then it only deepened. Wasserman is chatting about some prizes won by our students at international Olympiads, but is this the purpose of the education system? What's the use of these prizes, if no one needed our products? Moreover, not only in the world market, but also often within the country. Back in 1979, he worked for 4 months at GAZ, and was amazed at the abundance of imported equipment. And not some of the newest, but the American Lend-Lease of the 40s and the German trophy. And where was our domestic equipment? It rusted in the warehouses of finished products of machine-building plants, being of no use to anyone. Or it came to factories, but it was not installed there, it rusted and was stolen. Soviet mechanical engineering (which everyone loves to praise here) largely worked according to the "raw materials-semi-finished product-product-warehouse-scrap metal" scheme. Huge areas were occupied by equipment, which stood uselessly and rusted, waiting for the write-off date to come and it was sent to be melted down. And at the factories, antediluvian foreign machines worked, which were better and more reliable than our new ones. And what is the use of the achievements of our schoolchildren and students at international Olympiads?
Back in the 60s, the USSR produced cars, refrigerators, radios, which, albeit in small quantities, were in demand on world markets. And from the beginning of the 70s, the technological lag began to grow. Why did it happen? It’s hard to say right away. But I think that the quality of education system, divorced from life, also affected. Which was aimed at victories at international competitions, and not at the real needs of the country.
In a number of areas, universities issued such a number of specialists that the economy could not digest. Now they are rightly laughing at the overproduction of lawyers, economists and managers. But in the USSR there was the same overproduction, for example, of process engineers and civil engineers, of which half then worked not in their specialty, and another third sat in trousers in all kinds of research institutes, doing absolutely nothing there. And after all, they were prepared with state money, and current lawyers-economists-managers are mostly stamped on paid departments of universities, not for taxpayer money.
They like to say here that all problems have appeared in the last 20 years. Oh, how they love.

Minus did not set you. This is not a goal, it is an indicator of education. The collapse of the Union, many believe, began (or began) just then. When the goal appeared to sit in the research institute, the necessary quality appeared, because of the attitude of the students (he has 2 classes and how he lives, what to puff). And this is not at all a reason to destroy education now, there will never be any. And his rate is still quite high.

They like to say here that all problems have appeared in the last 20 years. Oh, how they love.

Here you are right, problems arose long before the collapse of the USSR:
      1. On the ideological field, which pulled down everything else - after the death of Stalin, with the advent of Khrushchev;
      2. On the research field - with the arrival of Humpbacked, for whom the main thing was to instill Western "values", instead of developing their own. It was with his arrival that science in the USSR began to decline, and after all, before him, even in such a field as microelectronics, we went head to head with the United States, what kind of Japan is there, then they were nothing, the maximum they were capable of, and it was to steal ideas from our "Young Technician" wassat .

"Market", in this sense, like "reforms" and "liberalization" turned into swear words.
    A. Wasserman respect.

Because the market does not need creators, it needs consumers. And the dumber the consumer, the better the market and sellers.
Remember that at the beginning of the 2008 crisis in the United States, then-President Bush announced to local economists that US consumption was declining? He stated on American TV: We won’t let you stop ... consume!

State security depends, among other things, on the vertical integration of the main industries within the state. For Russia, this is possible and strategically important. A few years ago, the President of Russia expressed the concept that Russia should produce 80-85% of the consumed product, and only 10-15% of imports for Hi-Tech and new medicines, while at the same time mastering their production at home. I consider this an absolutely true instrument of independence. In general, a nation is viable only with industrial and product independence. drinks

Then it turns out that there are no viable nations.
Unless the Papuans in the mountains of New Guinea, engaged in subsistence farming and hunting. They do not depend on anyone.
The same EU is the largest net importer of food. China's economy is totally dependent on imports of raw materials (and this is even worse than depending on its exports). And the States are not so simple.
In general, the concept of economic independence is very outdated and needs to be rethought.

Switching to our own goods and services by 80-85% will destroy the world capitalist cooperation, whose tasks are to turn the whole world into consumers, destroying nations and religions. So this is very true if you want to save the nation.

If I'm not mistaken, I hear the Kremlin voice. For things are just the opposite.

Pull the earplugs out of your ears, and if they are not there, then just clean them abundantly, you see it - "gold" there has become hardened.

So the exam has not yet killed the inquisitive thought of our Russian children! True, in a couple of years our schoolchildren will look like a gray mass of Western teenagers. The Ministry of Education of Russia is calling for the general stupidity of our young generation. The stupidity of Russian officials is known to everyone ... And what, this can not be stopped?
