Vladimir Putin: Russia has always developed as a “blooming complexity”, as a state-civilization, fastened by the Russian peopleLet me express my opinions about the future, about the strategy and values, the value basis of our country’s development, how global processes will influence our national identity, how we want to see the world of the XXI century, and what can bring to this world together with partners our country is Russia.

Today, the need to search for a new strategy and preserve one’s identity in a radically changing world, in a world that has become more open, transparent, interdependent, practically all countries, all peoples: Russian, European, Chinese, and Americans, societies of almost all countries of the world.

The questions “who are we?”, “Who do we want to be?” Sound louder and louder in our society. We left the Soviet ideology, it is impossible to return it. The adherents of fundamental conservatism, idealizing Russia to 1917, seem to be just as far from reality as the supporters of Western ultra-liberalism. Obviously, our progress is impossible without spiritual, cultural, national self-determination, otherwise we will not be able to withstand external and internal challenges, we will not be able to succeed in a global competition. And today we see a new round of such competition.

The main directions of today's competition are economic-technological and ideological-informational. Exacerbated and military-political problems, the military-political situation. The world is becoming more and more rigid, sometimes it is not just international law that is rejected, but even elementary propriety. You need to be strong in military, technological, economic terms. Still, the main thing that will determine success is the quality of people, the quality of society, intellectual, spiritual, moral. After all, in the end, both economic growth, welfare, and geopolitical influence are derived from the state of society itself, on how much the citizens of a particular country feel as one people, how deeply rooted they are in their stories, in values and traditions, do their common goals and responsibilities unite. In this sense, the question of acquiring and strengthening national identity is indeed fundamental for Russia.

Meanwhile, today Russia is experiencing not only the objective pressure of globalization on its national identity, but also the consequences of national disasters of the twentieth century, when we twice experienced the collapse of our statehood. As a result, they received a devastating blow to the cultural and spiritual code of the nation, faced a rupture of traditions and unity of history, with the demoralization of society, with a lack of mutual trust and responsibility. This is where the many roots of the acute problems that we face are. After all, the question of responsibility to oneself, society and the law is one of the fundamental not only in law, but also in everyday life.

After 1991, the illusion was that the new national ideology, the ideology of development, would be born as if by itself. The state, the authorities, the intellectual and the political class practically withdrew from this work, especially as the former, semi-official ideology left a heavy edge. And just really everyone was afraid to even touch this topic. In addition, the absence of a national idea based on national identity was beneficial to the quasi-colonial part of the elite, who preferred to steal and withdraw capital, and did not associate their future with the country where this capital was earned.

National idea: the search for identity

Practice has shown that a new national idea is not born and does not develop according to market rules. Self-government did not work, as well as the mechanical copying of someone else's experience. Such crude borrowings, attempts to civilize Russia from outside were not accepted by the absolute majority of our people, because the desire for independence, spiritual, ideological, foreign policy sovereignty is an integral part of our national character. By the way, this approach does not work in many other countries. The time has passed when ready-made models of living arrangement could be installed in another state simply as a computer program.

We also understand that identity, national idea cannot be imposed from above, cannot be built on the basis of ideological monopoly. Such a construction is unstable and very vulnerable, we know this from our own experience, it has no future in the modern world. Historical creativity, the synthesis of the best national experience and ideas, the understanding of our cultural, spiritual, political traditions from different points of view with the understanding that this is not a frozen thing, given forever, but a living organism, is necessary. Only then will our identity be based on a solid foundation, will be turned into the future, and not into the past. This is the main argument in favor of the question of the ideology of development being necessarily discussed among people of different views, who hold different opinions on what and how to do in terms of solving certain problems.

We all: the so-called non-Orthodox, neo-Westernized, statesmen and so-called liberals — the whole society will have to work together to form common development goals. It is necessary to get rid of the habit of hearing only ideological like-minded people, from the threshold, with anger, and even with hatred rejecting any other point of view. You can not even throw, and kick the future of the country, like a football, plunging into frantic nihilism, consumerism, criticism of everything and everyone or hopeless pessimism. This means that liberals must learn to talk with representatives of leftist views. Nationalists should remember that Russia was formed as a multinational (multiethnic - ed.) And a multi-religious state from its first steps. And that, by questioning our multinationality (polyethnicity - ed.), Beginning to exploit the theme of Russian, Tatar, Caucasian, Siberian and any other nationalism and separatism, we embark on the path of destroying our genetic code. In fact, we begin to destroy themselves.

Value of sovereignty

The sovereignty, independence, integrity of Russia are unconditional. These are the "red lines" for which no one should go. With all the difference in our views, a discussion about identity, about a national future is impossible without the patriotism of all its participants. Patriotism, of course, in the purest sense of the word. Too often in national history, instead of opposition to the authorities, we are confronted with the opposition of Russia itself. And we know how this ended - the demolition of the state as such.

We have practically no such family that could have bypassed the evils of the past century. Issues of evaluation of certain historical events still split the country and society. We must heal these wounds, restore the integrity of the historical fabric. It is no longer possible to engage in self-deception, crossing out unsightly or ideologically inconvenient pages, breaking the link between generations, rushing to extremes, creating or debunking idols. It is time to stop noticing only the bad in history, to curse ourselves more than our ill-wishers do. Criticism is needed. But without self-esteem, without love for the Fatherland, this criticism is demeaning and unproductive.

We should be proud of our history, and we have something to be proud of. Our entire history, without exception, should become part of the Russian identity. Without recognition of this, mutual trust and progress of society is impossible.

The crisis of the West - the rejection of the roots

Another serious challenge to Russian identity is connected with the events that are occurring in the world. There are both foreign policy and moral aspects. We see how many Euro-Atlantic countries have actually taken the path of abandoning their roots, including Christian values, which form the basis of Western civilization. Moral principles and any traditional identity are denied: national, cultural, religious or even sexual. There is a policy that puts on one level a large family and same-sex partnership, faith in God or faith in Satan. The excesses of political correctness go as far as seriously mentioning the registration of parties aiming at promoting pedophilia. People in many European countries are ashamed and afraid to talk about their religious affiliation. Holidays even cancel or call them somehow differently, shamefully hiding the very essence of this holiday - the moral basis of these holidays. And they are trying to aggressively impose this model on everyone, on the whole world. I am convinced that this is a direct path to degradation and primitivization, a deep demographic and moral crisis.

What else could be more evidence of the moral crisis of human society, if not the loss of self-reproduction ability? Today, almost all developed countries can no longer reproduce themselves, even with the help of migration. Without the values embodied in Christianity and other world religions, without the norms of morality and morality that have been formed for thousands of years, people will inevitably lose human dignity. And we consider it natural and right to defend these values. The right of any minority to differ must be respected, but the right of the majority must not be called into question.

Impasse of unipolarity

At the same time, we see attempts to reanimate a unipolar unified model of the world in one way or another, to blur the institution of international law and national sovereignty. Such a unipolar, unified world does not need sovereign states, it needs vassals. In a historical sense, it is the abandonment of one’s own face, of the diversity of the world given by God.

Russia with those who believe that key decisions should be developed on a collective basis, and not at the discretion and in the interests of individual states or a group of countries. What should act international law, and not the right of a strong, not a fist right, that every country, every nation is not exclusive, but unique, of course, original, has equal rights, including the right to independently choose its development. This is our conceptual view, it derives from our own historical destiny, from the role of Russia in world politics. Our current position has deep historical roots. Russia itself developed on the basis of diversity, harmony and balance, and brought such a balance to the world around it. I want to remind you that both the Vienna Congress 1815 of the year and the Yalta agreements of 1945 of the year, adopted with a very active role of Russia, ensured a long peace. The strength of Russia, the strength of the winner at these turning points was manifested in nobility and justice. And let us remember the Versailles, concluded without the participation of Russia. Many experts, and I absolutely agree with them, believe that it was in Versailles that the roots of the future World War II were laid. Because the Treaty of Versailles was unfair to the German people and imposed restrictions on it that it could not normally cope with, it was clear a century ahead.

I want to pay attention to one more fundamental aspect. In European, and in a number of other countries, the so-called multiculturalism - largely introduced, artificially introduced from the top model - is now being questioned, and it is clear why. Because it is based on a kind of payment for the colonial past. It is no coincidence that today politicians and public figures of Europe themselves are increasingly talking about the collapse of multiculturalism, that it is not capable of ensuring the integration into the society of foreign-language and foreign-cultural elements.

"Blooming complexity" of Eurasia

Over the centuries, not even the smallest ethnic group has disappeared in Russia, to which they once labeled the “prison of nations”. All of them have preserved not only their internal independence and cultural identity, but also their historical space. You know, I learned with interest that in Soviet times they were so attentive to this - almost every small nation had its own print edition, languages were supported, national (ethnic - ed.) Literature was maintained. By the way, much of what was done in this sense before, we need to return and adopt. At the same time, we have accumulated a unique experience of mutual influence, mutual enrichment, mutual respect of different cultures. This multiculturalism, polyethnicity lives in our historical consciousness, in our spirit, in our historical code. Our statehood was built on this naturally millennium.

Russia, as the philosopher Konstantin Leontyev figuratively said, has always developed as a “blooming complexity”, as a state-civilization fastened by the Russian people, the Russian language, Russian culture, the Russian Orthodox Church and other traditional religions of Russia. It is from the state-civilization model that the features of our state structure flow. It has always sought to flexibly take into account the national, religious specifics of certain territories, providing diversity in unity. Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, other religions are an integral part of the identity and historical heritage of Russia in the real life of its citizens. The main task of the state, enshrined in the Constitution, is ensuring equal rights for representatives of traditional religions and atheists, the right to freedom of conscience for all citizens of the country.

However, identification solely through ethnos, religion in the largest state with a multi-ethnic composition of the population, is certainly impossible (this is possible in the imperial model of the state - ed.). Forming precisely civil identity based on common values, patriotic consciousness, civic responsibility and solidarity, respect for the law, involvement in the fate of the Motherland without losing connection with their ethnic and religious roots is a necessary condition for preserving the unity of the country (imperial-type model - ed.) As a politically, ideologically, ideological concept of national development will be framed - a subject for extensive discussion. But I am deeply convinced that in the heart of our philosophy there should be human development, moral, intellectual and physical development. Back in the early 90s, Solzhenitsyn talked about saving the people after the hardest of the twentieth century as the main national goal. Today we must admit that we have not succeeded in completely reversing the negative demographic trends, we have only slightly retreated from the dangerous feature of the loss of national potential.

Unfortunately, in the history of our country the value of a separate human life was often low. Too often, people remained only a means, not a goal and a mission of development. We no longer have not only the right, but also the opportunity to throw millions of people into the furnace of development. It is necessary to protect everyone. It is educated, creative, physically and spiritually healthy people, not natural resources or nuclear weapon, will be the main force of Russia of this and subsequent centuries.

Education of the patriot and the principles of self-government

The role of education is all the more important because for the education of the individual, a patriot, we need to restore the role of the great Russian culture and literature. They should be the foundation for self-determination of citizens, the source of identity and the basis for understanding the national idea. Here a lot depends on the teaching, teaching community, which was and remains the most important keeper of national values, ideas and attitudes. This community speaks the same language - the language of science, knowledge, education. And it is on a vast territory - from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. And already this community, bearing in mind the teaching, teaching community as a whole, in the broad sense of the word, holds the country together. And the support of this community is one of the most important steps towards a strong, prosperous Russia.

I stress once again: without concentrating our forces on education and people's health, on the formation of the mutual responsibility of the authorities and every citizen and, finally, on restoring trust in society, we will lose out in historical competition. Citizens of Russia must feel that they are the responsible owners of their country, their land, their small homeland, their property, their property and their lives.

A citizen is one who is able to independently manage his own affairs, freely cooperating with his peers. And the best school of citizenship is local self-government and amateur organizations of citizens. Of course, I mean in this case NPO. By the way, one of the best Russian political traditions, the Zemstvo tradition, was also built precisely on the principles of self-government. Only from effective mechanisms of self-government can a real civil society and a real nationally-oriented elite grow, including, of course, opposition with its own ideology, values, measures of good and bad, with its own, and not imposed by the media or especially from abroad. The state is ready and will trust amateur and self-governing structures, but we need to know who we trust. And this is an absolutely normal world practice, which is why we have adopted new legislation that increases the transparency of the activities of non-governmental organizations.

Speaking of any reforms, it is important not to forget that our country is not only Moscow and St. Petersburg. Developing Russian federalism, we must rely on our own historical experience, use flexible and diverse models. The construction of Russian federalism has a very large potential. We need to learn to use it wisely, without forgetting the main thing: the development of regions, their independence should work to create equal opportunities for all citizens of a country, regardless of their place of residence; to eliminate imbalances in the economic and social development of the territories of Russia, and therefore, to strengthen the unity of the country. Of course, this is a daunting task, because these territories have developed over decades, or even centuries, of course, unevenly.

Eurasian Union - a project to preserve the identity of peoples

The twenty-first century promises to be the century of major changes, the era of the formation of large geopolitical continents, financial, economic, cultural, civilizational, military-political. And therefore our absolute priority is close integration with our neighbors. The future Eurasian Economic Union, about which we declared, about which we have been talking a lot lately, is not just a set of mutually beneficial agreements. The Eurasian Union is a project to preserve the identity of peoples, the historical Eurasian space in the new century and in the new world. Eurasian integration is a chance for the entire post-Soviet space to become an independent center of global development, and not a periphery for Europe or for Asia. I want to emphasize that Eurasian integration will also be based on the principle of diversity. This is an association in which everyone will save their own face, their own identity and political subjectivity. Together with partners we will consistently, step by step implement this project. And we expect that it will become our common contribution to the preservation of the diversity and sustainability of world development.

The years after 91 are commonly called the post-Soviet stage. We survived, overcame this turbulent dramatic time. Russia, as has already happened in history more than once, after passing through breaking up, ordeals, returns to itself, returns to its own history.

Having consolidated our national identity, having strengthened our roots, remaining open and receptive to the best ideas and practices of the East and the West, we should and will go forward.

Here before this we still have, like to the moon cancer. They created a world of consumers and it’s very difficult to get away from it.
In general, Putin should start with himself and his followers. To cancel immunity, to make the law the same for everyone, to start. Stop buying expensive western show-offs (cars, villas, etc.), then people can then begin to love not only the country, but also respect the authorities.

I read it in shock. Neighbor Belarus. The most interesting thing is that there are fewer and fewer people in Russia, I judge by the media, and we (the One State has not been canceled) who really support him and fully approve of his policy. If 10 years ago no one would go against him, since there was a real contrast between Yeltsin and Putin who came to power, now few people trust him, especially against the backdrop of unprecedented and unpunished corruption that he could curb if he himself wanted to. The discontent of the population is growing, and so he has to pursue a policy of tightening the screws, to do everything to be feared here too.
As for the rest of the world, Putin does not understand one thing. There is a difference between FEAR and RESPECT. If they are afraid of him, then they will certainly never be respected. What is happening now, but Russia itself and Belarus in particular suffer from this (as we are perceived abroad as one country - Russia), sympathy for which is reduced thanks to Putin. He does not understand that all this leads the country to a real abyss. Although he may understand, he just doesn’t give a damn about it, because the people are the last thing he thinks about. And he and his entourage think primarily about themselves, and not about people.

What are the shops? Do you even understand what you are writing about? Under Soviet rule, the church was forced to transfer the sale of candles to the temple itself, because otherwise it would be considered propaganda. And the fact that they sell candles and treasures, so the priest needs to live on something. You don’t pay him a salary and he doesn’t receive a pension from the state. That's when they make a 10% tax in favor of the church in Germany, then they will give you candles for free. Want to?

    2. The upbringing of our young generation, I don’t argue with a lot of good guys, but they have enough clinical patients for vegetables whose intellect is already absent; in fact, they can thump on benches and use foul language, if earlier the image of a Russian girl was associated with chastity, modesty, now it’s approaching a lung woman behavior. In ort, some cheap films are filmed, as in Turkey they are there ........ they go in shawls ...., on TNT like in a circle of eb ... sya and they convey each to each, all humor below the belt. ..... what will we come to?

    4. National idea and identity. I’m not Russian, I’m RUSICH .... it annoys me that the Gazprom office is headed by Russians and doesn’t smell like it constantly imposes on me that I am Russian. I am for the Tatars and other peoples of our country to be proud of their history of their affiliation, but understand that if we succeed in introducing a split in our ranks, it will be everything to us and to you. Why do not the Chechens say that it is bad to do this, teach them that they are Russians and not us.
    5. Do not twist the fundamental nation RUSSIAN therefore. In Russian cities there should be churches, well, you can have a maximum of one mosque for guests .... but ideally .... guests want a request to Alakha to go home, God's people go to this land. It is also adequate that in Tatarstan most of the mosques are because they are Muslims and this is their religion and this is correct. It’s not necessary to impose on every nation what is foreign to them, it is necessary to emphasize the peculiarity of each nation, but also to understand that we must respect each other and stay in place

Type: "selfless and constructive work for the good of Russia" in a private (!) Factory owned by some far from generous salary and social packages to a "capitalist" (perhaps even a foreigner)? Interestingly, this .. "rogue" will also be happy for the good of the "homeland"?

      Well, why?

The point is not whether the market is in the country, or the command-and-control system. The point is the distribution of benefits and the state's compliance with its own legislation.

      examples:
Brazil - a liberal market, a commodity economy, is not a social state.
Brazil's minimum wage - 32% of GDP per capita PPP (as in the states).

Canada is a liberal market, a commodity-based economy, a socially oriented state.
Minimum wage - 40% of PPP GDP per capita.

Australia - liberal market, commodity economy, social state.
A minimum wage of 50% of PPP GDP per capita.

Russia is a liberal market, a commodity economy, social state.
The minimum wage of GDP per capita PPP - 8%.

This state of affairs violates both the 133rd article of the Labor Code and a number of articles of the Constitution, but the guarantor put it - this is the main problem.

And all because this is at odds with the interests of the capitalist oligarchs who put Putin in the Kremlin and who solemnly swore that he would not allow the return of Soviet power and deviation from the market economy. Therefore, we will be another 11 years watch this cotton wool riding and demagoguery in the best traditions of Gorbachev, and then it will be continued by the next receiver assigned to the gang of oligarchs and bankers.
And the people, as a new ideology, will be fed religious obscurantism, talk about the brotherhood of Russians with Chechens, Dagestanis and Tajiks, as well as about the justice of things, when a small group of cunning and unprincipled businessmen owns all the welfare of the country.

Well, what new have we heard? Sashka Kerensky, they say, turned around abruptly. Let's try to drop the slogans, and go through the essence. The first thing that the Soviet ideology consisted in is that today the majority of the country's population (and not just members of the Lake cooperative) are not happy with it? Why is this ideology impossible to return? I personally did not find answers to these questions either in this speech or in others. Second, so what is the national idea all the same? I did not find an answer, neither in this nor in other speeches to this question. Everything else is ordinary idle talk and a substitution of concepts. Explain to me how Soviet ideology impeded the development of Russian and other national cultures? The Guarantor in Valdai himself was surprised to learn that they were all supported by the state. So it’s not about culture. Who will tell me which denominations were banned when the Soviet state strengthened. Yes, no one but sects for faith was not persecuted. They did not approve, but neither persecuted. Moreover, not a small amount of money was allocated for the restoration from the budget. Less of course, than they stole Serdyukov and Vasilyeva, but still. There remains only one significant difference, the social one. But it is unlikely for the people that the basis of the national idea can be the existing difference between the well-being of their children with the children of Potanin and Shuvalov. And finally, the passage is about education. If the actions of Messrs. Fursenko and Livanov lead to public education, then I am the Chinese emperor. I would very much like to hear from supporters of the current government, not Putin (because he is only an official representing this government), but the authorities answer to these questions.

It’s just that Putin needs to determine for himself with whom he is with the People (winner, builder, breadwinner, defender) or with the people (oligarchs, elites, deputies, thoughts, United Russia), and then by his actions everything will be clear to everyone and everyone whose friend Putin is.

And how, in this case, will the state hold you accountable?
This can be done by changing the power and the paradigm of "development" - for this, people should understand that what is happening is not normal, and that this is not the fault of the states, the Central Bank, or some kind of liberal wings, but above all the president as the guarantor of the Constitution and the group persons who stand behind him.
The task is complicated by the fact that all kinds of old people, Fedorov, prokhanovs, Leontyevs and Arabists are trying to prove that the current situation is normal: they are ready to bear any nonsense, invent any nonsense about the occupation, the Central Bank’s work in the Fed, Putin’s struggle with the liberals appointed by him, etc. P. - just to whiten the black dog in the eyes of people and thereby maintain the existing status quo.

    In a word MOLE

In the case of the former head of the Moscow Federal Property Management Agency Anatoly Shesteryuk, suspected of involvement in the theft of 120 real estate worth more than 10 billion rubles, there was an unexpected turn.
The former official and other suspects - the ex-chairman of the board of Moscow Capital Viktor Krestin and entrepreneur Olga Wozniak - have been charged with embezzlement, Kommersant writes. Now, only three land plots with gas stations remained in business. Suspects do not plead guilty to theft of these real estate.

    A. Shesteryuk's biography deserves special attention. The future official lived in St. Petersburg in the same courtyard with the current president, Vladimir Putin. Subsequently, they turned out to be fellow students at the Law University of Leningrad University.

Upon graduation, A. Shesteryuk remained in alma mater, where he continued his academic career. He moved to Moscow in 2003. and soon became head of the department for the sale of military property to be released at the Russian Federal Property Fund. In 2008 headed the territorial administration of the Federal Property Management Agency for Moscow. A. Shesteryuk left the post in 2012. in connection with retirement.

I read all the comments and came to the conclusion about the different knowledge and opinions of the members of the forum, but the following thoughts flashed:
    - GDP has done nothing and is marking time;
    - He is guilty of all sins;
    - Engaged in chatter and self-PR;
    - Speaks correctly, but vice versa;

I want to note the following:
There is a certain analogy with Ivan the Terrible, Stalin, and him directly about the next, that they were to blame for everything at the time. Okay, with Ivan the Terrible there was a time of troubles there and we don’t know for sure who all the same rules were there all this time, but everything was blamed on the king who was strongly believing Christian (such behavior of the Orthodox is doubtful).
“Everything that could be done for revolution and reprisals was hanged on Stalin, but we don’t know well, and some forgot that Stalin only began to establish industrialization after Trotsky’s deportation and even after that he fought a lot with Trotsky’s supporters and there repression went not only from Stalin to the group of Trotskyists, and this group itself slaughtered the Stalinists worse, but history, as always, puts all the trouble on someone else.
    - And so it turns out right now, Hunchback was brewing porridge, Yeltsin completed and built the system necessary for the collapse with lobbyists in this system, and the GDP fell into this system. But as always happens, the boy is not obedient and began to act up on his own mind and snap back and digesting Mr. Medvedev began to bend his line while fighting the Yeltsin built system. But the trouble is that it is impossible to do everything right away, quickly, efficiently with POPULAR measures and solutions for people. And there are shifts, they will continue, but with his appeals and appeals he says the right things and indicates his aspiration and ideas and tells you all that you too shouldn’t sleep and would also promote such ideas in the places and first of all become the same SAMI, and then would poke a finger at others, they say they are, and I'm bald. If this article had been before the elections, then I think he would have won the election without a fuss right now. But I ask you not to think too narrowly and selfishly, think more broadly not with your personal interests, but really with the thoughts of society and the state (it’s just global thoughts), and everything else will gradually come and stretch others to the bright oases of these ideas and appeals.
Look how the maneuvers of Putin and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with Syria were a mistake - it’s the highest pilot (I can’t make such a word) and in the world they talked about it very enthusiastically with a way out of the military impasse and this is a huge plus for the Russian idea and Russia as a whole. And the fact that inside the country so far, if not CHAOS, but confusion, we ourselves are to blame for this locally, because he cannot wipe every ass and the lobbyists of the old guard against whom right now the GDP is going on just won't go back and there are still many sticks in wheels will be especially from iPhone.
Sudden movements can’t be done right now - it’s dangerous, because you have to look at corruption scandals through your fingers and with gritting teeth, but the country now knows its heroes and this is the main thing and they’ll get theirs not right there.

The patience of the sir and madam, he says everything correctly and the work is going on, though slowly, but in the right direction and it is necessary, it is necessary, it is necessary to say at least for now without visible steps, but the right things and words will do their job and the Phoenix or Firebird plate will gradually begin to revive (Russia if it is not clear to anyone) and engraved to believe because thoughts and faith are material and energetically affect thoughts and consciousness, which is manifested in the actions of people. If someone did not know how thoughts and ideas work, then know it all starts with thoughts, ideas and faith, and then the action begins. In this way, all the blue-pink revolutions go, but so do our ideas.
I wish everyone to draw the right conclusions and not work for their EGO, but first of all for society, despite the fact that they will boo, harass and humiliate for such matters, but they are the most important and useful for everyone. Be the mind and mind above the deceived and selfish crowd and you yourself will see how everything is managed in society and who knows how to manage, that moves the society both in the right (moral and spiritual direction), so unfortunately and negative (egotistical) direction.
    - Be reasonable and look for points of convergence, not alienation.
    - Put out the fire of discord, and do not add gasoline there.
    - Compliance and generosity is not weakness, but rationality and strength.
    - Truth and truth are stronger than deceit and lies.
    - Spirituality and morality are higher than spirituality and immorality.
Think about it yourself, you live by such principles, and if not, then the GDP for you has outlined the path - go for it.

In fact, who is Russian? This is a person accepting Russian culture! It does not matter who he is by nationality, if a Chechen is ready to say that he is Russian, then he is Russian a priori, because Russianness is determined not by nationality but by state of mind! Even a crest and Belarus, even though the Slavs can say that they are not Russian in this regard, would rather trust a Chechen who considers himself RUSSIAN !!! But a crest for the sake of fat can also stab a knife in the back, although it is also difficult to trust the Chechen, nevertheless it is better not to keep him behind his back and always be ready. The result is that there is no one to rely on the Russian, only on himself !!!

And that is a fact. The world is mired in lies and betrayal and you need to rely only on yourself. Even among the Slavs there is little trust, except perhaps for Belarusians and Ukrainians, but Ukraine is already turning its nose into a geyropa. Although among all peoples there are both normal and abnormal, it is also impossible to measure all by some geeks. But the state of mind, yes, is a force that a tolerant West cannot understand.

"Learn to think and think and look more broadly at what is happening," I wish you the same. In addition to chatter, there is nothing patriotic in this government. If Putin did not say a couple of speeches about the greatness of Russia, which have nothing to do with business, you would not believe in it. They spit in everyone’s face without hesitation and you are looking for hidden meaning in their affairs. Putin will go down in history as the man who brought the country to the revolution with monstrous corruption and ethnobandism. By the way, judging by your words, you still do not know the latest economic statistics)

The probability of revolution is now equal to zero, the country is not sliding into the abyss. The president of Zimbabwe was a school teacher. Do you know how it ended?

Rabkrin - a body to control the people of officials. Further, I think it is clear that Putin will never even say this, because such control by the people to the person whom this gentleman represents and whom he actually works for is not even needed in a nightmare :)

America understands what Putin wants. In Russia, no, but each in its own way is trying to guess. When they guess together, they will say what they want from him. Then they will either drive away or put up a monument.
I hope that corruption will be legalized in Russia, but it will be called differently and taxes will be paid from it.
Dumb and stoned "blacks" are in Russia. Just Russians slowly harness, but then quickly beat their faces. If Putin at this moment pretends that he did not notice, then this is one of what the Russians want from him.
And the fact that the war against Russia is being waged is still visible with the naked eye, but Israel can be accepted into the post-Soviet space instead of the Baltic farm laborers. They will agree on security guarantees and customs preferences, I think so.
They don’t like Russians for this - chestnuts themselves from the fire do not drag with the wrong hands and do not give to others.

You don’t understand how Russian differs, say, from Chinese and other Asians. Russian does not accept corruption in any of its forms. Russian law was called "Russian Truth." Russians live in truth, unite in the state according to the law, truth, and Asians - according to corruption schemes. Not for nothing that Confucius fought for so many years against this system, and then they fought against the very ideas of Confucius. But the Russians understood this. As an Asian woman came to our land, our state immediately decayed and collapsed. As they again returned to the Russian path of Truth, there was an immediate rise.

Any foreign words cloud the mind of Russians, replace concepts. So with your "corruption", "legalize." Speak Russian, and all the beauty of meaning will appear before you;)

So what is corruption that you propose to legitimize? Let's look into the dictionary, if we don’t know. This is decomposition, above all. Do you propose legalizing the corruption of an official? That is, you are pleased that you are ruled by all scum that has lost the human image? Rejecting the Truth, living by Krivda? Oh well. It follows from your speech that you yourself are far from a Russian person;) And is it a person at all? .. Of those, apparently, who have corruption of the brain and body.

I will throw my national idea.
The Russian state was created by its citizens, to ensure collective and comprehensive security of citizens.
One of the greatest dangers for the state is greed and money-grubbing. Greed creates inequality, predatory use of camp resources for personal interests, deterioration of the health of citizens and the quality of the environment.
The state must fight greed by limiting the maximum income of a particular citizen.
The sale of all raw materials both domestically and for export is the exclusive right of the state.

There are people of the word: said - fulfilled, and this: the man of words - a lot of words, and no deeds on these words, but just the opposite. Man lives according to Krivda, does not know the Truth. Not a Russian person, therefore, he reasoned on an object that he not only did not understand, but also hated. A sad sight.
