In St. Petersburg, assembled the first all-terrain vehicle of the project "Yamal"

51
Kirovsky Zavod assembled the first all-terrain vehicle — the Yamal project's high-transit vehicle. According to design engineers from St. Petersburg, this machine is able to become one of the main vehicles used today in the conditions of the Russian Far North for servicing gas pipelines and extinguishing fires. The first samples of the all-terrain vehicle "Yamal" were sent to the city of Nefteyugansk, located in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District. Here they will be used to transport fuel. Test drive all-terrain vehicle in actual operating conditions designed for 1,5 month, after which the commission, among which are representatives of the Emergency Situations Ministry, as well as major Russian companies Gazprom and Novatek, will take the final decision on the performance and volume of the future batch of vehicles.

Today, the Kirov Plant is one of the largest Russian industrial enterprises located in the north-west of the country and possessing more than a 210-year-old history. Historically, the main activity of the plant is agricultural and construction engineering, metal-roll, metallurgy, power engineering, mechanical and metal working. This plant is the manufacturer of the famous Kirovets tractor K-700, which was a real breakthrough in the field of tractor engineering. The first tractor was launched in 1962, but even now, after 50 years, after a series of upgrades, this tractor is still in demand by the market.

The main production units of the Kirov Plant are engaged in the production of products for agriculture and the fuel and energy complex, industrial, road and civil engineering, nuclear energy, the oil and gas sector, municipal and forestry, railway transport, shipbuilding and defense. In 2009, this industrial enterprise was included in the List of backbone enterprises of Russia. To date, the finished products of JSC "Kirov Plant" are exported to more than 20 countries of the world.

In St. Petersburg, assembled the first all-terrain vehicle of the project "Yamal"

Produced by the Petersburg Tractor Plant (a subsidiary of OAO Kirovsky Zavod), the Yamal all-terrain vehicle chassis is classified as a high-traffic vehicle. These cars are designed to transport people and goods in the conditions of broken roads and off-road on the overwetted and weakly bearing soils of taiga and tundra. The wheel all-terrain vehicle “Yamal” is able to overcome fords up to 1,5 meters in depth without any preparation, and also, in the case of preparatory work, to overcome water obstacles to depths up to 2 meters.

All-terrain vehicles use special low-pressure tires. The use of such tires (pressure on the ground at the level of 300 g / cm2) provides the Yamal all-terrain vehicle with a higher level of maneuverability compared to tracked vehicles. At the same time, the new Russian all-terrain vehicle is able to transport with less fuel consumption almost 3 times more oil products than the tracked tankers used today. Due to the unique technical characteristics and design features of the Yamal all-terrain vehicle, it acts not only as one of the most reliable and highly passable cars of its class, but also as an economical, environmentally friendly and most comfortable vehicle with off-road capability. The cost of the Yamal chassis with an installed 215 diesel engine. with. is approximately 5 million rubles. On this chassis can be mounted tanks, fire pumps, workshops, various manipulators, shift buses, as well as other necessary equipment.

The chassis of all-terrain vehicles of the project "Yamal" was designed and manufactured by the Petersburg Tractor Plant by request of LLC "Yamalspetsmash". The current contract involves the supply of 3-x pilot samples of an all-terrain vehicle performed by "tractor", "dump truck" and "tank." Its decision to use the products of the St. Petersburg manufacturer Yamalspetsmash was largely due to the fact that the chassis of the famous Kirovets tractor is very widespread in the Russian Far North. This chassis has proven itself in very difficult operating conditions, in conditions of total off-road. It is the most durable and reliable in comparison with other types of equipment.

The articulated frame of off-road vehicles of the Yamal project increases the efficiency of torque transmission, and also makes it possible to use special wide-profile tires, which cannot be used on a chassis with a frame structure. The Yamal ATV chassis is suitable for installing a wide range of various equipment: manipulators, towers for maintenance of power transmission lines, fire pumps, rotational workshops and buses, etc. The preliminary demand for cars based on the Yamal chassis is determined by the customer at 100 cars per year .

At the moment, the first chassis released under this project is already in operation in Nefteyugansk. It is used to transport fuel in the forest tundra and taiga. After 45 days of trial operation expire, the commission should determine the order quantity of these vehicles. At present, it is reported about the previously reached agreement on the supply of 20 chassis "Yamal" in the modification "tractor" and another 20 chassis that will be used to transport fuel. In parallel with this, the question of a possible increase in order due to purchases by the Russian Emergencies Ministry, which is currently in dire need of all-terrain vehicles, which could be used to put out fires in the Russian tundra, is being resolved.

Heavy all-terrain vehicles "Yamal" with articulated frame

It should be noted that the use of articulated frame provides Yamal all-terrain vehicles with a number of significant advantages. In particular, such machines, compared to their frame counterparts, have a significantly smaller turning radius, low center of gravity, ideal weight distribution along the axes, movement of the footprint, possibility of using wide wheels with a large contact area with the surface, which has a positive effect on the machine’s patency .

The range of all-terrain vehicles of the Yamal platform is currently represented by the following machines:
- “B-6” (wheel formula 6х6). This is a three-axle all-terrain vehicle with a curb weight of up to 12 tons and the same load capacity on lightly bearing soils;
- “B-4” (wheel formula 4х4). A two-axle Yamal all-terrain vehicle with a curb weight of up to 11 tons and a payload of up to 9 tons on low-carrying soils.

Both models will be produced in St. Petersburg at a joint production, which is organized on the basis of ZAO Petersburg Tractor Plant, the machines will be manufactured under the brand name Kirovets-Yamal. It is planned that the plant will collect cars in the following versions: tank, tanker, fire truck with a vacuum system for rapid water intake from reservoirs, drilling rig, shift shift car. It is also possible to install on this chassis a crane-manipulator unit (CMU) and replaceable modules of the “mobile laboratory” type, as well as other equipment. Thus, the use of a design with articulated frame will allow to deliver people and any kinds of cargo, as well as special equipment, even to the most inaccessible places where there are no public roads.

The main advantage of all-terrain vehicles "Kirovets-Yamal" and "Yamal" should be the availability of standard replaceable components and assemblies, a high level of maintainability, as well as a complete service provided by the manufacturer for the entire range of equipment made on this chassis.

Kirovets tractors of the K-744P series replaced the legendary Kirovets K-700A and K701 machines due to the fact that the latter, manufactured from the 1962 of the year, are very outdated

the answer is no, and the carrying capacity is much less, and most importantly - these vehicles are still transportable, not military, and are designed specifically for the specific conditions of the Kyrgyz Republic. North. the articulated chassis gives an advantage on soft soils, as it allows the machine to evenly distribute the weight on all wheels, and you drag the Iskander into the swamp? under its weight, any car will fall into the swamp.

Maybe they will figure out what kind of passenger version on its base, otherwise the difference in the capacity of rotational vehicles based on the Urals and Kamaz and tracked vehicles is too great. In 2008-09, I saw all sorts of things on the Yamal Peninsula. Both tracked and wider wheels.
But I haven’t seen these yet. Intersets first of all the cost of rubber and the all-terrain vehicle. If the budget, then the demand will be unequivocal.
And of course, the question arises of changing wheels to narrower and denser for the summer.

The truck is larger than the tank, but this does not mean that it is heavier. And their consumption is small, because they do not fly on afterburner. Their main task is to go in the right directions, not road surfaces. By the way, they are swimming. Not like boats, but a non-flowing water barrier is oiled.

The fact is that this type of equipment has long been developed by Kharkov engineers on the basis of the XTA-220 wheeled tractor, the T-150 analogue. About 10 units have been in operation in the Far North for two years now. This prototype Yamal V6 as shown in the video first left the hangars of the Kharkov plant. Joint development of such machines was planned. But as we see, the Kirov version became the basic chassis

The car has "sandy" tires, light color, there is air conditioning, but there is no heater and wood-burning stove in the cabin ... Otherwise, in the north they did not know how to transport solarium.
Gazprom and Novatek are clear sponsors, the Ministry of Emergencies is a cover, and a car somewhere in Mali is a new business, a small lot, water and fuel tanks are needed there, as well as sand patency, the weight of the cars is small, they will fit on the plane.
And for the north there are many other cars, and these are suitable, only in a different configuration, starting with tires.
It’s just that the population won’t understand why in the Sahara they want to kill white Tuaregs for the sake of Negroes, and here they sing songs about the Arctic solarium.

And you are not appeasing, I wonder how many people send you money to survive after the "pulsation"? Judging by your publications, you are trying to look altruistic. You will not be sorry to look at the map of the Balkan Peninsula and identify the "flood-free" areas on it. Still brothers-Slavs, the majority even Orthodox. In general, I have not yet seen a single map drawn by you, although one map will be an order of magnitude more convincing than a thousand fortune-telling on coffee grounds to flood here, not to flood there. And another serious drawback - according to your, well, how to put it mildly, yeah, fantasies, "ripple" will happen like this
quickly, that there will be "ice shaft moving at the speed of an express". However, in this case, there must be massive tidal waves that will wash away even the highest mountain peaks, and more than once. And you about this no-no, although you have been fantasizing for which year. Further, if the planet increases in size, albeit by the smallest amount, this will inevitably lead to fluctuations in the Moon's orbit, and our satellites will fall. Well, h.p with them, but after all, no one has ever proved fluctuations in the orbit of the Moon, it is always steadily moving away from us, gradually slowing down its motion, no one has ever presented any objective evidence of fluctuations in the orbit of the Moon. I have other questions, but that's enough for now.

Nobody sent money to me and I didn’t publish the bill anywhere, if somewhere the collection was organized on my behalf - let me know, I don’t know. So far, only costs, although small. It was proposed to collect cooperation on a number of topics - but this is different, not just money, but the joint creation of technical infrastructure.
In the Balkans - non-flooded areas either in the mountains at an altitude of more than 2000 meters - they can be seen on a regular map, Olympus is suitable, either in the comet flare areas in Bosnia in the Visoko region or in Romania in the Cluj region http://www.exomapia.ru/places / 281495, but in order to recommend these areas as capable of climbing, it is necessary to conduct geological studies there - whether there was a layered structure of the rock as on the tepui of Venezuela - if you are interested, go there, see, talk. On the Internet, only surface traces of the type of trents are visible, similar to spheres with ZFI (Champ) and Guatemala.
The peaks are not all flooded, there are examples, the satellites will fall, the moon outside the magnetosphere and for us will disappear, moving to its own near-solar orbit, and from the point of view of those who are on the moon, the Reich Germans, for example, the Earth will disappear for about 200 years, and if they hold out this period (there will be 3 days of darkness on Earth) then they will go forward 200 years in development.
This is not directly connected with the Kirov tractor, but communication is possible.

      1. How did you determine that the tires are "sandy" ?! To identify them, you need to ride them. And something tells me that there is soft rubber for winter.
      2. And what does the color have to do with it ?! Civilian cars, there is a deep spit on camouflage.

The tires are sandy on the tread - it is visible on the screen, but there is no rubber softness, the color of civilian cars in the Arctic is not white to see from the air, and in the desert white - so as not to overheat, the autonomy is noticeable on the kung, as is the insulation, and there is air conditioning, there are also wood stoves, and the autonomy is sometimes worse because it quickly puts the battery out without an engine, it’s not an airplane APU and you won’t start up in the morning, and their reliability is not always good.

          2. You dig a video with a white painting technology in the Far North ?! At us at Bovanenkovo, the general contractor 3 Trakola were white. And they somehow did not toil this color. The cargo of the Urals, the Chinese with white cabs was a lot.

))))))) And the stoker in KUNG always has "good reliability" !!! Right now, autonomous units are just a sight for sore eyes, besides they (in some cases) have a separate battery installed, in addition, the cabin will probably be repainted by the manufacturers of superstructures (KUNG tanks), especially since the cabins are bought on the side (at first glance, HINO or TATA), and then what they brought to the plant - they put them like that !!!

The hero is a wonderful technique, but, damn it, dear. The owner of the old office dreamed of Vityaz, but did not dare to spend 18 Lyamov on B / ear. And these Yamal seem very budget cars.

Right I remembered. New ones from Ishimbay cost 30 Lyamas of ours in 2008. And they complained there, if my memory serves me mostly on the articulated cardan.

Serious equipment. The military is also useful.

I would like to see in the videos not only overcoming the ford and moving the parapet, but a test in the swamp, then it will immediately be clear what kind of cars. It looks like nothing.

Personally, I would like to look at its movement on the snow of the tundra in November - January in full load. In the summer, in the swamps of the Far North, you will not especially ride them. Bushes cut rubber very hard, because it is soft. And they did it just for the passage through the snow cover and trampling of the winter roads.

And besides, the goose has a very big drawback - a small internal volume and no comfort. Unless, of course, this is "ten" and "thirty". If in the summer it is still bearable - you can carry a lot of things on the "armor" and who can be transported, then in winter everyone strives to crawl inside. Yes, still in the winter special. It's hard there ... And if you still drive for 5-6 hours, which is not uncommon ... Or even more ...

But what about all-terrain vehicles for the Antarctic - they have MTOs, they are served from the inside. And the reliability is acceptable for driving around the firn. And firn is cooler than bushes from the tundra, he
Shelled abrasive and + Antarctic frosts.

100 cars a year - a disastrous project for the economy! Either the price will rise to the cost of "Ferrari" or "Moseratti", which are produced in the same order of magnitude, or the business will stall.

Any special equipment is expensive, since it does not have mass demand. But on the other hand it is necessary. In this case, a lot depends on the unification of nodes ...

There is no problem with the economy - the sponsor Gazprom will take the money from Ukraine, with the quantity too - there will be no more than a brigade in Mali, and they will have half the release - this is only for desert raids from camps tied to roads.
The tactics of the Masonic army in the desert is to occupy or spoil all the sources, then the partisans dry out without a fight. They also cannot leave for the cities - there are blacks with genocide by color, so a water carrier in the desert is a strategic weapon.
The rest are excuses, the fleet of oil production machines in the north is many thousands, these dozens are invisible in it, fire engines "to extinguish the tundra" are nonsense.

Then I look up to a more familiar technique.

There are several cab options. The very first option is the MAN cabin, a joint development with MAZ, it is also called the Manazov cabin, a large cozy but expensive one. They put the usual Mazovian.
