Biryulyovo exposes state and public ulcers
The incident in Vostryakovsky Prospect in the Russian capital was described from the words of Xenia (the girl Yegor Shcherbakov), who, answering the question about how the attacker looked, said that he had a Caucasian appearance. Outdoor surveillance cameras were able to capture the alleged perpetrator, for helping to catch which the leadership of the Moscow police promises 1 million rubles. In Moscow, the “Volcano” plan was introduced, but no tangible results in terms of getting out on the trail of the killer action of the capital's law enforcement officers brought.
But story found another sequel. Outraged residents of the Moscow district of Biryulyovo-Zapadnoye came to a spontaneous rally with the demands to find and punish the murderer of a young Muscovite. The people who came to the street were originally arrived by representatives of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the SAD who promised to investigate the situation and take all measures to catch the killer. However, this situation has not calmed down.
New and new hundreds of citizens began to flock to the square in front of the shopping center "Biryuza", who called upon the Moscow authorities not only to investigate the criminal episode connected with the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov, but also to close the vegetable base that functions in the area. The employees of this vegetable base are predominantly the so-called labor migrants, whose behavior has recently become an increasing concern among the locals.
Nikolay M .:
Elena V. (a resident of the region) reports:
After the rally began to escalate into clashes with representatives of the police, one after another began to close outlets in the area. Stops stopped working and stalls. Only a few shop owners decided to continue trading. Subsequently, it turned out that such a risk in most cases was unjustified. As the saying goes, the merchants were not exactly able to get profits from sales with an influx of people, but they managed to see their outlets with broken glasses ...
Moscow law enforcement officers began to report on the first arrests. By the end of the day, more than 380 people were sent to police buses, and then to the stations.
On Sunday evening, the excited crowd headed for the gates of the very vegetable base, which so frightens the locals. In the course of the movement, people beat and turned over literally everything that they came across: from parked cars to kiosks and shop windows. Several dozens of young people piled on the gate, after which they swung open and part of the crowd that did not have time to "cut off" the riot police, broke into the base.
Eyewitnesses to the events claim that the police did not actively prevent hot young people from entering the base. After the young people smashed several refrigeration units and went back, not finding “on-site” staff at the base, they were able to get out of its territory to the cheers of those who were blocked from accessing the gates by riot buses. The riot police, having no clear numerical advantage over the indignant crowd, behaved as follows: he tried to literally pull the most aggressive people out of the crowd one by one.
As a result, high-ranking officers of the Moscow police announced that the situation in Biryulyovo Zapadnoye, although not without difficulty, but managed to bring everything under control, but at any moment they expect a quote: “new provocations”. At the same time, it was announced that in order to investigate the murder of Yegor Shcherbakov, the best metropolitan operatives were connected, who had already communicated with Yegor’s relatives and acquaintances, but could not provide the media with the information received from them, as this could damage the investigation.
At 70, people involved in the so-called "Biryulev riots" were brought up in cases of administrative offenses.
Meanwhile, the people who participated in the very first rally, aimed at activating the metropolitan police in terms of searching for the killer of the 25-year-old Muscovite, announced that if the police did not respond to their appeals, then they intend to create by their own forces militias that will patrol the area, turned in recent years into one of the most volatile areas of Moscow. Police representatives (in particular, acting police chief in the Southern Military District, A. Polovinka) said they were ready to support the initiative of local residents.
On the events in the Moscow area Biryulyovo West managed to speak, many representatives of the government and, so to speak, an active public. At the same time from different people receive different estimates. Let us cite some judgments of well-known people from among the so-called social activists.
Lyudmila Alekseeva (human rights activist, head of the MHG):
In this statement of Mrs. Alekseeva, the strange essence of her “human rights” activity is traced. Lyudmila Mikhailovna and here tries to translate everything on the rails "marsh marches." 380 detainees and 70 administrative cases, apparently, will not be enough for the human rights activist - more will be needed for the “swamp hearts” to calm down ...
The head of the Federation of Migrants of Russia, Muhammad Amin Majumder:
Yes, you can’t argue with Madjumder, there really are a lot of aggression in people, and not only among hardened nationalists. Ordinary Muscovites who live in the immediate vicinity of this ill-fated vegetable base in Biryulyovo do not seem to have anything to do with the nationalists, but their bitterness beats them. And why does the head of the Russian FM does not cover the topic of where such an abundance of aggression suddenly spilled out onto Moscow streets? Why did All Russian migrants decide to visit Biryulyovo right now, when riots and riots? Why didn’t the words of the residents of the region come to Mr. Majumder earlier that the so-called labor migrants turned the region into a large criminal market with their own laws, or rather, without any laws at all. Or did he like everything? ..
It is obvious that the unrest itself, which arose in the said Moscow district, is not something separately taken. And it was not at all a separate murder, whoever it was committed (came from the Caucasus, Central Asia or any other region), was their main cause. The murder of Yegor Shcherbakov is, let's say, a drop that has filled the cup.
Aggression is a link in a complex chain - a chain that is caused by the blatant neglect of local (and not only local) authorities on the interests of the indigenous population. The situation turned into such a situation in which the leaders of migrant groups could, for a certain amount, organize cover for their activities by the authorities - “municipal”, police and other “roofs”. There would not be such a working cover, there would not be such a frank rampant crime, which today is often called ethnic. People are tired of the fact that the authorities have enough only for pre-election speeches, and as soon as the choice is made, the problems begin to slow down again, aggravating the situation.
At the same time, the police, as they say, hit the tails - trying to eliminate the symptoms, but at the same time it does not deal with the main thing - prevention. Apparently, there is an installation: there is a foreign territory there - therefore we pretend that we are keeping order, but not further than the fences of vegetable stores and other compact nurseries of “migratory” crime. What to say, if in any city there is such a “vegetable shop” ... In any city, most residents know about the places of residence of drug dealers, holders of all kinds of dens, underground gambling halls, about where these institutions are located. They know in which restaurants and on which recreation centers they are going to, using the 90 language, “crimson jackets” to discuss another project of dividing the city. Everyone knows, but for some reason law enforcement agencies and local authorities do not know ... And it happens that local authorities “don’t know” for the simple reason that they themselves are going to drink and eat “crimson jackets” for money. And if it turns out that the police, thank God, found out, then time passes - things fall apart, close down - as they say, thank you all, everyone is free ...
And now, too, you can ponder as much as you like about rebellious drunk fans or nationalists, you can brand young people with scarves who have turned over the tray with watermelons. But it is time to understand that after all this activity is also the result of frank bureaucratic inaction, the result of the fact that there are laws for equals, and there is for those who are more equal, that there is “mysterious” and “undetectable” corruption with the naked eye, but it turns out, "business and nothing personal." Until the laws in the country become truly working, work with respect to everyone and everyone, and until structures appear that can be really (and not in the form of sticks in police documents), the implementation of these laws will be monitored, pogroms and ferments will continue , “Funny” shooting weddings, lezginka on the Eternal Lights, shouts of nationalists and other attributes. But when laws begin to work in our country, and when their implementation is still controlled, a question from the category: “when the first apple trees bloom on Mars and world peace prevails” - I want to hurry already ...
PS Moscow’s Vice-Mayor Alexander Gorbenko said that the riots in Biryulyovo were provoked by nationalists: “The situation showed that the sudden appeal of a handful of frozen nationalists could lead to such consequences. Thank God that the internal affairs bodies worked quickly and professionally.”
Hmm ... He said ... And Muscovites and many other Russians thought that it was not the first such murder, not the first unrest and not the first nationalist speeches - the result of chewing snot by the authorities in the heyday of the corruption "raspberry".
