Biryulyovo exposes state and public ulcers

607
Moscow, Vostryakovsky Ave. Night on October 10 this year. Young Muscovite Egor Shcherbakov escorted his girlfriend Xenia home. At that moment a man approached the young people, who, according to Xenia, began to behave provocatively, be rude and quote: “imitate me.” Egor tried to cool the heat of the fitter, but he attacked the 25-year-old guy, and a scuffle ensued between them. According to Xenia, she tried to separate the men with the words “you are adults”. Then the same, let's say, “night passer-by” pulled a knife out of his pocket and hit Egor, who was trying to jump aside. The blow came, as the examination then set, as if in the heart; knife wound for Yegor Shcherbakov turned out to be fatal.

Biryulyovo exposes state and public ulcersThe incident in Vostryakovsky Prospect in the Russian capital was described from the words of Xenia (the girl Yegor Shcherbakov), who, answering the question about how the attacker looked, said that he had a Caucasian appearance. Outdoor surveillance cameras were able to capture the alleged perpetrator, for helping to catch which the leadership of the Moscow police promises 1 million rubles. In Moscow, the “Volcano” plan was introduced, but no tangible results in terms of getting out on the trail of the killer action of the capital's law enforcement officers brought.

But история found another sequel. Outraged residents of the Moscow district of Biryulyovo-Zapadnoye came to a spontaneous rally with the demands to find and punish the murderer of a young Muscovite. The people who came to the street were originally arrived by representatives of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the SAD who promised to investigate the situation and take all measures to catch the killer. However, this situation has not calmed down.

New and new hundreds of citizens began to flock to the square in front of the shopping center "Biryuza", who called upon the Moscow authorities not only to investigate the criminal episode connected with the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov, but also to close the vegetable base that functions in the area. The employees of this vegetable base are predominantly the so-called labor migrants, whose behavior has recently become an increasing concern among the locals.

Nikolay M .:
I live in Troitsk myself, my father lives here (in Biryulyovo Zapadnoye - author's note). When I come to him and walk past this base, it seems that I either got to Azerbaijan, or somewhere else. But not to Moscow ... Of course, I will not begin to row all visitors with one size, but everything is obvious - there is no order. I think that the murder of a Russian guy, in fact, is only the tip of the iceberg.

Elena V. (a resident of the region) reports:
If even a little dark, then out of the house is scary to get out. Especially lately. I try to not let out children at all. Constantly some clashes, "gatherings", swearing, incomprehensible language. At home they do not behave like this. A nightmare of some kind. Guests ...

After the rally began to escalate into clashes with representatives of the police, one after another began to close outlets in the area. Stops stopped working and stalls. Only a few shop owners decided to continue trading. Subsequently, it turned out that such a risk in most cases was unjustified. As the saying goes, the merchants were not exactly able to get profits from sales with an influx of people, but they managed to see their outlets with broken glasses ...

Moscow law enforcement officers began to report on the first arrests. By the end of the day, more than 380 people were sent to police buses, and then to the stations.

On Sunday evening, the excited crowd headed for the gates of the very vegetable base, which so frightens the locals. In the course of the movement, people beat and turned over literally everything that they came across: from parked cars to kiosks and shop windows. Several dozens of young people piled on the gate, after which they swung open and part of the crowd that did not have time to "cut off" the riot police, broke into the base.

Eyewitnesses to the events claim that the police did not actively prevent hot young people from entering the base. After the young people smashed several refrigeration units and went back, not finding “on-site” staff at the base, they were able to get out of its territory to the cheers of those who were blocked from accessing the gates by riot buses. The riot police, having no clear numerical advantage over the indignant crowd, behaved as follows: he tried to literally pull the most aggressive people out of the crowd one by one.

As a result, high-ranking officers of the Moscow police announced that the situation in Biryulyovo Zapadnoye, although not without difficulty, but managed to bring everything under control, but at any moment they expect a quote: “new provocations”. At the same time, it was announced that in order to investigate the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov, the best metropolitan operatives were connected, who had already communicated with Yegor’s relatives and acquaintances, but could not provide the media with the information received from them, as this could damage the investigation.

At 70, people involved in the so-called "Biryulev riots" were brought up in cases of administrative offenses.

Meanwhile, the people who participated in the very first rally, aimed at activating the metropolitan police in terms of searching for the killer of the 25-year-old Muscovite, announced that if the police did not respond to their appeals, then they intend to create by their own forces militias that will patrol the area, turned in recent years into one of the most volatile areas of Moscow. Police representatives (in particular, acting police chief in the Southern Military District, A. Polovinka) said they were ready to support the initiative of local residents.

On the events in the Moscow area Biryulyovo West managed to speak, many representatives of the government and, so to speak, an active public. At the same time from different people receive different estimates. Let us cite some judgments of well-known people from among the so-called social activists.

Lyudmila Alekseeva (human rights activist, head of the MHG):
People need to calm down, try to really find the killer, and we must not allow violence on the streets. I wonder why there are no law enforcement agencies in Biryulyovo. Unlike Bolotnaya Square 6 May 2012, really aggressive people gathered in Biryulyovo, who turn garbage cans over, try to turn cars around, attack law enforcement officers. Why are our law enforcement agencies able to act toughly against the participants of the peaceful demonstration, and where there is really unrest, they are not very active?

In this statement of Mrs. Alekseeva, the strange essence of her “human rights” activity is traced. Lyudmila Mikhailovna and here tries to translate everything on the rails "marsh marches." 380 detainees and 70 administrative cases, apparently, will not be enough for the human rights activist - more will be needed for the “swamp hearts” to calm down ...

The head of the Federation of Migrants of Russia, Muhammad Amin Majumder:
I have just come from Biryulyovo. There is a very dangerous situation. Hundreds of drunken aggressive youth and many nationalists. Nationalists are very aggressive.

Yes, you can’t argue with Madjumder, there really are a lot of aggression in people, and not only among hardened nationalists. Ordinary Muscovites who live in the immediate vicinity of this ill-fated vegetable base in Biryulyovo do not seem to have anything to do with the nationalists, but their bitterness beats them. And why does the head of the Russian FM does not cover the topic of where such an abundance of aggression suddenly spilled out onto Moscow streets? Why did All Russian migrants decide to visit Biryulyovo right now, when riots and riots? Why didn’t the words of the residents of the region come to Mr. Majumder earlier that the so-called labor migrants turned the region into a large criminal market with their own laws, or rather, without any laws at all. Or did he like everything? ..

It is obvious that the unrest itself, which arose in the said Moscow district, is not something separately taken. And it was not at all a separate murder, whoever it was committed (came from the Caucasus, Central Asia or any other region), was their main cause. The murder of Yegor Shcherbakov is, let's say, a drop that has filled the cup.

Aggression is a link in a complex chain - a chain that is caused by the blatant neglect of local (and not only local) authorities on the interests of the indigenous population. The situation turned into such a situation in which the leaders of migrant groups could, for a certain amount, organize cover for their activities by the authorities - “municipal”, police and other “roofs”. There would not be such a working cover, there would not be such a frank rampant crime, which today is often called ethnic. People are tired of the fact that the authorities have enough only for pre-election speeches, and as soon as the choice is made, the problems begin to slow down again, aggravating the situation.

At the same time, the police, as they say, hit the tails - trying to eliminate the symptoms, but at the same time it does not deal with the main thing - prevention. Apparently, there is an installation: there is a foreign territory there - therefore we pretend that we are keeping order, but not further than the fences of vegetable stores and other compact nurseries of “migratory” crime. What to say, if in any city there is such a “vegetable shop” ... In any city, most residents know about the places of residence of drug dealers, holders of all kinds of dens, underground gambling halls, about where these institutions are located. They know in which restaurants and on which recreation centers they are going to, using the 90 language, “crimson jackets” to discuss another project of dividing the city. Everyone knows, but for some reason law enforcement agencies and local authorities do not know ... And it happens that local authorities “don’t know” for the simple reason that they themselves are going to drink and eat “crimson jackets” for money. And if it turns out that the police, thank God, found out, then time passes - things fall apart, close down - as they say, thank you all, everyone is free ...

And now, too, you can ponder as much as you like about rebellious drunk fans or nationalists, you can brand young people with scarves who have turned over the tray with watermelons. But it is time to understand that after all this activity is also the result of frank bureaucratic inaction, the result of the fact that there are laws for equals, and there is for those who are more equal, that there is “mysterious” and “undetectable” corruption with the naked eye, but it turns out, "business and nothing personal." Until the laws in the country become truly working, work with respect to everyone and everyone, and until structures appear that can be really (and not in the form of sticks in police documents), the implementation of these laws will be monitored, pogroms and ferments will continue , “Funny” shooting weddings, lezginka on the Eternal Lights, shouts of nationalists and other attributes. But when laws begin to work in our country, and when their implementation is still controlled, a question from the category: “when the first apple trees bloom on Mars and world peace prevails” - I want to hurry already ...

PS Moscow’s Vice-Mayor Alexander Gorbenko said that the riots in Biryulyovo were provoked by nationalists: “The situation showed that the sudden appeal of a handful of frozen nationalists could lead to such consequences. Thank God that the internal affairs bodies worked quickly and professionally.”

Hmm ... He said ... And Muscovites and many other Russians thought that it was not the first such murder, not the first unrest and not the first nationalist speeches - the result of chewing snot by the authorities in the heyday of the corruption "raspberry".

If you do not stop the uncontrolled import of illegal immigrants, then such clashes will be across the country.
And fascism with Nazism has nothing to do with it. There is an extrusion of the titular nation from our own house, people who do not have any right to be in the country (emphasize!)
Look at the summaries, everywhere figures appear that there are only a few visitors, but even a simple look out the window says that they are not even millions ...

Uncontrolled migration is only a consequence of total corruption. This is for the time being a call from the authorities to come to their senses, then it will be ringing.

Yesterday I watched a report on TV. A local resident states: "The head of the police department is Azerbaijani, half of the district police officers are also"... What's this??? Where are all these Moscow dignitaries, officials and others looking ??? Are they waiting, damn it, when they will be made "unofficial persons"? Got sick, creatures ... everyone grabbing and grabbing ... There are no printed words.

Alexander, if you go to the vegetable wholesale market in any city in the European part of the country, then the same thing is there - basically everything is controlled by immigrants from Azerbaijan, moreover, they sell products grown in the surrounding fields, but the access to vegetable markets is completely closed for villagers and farmers , well, unless of course they have no armed guard, these are the most ordinary parasites on the body of the country, many of them have never worked in their life, and that’s all with the connivance of the corrupt authorities at all levels.

A couple of years ago, a former colleague from the Organized Crime Control Department (I was confused with new-fashioned renaming, I had been retired for a long time) went to Moscow to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was shocked - there are a lot of Caucasians among the leadership of the Organized Crime Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, and many people hardly speak Russian. Thank God there is no such thing in the Urals yet. So the Azerbaijanis - district police officers are a trifle. Everything is much worse.

The Organized Crime Control Department disbanded in September 2008. And what remains (with the exception of some regions where they retained the structure by simply changing the sign) is usually a weak likeness.

In 2011, he won a lawsuit against the Auto Center-Strogino car dealership of Strogino-Motors LLC (two founders, Huseynov BZ (citizen of the Russian Federation), Bondarev Evgeny Valerevich (resident of Moscow) about termination of the car purchase and sale agreement. The Avtotsentr-Strogino car dealership and Strogino-Motors LLC disappeared, filed a writ of execution to the Shchukin department of the bailiff service in Moscow, the head of the Shchukin department of the bailiff service, Alakparov Kazimir Alakparovich, and the bailiff, Birov Ruslan Borisovich.
I found the location of Strogino-Motors LLC, reported this to the bailiff service. There are no actions by the bailiff service. He filed a complaint with the UFSSP of Russia in Moscow, received a response from the head of the Shchukin department of the bailiff service Alakparov Kazimir Alakparovich. To this day I have no results on my writ of execution.

From Minsk, Belarus' neighbor. We have solved this problem long ago. After all, traders in the markets are not all Belarusians either. But, I ask you to believe me, I do not remember a single, I emphasize, not a single case in recent years, that there were problems in this field. There was a fight in the car market in the spring with a wound, there were gypsies from Russia, and Caucasians, also Russian. They did not think weak. Someone is sitting. Order has been restored "zhestachai", as Father says. And it is true.
And the solution to all, I repeat, all the current problems of Russia lies on the surface, and you know it perfectly well - "clean hands" at the country's leadership, from the Kremlin to Uryupinsk. And that's all. A corrupt abscess can burst at any minute, and Biryulyovo will seem like a child's sandbox.

BRAVO!!!! We are from Moscow for meat and potatoes, once a month we go to the Vladimir region! "Fraternal peoples" have occupied all bases and markets in Moscow. Vladimir entrepreneurs are not allowed to enter Moscow markets because of the Caucasian lobby (mostly Azerbaijani). and everyone. Where is the antimonopoly service? !!! I certainly do not have a "Military Review", but a commercial one, but it is painful. The police prevents the people's will. If they closed their eyes, even for a month, the population of Biryulyovo (at least) would become RUSSIAN percent by 99% .99% so that at least one, decorative, to be shown to the public remains!

in our country, both Caucasians and Tajiks do not create a criminal situation. we don’t have any ethnic organized crime groups. a Kazakh will never look askance at a Caucasian, dancing a Lezgian or a Russian, who burns a scarecrow at Maslenitsa, but even before the police arrive, he will put out anybody who tries to sit on a Kazakh or even a failure on his neck. I doubt that at least someone in Kazakhstan has heard that the local Kazakh Caucasian has got to the bottom of the local Kazakh Russian (or vice versa) for a national reason. if this happens, then the Kazakhs will drive the guilty into the asphalt. and not only the Kazakhs will react this way, but also other non-Kazakh people of Kazakhstan. their mentality has already become quite Kazakh in this case.
in Russia, the word "tolerance" is most often an abusive word, and in Kazakhstan this word has an exclusively positive connotation in speech, there is no concept of "tolerance" at all.
think for yourself why there are no ethnic organized crime groups in Kazakhstan (although 40% of the population are non-Kazakhs + the mass of migrant workers), but in Russia there are. and think for yourself why in Kazakhstan, Kazakhs do not experience any problems with Caucasians, gypsies, migrants from Central Asia.

we have one problem - language (some Russians are annoyed by the increasing role of the state language, some Kazakhs are annoyed by the fact that Russians still cannot even connect two words in Kazakh). and even then this problem will be solved by itself with the departure of the old monolingual population to the next world. Now from kindergarten children are raised in trilingual (Kazakh, Russian, English).

Well, if it’s easier for you and your relatives to leave than to learn the state language, then go wherever you want.
By the way, do not tell me in which university of Russia local ethnic Kazakhs can receive education in their native language? and can the Ural and Siberian Kazakhs even get a normal job without knowledge of the state language there?
and in general, how is it customary to treat people in Russia who have no idea about the language, culture and history of the Russian people? ass kissing? no? why did you decide that Kazakhs should respect those "Kazakhs" who don't know a damn about the nation with which they live side by side?
if it is easier for you to eat your passport than to exchange a couple of phrases in Kazakh with your neighbor on the staircase, then bon appetit. and welcome to Russia. replenish the army of "internally displaced persons" there from Kazakhstan, who were buzzing with all the Russians' ears about the terrible nationalism of the Kazakhs, expressed in the fact that you were not allowed to live in the country without knowing the language, but at the same time you managed not to learn a single word of Kazakh.
and I don’t need to tryndet that you supposedly speak Kazakh at least at the level of understanding primitive phrases. You just in the bastard know the language of some Kazakhs there, who for some reason do not kiss your ass because of your nationality. the sooner you leave, the better for the Kazakhs and normal Kazakh Russians.
Z.Y. regarding migration flows - wake up and sing. It is now 2013, and not 1996. migration from KZ to the RF is small and almost overlaps with migration from Russia to KZ.
З.З.Ы. You will surprise me if you say that Russians in Kazakhstan cannot get school and higher education in their native language. This is the "main" phrase of your message. who are you scaring? yourself? a habit developed over the years of reading the Russian press about Kazakhstan?
Z.Z.Z.Y. the number of Russians in the KZ is reduced not because of migration, but for exactly the same reasons as in Russia - low birth rates, disgusting health, addictions. Moreover, in Russia, Russians with these matters are even worse than Russians in Kazakhstan. I think you yourself guess about it.

At the same time, it is difficult to call spoken Kazakh very difficult. For 2,5 years of service, in the RSFSR, but in an international crew, I learned to speak quite tolerably Azerbaijani. I simply understood the Kazakhs' speech, and most of the "come in large numbers" are at least bilingual, which can hardly be blamed on the intellectuals who participated in the pogrom.

At the same time, spoken Kazakh is very difficult to call very difficult.

Turkic languages are very easy to learn, so at one time they spread over a vast territory among a wide variety of peoples. The grammar of the Turkic language is simple and logical, word formation is predictable. The main difficulty is in a large number of phraseological units, figurative expressions. But even without their knowledge, you can safely do.
Moreover, colloquial Kazakh speech is abundantly dotted with Russian words and phrases. Kazakhs are bilingual and instantly switch from one language to another, and when they speak, they do not even realize that sometimes they add a bunch of Kazakh expressions to their Russian speech, and Russian phrases to their Kazakh speech ("Kudayga Shukyr, at work everything is fine with me. Raised received, and last year a two-room apartment from work aldym"." Jaeger ol kalaga kelsa, ogan city registration Kerek. Otherwise oil bolada ").
We decided not to require knowledge of the language from this Russian generation. They are really ready to hang themselves, than to learn at least a few rules of the state language. Nobody forces them to do anything, and they have absolutely free access to education, a career, to receive information in Russian, but some typists still stink because they want only one Russian language to be used in Kazakhstan. And what about the Kazakhs? Migrant Kazakhs from Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Turkey are forced to learn Russian in order to integrate into Kazakhstani society. And the "indigenous" Russians do not knock a finger on a finger. They think that learning a language other than English is demeaning to their great-power nature. Well, let them go to Russia and show their "great power" there. Why do we Kazakhs need these people?
Imagine a certain Kazakh living in Russia will constantly speak (in English) to the Russians around him that the Kazakhs are a greater nation than the Russians, that the Russian language is poor, primitive, and therefore he does not know him, that Russia is an accidental formation and Kazakhstan is a great power, that Russian culture is a set of borrowings and therefore it is not even interesting for him to study, because living in Kazakhstan is much better than in this Russia, which has no future. What will be the reaction of the Russians who will understand his speech? They will advise him to collect manat and wish him a happy journey to his beautiful Kazakhstan.
In the same way, Kazakhs react to similar entities that have already gotten with their whining about their pseudo-infringed rights.

No, I am not opposed to Kazakhstan becoming mono-ethnic. I don’t know Kazakh well enough to get a job in government agencies, BUT knowledge of the Kazakh language is NOT DETERMINING when applying for a job in government agencies. the determining factor is KIND, i.e. when applying for a job, those who are already working in a bread place, and it goes without saying that the Russians are not related to the Kazakhs and cannot apply for a place at the state feeder, are first of all satisfied with their relatives. and knowledge of the language here is more likely as an official (such is the law) reason for refusing to apply for a job. as for private firms, the main thing there is the ability to work, and knowledge of the language is not critical, most Russians work there. but for now, of course. the law will reach us.
at the expense of universities, then I have no idea. I’m not interested, I’m living here. if Russian Kazakhs need knowledge of the Kazakh language, then they will go to Kazakh universities without problems: the borders are open. Russian Kazakhs have known the Russian language since birth, because they were born in the Russian environment and they do not need to learn this language. unlike Russians living in Kazakhstan, who ended up here not because they came to another state, but because of the collapse of the USSR.
at the expense of "they don't know a damn about the nation with which they live side by side," this is a figment of your imagination or rather a predisposition to Russians. I know a lot about the Kazakh people: both history and culture and a little language (and I also know about the order), not as well as the titular nation, only in the matter of respect it does not matter (not a single Kazakh has come up and asked, but do you know you are the history, traditions and culture of the Kazakh people. there was no such thing, because it is not important in the matter of respect).
at the expense of a couple of words with a neighbor and a passport. it's just stupid. Well, I know a little the Kazakh language, but I repeat again, knowledge of it is not necessary when applying for a job, the main thing is the ability to work. and getting organized in state institutions is a waste of time, only communications and kinship are important there, and there’s nothing to catch Russian there. and not because of not knowing the Kazakh language. so that.
I taught the Kazakh language at school and university, and I understand it more or less. but now you are now demanding full knowledge of the Kazakh language, although recently the conversation was only about "a couple of words with a neighbor". and you don't need to kiss me anywhere. it's just stupidity. respect is determined by behavior, not nationality. Which of the Russians demanded to be respected in Kazakhstan because of their nationality? this has never happened. don't attribute it to me. and so much the better.
PS of course a small one who wanted to - left, who did not want to - will leave. all the way.

I spoke about the reasons for the exodus of Russians from Kazakhstan, for objective reasons. if you want to build a mono-national state - build who forbids you. it will even be better when you accompany all the Russians from Kazakhstan. only we need to talk about it louder and more often, otherwise most of us live one day and do not think about what will happen tomorrow.

I understand why you are repeating "mono-national state" as an institute, although the Kazakhs are not going to expel or assimilate anyone))) you caught on in my message for the phrase "monolingual population"))) monolingual are the Russians of Kazakhstan, which grew up under the Soviet Union, and who will never make an effort to learn the state language. And the task of the state is to educate the POLY-lingual generation. Every Kazakhstani must be fluent in three languages - Kazakh, Russian and English. Here's what we need. At the same time, no one is going to force non-Kazakhs to become Kazakhs. A German from Kostanay must remain a German, a Russian Pavlodar must remain Russian, a Taraz Korean must remain a Korean. The fact that we have more than 100 ethnic groups is our wealth. And leave the scarecrows about "mono-ethnic Kazakhstan" to Russian newspapers of the 90s.
If you want to be a Kazakhstani (not a Kazakh, but a Kazakhstani) - be them fully. Do not want to be Kazakhstani - go wherever you want.
I am glad to every person who knows and respects my language and my culture. And I will consider him a co-owner of this country. And those who are fixated exclusively on their language and their culture are not Kazakhstani. Even if he is an ethnic Kazakh.
I know Russian and German culture and languages well. But because of this, he did not become Russian or German. If you think that when you become acquainted with the Kazakh language and culture, you are assimilating, then you were a fig representative of your ethnic group. We need the best representatives of Russian, German, Korean, Uzbek, Chechen, Jewish and other ethnic groups. Whimpers, tantrums and wimps let them go home to their historical homeland if they have not become a homeland.
If any of my Russian friends some Kazakh bastard would say "Kazakhstan is for Kazakhs", then my friends will break his jaw, because this is their country, they are responsible for it and share all its victories and problems. Well, if someone obediently packed their suitcases and got on the train, then he never considered this country his land. Fuck us such "fellow citizens"? So don't waste your time, go where you threaten to leave.

Indeed, what is happening in Biryulyovo is now being spoken by both local residents and the media. I will educate you: For several years, representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora, prevailing in the local market, kept the local population at bay (harassed and raped women, robbed passers-by, beaten local males). A bunch of statements were written to the police according to residents, but no action was taken. It makes no difference to me who he is: an Azerbaijani or a Jew, but he did not take action. He received money for protection or not, the investigation should decide. The only proven fact is that the police leadership did not take enough measures, which led to a social explosion. If this is really the case, then I cannot name the culprit except as a bastard. We say "Don't spit in the well from which you drink" Every person SHOULD respect the laws and culture of the country where he came to earn his living. And, moreover, know the state language. I don't know who the criminal is by nationality, but he is a dishonest person if he insults a girl in front of her boyfriend. In the Caucasus, this is not accepted and for this you can easily lose your head. I repeat, if things are exactly as they describe her, you should treat the bastard like a mad dog. But we also have to observe a different picture. When I came to Moscow on business a few years ago, I met a completely non-cultural atmosphere. I, dressed in a suit and tie and fluent in Russian, could not ask the Muscovites for directions for half an hour. 3-4 did not answer me at all, and the Russian youths, who were suitable for my age as sons, for some reason began to distort the Russian language "panimaesh daragoy, paydesh to the left (2-3 times gesture to the left, as if I do not know where to left , and where to the right), PATOM RIGHT-RIGHT "I went as they said, but there is not at all what I need, they just mocked me. My noble brother, 60 years old. He has been living in St. Petersburg for 35 years, invited 2 nephews to his place for a week for the New Year. They walk along the Nevsky Prospect, and a group of drunken youths throws a remark - "ohh, black ... it's hot ... or, it smelled like a ram ..." you say A, I must say B. Thugs and thugs are everywhere. They have no nationality. It is wrong to blame any nation for all mortal sins. Besides, who and who is stopping you from putting things in order with immigration. We had Chinese at every step. They decided to revive their triads - they kidnapped a wife from their own Chinese, cut off their finger and demanded a ransom. After that, all the Chinese (several thousand) were deported within 48 hours.

And you, dear, think about why it is such a negative attitude towards your fellow tribesmen. It's just that people every day encounter rudeness and the dominance of immigrants from Azerbaijan in vegetable markets, in addition, they often see more criminal antics against Russian peasants and farmers who are trying to sell their own-grown produce on their own, violating the monopoly of your fellow tribesmen in this area. And for the most part, ordinary people in Russia are not faced with people like you, "educated, in a suit and tie, fluent in Russian", but with arrogant boors in the markets, who believe that everything is allowed to them. As for the methods of getting rid of the Chinese crime in your country, this method should be applied in Russia - to cordon off the wholesale vegetable markets and expel all Azerbaijanis to their homeland, from those who do not have a personal farm without hired workers, then it can and will be your fellow countrymen after a while the attitude is better hi

Personally, I am for the fact that our people did not leave anywhere, but brought benefits to the Motherland. Paradoxically, the authorities everywhere are of the same berry field. Yours make a lot of money on migrants, while ours are happy to float the youth somewhere, "let off steam", there is no need to think about new jobs, about the development of the economy. Let them stay at home, let them demand more jobs from the authorities, maybe then those in power will start thinking about the people. Some, after my comment, began to reproach, they say, you raised your own people badly. Have you brought up your own better? Either inflatable women are dragged to memorials to fallen soldiers, or old men over a hundred are killed .. Rudeness, violence and rudeness are present on both sides. I personally admit that among ours there are scumbags and hardened criminals and I am ashamed of them. But I did not read the comment that some Russian forum member is also ashamed of his thugs. Alas.

Frankly - do you need one yourself? Maybe let him "let off steam" in the zone in Azerbaijan. Among the same graduates? Moreover, the law enforcement officers were tired of it there. For what? Yes, nonsense, for murder ...

For the first time in the last 20 years, Russia has come so close to rebellion.

I fully support it. Even I’ll go. The government doesn’t, the Duma creates stupid laws, it introduces some kind of wild fines on our incomes, even where people could be left without touching (excise taxes on cigarettes are no longer lifted), rent, gas, gas ( people are already switching from gas to firewood). And the guarantor signs all this.

Dear Oleg, hi , about gas, please don’t bring it to the miners ... The state already pumped a lot of money from Gazprom for the Olympics, IMHO I think that in this way for a year or even 2 the development of the industry was somewhat stalled. Ordinary people are not so weak at the fields ... And gas prices are set by the state, sometimes for some producers at a loss. Rare cases, but there are.

xetai9977, correctly divided everything: we need literate, educated, Russian-respecting migrants. But, after all, it goes, 99% stupid husk! Try to explain to her the rules of behavior and you will run into a knife. It is she who determines the attitude towards foreigners from the south and east that the indigenous population now has in Russia. By the way, the Caucasus should not be confused with Russia. If it were possible to separate the Caucasus without the threat of Russia's collapse, this would be done immediately. The Caucasus for Russia is like a suitcase without a handle. Unfortunately for the Russian people, it is impossible to throw out this suitcase, but it is necessary and immediately to do it - it is to introduce a visa regime with Asians and start gradually, but steadily, every year, month, day, to send them to their place, leaving the most essential. Considering that all levels of government in Russia demand and take bribes, the introduction of this regime will be a "gold mine" for the relevant officials, but then (maybe ?!) it will be possible to catch them. It is sickening to see how our rulers from Russia made a public toilet through passage. Are the examples of France, Germany, England not enough? But our rulers make money on migrants and they don't care about Russia. However, no one reads our comments except ourselves.

Unfortunately, it has gone so far ... You see, this is how our politicians like to express themselves "ordinary people" here. Simple, then simple, but Russian ... when it was the most reading nation, times have not been forgotten. Iron Saraev, that the kid cut, is not the main evil. The main evil is pure, it speaks excellent Russian, is beautifully dressed and even quotes the classics! And this evil began to cause an already poorly controlled rabies.
Would it have come to this if bandits, rapists, murderers had not been ransomed and hidden en masse? If beautiful "highlanders" in beautiful cars would not drive around accompanied by guards - all the same murderers, rapists, bandits? And the people would not see it every day - they can do anything! But everything is not possible with a beast because it is a beast. We would have put them in place instantly. And it is possible because the beautiful, educated, clean and in suits clearly set the task.
This is where the popular analysis ends. He already gets the people of the lamb from the goats to separate, tired. Unfortunately, the matter is about what will happen in the minds of the Russian people identification of the next enemy. How Russians deal with enemies is known from history. But there is no such capital that could be taken as a sign of victory. And there is no front line. I really would not like to live to see the moment when the blow will be dealt in all directions. It’s always bad for our people to slow down ...

Is she a troll? Mainly sets out obvious things and facts. Check out the trolling professionals here:
Often on the Internet we encounter a huge amount of specific slang, the meaning of which we do not always understand. For example, let's try to figure out what troll means.
Trolling is posting provocative, inflammatory messages (on the network) or similar behavior in real life, aimed at stirring up conflict among members of a community or bullying, ridiculing a subject. The main purpose of trolling is to lead to negative emotions. Aerobatics of trolling is the creation of a situation in which everyone except the victim understands what is happening and plays along with this situation. "Highly artistic" trolling leads to the appearance of the so-called "lulz", that is, a funny situation for a large number of people.
Trolling has become popular with the development of the Internet, and especially social networks and the blogosphere, because it is there that people post information about themselves or their own thoughts. This is a direct invitation to the trolls, in their language "food", "food". The actual name of the phenomenon comes from the fishing method. Perhaps the word "troll" is a deformed "trawl" which means "bullying". Indeed, trolling often contains elements of bullying. These are overlapping concepts. People become victims of a troll when the purpose of their posts and comments is not to find out the truth, but to increase their self-esteem, which, however, in the vast majority of cases is the main motive of the writers. But trolls should not be considered noble creatures, since their activities are also based on psychological complexes, or political or economic interests. Being a troll means posting provocative posts or comments on them. The best defense against a troll is to ignore it. Now that you know what it means to troll, you will be interested to see it with an example.
Perhaps one of the brightest trolls in Russia is Ksenia Sobchak. She used to be a troll in real life, but now she has reached the Internet. We offer you to enjoy the trolling of the journalist Vladimir Solovyov from Ksenia Anatolyevna:

Moreover, Yarosvet is a lover of funny demotivators, constantly blowing on the same pipe. The ugly word "pluralism" from our beloved past is beginning to come to mind.

I agree about the glasses - we are reasonable people, everyone has their own fixed views, you can’t convince me now - the age is not the same, I can distinguish grain from the chaff. And as for Volodya, he disappointed me without any negativity, however, the contempt for the liberals did not decrease from this and I can’t sign up for the traitors of the homeland, my upbringing and principles do not allow me.

but doesn’t it seem to you that a person does not pursue any goals, but is simply dissatisfied with life and has his own opinion? Well, only enemies cannot be around.

And in many ways I agree with them, well, at least cut it, except for one thing - I am against revolutions and riots. And it’s more interesting to communicate with a person who has his own point of view different from others, agree?

What do you want if the position of the chief of police, like many other positions, is bought for money, and is not appointed for moral and business qualities, whoever paid more is driving the trough. And this is happening all over Russia. Citizenship, a diploma, a position are bought and then their own diaspora is "protected".

ONLY an adequate national policy of the government will help us, the Slavs, survive. I am not afraid of comparisons with Germany of the pre-war period, when the Germans met in the government only and the laws were adopted in such a way that it was ONLY comfortable for the Germans. I would have come from Azerbaijan, and his Dagestani schutzman, sorry, but there are no such miracles in the world! Here you have to start, good gentlemen! Slavs should be in ALL key administrative posts, if you prefer they should forbid the assimilation of migrants into society, no mixed marriages, forbid them to have their own business (large, medium, small). Any manifestation of aggression against the Slavic population will be severely punished (immediate deportation or labor camp). I may object that this is impossible, but it already was, and not everything in the domestic politics of TOI Germany was bad. In Russia, Russians are the titular (state-forming) nation, we must not forget this, Slav brothers.

I agree with you in almost everything ... BUT ... no one lives in Russia except the Slavs? That is, for example: Yakuts do not live on their original land, but on Slavic? Remember ... why didn’t Aliyev be elected to the post of USSR Secretary General? Gorbachev was chosen ... and the result? Slav ... ruined the most powerful state in the world.
As for mixed marriages (I'm laughing now) ... do you know what people start thinking abroad when a conversation comes to Russian women? I see that somehow Russian girls have "darkened" over the past 10-20 years ... Many have only half Slavic. With "foreigners" means you commit adultery?

In Ukraine, there are no such problems, but in the Russian Federation. How do you physically imagine this with a people of 200 nationalities?
Comes means to get a job in the ministry a citizen of the Russian Federation, and they say to him: I'm sorry, dear, your face is not Slavic. But what about all sorts of half-breeds? For example, dad is Azerbaijani, and mother is Russian? Well and so on in different proportions ... will fight for the purity of blood? Some have already achieved the purity of the Aryan nation ...
Well, what next? Then in Tatrstan, Dagestan, Bashkiria, Yakutia ... they begin to take on the state. only their posts ...

As for the state. posts ... and how was it during the Soviet era already forgotten? Starting to talk about the state. posts in the USSR, I meant that the non-Slav could not get that position if the Slavs themselves fell under the control of this post (for example, in the United States there were no such problems and there are no laws in each state and there is its own power that only partially submits Washington). And the post of Secretary General is just such a post.

Do you know a lot of cases when somewhere in Dagestan, Ossetia or in any other Caucasian region, the head of the police, the mayor of the city or the head of the district administration would be a purebred Rusak? It is unlikely that you can answer me, as it is impossible. In the same way. if a dozen of our Slav guys in the center of Makhachkala will dance squatting (following the example of the Dagestanis dancing Lezgins on Red Square). How many dance steps will they have to complete before they begin to kill them? This is a rhetorical question. the education of those who do not want to live in OUR cities and OUR streets according to OUR laws is as uncomfortable as possible. As for the half-breeds, so well, the forest is cut, slivers fly. Features of the Russian character have always enabled foreigners to live normally in the great country of Russia, not feeling hindered at the same time. Another thing is when a tramp breaks into your house, beats you up, rapes your wife, scoops you up and makes a mockery of you apologize to him. Consider your actions and shift them to the current situation in Russia.

Operation Lentil began on February 23, 1944, during which 180 trains of 65 wagons each with a total number of 493 people relocated were dispatched from Chechen-Ingushetia. 269 firearms were seized. When resisting, 20 Chechens and Ingush were killed, and 072 were arrested for possession of weapons and anti-Soviet literature.
6544 people managed to hide in the mountains. But many of them soon descended from the mountains and surrendered. Israilov himself was mortally wounded in a battle on December 15, 1944.
The eviction of the Chechens has become a double-edged sword. On one side of this stick, the uprisings in the Grozny region ceased. On the other hand, the Chechens, having settled across a vast territory, began to engage there in their favorite occupation - robbery and robbery. In the early 50s, the situation was aggravated so much that even a Chechen pogrom was organized in East Kazakhstan. The reason for the pogrom was the murder of a local policeman, a former front-line soldier. His corpse was found under a wooden bridge over the Ulba River in the city of Leninogorsk, suspended upside down with his head cut off. The murder became a revenge for the revelation of the local murder by the Chechens of a local girl - the daughter of a widow of a soldier. On April 10, 1951, indignant Russians and Kazakhs began to beat the mugs of the Chechens. One of their faces was filled to death. In response to this, the Chechens mobbed around the city, killing all the workers they met, but the local population managed to organize and fight back. Chechens were surrounded and started to drive them into the ice river, along which the ice drift then went. Only military intervention saved the Chechen Leninogorsk from complete extermination. Subsequently, the Russian participants in the riot in the amount of 50 people were put on trial. The instigators were shot, and ordinary participants were given long sentences.
          -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------
This people is incorrigible. Robbers, rapists and murderers. They have done this, are doing it and will continue to do so until they are stopped.
And one more thing: who was punished for participating in the riot? Do you not think, friends and colleagues, that a policy of genocide is being carried out against the Russians? We are surviving from our land with a quiet glanders. The lands are Russian, Orthodox, rich in culture, military glory and the graves of their ancestors. Here to dream of all kinds of caliphates and kaganates with the Jamahiriya.

Too much in our lives has become unreal. Political parties, peace in the Caucasus, happy residents of Sochi, some results of some elections ...

Imitation (fake) captures more and more space, and it can not end in good. Recently, one man portrayed the president for four years. We were told that it was the light of reason. But in reality, he only increased the darkness (unsuccessfully manipulated time).
Millions of civil servants have been militia-police for many years. She’s dressed better and better, her salary is bigger, her helmets are stronger, her batons are more modern - have we begun to feel better protected?
The authorities are constantly talking about the real fight against corruption, but the “Serdyukov case” shows that this is not a fight, but an imitation, a phantom.
You, Mr. President, have appointed a person who has portrayed the Secretary of Defense for five years. You have appointed another who represents the Minister of Culture. Hundreds more depict the parliament, the people elected ...
Several million civil servants portray caring for the people. If this concern were real, the people would love officials, or at least respect. But the real feelings of people are completely different. And officials know this and hide from people.
      But endlessly, illusion cannot exist.
When a phantom collides with reality, one of them collapses. It is generally accepted that it is always destroyed by a phantom. Alas, not right away. The phantom of building communism has been destroying reality for decades. And when it nevertheless collapsed, the reality crawled out from under the rubble completely ugly - in some places fascist, in some places Turkmen (politically), in some places thieves.
On paper, migrants are labor. In reality, a threat. Residents of Russia believe that this is the biggest threat. There are even more migrants in America, but there it is a problem, not a threat. Why?
Because we are not America. Mr. President, note the obvious difference. Russian radio stations around the clock every half hour report the dollar. US radio stations do not say a word about the ruble. The local police are just as radically different from ours.
We are told: they say, migrants work in all civilized countries. Thus, we are, as it were, recorded in civilized ones. On the one hand, this is certainly true. Almost universal literacy, jeans (and not loincloths made from banana peels), three televisions in each apartment. On the screens, political spellcasters and sorcerers promise stability, order ...
But, going out into the street, a person gets into reality. Unpleasant. Non-television. Hostile. A person behaves correctly (as taught), stands up for a girl or a child, or for his own dignity, and he is stabbed with a knife.
But, indeed, not in the eyebrow, but in the eye. Although I'm not a fan of this newspaper.

My friend at the end of the 90's came to Moscow and got a job as a janitor. Officially took the 2 site and honestly scooped up the trash. He was allocated an 1 room. apartment, not bad money paid. Then, at the Housing Department, they realized that it was cheaper to hire gastrobayters, they evicted him, they began to rent the apartment, and the migrants were settled in the basement and paid some pennies. Everyone is fine except my friend. I have only one question: is not one of those migrants a reptile who stabbed a guy with a knife?

I agree, it sounds dubious. Caucasians all sit in the wholesale and retail trade in food and catering. But the fact that the guy was stabbed to death by a salesman, not a janitor, does not get any easier. I understand your position on this issue - "Plato is my friend, but the truth is dearer." In most cases, it is correct. But in some moments, friendship should prevail over truth, otherwise why are friends then? We are Russian people, we live on our own land, and cosmopolitan ideals are being vigorously forced upon us. I feel sick, I want will.
PS In this situation, it is doubtful that this boil was pumped to Uraza Bairam, and the intervention of human rights defenders such as Alekseev.

Caucasians of Russia will never trade on the market. You do not know the mentality of Caucasians. Neither Chechen, nor Ingush, nor Ossetians (even Christians), nor Kabardian will be behind the counter. Caucasians will not work in markets, gather at vegetable stores, etc. And they will not wave a broom. And the first and second neither male occupation.
Markets are the prerogative of Azerbaijanis and immigrants from Central Asia.
In the Caucasus, they are practically nonexistent, and if they do, they behave quietly. They know that they will be immediately beaten off the hunt and, along with the hunt, the kidneys.
Do not think that Caucasians (to which everyone is ranked) like this state of affairs in Russia.
It’s better to live your whole life under regime than a week in anarchy. We now live in anarchy.

Not true. I am familiar with trade, not the capital, but still. Both Ossetians and Dagestanis trade. The Chechens build, I note, do-it-yourself houses from the timber and sell them (near the house of my wife’s grandmother bought a plot) with all this, they do not invite a single Uzbek or Tajik. They attracted a team of roofers and an excavator - all Slavs, local.
I do not in any way justify the scum, I agree with the dominance of migrants, BUT there are adequate people who work with their own hands and head. Even among Caucasians.

If the markets are controlled by Azerbaijanis, then it turns out they do not officially work there. Then what are they yelling?
If they are "scattered", then why not on prosperous homeland? Or is it impossible to "amuse" your sexual instincts there?

Footage from a video camera built into the entrance door of the house where everything happened was made public. Shots really shock unprovoked brutality. It turned out that the offender initially pursued the girl entering the porch. The footage shows how the girl is trying to enter the entrance, but the criminal does not allow her to do this, grabs her by the hands and face. Tries to hug, remove the hood. It is visible that the girl is crying. Then, by some miracle, the girl managed to slip away from him, and then the annoyed rapist departs from the entrance, to which at that moment a taxi with Egor and Ksenia drives up. The offender rushes to a new victim.
In the same shots, the face of the criminal is clearly visible, and one can be sure that many, at least members of the ethnic community to which he belonged, recognized him. However, none of them wanted to "betray" the murderer and the rapist.

Not really. Well, that is, of course, the point is corruption, but ...
You see, it sounded here in many topics - in 20 years nothing was built, no distinct system. But this is not entirely true. They built one system. When you see a smooth snout impressively emerging from a Porsche cayenne - this is his system. It is called bureaucratic communism.
That is, in the official himself there is no evil — hard and necessary work, actually. There is simply a weakness in this work - you can’t work very well, but steal a bit. Once it was possible to translate the arrows so that it became possible to understand neither the ear nor the snout, but only to steal, steal, SPEECH! They managed to steal an incredible amount. And then a problem came to the surface - Russian thieves do not approve. He stole it in America and turned his back on the law - hero, honor and respect to you! And these dumb Russians look like a wolf and mutter everything about some kind of conscience and harm to the state. As if they still care about the state!
In general, fattening is somehow uncomfortable. It’s scary as for some reason ... The most reliable guards began to cause vague doubts. And the solution flashed - you need to protect yourself from these unbearable Russians! It is only necessary to find people who will be strong, will be able to restrain these nasty Russians and at the same time will not remember this very damned conscience. And they will be pleased to envy such an intelligent, cunning and packed thief, and he will serve him faithfully, because he will generously give them money. Where it was possible to find such people is generally understandable.
The funny thing is that the project ended with a loud embarrassing sound! The people who came and really did not remember any conscience, because they heard something about it at school ... for a long time ... until Mary Vanna was kicked out of the house and taken away with the land. But in the first place, they cannot contain the Russians. But they brought a lot of relatives and "friends" and, cleverly using the connections of the "principal," they made them sit higher where they could. And, properly rooted, they began to shake the former owners like a pear! Because you can't take much from the locksmith Ivanov, and it is not always safe to hurt him with friends. And here is the "owner" Petrov - a large average bureaucrat and a thief to shake off clean, what's in the way? Link it up? So they know in every way how many years they served him, there are keys to all ... Anyone who conducts "business" with these, such sweet lack of honor and conscience, children ends up in exactly the same way. The only difference is whether the “cunning man”, naked as a falcon, completely robbed, remains alive or it fails.
But this state is not called Azerbaijan. Not Chechnya (whoever thinks what wherever). It is called Russia and it became clearly visible - a project to protect the stolen from those dissatisfied with the theft with the help of "attracted personnel" somehow accidentally began to threaten the foundations of the country. My heart tells me that the higher power will try to quickly adjust many heads by unscrewing them from the necks. Because - played out ...

Observing the events in Biryulyovo, it is obvious that types like Vice Mayor Gorbenko act as an occupation power. The police were ordered to perform the role of the occupying forces, but the guys are not particularly zealous in suppressing the will of their people. Again, you confuse God's gift with scrambled eggs. Those who have legalized work in the vegetable warehouse. Moreover, the vegetable warehouse belongs to Azerbaijanis. Not in life, but legally. So the problem seems to me almost a bit. The author is honest about it. But somehow casual.
The lawlessness and arrogance of Caucasians in any region, including Moscow, is a direct consequence of the venality of our officials and security forces. How many times have you reported on car accidents involving Caucasians? Every week ... And so? They have legal crusts, legal weapons, police numbers or government agencies also legal. Where?
The roofing of ethnic groups leads to the fact that even the perpetrators of crimes evade responsibility. And people see everything, someone guesses, and someone knows the background.
The conclusion is simple as a multiplication table — the vertical of power, the need for which Putin and his team spoke so long and persistently, except for the officials themselves, brought no good to anyone. And the second, the police reform again turned into money laundering and didn’t lead to anything. as well as raising the salaries of the police.

I can assume with 100% certainty that this is PURE FRESHWATER and simply clean up an unnecessary person.
In my house (9 floors and 9 entrances) there lived operas from the slaughter department. So after a business trip to the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, where they did everything clearly and did not take the "compensation" (and the "compensation" was from 0000000) he was fabricated by part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code and now he is on a bunk. And the family sold 2 apartments to pay for highly paid lawyers. Only judges and investigators in the flesh before the Supreme Court give a shit about all the phony of the fabricated case.

"Uncontrolled migration is only a consequence of total corruption."
You confuse the REASON and CONSEQUENCE .. Corruption, illegal migration .. etc. .. this is a consequence of the capitalist form of the economy. CHEAP labor market = one of the easy ways to get surplus value (read easy money) .. This is a systemic problem and a problem not only in Russia ..

        Three simple rules.
And hard to ask those who violate them.
        The main provocateurs and accomplices
-Police having their own fat over the roof.
        - Local government officials.
        - Greedy employers "into the dark."
And ask Putin. For this he hates Russia so much, especially the citizens of his country. Here is a "green street" for a massive invasion of almost gangs of groups. In the east, the Chinese behave as masters, buying up the entire administration of the region on a cheap basis.
On the border of Russia, the Chinese are holding a well-trained army prepared for war in the harsh climate of the north. Only 7 tank divisions. and half a million troops. Russia has nothing to oppose to this armada. Only nuclear weapons. But here too the Chinese overshot. They built powerful complexes to protect the army and the population. Maybe it’s time to turn your brains in the right direction, but rather, retire and fish for a simple fishing rod, and not with a diver's corn.

Everyone decides for himself, I decided for myself. And I did not ask for advice)))) And you ask in Europe from residents, for example, Germany or France. How are they now living in the conditions of comprehensive tolerance ??? Take a look, look, or ask your friends who went there, why the pogroms and demonstrations also started there ??? Once again, there is an old Russian saying:
                      - they don’t go to someone else’s monastery with their charter.
So here, live calmly with your neighbors, do not rape, do not kill, do not shoot passers-by from the windows of cars, do not shoot allah akbar on the street with shouts. And the problem is good - the bad will disappear. You can’t live like that, there is a homeland from which you came. And where, judging by your behavior here, such antics do not cause negative emotions and opposition. You can return there, no one is holding you here and there won’t be crying about your departure. Here, in principle, are simple truths.
And if you are used to doing what you want, sorry, but you have to keep the answer. And if the power does everything in order not to notice this huge problem, it is very bad for the authorities themselves.

DUSHANBE, Oct 1 - RIA Novosti, Lydia Isamova. The agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation on the procedure for the stay of Tajik citizens in the Russian Federation, signed on February 8, 2013, was ratified on Tuesday by deputies of the lower house of the Tajik parliament.
According to this document, which was submitted to the deputies by the head of the migration service of Tajikistan Safiallo Devonaev, the length of stay of Tajik citizens in Russia without registration is extended from the current seven days to 15.

On the other hand, 84% of Russian citizens support the introduction of a visa regime with Central Asia. The official opinion poll of the Levada Center http://www.levada.ru/03-07-2013/otnoshenie-k-migrantam

I agree. In general, it is not so much a matter of "illegal migration". Yes, I agree, there is little good, but still you shouldn't be nationalists or racists - since the state lets them in to us ... it means that at least someone (let not us :)) is profitable. But the problem is different - in control over them, and more generally in the control of order.
If there was a respected AUTHORITY and AUTHORITIES, no one would just dare to behave like that. In the USSR, the police enjoyed not only honor and respect, but they were also afraid of her. And now there’s just ANYTHING to fear - where is she, right? Courts and prosecutors are either corrupt or incompetent (the second is even worse - I came across it myself, sued an insurance company for a year and a half!), And the police simply died.
It would seem where else to cut, but we have in Kemerovo (the regional center, by the way, 550 thousand people with a bunch of Chinese and Caucasians and Gypsies with drugs) again a 30% reduction in certain departments of the Internal Affairs Directorate, and hardly anyone from "warm" places kicked out, again there will be fewer "street" - traffic cops, precinct, etc.
In other law enforcement agencies - from the Federal Security Service to the Federal Penitentiary Service and the Federal Migration Service - either a reduction, or the adoption of existing vacancies is frozen.
If we also take into account that “their” people remain and they cut back what is needed for the state (and this is no secret to anyone), then the efficiency falls not by 30%, but even more ...
... so why be surprised, with such impunity :(

Authorities, including Moscow, tell us that the riots provoked nationalists and radicals. And the reason was the murder of a young guy by a Caucasian. This is the essence of assessing the events of the authorities and almost all the media if we discard other verbal husks.
In fact, the reason for the popular gathering was not murder, it was only a pretext and a legitimate citizens demand for authorities to clean up at the vegetable base Pokrovskoye, which, again due to the explicit connivance of the authorities, turned into a hotbed of crime. People are already tired of walking around yards where they constantly risk being robbed or killed and raped. And the main complaint voiced by people in Biryulevo was not the murder of Shcherbakov, but the striking myopia of the police , who did not notice "Pokrovka" at close range. In general, none of the audience doubted that she feeds from the hands of the owners of the vegetable warehouse.
Why did the riot police receive orders to protect this viper from enraged citizens, instead of going in there and conducting a sweep, finding the killer and putting things in order there to begin with? The question is rhetorical and the answer is obvious.
After all, what is Pokrovka? It is a giant semi-criminal syndicate. According to some estimates, the turnover of trade on Pokrovka exceeds $ 9 billion a year.
The whole complex is divided into two large parts. One is official: here, in covered warehouses, quite legitimate companies sell imported fruits and vegetables, you can safely walk between warehouses, ask the price, sellers are ready to show all the documents and write out an invoice. The second, most important part - with vegetables and herbs from Russia and the CIS countries, which are traded directly from the trucks. And here it is formally not at all - according to documents, this is not a market at all, but a temporary parking of freight vehicles. And here people from the Caucasus are in charge and hundreds of Central Asian workers in three shifts serve this underground vegetable monster, wandering in a line and in whole crowds from the Krasny Stroitel platform to the gate under the signboard "Parking lot".

Residents of Biryulyovo-Zapadnoe repeatedly complained to all authorities about dirt, increased crime in the area, visitors who rent apartments and live in dozens of them, noise and traffic jams that create “gazelles” that park at night in the courtyards of the houses.
But complaints remain unanswered - officials of the capital city hall respond
“Pokrovskaya fruit and vegetable base is a strategic object of food supply in Moscow, so its transfer is impossible.”

This is how a hotbed of crime controlled by thieves in law and corrupt law enforcement officers and officials is a strategic object. Probably the same was the Matveevsky market where in broad daylight an operative was almost killed during execution. Yes, they shut down two fat-faced police sergeants, and if there was no publicity, they would continue to carry out their "service".
Therefore, people realized that it was possible to get some actions from the authorities, they could be forced to fulfill their duties only through wide publicity and mass protests. Among other things, people first of all demanded the resignation of the head of the Biryulyovo Zapadnoye district Viktor Legagin and the dismissal of the leadership of the 137th police station.
There is a good article People die for cilantro about "Pokrovka" and everything that is going on and going on there, published long before the current events, I recommend reading and much of the reasons for the Biryulyov revolt will become clear.

Instead of putting things in order in the field of migration, the authorities flirt with the regimes of the countries where these migrants come from. They started talking about visas with Tajikistan, Rakhmonov did not sign the agreement on 201 bases, made concessions, he immediately signed, and so on everywhere. These migrants see the weakness of power, and therefore feel like masters in a foreign country. Trade with stalls of vegetables throughout Russia under the Azerbaijanis, the sale of cheap consumer goods from China under the Georgians and Armenians, and there is a ban on employment in the field of migrant trade. And so in - in laws are violated laws and regulations in the country. For cops, migrants are a means to earn money. PPSniki take trifles from them, stopping them on the street and checking documents, and so on, the higher the level, the more levies. Hence, it turns out that they will arrest a Russian faster than a migrant (ordered and ostentatious cleanings do not count, they are carried out either by order of the employer, so as not to pay salaries or for the public, they say, look, we are working). Birelevo is just flowers, but berries can be anywhere in Russia, where power has grown together with crime, with migrants, where migrants are power for business.

    2. a sudden call-in how bent !!! when did the murder happen? and when did the riots begin? and is it sudden? Yes, the whole problem has ripened about 10 years ago, and he suddenly panimash
    3. they worked quickly and professionally - this is what gave the pearl !!! quickly - if the killer were detained on the first day, and professionally if such things didn’t happen at all

Totally agree with you. But now, under someone from the administration and the police, the chair can swing and therefore an urgent need to find "scapegoats". And the fact that the numerous complaints of people, these snickering creatures did not care, the official does not remember about it. It is easier to blame everything on the nationalists, and not look at the root of the problem.

And leave the import of "legal" as it is? Why are they better than illegal immigrants? That those that others are no different from each other. We need to stop flooding the country with foreign migrants as such, both legal and illegal.

<Back to the USSR (3) If we do not stop the uncontrolled import of illegal immigrants ...>
It is generally necessary to close the border of Russia for any migration.
The "wise" national policy of the Kremlin elite and its helmsman is bearing fruit. People are starting to take to the streets. The authorities, of course, have to start pretending that they are "solving" the problem.
When the cop got in the head in the market, active body movements to "put things in order" also began. Only this mainly affected the Vietnamese. And our "fellow citizens" from the North Caucasus remained in their own interests.
Now a civilian, Russian guy has been killed. That is, migrants began to slaughter ordinary Russian people. It's more expensive to get in touch with cops. And it's easier. For mere mortals, power will not be so "harnessed".
If, after the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov, the police and the Investigative Committee began an active search for the criminal, there would be no unrest. The inaction of the authorities gave rise to popular unrest. Only again everything will "go down quietly". And what will happen then?
“In the metropolitan area of Biryulyovo, where riots took place on Sunday, October 13, 80 more people were detained. Thus, according to the police, the total number of those detained in the Southern District is 380 people.> (Komsomolskaya Pravda)
So far, the authorities and the police are "successfully" fighting those who express their dissatisfaction and demand to find the killer and put an end to the lawlessness generated by the Kremlin's policy towards migrants, as well as natives of the North Caucasus.
So far, <the police have managed to establish the circle of persons who may be involved in the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov> ... That's all. It's easier to introduce the Vulcan plan and grab your own.
The bad news is that “dark” elements from various groups began to use the situation for their own purposes, using illegal methods for this (face masks, overturned cars, barricades, pogroms, arson). And if normal citizens "peacefully" protest against migrant lawlessness, then these "adherents" begin to severely destabilize the situation.
And just give the command "face" to the power structures. They beat everyone in a row. And they "row" under one whisk of all. Only real pogromists, as a rule, have time to "make their legs" in time.
And if the authorities and the police have again brought the situation to the "red division", then it is time to talk about the competence and professional suitability of officials and police leaders.
My wife said that yesterday at the school where our daughter studies, she witnessed how two "Muslim" third-grade boys beat a Russian peer. The boy was thin and puny and could not fight off them. And these two Muslims literally defeated him (by the way, they appeared at school a couple of weeks ago). The wife says she almost killed these two. She literally snatched the Russian boy out of their hands ...

I spent the past August at home for a week. We drank gloomily and played a lot, incl. with a mother brother, a former underground. Such a "concretely-hardened cop". He said that last year there were a couple of complaints from local people about the appearance of narrow-eyed people in the area. We checked and found 30 Chinese in the basement of the nearest children's home (?). Many officials instantly lost their posts. Another uncle built himself a house in one of the villages. He says that a couple of brigades of Asian Sabbath workers have been living there for several years. They are passed from hand to hand. They do not let them out of the village, and they do not rush to any "Kazan" - they are not bad at the place. Therefore, "calm and quiet" ...

That's what got out today. I think this is better than nothing ...

In general, the reaction to the “Russian rebellion” was standard - a riot police raid on a vegetable warehouse, where, according to the rebels, a killer could hide in, checks on the implementation of migration legislation, and subsequently expelled several illegal immigrants. The police complain that they can’t do anything else officially.

“We all perfectly understand that we will not succeed in changing the Caucasian mentality, therefore, in any conflict, they will still clutch at knives and injuries,” a RBC daily source in the metropolitan police said. “In connection with this, an unspoken directive came from above - all Caucasians, under whom weapons would be found, should be closed if possible.”

The idea, the source continued, is that there is an unsolved criminal case, for example, about a robbery of a girl who in the dark did not particularly remember the attacker, but remembers that he spoke with a Caucasian accent and threatened with a knife. “The first Caucasian caught walking with a knife must be brought under this criminal case and put in jail,” said a friend of the operative.

“This is illegal, but I think the majority will still be on the side of the police,” commented Maxim Smirnov, CEO of ICN Law Firm. - If a “hot” guy from the Caucasus has a knife or a gun with him, then he either used it before, or will soon apply it. “Nobody wants to be in the place of Yegor Shcherbakov, who simply turned up to such a Caucasian when the girl refused him.”

According to the expert, if such a tacit directive had acted earlier, then, probably, the killer of the guy would already be sitting after the usual verification of documents. “The only question is, what will happen to the real criminal?” It is unclear what they will do if they put one with a knife, and then they find the real attacker. Although, probably, no one will seek him, ”suggested Mr. Smirnov.

Will policemen be brought from Germany?

It’s not necessary to take it, but it’s necessary to adopt methods !!!
Here, depending on the departments and tasks, they have different special equipment with them. Patrols often do not have a firearm with them at all, but there are injuries that they have the right to use in case of any suspicion of a threat to their health. These are not those pukals, such as "makarychs", but barrels with muzzle energy under 120-130 joules. It is ALWAYS FORBIDDEN to shoot in the head. Knees, elbows and ribs are carried out "at once". Everyone always remembers this! And they quickly choose which is better to obey or then to be treated for a long time (for their Eureka)
With the policemen, you can "conduct a highly scientific dispute" for a long time about the advisability of going with them to the department. They will confer on the radio, persuade you, record audio and video, and, like, wait for your lawyer. But as soon as they receive an order from their superiors, they either get tired of it themselves, or twitch your hand (for example, into your pocket), that's it - you will go with them. If not wild, then you will remain healthy, and if you go mad, be 95% sure, you will be crippled. God forbid that they will not be transferred to disability. And according to the law they will be right.
Therefore, not a single nigra or Turk will be slaughtered by a policeman. If it starts to flash, they and (relatives) will be taken care of by specialists. Then you can say goodbye to municipal housing and subsidies, and often even to honey. insurance.
Without money, in a month ALL of these "rabies" are knocking on the doors of their embassies and asking to be sent home. Everything. Order is guaranteed.

And one more thing, but this is only from 2015 and has great corruption potential ..

The Ministry of Economic Development has prepared a bill that will allow economic methods to fight ethnic enclaves (ghettos), according to the newspaper Izvestia.

The essence of the bill is that the decision on the sale or lease of real estate to foreigners will be decided by the authorized body. The document proposes to introduce the term "a separate category of persons", transactions with whose representatives will be considered within the framework of the "permitting order".

Russian law understands the "permitting order" as an administrative procedure in which a permit for an activity is issued by a state or other authorized body at its own discretion. Which body will decide to sell (or lease) real estate in Russia to foreigners, the Ministry of Economic Development did not explain

Visas won't help. I crossed the border and disappeared. It is necessary to introduce special electronic labor passports or books, instead of registration "at the place of residence" for ALL non-citizens of Russia. That is, the basis for legal stay in the Russian Federation is only the presence of a legal job, with the deduction of tax and honey. insurance. Give a month to search for a job, the term is calculated from the date of receipt of such a book in the FMS, upon arrival. With a monthly registration at the place of employment and a mandatory check in the FMS every 1-3 months. With deductions for each migrant flat income tax by the employer. The first deduction is for the costs of deportation, in case of violations by the migrant of the legislation of the Russian Federation, as a deposit, returnable, the return mechanism can be worked out. There is no such book - come on, goodbye. Well, fines to employers for violations should be exorbitant. Or up to criminal liability, in case of non-payment of salaries or selection of passports. But what our authorities say, it turns out that they have already found the guilty, it turns out that this is not the indignation of citizens, but an ordinary provocation: Deputy Mayor of Moscow: The riots in Biryulyovo were provoked by a "bunch of frostbitten nationalists"
MOSCOW, October 14. The riots in West Biryulyovo were provoked not by local residents, but by nationalist forces, said Moscow Deputy Mayor Alexander Gorbenko.
"We are confident, and I think that investigative measures will officially confirm this, that yesterday's riots were provoked by extremely minded nationalist forces, because the civilian population behaved peacefully when meeting with the authorities," Gorbenko said at a press conference on Monday , Interfax reports.
According to him, the relatives and friends of the deceased made a statement that they are categorically against inciting ethnic hatred.
"The situation has shown that a sudden call of a handful of frostbitten nationalists can lead to such consequences. Thank God that the internal affairs bodies worked quickly and professionally," Gorbenko said.

A friend from Iran called me at night. He is the captain of the Iranian Navy and said you see what is happening in Russia? To be honest, I am also concerned about this. Someone has earned and earns on the "supply" of illegal immigrants to Russia, therefore, they cannot control if 100 have arrived, then about 000 are officially registered, or even 1000 ... But still it seems to me that it is somehow connected with the undermining of relations between Russia and the countries of Central Asia, a victory in Syria ... I watched the video and I can say with confidence that among the guys there are also those who did not just come to oppose the "vegetable base", but to become paranoid ... Why turn over a gazelle, break windows, to arrange pogroms, to burn? Who is doing badly? It causes material damage to itself, to its own country! The government urgently needs to deal with this, otherwise an uncontrollable situation may even get out of control.

Who to deal with? With people? They already understand, instead of closing markets, bases and dealing with diasporas! Provocateurs may have been, but our people don’t need to be so low-rated - people themselves came out against the demon limit of visitors from the Caucasus and corrupt power!

    Emotions, emotions, ...
    Emotions crowd out the mind.
For example: greed is one of emotions. To some extent, it is positive (incentive), but when the mind goes off scale and you are at zero, you are dead, you are already on the hook !!
When you do not want to think, it’s easy for you to suggest any stupidity.
Therefore, it is enough to sway emotions, under the guise of caring for humanity, then the thoughtless crowd finally loses its head.
So in Biryulyovo they want to blind people to destroy the state. It resembles a panic of cows in a safe place, although they calmly then go to the slaughterhouse.

Has anyone thought that the "outrage" happened just two days after the murder of a man.

Everywhere you see the swamp. Do you think this is all provocation? It's simple, if the government cannot and does not want to put things in order, people will do it themselves. Or do you think that the corrupt cops, the authorities of the council, could put things in order and find the culprits? The granny there on camera told how the local cops come to the base for fruit, give cover, but do not react to people's appeals. And how do you think one should sit and wait for actions from these "representatives of the authorities" or wait for the next killed?

You can say and think whatever you want, but I am personally from Biryulyovo and I know for sure that this base has indeed been a cause of concern for local residents for a long time, which has been repeatedly closed down, but the local authorities do not do anything, brushing aside every time with statements that that "the base is a strategic object" and it is not possible to close or move it. Also from this base all over Biryulyovo citizens of Caucasian nationalities creep out from whom there is no passage - all streets, lawns and parking lots in front of supermarkets are filled with them. It is also a source of "rubber" apartments in which the same citizens of unknown countries live, which many residents of the district have also repeatedly complained to the police, but no action was taken. And the murder really overflowed the cup of patience and people took to the street. I will not argue - the nationalists played a certain role in the outbreak of the pogrom (in fact, they did not crush so much, it was more inflated), but many disgruntled local protesters who were "sore" also came out into the street. As a result, I think that the closure of the base will be only a plus for the district, but most likely it will be closed for a couple of days, everything will calm down and again for the old one, or at best all Caucasians from this place will move to any other market and will annoy residents of another district until their bulk is taken out of Moscow, and better from Russia, but this is already out of the realm of fantasy.

In fact, no one is going to engage in illegal migration. I explain - this is a whole multi-billion dollar business, which every year brings only all the big dividends. Accordingly, no one will refuse it. Let's face it! For officials, this is business, but for us, the indigenous population, it is the survival of us from our territory and the constant bestial behavior of migrants and residents of the Caucasus who spit at all, on us and our foundations! Corruption is everywhere and in everything. I would like the government to put things in order in this for a month, but none of them really cares.

... more, 15 years ago - on a lake in the desert near Phoenix, the child became ill. This is not time, but a helicopter flew in, picked up and taken away.
It’s not a matter of how much it costs, insurance, etc., the matter is in relation to the state - to citizens, their safety. But such a licentiousness as ours is - it’s clear how correctly this event was written only the tip of the iceberg :(

To be honest, I try to be tolerant of visitors, but reading the news about the murders of Russian migrant workers, as well as hearing about national offense, there is a huge desire to take all these guests and send them to their homeland, let them do what they want, but they don’t need them in Russia.

So it's time to create such structures. You can start with a public organization, for example: "Federation for the Protection of the Rights of Indigenous Populations." There is no hope for the official authorities anyway, so we need to create our own people's power in each region, but that’s where there are guarantees that the new people's power will not go bad.

As my first commander said: "We have no time to figure out who is good and who is bad - we will cut out the whole village and move on." This I mean that it will not be possible to extinguish the popular indignation with another pitiful handout, and until all the Chuchmeks are killed, no one will calm down.

The country needs to be modernized, so a tractor and a tractor driver with a good salary are more important for the country, there would be a will and no need to talk about the need for working hands. Well, that got to the bottom. Warned not to confuse tolerance with weakness. The nationalists have nothing to do with it, if there was no support from the people, the nationalists would not have achieved anything. And the stupid comments of all these heads of emigrants will only make things worse, don't they really understand that the point of no return is very close? He does not understand, what makes him even more angry with such a blame shifting to the "nationalists" (judging by the survey of such 80% of residents), and nothing about the migrants themselves? Or does he foolishly believe in what he says? Or just insolent? I should have been more modest. There is still time to come to his senses and to put things in order in his diasporas, and to expel their own compatriots, illegal immigrants, then it will be too late, who lives here with full rights, the same head of emigrants. After all, now they use the connivance of our officials, thinking that since these can be bought, then nothing is scary, but in vain, these officials will not be touched (which is a pity), but ... "Officials will not be touched"? - how touched! And they know this very well, they prepare "reserve airfields" ahead of time. Read how many billions are flowing abroad. And the authorities can do nothing about it, allegedly. So those in power are temporary workers and take out the loot. Holes in the budget are patched at our expense. They promise not to index the salary (count to cut it by the size of inflation), they are selected for the pension: - "no, not confiscation, as you might think, we'll just use it a little, and then, someday, somehow we will return it (if we don't forget": )) They promised not to raise the tariffs, but then Dimulya, a man of the most honest soul, was embarrassed to admit - "prepare your pockets"

To change this constitutional norm - the Russian Federation will fly out of many international treaties, the legislature will not do this ... What will happen? It is foolish to demand from a government hostile to the Russian people, any action to protect this people. Illegal migrants and other "guests" are beneficial to businessmen and bureaucrats who are fed by businessmen. And a strong free people is not beneficial to anyone. If someone thinks that the whole situation is not known in the Kremlin, that they do not understand anything, then he is mistaken. The authorities deliberately push the problem to the limit. And the Ministry of Internal Affairs understandably protects this power. And when a Russian riot policeman beats and maims a Russian resident, he does it deliberately. But the OMON will not touch the "dear guest" unless absolutely necessary.
How much more Russian blood will be shed completely with impunity? I think a lot. Unfortunately...

And the authorities, as always, bent under these Caucasians, let the people let out their anger !!!

PS and then after that try to reproach me with carrying cold steel (a knife), you never know what rubbish will come across .. so it’s also not the same as jackals attack with a pack. As long as you can tolerate this, when visas are already being conducted, it is better to completely close the borders with these nonhumans.
