No other country would boast of such a "commander" as Zhukov. As Eisenhower said about the Berlin battle: "for such a" victory "I would be brought to justice." Rokossovsky and Chernyakhovsky are the real Generals with a capital letter. And Zhukov is a bloody butcher, otherwise I can't call him

This he overpayed powerfully ... The trouble with the Allied commanders was that they lacked scale. And so they threw the corpses of their own soldiers of the Germans quite qualitatively.

Zhukov drove the people to the slaughter like cannon fodder ... The Soviet army saved us (in which 500 thousand of my fellow tribesmen served, of which 200 thousand laid their heads). Miloch, before you fanatically worship something on the basis of Zionist propaganda, you must at least make sure that this is not another lie.
So, at the present time, there is FULL DATA on the losses of the Red Army and the USSR Armed Forces in every operation and battle of the Second World War. According to these data, the percentage of losses of operations led by Zhukov is less than the same percentage of your "non-bloody" favorites.
As for the Berlin operation, this operation is being studied in the highest military institutions of all countries of the world, and is considered a brilliant example of military genius precisely because, given the transformation of Berlin into a fortified city, the loss of troops during its assault was MINIMUM compared to possible.

The march of combined regiments during the Victory Parade completed the formation of soldiers carrying 200 lowered banners and standards of the defeated Nazi troops. These banners under the dark fraction of the drums were thrown onto a special platform at the foot of the Lenin Mausoleum. Hitler's personal standard was cast first.
And by the way, our soldiers were wearing gloves so as not to dirty their hands

The United States was created on the bones of millions of Native Americans who were stupidly carved and starved to death. Count these millions. Today, more people are in prison in the United States than in Russia. In Guantanamo, there is no trial at all.
And terror and repression are inevitable companions of the formation of strong power in any country.

And at the age of 10 I was impressed by this photo. She hung in the school corridor at the stand and I went to admire her almost every change. If anyone does not know, in the photo the battleship "Parizhskaya Kommuna" (former and future "Sevastopol") is firing its main caliber at the advancing German troops near Sevastopol.

When the fleet went on boarding, the best shooters were planted on the yards to shoot from above at the enemies, but how to distinguish ours from enemies when you look downward? then they began to tie a bow or "trefoil" from ropes (naval ends) to the caps on the crown, some had pompons on the crown, everything depended on the agreement on the ship, the most successful remained in the history of the fleets and not always on the crown, as we can see on the picture..

There were two hoisting devices according to the recollection of veterans: the first was on a low hill, but it was clearly visible from the side of the landing ships, in the subsequent the flag was transferred to the largest peak, and here the cameraman arrived in time. Of course, there is an opinion that the cameramen filmed everything in a production version, and it was like that when we shot the connection of our troops near Kalach, and veterans write about it, but the operator who went through all the raids with Kovpak shot real bombings of bridges. My brother told me that in the training a film was shown to them, scenes from which they will never show ... although with our horror stories everything can be, it was shown there how the soldiers were tearing off their heads on the run, or a machine gunner shooting from a DP in the complete absence of a body below the belt. You can’t shoot such a thing in a production.

There is a famous photo of our mortar looking into the sight of a mortar. I read the memories of the photojournalist who took this photo. Hundreds of letters came to him, where the writers recognized their father, son, brother, uncle, etc. in the mortar man. And the correspondent himself described his impressions of the meeting with this fighter. Briefly - this soldier can be killed if you try, but you can’t win the war, to his opponent.

Well, in Bolagodoria, such "historians" as Svanidze, directors like Mikhalkov and films like the penal battalion have the general opinion that the political instructors did not approach the front line for a cannon shot, the special officers and Smershevets tortured people, and the NKVD troops were all in the detachments. Apparently for the purpose of political correctness, and they were ashamed to name Alexei Eremenko his real position, but was appointed to the battalion commander. According to modern photographers and journalists, only commissars were raised to attack the soldiers, sometimes the commander’s battalion commanders.

The picture was taken at the time of the counterattack, but the camera was damaged, and Max Alpert was forced to lie down in trench; while he was assessing the damage caused to the camera (at that time he believed that the pictures were lost and the film was damaged or light-up), he heard a message transmitted through a chain of people: “The battalion commander was killed!”. Considering that this is the very commander, he subsequently titled the photo "Combat". But do not be distracted, continue to fantasize further ...

Looks like the Yankees do not like commissars, that’s why they replaced the junior political officer with a battalion commander)) Although initially there was a discrepancy. At first it was considered a battalion commander. Since this commander was killed after a few seconds and at that time a noise went out among the fighters - the battalion commander was killed. Here is the correspondent and decided that it was a battalion commander.
For a long time, Max Alpert could not establish what kind of person was captured in the photograph - many recognized their relatives on it, one even in 2005 stated that he was captured on it. In order to identify the commander with the help of the Komsomolskaya Pravda journalists, together with activists of the Lugansk regional youth organization Molodogvardі (ts (Rus. Molodogvardeets), searches for the person’s relatives from the photograph were organized, and an appeal was published from the newspaper’s pages. In 1974, the relatives of Eremenko (mother and son) wrote to the editorial office with a request to find M. Alpert, since, in their opinion, it was their husband and father that were captured in the photograph. At first, this message caused skepticism, given the many previous such statements, and because of the funeral attached to the letter received by the wife of Alexei Gordeevich Evdokia Eremenko in 1943: “We inform you that your husband is the youngest political officer Alexei Gordeevich Eremenko, born in 1906, January 14 1942 was missing. " But, since photographs were also attached to the letter, this made it possible to conduct an examination, which confirmed with a high degree of certainty that Alpert’s photo and photographs provided by Eremenko’s wife depict one person.

On Thursday, the US Marine Corps confirmed that it had applied measures to a team of snipers who posed in a photograph with a flag on which you can recognize the symbols of the SS fascist unit — the double zig runes.

During the Second World War, these units were considered elite and were under the personal command of the SS Reichsfuhrer Heinrich Himmler.

As the official representative of the Marine Corps Corps, Lt. Col. Stuart Upton, told reporters, "the use of Nazi symbols is unacceptable" and "casts a shadow on the honor of the US military." According to him, punitive measures have already been taken against the guilty, the character of which the lieutenant colonel did not begin to disclose.

A photograph taken in September 2010 in the Afghan province of Helmand was published on an online blog owned by one of the Marines. According to Upton, those who posed in the photo were expelled from their unit.
Human rights defenders, however, require more severe measures. Washington-based Military Religious Freedom Foundation receives many calls from former marines who are offended by photography.
At the same time, some representatives of US military circles are urging not to rush to conclusions. According to the official representative of the military base Camp Paddleton / California / Mark Oliva, as a result of the investigation, it was found that the letters SS on the flag are abbreviations for scout sniper, that is, a scout sniper. Nevertheless, Oliva believes, such abbreviations are “categorically unacceptable.”
According to observers, the case using Nazi symbols can seriously harm the image of the Pentagon, especially given another recent scandal. A few weeks ago, the whole world was shocked by the video in which several American soldiers shamelessly relieved the need for the bodies of the killed Afghans. Then the perpetrators also turned out to be snipers of the US Marine Corps.

All four marines captured on video by urinating on the bodies of the Taliban were identified by the Pentagon during an internal investigation. Earlier, a spokesman for the US Marine Corps confirmed to the BBC that two of them had been identified.

Those who don’t know the materiel. A U.S. Marine sniper could only collect samurai swords from the corpses of enemy officers, but not the SS runes.

The press service acted quite adequately. And this tale about "trophies" is already from voluntary otmazchikov.

          did not troll in vain.
Now about the work of a sniper: he knocks down the enemy and then crawls into the enemy’s trench behind the stripes? And who is trolling here. At least sometimes turn on the head.

Don’t worry. Camp Paddleton is the 1st division of the United States ILC. And during the invasion of Europe, they were very busy on Peleiu and Okinawa. So they could not banally shoot SS officers; the distance was too great even for very good snipers.

This is a war crime for which American punishers have not been punished.
          Timeline of events: [2])
          29 April 1945 years
6:00 The new commandant of the camp, SS Obersturm Fuhrer Heinrich Skodzensky (German: SS-Obersturmführer Heinrich Skodzensky) gave his subordinates the order to surrender. At that time, under his command were about 560 people, some of them were wounded in the hospital.
10:55 Commandant Skodzensky came out to meet the Americans, but was killed in the ensuing shootout while trying to surrender the camp.
11:00 Parts of the third battalion of the 45th American division entered the camp.
11:30 American soldiers, impressed by what they saw in the camp, kill 122 captured German soldiers, mostly fighters of the SS troops. Escaped prisoners kill about 40 more guards, some of them with their bare hands.
12:00 The order in the camp is temporarily restored. 358 German soldiers were taken prisoner, many of them - wounded soldiers from the hospital raised from their beds.
12:05 The machine gunner nicknamed "Bird's Eye" (born Birdeye) suddenly cried out: "They are trying to escape!" and opened fire from a 30-caliber machine gun, killing 12 soldiers before Lt. Colonel Felix L. Sparks pushed him away from the machine gun with the words “What the hell are you doing ?!”
12:15 The order is restored again.
12:30 Most of the prisoners returned to cells.
14:45 346 captured German soldiers were shot against the wall of Block C. At least one German soldier was killed by prisoners there. Survivors finished off with single shots.
18:00 Arriving additional parts to help guard the camp.
None of the participants in the execution was punished, the charges were dropped by General Patton. The results of the investigation of Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Whitaker (Eng. Lt. Col. Joseph Whitaker) dated June 8, 1945 were classified.

If you are so principled against the SSovtsy, then why didn’t you shoot them, but instead took in the service of thousands of high-ranking SSovtsas who personally gave orders to kill millions of people?

There are many similar facts and many photos which clearly show that this is not a parade, but the withdrawal of German troops from the Soviet side (under the agreement).

Not that. Each war has several iconic photos. And there are several iconic military photos. Perhaps the first one should be called

Robert Capa Death of a Republican Soldier, Spain. 1936 year

He also has a landing in Normandy

And this is Eugene Smith, a drunk soldier
