October 22 evening 2013 of the year. Pskov region. Landfill 714 near the village of Strugi Krasnye (near 70 km from the regional center). The tragedy during the exercise.
According to preliminary data, the cadets of the Ryazan Airborne School named after Margelov and the sergeant of contract service (the head of the facility on the director of the BMD) returned from firing to the location on the BMD-4М. At one of the sites, the car allegedly hit a shell, from the explosion of which six people were killed and two more were injured.
The dead:
cadet of the 5 course Alexander Postoikin (22 of the year, enrolled in the Ryazan Airborne School from the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika);
cadet 5 course Anton Solovyov (22, Kostroma);
cadet 5 course Maksim Nikitin (22, Krasnodar region);
cadet 5 course Israel Yevloyev (22 year, Republic of Ingushetia);
cadet 5 of the course Mikhail Paschanny (22 of the year, Ryazan);
Sergeant Yevgeny Tretyakov (31 year, Strugi Red).
Wounded Alexei Nikishaev and Ivan Zakharov by a special board from Pskov were taken for treatment in St. Petersburg - to the hospital of the Military Medical Academy. The condition of the cadets is assessed as stable, and nothing threatens their lives.
In this tragic stories There are an order of magnitude more questions than answers. Starting from the moment the servicemen died (inside the BMD, at the time they were “on armor” or during direct, let's say, ground contact with that ill-fated ammunition) until the testing of the landfills before and after the exercises at the time of the presence of unexploded shells on their territory.
Criminal proceedings were instituted under Article 349 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules for dealing with weapons and objects of increased danger to others. " According to Section 3 of this article, the perpetrators of the tragedy face up to ten years in prison. But will there be an investigation without a vague fever that has become characteristic of such questions, and will the real perpetrators be named, and not some hypothetical “ordinary Tsutskin, who hasn’t watched the exercises”?

I am an artilleryman with an 34 calendar year experience. It is possible ONLY to check the number of exploded ammunition when performing target shooting. Control of exploded ammunition in the management of runaway fire is impossible. Especially considering the factor that the intensity of the shooting has increased today. I am absolutely sure that the paratroopers were blown up on the ammunition, the SAMI troops themselves were picked up at the headmistress. It is obvious that, ultimately, having estimated the unpromising and unsafe storage of his house or at the location of the part, he was thrown to the side of the road (in a ditch). Actually with this explosion occurred. In general ..... friends .... when I watched a report with V.Shamanov's comments with a non-ARMED eye it was obvious that Vladimir Shamanov was thinking THAT'S SAME and .... taking advantage of his authority, DECREASES the result from the true cause of the death of his subordinates.
Volgograd explosion
October 21 in Volgograd, an explosion thundered in the bus number XXUMX. According to investigators, the 29-year-old native of the republic of Dagestan, Naida Asiyalova, self-detonated, was at that time the so-called “common-law spouse” of 30-year-old Dmitry Sokolov, who could have become one of the accomplices in the bloody terrorist act in the hero-city according to the version of the investigation.
In the 2010 year, 18-year-old Dmitry entered into marriage (no official marriage registration data were found) with 28-year-old Naida. It is noteworthy that the aforementioned Ravzat Asiyalova (Naida Asiyalova’s adoptive mother, who blew herself up in the Volgograd bus), states that she learned about her new son-in-law not from her daughter, but from the FSB officers.
As a result of the operation of an explosive device (power, according to information from law enforcement agencies, amounted to 600 g in TNT equivalent), six passengers, ranging in age from 17 to 29 years, died in the bus (excluding the one who, according to the investigation, made a self-explode - Naida Asiyalova).
Today, representatives of the investigation stated that they know how the whole route of Asiyalova’s travel through Volgograd (from Auchan hypermarket to the Akvarel shopping and entertainment center on a private trader’s car, and then boarding the 29 route bus), and that Asiyalova has all movement was carried out alone - unaccompanied.
There are a lot of questions here. One of those who stirred Runet is associated with Asiyalova's passports. Why "with passports"? But because immediately after the explosion through the mainstream media, one identity document was shown - with a pasted photograph of Asiyalova in the hijab. Based on the appearance of this document, it was difficult to assume that it was in the bag (pocket) of a suicide bomber during the explosion - it was so well preserved. The second document - with the same data and even the same spots, but in a more "affected" version. Asiyalova's photo on it already, apparently, without an additional “application”. If it were not completely identical in form and location of the spots on the passport, then one could assume that Asiyalova had two passports, but now it turns out that one ... That's just why the same passport was presented, to put it mildly, in different guises? At least, strange.
It is also strange that, according to Asiyalova’s foster mother, the special services were interested in her (Naida Asiyalova) “young husband” immediately after their “wedding” with Sokolov. It is noteworthy that the “husband” - Dmitry Sokolov at that time lived in the Moscow region and especially did not hide from anyone until a certain time, attending “Arabic language courses” in one of the Islamic centers of Moscow. If they were interested, how did it happen that Sokolov, again, according to law enforcement officers, found himself in the Dagestan underground, and Asiyalova began walking around the country (and even with a ticket to Moscow), tied with TNT bombs with striking metal elements?

And about the Arabic language courses - yes, there are hundreds of them in the country. And certainly under the control of the FSB. After all, someone even writes reports on the work done, without leaving the office. Most of the mice stopped to catch.

Who is Gennady Onishchenko checking for sanprigosti now?
This week Gennady Onishchenko left the post of head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Services. More precisely, Onishchenko did not leave, but, as they say, “they left him”.
After such a publication, most of those Russians who saw and continue to see Gennady Onishchenko not so much the official who headed the Federal Service for the Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, as the equivalent of a nuclear triad capable of cooling off any “benevolent” attitude towards to the Russian state, it even became somehow lonely. After all, Onishchenko has already become, in the minds of Russian citizens, a man who, as they say, can win the war (both informational, cold and cheese-sour) without any loss of personnel, but with a large destructive effect for the enemy. At the same time, Onishchenko’s work was (and still is) a truly jewelery one — a quiet, calm voice that gives killer arguments against which, as they say, you will not trample.
In this story, to put it mildly, even the removal of Gennady Onishchenko from his post, rather than the fact how this fact was presented, surprises not so much. To voice Onishchenko’s “resignation” information “due to the expired term of office” (although Onishchenko, according to him, it was possible for 2 years to work as head of the Rospotrebnadzor), our government needed to go to China. Only there, being a few thousand kilometers from Moscow, did Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets speak out about Onishchenko’s resignation. And the words of Mrs. Golodets almost immediately denied the press service of Prime Minister Medvedev, through the mouth of Natalia Timakova, declaring that the document on the dismissal of Gennady Onishchenko does not exist.
Immediately after the return of the government "like-minded people" to Moscow, Onishchenko really lost his post. Which of all this can be concluded? At least one: the press service of the second most important official in the state has a tendency not only to give out false information, but, let's say, to keep accurate information carefully from publication and to issue it after the fact. But the deputy prime ministers have become very active in our country - they are chopping off their shoulders, with their immediate superiors, apparently not particularly advising ...
Now Gennady Onishchenko has been appointed, you won’t believe ... as assistant prime minister. Is this a hint that the “sanitary state” of our government should be immediately corrected ...

India wants pipe and Customs Union
A meeting took place the other day between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. This is the fourth meeting of the Russian and Indian, let's call them delegations in the current year. If we talk about Russian-Indian summits in general, then this became 14. The meeting focused on the development of trade and economic ties between the two countries.
It is worth listing all the areas of cooperation in which the interaction between Moscow and Delhi in the near future should be intensified. The first is the energy sector, the second is the possibility of India’s participation in the GLONASS project with simultaneous deployment of two signal-calibration stations on the territory of this state, and the third is new projects in military-technical cooperation. If all these areas of work will be carried out actively and productively, then the authorities of both countries believe that after a couple of years there is an opportunity to bring the turnover to the value of 20 billions of dollars.
One of the most interesting questions that was discussed at the meeting in Moscow was the question of connecting Russian wells with Indian consumers with a pipe. This proposal was made by the Indian side. On the one hand, such a proposal is clearly aimed at strengthening partnerships and increasing trade, but another question: how to implement these. If you start such a project (we are talking about a land route), then the pipe will have to be laid either through Afghanistan and Pakistan (and to believe in the positiveness of such a route, you need to be an optimist), or through China and the Himalayas (apparently, with the cutting of tunnels in which even our “national treasure” in the form of OOO Gazprom can be lost and fall into despair).
The meeting also discussed the desire of India to start close cooperation with the Customs Union. Subsequently, Vladimir Putin expressed in the spirit that India wants to become a close partner of the Customs Union with all the consequences in the form of customs easing and the close integration of economies. In this regard, it remains to answer the question: "Does customs give good?"

1. Territorial mutual claims - zero, the sympathies are huge, at the level of national sympathy, these are even more than at the state.
2. Mutual wars and conflicts never existed.
3. During Soviet times, almost all of the US embassy in Delhi were specialists for the USSR, which at first surprised many. But in fact, everything is simple: the Americans were very much afraid of the further rapprochement of the Union and India, especially as the registration of this cooperation into a military-political union (and the economic reasons were also weighty).
So India and the Customs Union are wonderful.

Hotels, blondes, residential arrays ... I'm leaving the Criminal Code beautifully ...
Anatoly Serdyukov, occupying the post of Minister of Defense, paid nearly half a million rubles for a hotel in France. This is the conclusion reached by the Accounting Chamber, which published a report on violations committed by officials.
As the joint venture established, in October 2012, a month before his resignation, Serdyukov, participating in the work of the Russian-French Security Cooperation Council, booked rooms for himself and his subordinates at the Krion hotel for € 13,5 thousand. At the same time, the contract provided for a penalty for cancellation or reduction of the terms of residence.
“By the decision of the Minister of Defense Serdyukov from October 26, the visit of the Russian delegation to France was reduced to one day without staying at the hotel. As a result of the aforementioned hotel, “Kriyon” paid a penalty and fines in 10,5 thousand euros (424,9 thousand rubles), ”says the report of the Accounting Chamber.
Half a million rubles? Well, this is really a real small thing ... At a fine of the minimum wage, if only it pulls. Well, compared to how much, before the visit, or rather non-attendance, “Krion” was sold, transferred, re-registered ... By the way, it’s interesting, and at what head of the Accounting Chamber did this French hotel come to life with “non-budget” rates? If, too, under Sergei Stepashin, it was not because of the excessive counting activity that he was replaced with Tatyana Golikova in September of this year. To the very Tatyana Golikova, the agency headed by (the Ministry of Health), 2009-2010, the Audit Chamber found financial inconsistencies in the implementation of the national project "Health"? Like, that's enough, enough, Sergey Vadimovich, counted a lot, the calculation is over, have a rest ...

With relatives of terrorists will ask
The State Duma deputies in the second and third readings adopted a law according to which the state receives the right to recover the damage caused as a result of the terrorist act from the relatives of the terrorist.
The property will be confiscated in favor of the state if the relatives of the terrorist cannot prove the legality of its acquisition, according to an explanatory note to the law published on the website of the State Duma.
The bill was submitted to the State Duma on September 27 at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In the first reading, the bill was passed on October 15.
Incidentally, we recently discussed the words of the President of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, that he was ready to demolish the houses of terrorists and their relatives and supporters. Then many said that it was almost the Middle Ages, forgetting about Israeli practice. And now - all according to the law. And it is not necessary to demolish anything - the law of property disposal in favor of the state is regulated. The main thing is that, under the guise of terrorists, simply disliked people with some goodies are not counted among them.

On Thursday, heads and other representatives of the Commonwealth countries began to gather in Minsk. The first according to plan was to have a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. The participants in such a meeting were the heads of states of the Customs Union - the presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as representatives of Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, who are preparing to join and discuss the so-called road map of the CU (by the way, President Atambayev did not fly to Minsk , and instead of him, the deputy prime minister participated in the meeting, which, apparently, is connected with the provision of political asylum at the time to the ex-president of Kyrgyzstan Bakiyev). In addition to the politicians listed above, a man arrived at the meeting, who was on the council, which is no secret, the head of Ukraine was especially waiting.
In addition to the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Minsk, the CIS summit was held, at which, as they say, Alexander Lukashenko ruled.
Talk about the feasibility of the development of the CIS and the expansion of the Customs Union were discussed during the work in Minsk. Yanukovych arrived with the "fuel and energy" Deputy Prime Minister, apparently hinting at the conditions under which he is ready to turn to the TS person, although in the current conditions for Viktor Fyodorovich the turn to the TS face with a simultaneous reversal to the EU is nothing good anymore promises - wandered too far ...
During the meeting, the council discussed issues related to the possible rapprochement of the Customs Union and India, Turkey and other states.
The integration impulse spread to the CIS summit, at which Alexander Lukashenko called on all countries of the Commonwealth to act in a united front on the foreign policy arena, and even appealed to Georgia to return to the CIS. Georgia, which was ruled by President Saakashvili at the time of Lukashenka’s offer, refused, saying that “it’s too late to drink Borjomi,” and that she (Georgia) had already bought a train ticket to the EU and NATO. But instead of an electric train on the rails on the way to the EU and the North Atlantic Alliance, a uncoupled car, past the windows of which “engineer” Mikhail runs with branches in his hands, creating the illusion of moving forward ...

Kulbit Qatari diplomacy
Everything was mixed up in the Oblonskys' house. Barack Obama, once looking at the Damascus for a red chemical line, which would cause an immediate democratic response, agreed with the peace initiatives of Russia and did not bullet Tomahawks around Syria, although the US military (Chuck Hagel will not lie) and did what they expected order. The terrible tyrant and sarin poisoner of his own people, Assad - and that is how he seemed to the West - suddenly became meek, like a lamb, and refused all his chemical weapons, and even signed the corresponding papers. The OPCW, which is now working in Syria, won the Nobel Peace Prize, which looks both politically correct and logical: once they gave Obama, the chemists should be given. And recently it became known that Qatar, who actively sponsored militants in Syria, mainly from the SSA, not only contributed to the release of Lebanese Shiite hostages, but also tries to establish diplomatic relations with official Damascus, broken off in November 2011 on the initiative of Doha.
Today, Qatar is sowing the world all around: the idea of ending the feuds of the SSA and some of Al-Qaida’s groups in Syria, also from Qatar. It seems that Sheikh Tamim is trying on Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy's clothes on himself - or, at least, he is thinking about the Nobel Peace Prize. And at the same time about laying a gas pipeline through the territory of Syria to Turkey: the goal to heat the whole of Europe with gas is also a completely peaceful idea. And not an idea, but a whole dream. And nothing, that for the sake of this goal, Doha for more than two years contains groups of thugs and a whole army - consisting, it is true, of deserters, mercenaries, and every bearded rabble. In the media, by the way, they write that Qatar is financing not only the Syrian Free Army, but also absolutely notorious Islamists (for example, from “Dzhebhat al-Nusra”). And at the same time, on the Al-Jazeera TV channel, the atrocities of Assad are artistically and with decorations.
And suddenly - peace, friendship, chewing gum.
Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Khalifa Al-Thani sent a proposal to the Syrian authorities to restore diplomatic relations, passed the channel "RT" with reference to ITAR-TASS.
The representative of the Syrian government replied that Damascus is waiting for Doha to take real steps that would confirm the seriousness of the Qatari authorities' intention to normalize relations. Damascus remembers the role played by Qatar in fueling the Syrian war.
As for the reliability of such information, Evgeniya Novikova ("Independent newspaper") indicates that the Lebanese television channel Al Mayadin reported on Qatar’s offer to make peace with Syria. This is not all: the reliability of the information was confirmed by the “Nezavisimaya Gazeta” source in the Middle East. According to this knowledgeable source, the letter from Doha was transmitted to Damascus via Beirut. Corresponding contacts took place during the Saturday exchange of Lebanese pilgrims for two Turkish pilots. Qatar was also involved in the negotiations on the deal - as a state having influence on the Syrian militants. The Lebanese side received a letter for Damascus along with the pilgrims.
Emir's behavior is pleasant news for those good people who did not want and do not want the "democratization" of Syria. Attempts by Qatar to return diplomacy mean that a final retreat of a divided and hostile "opposition" from the Syrian fronts is not far off.

The United States has disappointed Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia seems to have disillusioned with US policy in the Middle East, writes Alexander Gasyuk ("Russian newspaper").
Prince Bandar bin Sultan, head of the Saudi intelligence agency in an interview with an unnamed European diplomat, said that Riad can cut cooperation with Washington. "Reuters" notes that, according to the Saudi authorities, the United States was unable to resolve the crisis in Syria. Washington is also guilty of rapprochement with Tehran.
The article also notes that Saudi Arabia has frightened the world community more than once: if Iran gets nuclear weapons, Riad will also acquire them.
As the correspondent reports. ITAR-TASS Yulia Romanova, the statement of Prince Bandar bin Sultan will not change the "foundations of relations" between the kingdom and the United States. This was stated at a briefing for journalists by the Deputy Chief of the Press Service of the US State Department Marie Harf.
The US Foreign Office "did not receive a similar message" from Riyadh, a State Department spokeswoman also said. She added: “We are cooperating in solving many difficult tasks, and I would say we are pursuing the same goals, whether we are talking about ending the civil war in Syria, returning the democratic government in Egypt or preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. The basis of our relations and cooperation with Saudi Arabia is solid. ”

Alain Delon speaks French
In 2012, Francois Hollande came to power under the motto: “Change now.” Since then, the French president has fulfilled, one can say, the only one of his promises: he defended the “rights” of gays, moreover, contrary to the demands of the masses. As for the rest, the economic promises of a socialist candidate are not implemented (in the working environment of Hollande called traitor), from budget deficit reduction to 3% had to be abandoned, and the liberal immigrant policy advertised before the elections had turned into its opposite. In the summer, Hollande had to publicly admit that the election promise of giving foreign citizens the right to vote in local elections could not be fulfilled: there would be no votes in parliament. In the fall, the French Interior Minister surprised the French with extreme intolerance, expressed both in words and in deeds.
At the end of September, the head of the French Interior Ministry, Manuel Valls, spoke about the gypsies. According to him, gypsies who are not able to integrate in France should “be sent back abroad.” How many such Gypsies who cannot integrate? According to Monsieur Waltz, they are the majority.
As noted by "BBC", the statement of the Minister was sharply criticized by the European Commission and human rights defenders. Amnesty International provided data: in the first six months of 2013, more than 10 thousands of people were evicted from Gypsy tent cities. Human rights activists believe that the statement by the Waltz will only “strengthen stereotypes and increase hostility” in relation to about 20 to thousands of Roma who arrived in France from Romania, Bulgaria and the former Yugoslavia.
The UN Human Rights Council did not endorse the Waltz either. Of course, the organizations defending the rights of Roma were outraged.
To the critics-internationalists, the head of the Interior Ministry said in response that he would not apologize: after all, the gypsy lifestyle and French values are incompatible. Waltz rightly said that the Gypsy’s lifestyle “obviously contradicts” French values. The Minister insists:
In practice, this should be implemented as follows: local authorities are obliged to demolish Gypsy tent camps.
It can be said that the government of Hollande has begun to implement the ideas of the far right.
Alexey Bondarev ("Vesti") notes that if Hollande loses confidence, the ratings of nationalists, on the contrary, rise.
According to the results of the cantonal elections in Brignoles in the south of France, the winner was the candidate of the "National Front" Laurent Lopez. Marine Le Pen had a reason to call his party the most important political force of the V Republic:
Experts remind: voting in Brignoles is the first rehearsal before the elections to the Parliament of the Fifth Republic. The “National Front” is already expected to win the election to the European Parliament in 2014. The rating of nationalists today is five points higher than that of the socialists.
To this we must add that, according to media reports, almost one-fifth of voters are ready to vote for the National Front in the European Parliament. Where does such popularity come from? But the fact is that the ultra-right advocates locks on the borders, speak out against the Islamization of society, endorse traditional family values, Catholicism. I do not like the "National Front" legalization of same-sex marriages, enforced by Monsieur Hollande. And, oddly enough, Marine Le Pen would like her France to leave the European Union. And with this idea - to the European Parliament! Truly, the world is full of paradoxes.
There is one more thing to add here. In France, a scandal broke out due to the fact that the extreme right was supported by Alain Delon. Approval of Le Pen's course was not expressed in the conversation in the kitchen, but in public.
As reported by 18 October site "AIF-Moscow" With reference to Parisien, the actor said he was refusing the post of chairman of the jury of the Miss France contest. The reason for the voluntary resignation was just the scandal that broke out in the liberal media after the artist confessed in one interview that he supported the National Front.
After that, notes AiF, as Alain Delon said that the National Front occupies an important place in the political life of France, and he “approves of this,” the organizers of the competition urged the jury members not to advertise their political affiliation. Delon responded to the organizing committee in writing:
Previously, Alain Delon negatively expressed about homosexuals. The article by Nabil Touati ("Le Huffington Post"; the source of translation is "InoSMI") are the actor's words about gays. In the “C à vous” program on France 5, Delon said that he has nothing “against gays who live together,” but he considers homosexuality as “unnatural.” He added:
Concerning the adoption of children by same-sex couples, the film actor also replied:
As a result, the famous actor had the reputation of both homophobic and ultra-right, almost a fascist. As they say in the media, even the son Anthony dissociated himself from the statements of his father, as if deserving public condemnation. As befits a stern father, Delon Sr. advised his son to "shut up."

Hurt insult British Prime
The other day it became known that the British Prime Minister could not calm down due to the revelations of Snowden. And the truth is: the revelations are not published anywhere in China or Russia, but in the Guardian newspaper. Recently, Cameron almost personally commanded the destruction of hard drives in the newspaper’s editorial office, which was later ironically ridiculed: that the prime minister does not know what information storage technologies exist in the 21st century network. Alan Rasbridger, editor-in-chief of the Guardian, explained that the materials are kept by American partners - because in the US, the traditions of freedom of speech are stronger than the British. All these statements, apparently, seemed to the chief keeper of the London secrets extremely offensive. And he launched a new campaign against Rasbridger, which was picked up by some of the competing Guardian newspapers, the Daily Mail and the Mirror. Here it is, the struggle for a place in the sun ...
David Cameron was harassing parliamentarians to find harm from secret leaks, namely the internal affairs committee. The task of this profile committee is to prove that the publication in the newspaper of classified information caused damage to the national security of Britain.
In general, the homeland was in danger, and Rasbridzh and Snowden began to look like enemies of the British people.
Meanwhile, in Brazil, where the Guardian employee Glenn Greenwald (more precisely, a former employee) lives, other events developed. Greenwald, who had received the first materials from Edward Snowden, decided to part with the newspaper and open his own news agency. There is another information: the journalist allegedly labored in the website project of billionaire and the founder of eBay, Pierre Omidyar (the site will be linked to investigative journalism). However, the last project exists only in the plans. In any case, Greenwald’s decision to leave the Guardian suggests that the progressive British edition doesn’t have a happy end, but something opposite, like the ending of a gloomy thriller. In the end, a secret service colleague and close friend of Greenwald (also from Brazil) by the name of David Miranda, was captured at the Heathrow airport not so long ago, searched degradingly - and then tortured with nine-hour interrogation with an addiction, like some kind of mature terrible terrorist. The media was taken away from the correspondent, but no charges were brought against him. In short, democracy, human rights, freedom of speech, and so on.
In response to the story of Miranda, as well as with hard drives, Glenn Greenwald said that from now on he would start writing “more aggressively” than before about government surveillance. The British will not be particularly good in this sense, a journalist from Brazil said, adding that “they” will “regret” their actions.
It was in August, and since then the publication in the Guardian continued. Rusbridger also stated on the website of the newspaper that he would not refuse exposing publications. He clarified at the same time that part of the materials will be published and overseas partners of the newspaper - the New York Times, for example.
These two stubborn, apparently, brought Cameron to white heat.
Presumably, the government just will not get rid of the editors of the Guardian. It is difficult to guess what exactly the decision will be made and how then the disobedient Rasbridger will be punished. One recalcitrant — American comrade Snowden — is already hiding somewhere in Moscow. Or maybe in Tobolsk - who knows! .. Be that as it may, one thing is clear: Cameron today shows no less perseverance than the chief editor of the Guardian. And this means that the newspaper will undoubtedly be punished. The British press should get a very, very illustrative example, and society should understand who is in the flock of sheep, and who is the shepherd. In addition, Tempor has not been canceled, and new Snowdens are not needed by world secretaries. And some British newspapers pretending to be loyal government circles do not need competitors. Such is the simple and clear story, comrades, gentlemen.
Meanwhile, the site of the disgraced edition moved to another domain zone: from guardian.co.uk to theguardian.com.
We end up with some good news.
The 19 Network News Association of October awarded The Guardian two awards (the Gannett Foundation Award for Innovative Investigative Journalism, Large) and the Gannett Foundation Award for Watchdog Journalism for a series of exposing articles about the activities of the NSA, written by E. Snowden. This is stated on the site journalists.org.
"Military Review" promises to follow the history of the British newspaper, oppressed by suppressors of freedom of speech.

Chinese advances
The oil, which has risen in price substantially over the past years, is currently being bought up by the Middle Kingdom from Russia in large quantities from Russia. The recent meeting between Prime Minister Medvedev and Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Keqiang reinforced the new eastern vector of the hydrocarbon development of the Russian economy. As for Beijing, which fell to the Russian pipe, he "would like not to stop." That was exactly what Comrade Lee said.
October 22 Russian Premier D. Medvedev held talks with Xi Jinping, and then with Premier Li Keqiang. The basis of the negotiations was, of course, raw materials. No matter how much Russia wants to sell something other than hydrocarbons or other natural resources, these proposals of the Middle Kingdom are of little interest. The main outcome of the negotiations: the parties agreed on the increase in oil supplies from the Russian Federation to the PRC. Over the 10 years, they will grow by 100 million tons. This is interesting to China.
As noted by "InoTV", at a meeting with journalists Li Keqiang, raising the question of the intended goal of increasing the trade turnover of Russia and China by 2015 to 100 billion dollars, stressed that “I would like not to dwell on 100 billion dollars, and to increase to 200 billion dollars, and 300 billion dollars. "
What is fraught with the eastern vector of raw materials strategy for Russia, Alexander Gabuev and Kirill Melnikov (Kommersant). The oil contracts, the authors note, look “confident”, but only “the price of the question, which concessions and discounts Moscow will have to make in exchange for cash flow from Beijing”, the parties do not name. The correspondents also recall the negative experience of past Russian-Chinese cooperation. It is a question of the material and that Russia is becoming a raw materials appendage of the PRC.
The current structure of commodity turnover is increasingly fixing Russia's status as a raw materials appendage of the Middle Kingdom: in 2012, the commodity turnover of the two countries increased to 88,16 billion dollars (Russian exports amounted to 44,15 billion dollars). At the same time, the share of machinery and equipment in it, analysts say, was 0,7%. The rest is minerals (hydrocarbons are almost 69%).
As for the talks with Medvedev, their results showed that Beijing is ready to act within the framework of the previous concept: Russian hydrocarbons in exchange for Chinese loans. What are these loans?
Kommersant notes a curious statement by Igor Sechin. The fact is that the financial support from China will have to be paid, the authors write. True, Mr. Sechin assured the journalists that the question of how much Rosneft would cost to receive prepayments from Sinopec and CNPC, what the size of the effective rate on these loans would be, “shouldn't worry them,” because “costs are not“ Rosneft. Who carries them? Nothing was said about this. At the same time, an unnamed representative of CNPC told Kommersant that the company credits Russians "not for free", but did not name the amount of possible discounts on raw materials or the loan rate.
Oleg Gladunov ("Free press") in the article “Robbery with prepayment. Rosneft sells the future well-being of Russians to China for cheap ”writes:
Firstly, such a low price is surprising. After all, even 115 dollars per barrel, based on 10 years in advance, at the current price of the Russian Brent variety on the market at about 110 dollars per barrel, is very little. But nothing of the 101 dollar per barrel is out of the question - it’s simply cheap. In addition, as Nikolai Podlevskikh, head of the analytical department at Zerich Capital Management IC, comments on Quote.ru analytical portal, for today's additional opportunities, Russia will receive a “long-term non-removable yoke”. The most important risk of such agreements, according to the expert, is “long-term bondage”, which will be particularly difficult if oil prices rise over the years. With such a policy, which is being conducted today by the US Federal Reserve, Eurocentrobank and other global central banks, pumping the world market with money, the price of oil will surely grow in the long term. ”
“Today, relations (Russia and China) are at an unprecedented height,” the journalist quotes Dmitry Medvedev as saying "Voices of America" Evgenia Kuznetsova. This conclusion was made at the conclusion of the visit to China by the Russian prime minister.
And comrade Li Keqiang said emotionally: “If we had more time, we were ready to stand and watch the documents being signed.”

Right. Enough hysteria. It would be time for the guarantor with an iPhone to really modernize the economy, and not to build with a shrapnel for cutting the dough.
And all these deliveries of raw materials to China on their terms are rather humiliating. China needs raw materials, and it receives it from us at prices that are more beneficial to it than to us. We can recall the same electricity that goes to China for the price of 2 times less than our own people in the Far East.
Yes, and a refinery is being built in China to process our oil. And we do not need jobs in the Far East.

The price of "off"
The United States has calculated the damage from the recent shutdown of the government. According to Standard & Poor's, the 16-day crisis cost the American economy $ 24 billion, writes Konstantin Kerubov ("Voice of Russia").
Journalists of “The Foreign Policy” and other American publications lucidly explained how many Americans lost. We give some comparisons.
9 flights to Mars. The cost of the program of the rover "Curiosity" was $ 2,5 billion dollars. Instead of a budget crisis, Americans could "occupy" the red planet with rovers.
5 Large Hadron Colliders. The world's largest particle accelerator was worth $ 4,75 billion.
1 fusion reactor. 20 billion dollars - the price of the project of the International Experimental Thermonuclear Reactor, such as what is being built in France today. It turns out that Republican congressmen "stole" the amount that could forever provide humanity with free electricity.
Iceland and another Iceland. 24 billion dollars - GDP of El Salvador or even two GDP of Iceland.
Where in our time without IT-companies? With such money, the United States could buy all of Twitter’s shares (the company is valued at $ 20 billion).
Well, not to mention such trifles as the F-150 fighter jets 35. Or, say, a pair of atomic aircraft carriers. And it would also be possible to build 16 tallest buildings in the world (with a height closer to a kilometer).
Finally, Americans could spend four billion Olympics in Sochi or two in London for 24 billion. In Beijing, they would be enough for only half of the Olympiad ...
It is interesting to add, whether the stubborn Republicans took into account - after all the negative publications in the media - how much can they stubbornly harm their own image? Now that Obama has won the dispute, albeit temporarily, he looks like something like the savior of the nation (he is supported by American newspapers, TV and public opinion), and congressional Republicans are not just the losing side, but the personification of evil: the source of damages, unpaid leave and protests on the streets.
The “oppositionists” from Congress, completely devoid of strategic thinking, did a favor to Obama: no doubt, the confidence rating of the president, who withstood the “blackmail” of the Republicans, will now begin to grow. This will be a very expensive rating. Twenty four billion. Five Large Hadron Colliders, one thermonuclear reactor, or even Twitter - and in the latter case, the purchase can still be washed throughout America.

State Department as a time machine
US Secretary of State 24 October, said the special place of the United States in the world, reports corr. RIA News" Alexey Bogdanovsky.
“I have always said that America is exceptional not because we kick ourselves in the chest and say that we are exceptional <...>, but because we do exceptional things,” said Kerry, speaking at the Center for American Progress in Washington ...
The United States, according to John Kerry, should be “irreplaceable” in the world. He argued this indispensability by the success of American foreign policy - for example, in Afghanistan. Over the decade, child mortality has decreased by 60% over the decade and life expectancy has increased by 20 years - true, expected.
In Africa, progress has been made in the fight against HIV / AIDS, Kerry said.
"We help others without demanding anything in return, and this is exceptional," Secretary Kerry said.
To this we must add that Afghanistan, with the Americans turned into a world-wide opium garden. With regard to life expectancy, this statement Kerry surpassed Clapper and Obama, who previously were too shy to use the past tense in their excuses for the NSA's interception and operated only on the present and the future. At the main person in the State Department, the future has already become past ...
