Putin made a decision that was made twice before him in Russian history: in 37 and after Stalin’s death
Economist Mikhail Khazin - on the struggle of the Rothschilds and the International Monetary Fund in the Russian open spaces.

Last week, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev put the question squarely: either the economic model is changing in the country - or we are heading for it. The same was said at the Sochi investment forum by the Minister of Economic Development Alexei Ulyukayev. According to the well-known economist, the president of the consulting company Neocon, Mikhail Khazin (he visited Yekaterinburg with a public lecture), Medvedev’s speech is only a pale manifestation of the war of Russian elite groups, behind which are much more powerful forces. What unites Putin, Obama and the Rothschilds? And who is patronizing Medvedev and Ulyukayev?

- Mikhail Leonidovich, at the end of last week, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev published an article about Russia's economic choice. Its general meaning is that the state should become compact and efficient, create an attractive investment climate (this also implies judicial reform), together with the society, control monopolies, support business, education and innovation, growth points in the regions, but it’s pointless to help uncompetitive industries. reductions, retraining, finding a new job, moving, otherwise we will be in the abyss. But after all, all these initiatives will lead to numerous conflicts. Is the Medvedev government ready for them?

“First of all, I don’t read Medvedev’s articles.” There is no time to read meaningless texts. Secondly, it is really strange. Vladimir Putin declares that it is necessary to maintain the standard of living and carry out the May decrees, and his prime minister in the "blue eye" at the Sochi forum claims that there is nothing to hold on to support jobs. What's happening? I explain. Need a little look back two decades.

In the world until some time there was only one financial elite. And all of our statesmen who emerged in 1991 year, lined up for this elite. Just because there was no one to line up. And we didn’t have people of the scale of Lenin or Stalin. And then there is a crisis. Because of which? His reason was described by Adam Smith, who said that in order to deepen the division of labor, it is necessary to expand the market. The first powerful expansion was in the First World War, then in the Second. In the period of the collapse of the USSR, there was another expansion. And now everything - the expansion of the market can not be. How to save the situation? Need to stimulate demand. How? Give money to the public. But today, and so issued a lot of loans. So, you need to change the financial system, introduce a new currency and lend to it. And in the year 2011 [International Monetary Fund - Ed.] It is decided that the Central Bank of central banks will be created, which will give money in a special currency and optimize the global monetary system. And if all politicians are on the content of the financial elite, then it is impossible to refuse such a decision.

What to do [for those who are against the intentions of the IMF - Ed.]? It is necessary to make the IMF unable to function. And then the head of the IMF, Dominic Stros-Kahn, is "taken under the white ruchenki", accusing him of raping a maid from Guinea. He leaves his post. My acquaintances working in the presidential administration once called me and asked: “What does the Stros-Kan case mean?” I say: what about that? You know, they say, before the Stros Kahn affair, the creation of the Central Bank of Central Banks passed through all the international meetings of the heads of state: G8, G20, and so on. And after his arrest, she suddenly disappeared. I say: why are you surprised? As a result, now this topic is not.

After the Stros-Kahn case, the issue (namely, as I said, is the only salvation in a crisis, when the structure of transnational companies is economically unprofitable, and it is no longer possible to expand the markets) was in the hands of [Obamovsky - ed.] White House in Washington. And no one else roars. Because everyone understands that if someone is against it, then immediately there will be some kind of maid.

And this is where the elite split. The first group [of Obama - Ed.] Is in favor of reformatting the entire financial system: make several independent currency centers based on the dollar, euro, yuan, rupee and ruble (the latter is based on the basis of a strongly expanded Customs Union).

Another group [IMF group - ed.] Believes that it is necessary to keep everything as it is and to seize the Federal Reserve System back (the emission center of America - ed.). She began to move to the post of Fed Larry Summers. In the 90-ies, this figure gave advice to Chubais how to carry out reforms in Russia. The personality is colorful. Stamp on it nowhere to put. Even in the USA it is called kleptomania. Obama and his group did not want this, and they were told: if you interfere, we will arrange a crisis for you in 2014. But last week, the issue with Summers was resolved. He withdrew his candidacy. And literally the next day after this, Putin gives his speech at Valdai, in which he says that Russia needs a new identity, homosexuality is not our profile and much more. Do you understand how the wind blows?

- How does the conflict in the world elite affect the Russian power groups?

- Simultaneously with these processes and after the Stros Kahn affair, our Russian elite also split into two parts. One of them decided that it was necessary to develop an independent financial center, and the other that it was necessary to remain in a subordinate position under the IMF and all attempts to crush independence with an iron fist. The coordinator of the first group is Rothschild, and the second, of course, the IMF. Those whom we call “political eruptions” “family” or “liberals” are friends with the IMF. And those who are called “patriots” and “siloviki” are friends with the Rothschilds.

The Rothschilds began to radically change their policies. For example, they "threw" their former partners - Vekselberg, Friedman, and so on. And they sold the real asset of TNK-BP to Igor Sechin, who had previously been created in the Western press as a “bloody gebni”. What did Vekselberg say? "While I am the head of TNK-BP, I am a respected person in the world, and if I sell it, then I become just a rich Jew." From the point of view of the Rothschild, this deal was completely nonsense. What did they get for selling real assets? Papers that they almost themselves and print. But in reality it is a strategic alliance. They (the Rothschilds - ed.) Have shown who they will be friends with in Russia.

- That is, the Rothschilds are now behind the departure from the global dollar system and the creation of currency areas?

- They even moved their headquarters from London to Hong Kong.

- How did the conflict of the Russian groups develop?

- There is a split inside the elite. One of the groups that Voloshin oversees has begun the process of depriving Putin’s legitimacy of power, the so-called “Swamp Process”. His goal was not to allow Putin to come to the Kremlin with a mandate from the people and thus with the right to clean the elite. The first two terms he was with a mandate from the elite. But he could not clean anyone, as a hired general director cannot change the composition of the board of directors.

Further problems began to create the Customs Union. Initially, he was supervised by Sergei Glazyev, but he was expelled from the post of responsible secretary of the Commission of the Customs Union. And in fact, Viktor Khristenko is appointed in his place, together with Igor Shuvalov they begin to slow down the development of the Customs Union. And Glazyev is appointed to the post of presidential adviser and at the same time a member of the national banking council. This happens in August last year. After that, the “liberal” team decides that the post of chairman of the Central Bank is their private property. They want to promote Alexey Ulyukayev to this position. But they fail. The IMF begins to sound the alarm, declaring that Ulyukaev is the best candidate for this post. And at this moment is the name of Glazyev. And who called her, remember? The Guardian newspaper. This is the same newspaper that published Snowden and is closely friends with Assange. This is the Rothschild newspaper. The “liberals” get hysterical, they run to Putin and explain that Glazyev “breaks fire” in relations with the IMF and will be able to hinder the planned economic growth. What's next? After Putin declares Nabiullin the head of the Central Bank (and not Ulyukaev - ed.), A crisis occurs in Cyprus, and it becomes clear that an economic recession is starting in Russia.

- What will happen next?

- Two scenarios are possible. The first is to preserve the current monetary system and write off financial obligations through the war. It was the supporters of this scenario who wanted to strike at Syria in the hope that then Iran would strike at Israel, a new fight would begin, and while it was happening, it would be possible to write off a lot.

The other team, for which Obama plays, believes that in no case can you strike a blow, and you need to create new currency areas. But now Obama has a difficult situation. He would not want the US to lose the lead. But if you read Obama’s last speech at the UN, there he says bluntly: “Guys, we no longer have the strength to keep the situation under control. If you do not help us, then we will leave world positions and it will be worse for you. ”

- What happens to the economy in our country?

- In our country, the economic crisis is subjective. We are in a state of decline. Since the beginning of the year, GDP has fallen somewhere by 2-2,5%, by the end of the year this figure will be 3-3,5%. The government tried to find a way out of the ruble devaluation. By the way, did you notice how quickly gasoline prices rose? It would seem like so? We produce oil, process it into gasoline, and prices are rising. Because all our oil industry is credited there, in the West. And the balance sheets of our corporations are handed over there in dollars, so revenues in dollars should not fall. But the fact is that the ruble devaluation has grown. Their goal was to devalue the ruble enough to stop the recession. They devalued 15% - the recession did not stop. According to my calculations, to stop the decline, you need to devalue the ruble by 40%. It's impossible. Such a devaluation would mean a default of the banking system and the largest corporations, including the state. Therefore, they stopped the devaluation and began to sequester the budget, that is, to reduce its costs. The "liberals" have no choice. Both Medvedev and Ulyukaev have become, I apologize for the expression, to carry some kind of blizzard and scare everyone: guys, soon everyone will be very ill. At the same time they say that there is no economic downturn. But everyone will be bad ... Strange position.

- What would be your way out?

- We officially import 300-320 billion dollars a year, but in reality, somewhere more - 400. Imagine that we are beginning to engage in import substitution. Over 10 years we can replace by 200 billions. That is, we can easily ensure economic growth somewhere in 5-7%. And to do import substitution is not very difficult. Kazakhstan started a similar program four years ago. And she is quite successful. Although they have a problem with engineering staff, but the program is on. We have no problems with the engineers, but nothing happens.

There is one subtlety. The people who run the government and the Central Bank, the sun rises in Washington and they can not afford to take away these 200 billion from their best friends. Therefore, while they are in power, nothing will change.

- And then what will happen to the social sphere? What do Medvedev's statements mean? How far can the state go to get rid of social networks?

- It can not be sold to the public. As long as possible, Putin will keep the situation. At the same time, in the USA and the EU there are no chances to keep our social sphere, and we have in the form of an import substitution resource. Why did Putin criticize the government in April for not fulfilling his decrees? Putin says: why didn't you do it? And Surkov replies: “How is it not performed? There all the points are fulfilled. ” Putin says: “What about the content?” To which does Surkov respond: “What is the content? 15 hasn’t had any content. ” Everyone knows the fate of Surkov. But this process is not over.

Everyone knows that August is a tough month. What happened in August of this year? This August turned out to be much more difficult from the point of view of the Russian elite than August 1998 of the year. In August of that year, the elite did not suffer. This year, Putin made a decision that was taken before him in stories Russia twice. In the 37 year, it cost not only posts, but even the lives of more than half of the elite. In 1950-x it cost the post of Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Georgy Malenkov. Putin made the decision that when opening criminal cases against officials, it is no longer necessary to coordinate with higher-level administrations. This is a declaration of war. Literally a week and a half, the head of the personnel department of the presidential administration, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Kikot died suddenly. More than this, I can not comment.

Further the story with "Uralkali". Voloshin’s support group - Shuvalov, Dvorkovich and other riffraff - aggressively attacks Belarus. They at some point say "shit!", And they fall silent. And then it turns out that not only Baumgertner, whom no one knows, but also Kerimov and Voloshin, was invited to Belarus. Does anyone have any doubts what would happen to them if they went to Belarus? So if someone has close ties with companies that are “covered” by Chubais or Voloshin, I strongly recommend you look for another “roof”.

As he said, everything became clear. Now let’s heal ... The Rothschilds are for Putin. It remains to clean the horde of officials fed by the Rothschilds and the IMF. hi

You’re ironic in vain. The alignment in world politics is about the same as described. But we’ll live ... During the civil war (even if no one in the economy lives calmly and, first of all, ordinary people suffer.
So we will like great-grandfathers think that grandchildren and great-grandchildren will heal.

Well, let's say that this is the situation.
And what will give America, as I understand it, since Obama is a "galley slave" to the Rothschilds, the emergence of various currency centers? How will this get rid of the colossal national debt and how will it reduce costs?
The only thing that can save America now is a new industrialization. But what does American industrialization and the creation of various currency centers have to do with it? I don’t see the connection, maybe someone will explain?

The entire gescheft of Rothschild's "money changers" is a gain from global exchange transactions between world currency centers ie maintenance and / or determination of courses. The more currency centers there are, the wider the possibilities of "krutezha" (divide and conquer). Something like this.

It’s easier to catch fish in troubled waters ... There will be a brother in one currency, a matchmaker in another, and a third will sit down. Nationalization of the Central Bank, and a return to the gold supply of national currency. Only so.

You cannot make the Bank of Russia the Bank of Russia - it is already the BANK of RUSSIA (federal government body).

The pegging of the ruble to gold, in the absence of the same peg for other currencies, will only worsen the situation - countries that do not peg their currencies to gold will continue to manipulate them in their interests, and the Russian Federation will not be able to do this.

Why, dear, did you decide that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is a federal authority? The Central Bank of the Russian Federation is generally independent of both the government and the president. Nobody can even fire the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. In addition, according to the law on the Central Bank, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation does not even have the right to lend to the Russian economy. So you are greatly mistaken about the fact that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation works for the good of Russia. And if you are not too lazy to read the text of the law itself, then you will make for yourself a bunch of "pleasant discoveries" about the real essence of the activities of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. It is not for nothing that this law was written not under the control of the mattress "advisers" of the redhead, but by themselves.

Because in the 1990s, under the leadership of Yeltsin, we went in the "necessary" direction to the West and the West put us high in their ratings, Putin is leading our country in the "unnecessary" West direction, and therefore we "fell" in the Western ratings. Here the question is pertinent, what is the rating with the indicated places?

Since it is spelled out in the Federal Law on the Central Bank and in the Constitution.

"FUNCTIONS AND AUTHORITYprovided for by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and this Federal Law, the Bank of Russia shall independently FROM OTHER FEDERAL AUTHORITIES state power ... "

To be independent FROM OTHERS Monkeys can only be a monkey.

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation is generally independent of both the government and the president
The court in the Russian Federation is also formally independent - will we also nationalize it? laughing

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation is not independent "in general", but only in terms of exercising its functions and powers.

Nobody can even fire the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation
Maybe - Article 14 of the Federal Law on the Central Bank (at the same time, pay attention to who appoints it)

In addition, according to the law on the Central Bank, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation does not even have the right to create the economy of the Russian Federation
Not the economy, but the government (in order to finance the budget deficit) - Article 22.

It is not for nothing that this law was written not under the control of the mattress "advisers" of the redhead, but by themselves.

It is enough to pick up the Basic Law (Constitution of the Russian Federation) and read it. And the way the Constitution was written is enough to raise the archives. And therefore, US President George W. Bush, evaluating the ratification of the Bialowieza Accords in his speech 25 December 1991, had every reason to say: "These events are clearly in our interests"

If in modern conditions, when the ruble is freely convertible, and the Constitution does not contain an article on the maximum allowable budget deficit, the functions of the Central Bank and professional economists are transferred to professional liars, such as Fedorov, or to the government headed by an iPhone, you will get inflation as in Zimbabwe.

                SOMETHING REQUIRES UPDATE:
Who does the Central Bank obey or why does the ruble not belong to Russia?
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia) is the main bank of the first level, on which the entire economy of the country depends. It is this bank that deals with the issue of the ruble, it is this bank that sets the lending rate and foreign exchange rates against the ruble, it is this bank that controls the activities of credit organizations, issues and withdraws licenses from them for banking operations, this bank holds the country's foreign exchange reserves and many other powers and functions are vested in the central bank of the Russian Federation.

                1. The Central Bank is a legal entity independent of the state;
                2. Only the Central Bank of the Russian Federation has the exclusive right to issue cash and organize cash circulation;
                3. Without the permission of the Bank of Russia, the state cannot dispose of the property, and even more so the country's foreign exchange reserves;
                4. The state is not liable for the obligations of the Bank of Russia, and the Bank of Russia - for the obligations of the state;

                5. The mutual relationship of currencies is regulated by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation regardless of the government of the Russian Federation;
                6. The Bank of Russia has the right to apply for the protection of its interests to international courts, courts of foreign states and arbitration courts;
                7. The Bank of Russia in the financial sector can give directions, regulations and instructions on what needs to be done, both for state governing bodies, and for legal entities and individuals, and everyone must comply with them implicitly;

Industrialization cannot save America. The problem of the current crisis is not a lack of production capacity, but a drop in demand. Well, the Americans will transfer factories from China to themselves (although how can this really be done?), And so what? Who should sell products that will in any case be more expensive than Chinese? Expanding sales markets is simply impossible due to the fact that the whole world is already overstocked in full. This is the problem. And it is also not possible to stimulate demand in existing markets, because the population of developed rich countries is borrowed and works only to repay loans. Plus, huge debts of all developed countries, as a result of which there is a drop in the living standards of the population of these countries, and again a drop in demand.
The emergence of various currency centers will be able to cancel the dollar dominance. Countries will leave the dollar, and the dollar will devalue. Debts will depreciate. And it will become possible to increase consumption again, but in other currencies. Indeed, if tomorrow your loan, for which you paid half the monthly salary, depreciates 10 times, and the salary remains the same, you will again start buying something and taking new loans. This is the meaning of abandoning the dollar as a global currency. But this automatically leads to the weakening of the United States and its reduction to the level of a regional power, because many people oppose this.
But you need to understand that the transition from the dollar to other currencies is a temporary measure. In the end, everything will again come to the same crisis. With today's social model, it cannot be otherwise. And even a global war will not change anything. It will only relieve debt for a while, but then everything will return to square one.
The way out is to change the system. An alternative to capitalism-socialism. There are no others.

The fact of the matter is that too many rich moneybags do not want to change anything .... and war is only another way for them to earn extra money (although money is no longer important for them ..... let's say get additional influence) and there are much more supporters of change, opponents of war. It will not work in Syria .... so there are a bunch of other problematic regions in which they can kindle a local conflict first, throw it over to neighbors and further along the chain. And the result is known ..... the winners are not judged .... and do what you want.

As long as the basis of the system is "percentage" - the system will lead to the same result. It does not matter whether capitalism or socialism - the use of "interest" after a certain time leads to a reboot of the system. The simplest and most accessible, to which humanity has "gotten" in the matter of rebooting the system, is the reduction in the number of consumers in the necessary sales markets with the accompanying breakdown of old economic relations and production systems. Those. WAR. Then the sales markets are freed from unnecessary "competitors", the number of consumers begins to grow, the "percentage" stimulates consumption, and ... behold, the system is rebooted.

On the other hand, it is thanks to the introduction of "interest" into the economic system of the world that we have received today's technical development. Why do we need an LED light bulb if the torch also shines, right? wink

Financiers drew money and ... left it to themselves. They stole all the gold, the industry was taken out, and America will pay for all the questions! But she cannot pay. I think that we need to give a shit about these shepherds from a high bell tower! Stalin raised Russia without any world shepherds, relying on the support of only his people.
As for the Rothschilds, these fucking speculators are counting on the differences in exchange rates between the currency centers. They will be chocolate-covered and have dollar billions, and have new currencies. That's the point.
As a result, the world’s shepherds are unnecessary for the Russian people and Russia — let them go to hell. And you need to remove the liberal-shit-democratic reptile (fifth column) from the power in the country and start real projects to revive the nation and the state!

It seems to me that Khazin has wound too much. In business, everyone thinks of profit. yeah, if you add all the moneybags of America, it’s just going to turn out to be a US government debt (67 tril), well, it’s clear where all the printed papers go to the people of the United States, then to prevent this disgrace))

      But the Greenpeace workers again, at the direction of garbage, started to see something in Fukushima and the Gulf of Mexico;
      GOVERNING AMONG AUTHORITIES

.... Today, few people remember how Gorbachev, having become Secretary General of the Central Committee of the CPSU in 1985, proposed to exclude from its Charter the provision on the dictatorship of the proletariat, since "at present the struggle for the environment seems more urgent to us." Following this, from the highest favor of Gorbachev, “green” cells began to appear in the USSR, like mushrooms after rain. Cells that were clones of the infamous Greenpeace society in the West. So what? According to academician Zhores Alferov and other Russian patriotic scientists, homegrown "greens" skillfully guided by the "Greenpeace", using "weapons of mass oppression of consciousness" - falsification and fraud, aroused fear among the population of the Soviet Union of massive salmonella infection. As a result, in 1987 Ptitseprom collapsed, and the country began to fill up with overseas Bush’s legs.

      ---------------------- ----------------------

Immediately after the production of poultry meat was reduced to zero in the USSR, the "green" brought a nitrate horror story into orbit, due to which vegetables and fruits grown by collective farmers were taken to landfills, and the counters were filled with products from Holland, Belgium, France (where the volume of nitrates per unit area is 6 times the Soviet figure!). Even hay for cattle was delivered from ... Argentina!

As a result, agriculture ordered to live long, and foreign farmers began to supply food in the USSR. And all the "green" immediately disappeared. It is understandable: the Moor did his job ...

Meanwhile, the carnival of the absurd continued. In 1989, Bilderberg, for fun and fun, launched a hydrogen sulfide horror story especially for us.

During the next visit of the Gorbachev spouses to the USA, Mr. Brzezinski, a sworn friend of the Soviet Union, whispered to Raisa Maximovna that, they say, the Black Sea could ... erupt at any time due to hydrogen sulfide fumes. And what do you think? Mikhalsergeich, speaking at the international forum of ecologists, began to frighten the world community with the Black Sea fire!

However, when billions of dollars are at stake, the Anglo-Saxon instinct for blood is dulled by the permanent members of the Bilderberg. As soon as the “bilderbergs” -English tried to protect their beef producers by raising the issue of revising agricultural export taxes in their favor, immediately the “bilderbergs” -tellers released the genie from the bottle. Mad cow disease is called. They burned British cows, removed tax issues, and rabies ... And rabies eventually disappeared by itself, where did it go!

Putin came to the Kremlin with a mandate from the people and thereby with the right to cleanse the elite. The first two terms he was with a mandate from the elite. But he could not clean anyone, as a hired general director cannot change the composition of the board of directors.
      - This is not news, it was clear for a long time, but still hoped that Putin would get rid of custody - if not.

This year, Putin made a decision that had been made twice before in Russian history. In the 37th year, it was worth not only the posts, but even the lives of more than half of the elite. In the 1950s, it cost the post of Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Georgy Malenkov. Putin made the decision that when opening criminal cases, officials no longer needed approval from higher administrations.
      - I hope that this is really his decision and he will not be blown away and will bring the matter to the end, Volodya will not have another chance, do not hope. Only it is necessary to clean up not only officials - the "elites" need to be changed. Designate values. Clearly identify the scoundrels and thieves, and of course, identify the real heroes of this country, so that there would be someone to look up to. Material values need to be declared secondary, then people can justify their actions to "clean up the elites" and all sorts of scoundrels, relying on true, spiritual values.

This is firstly, and secondly, an economist is needed for the post of prime minister in order to understand the essence of what is happening, to understand and calculate moves 1 steps forward and for the future. There are many advisers, "defendants", touch what, you will not find a single one: everyone stood nearby, advised. There was one (Zubkov), but I don't know what the situation is now.

"It's just that the time has come and the strength has appeared to resist the rippers. For now everything is quiet. Let's see what happens next. The process of" divide and rule "has begun, but against the liberal financial elite. So all contradictions in approaches will emerge. It seems that Chubais and Voloshin, as well as their associates, are waiting for a firebox or even something worse ... We are waiting for Medvedev to be sent to the landfill - everything has gone to hell AY PADLA. "

Nothing expects them, they will be transferred to other posts as much as possible. In general, you are not in the trend, MP Fedorov at the beginning of the year said that the liberation from occupation has already begun:) See the liberation from occupation through all zombie channels. He called the beginning of the liberation ... You will not believe the appointment of the liberal Nabiullioni to the Central Bank :) The appointment of Madame Arbidol, in his opinion, is also a step towards freeing up :) So we are already halfway to freedom! :)

It’s clear that the matter is dark, I don’t think that this article reveals a real alignment. It has long been clear that neither Putin nor the government defends the interests of Russia, its citizens.
It can be seen that there are graters between Putin and the government, but they do not reflect the interests of Russian citizens. Russia has only two allies, the Army and Navy, but apparently they are also no longer Russian. Officers then you should have a conscience !!!

It is clear that he did not agree on this with Medvedev.
And Putin remembers how the neglect of the apparatus and the belief in his unsinkability of Joseph Vissarionovich ended

And if a person is not able to really "evaluate" himself - apparently the third, although if we analyze his "deeds", then neither the first, nor the second, nor the third is excluded.

With those who know the story or have watched the above film, I would like to share an interesting observation.

Remember how the Trotskyists, using their administrative resources, were able to prohibit the discussion in the party organizations of the materials of the 14th party conference of 1925, obstructed the distribution of the newspaper Pravda and called through propaganda to disobey the decision of the congress? At the congress, let me remind you, theses about the unity of the nation and the construction of an independent industrial state were voiced.

So, I recently watched a video and caught some historical parallels:

                  Hello.

Colleagues, with this character we had a dispute in which he rejected my thesis about economic growth since 1999.
That is, I put forward a thesis in which I argued that since 1999 Russia has been experiencing stable economic growth and cited facts from the ROSSTAT website (this site was proposed to me by the character Yaroslav as an authoritative source). I made an excerpt from the statistical materials of the site:

The population with cash incomes is below the subsistence level: in 1999 41,6 million people, in 2012 15,6 million people (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/population/urov/urov_51g.htm)
                  .

The cost of living: in 2000 1210 rubles, in 2013 7095 rubles (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/population/urov/urov_41kv.htm).

                  Arrears
organizations of employee wages: in 2004 14315 million rubles, in 2012 1560 million rubles (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/population/trud/zadol-kg.htm).

The average monthly nominal accrued wages of employees of organizations: in 2000 2223,4 rubles, in 2011 23369,2 rubles (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/population/trud/zrpl-v.doc).

Money supply: in 2005 4353,9 billion
                  rubles, in 2013 27405,4 billion rubles (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/finans/fin31.htm).

Foreign trade turnover: in 1999, 115,1 billion US dollars, in 2011 845,8 billion US dollars (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/vnesh-t/vnt-bl.xls).

GDP at constant prices 2003: 1999 10193,4 billion rubles, in 2008 18604,2 billion rubles (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/vvp/tab2.xls).

The number of unemployed: in 2000 7699,5 thousand people, in 2012 4130,7 thousand people (http://www.gks.ru/free_doc/new_site/population/trud/trud3.xls).

To which this character expressed to me that this information is not proof of economic growth.

I suggest that witnesses decide whether I should start a dispute with a person who asks questions but does not recognize objective answers?
And to warn other visitors to refrain from disputes with this character.

But the fact that the KUKU-ruznik mixed him with mud, blamed all the sins of those times on Stalin, although his hands were covered in blood, the indignation of my parents knew no bounds. And the fact that the Crimea Nikitka "gave" to Ukraine was also outraged, even in Soviet times, despite the fact that my father was a Ukrainian. They said: - "How is this, - Gave it? This Land is his property, or what? And the consent of the people who live there he received? So his" generosity "at someone else's expense is still haunted by Russia.

Do you compare Putin and Stalin? Stalin was the leader by law, and Putin, according to the law, was a servant of the people who usurped power. Here in the next thread there is news about the revival of Buran, another nonsense of the type of a new aircraft carrier and new ekranoplanes, but the people are being led and ready to wait until the age of 18, and then until 2024, and then it will not be necessary to wait when the migrants become the majority of the population, they have everything according to plan :) Although I am sure that young people are not being fooled by this from TV and from propagandists, so everything will be fine

About the prohibition of approvals for landing, this is also strong. Putin told him this over a glass of beer in Valdai, or did he read the Presidential Decree on this subject? Who will tell you to which pre-trial detention center the transfer of Vasilyeva and Serdyukov can be attributed? Everything is much simpler, do not scold Khazin Medvedev, who will need him? And then Khazin, as they say, "in trend" and iPhone kicked, and walked around the Guarantor not much, but with respect, and showed his significance, now you can go to the cashier for money. From the beginning, writes according to Kommersant
[quote] Rail transport in Russia began to fall, writes Kommersant. In December 2012, Russian Railways for the first time since the fall of 2009 recorded loading lower than in the same period of the previous year.
The total decline amounted to 3,7%, the volumes decreased for almost all cargoes, only supplies of coal, oil and oil products were stable. [/ Quote]

And right there according to an official source
[quote] Russian Railways published data on loading for 2012. Its volume amounted to 1,27 billion tons - 2,4% more than in 2011. The main drivers of growth were construction cargo (by 14,4%), coal (by 3,9%), oil and oil products (by 3,3%). Against the general positive background, the volumes of loading timber cargo (by 10,8%), non-ferrous ore and sulfur raw materials (by 6,4%), fertilizers (by 3,1%) fell sharply.

I don’t know, guys, but I see this: more than once in history, the appointee suddenly found the meaning of existence and became a prophet. Remember Lenin, led by Jewish-German statesmen, having come to power, he sent them; Stalin, who was not taken seriously by the Bolshevik elites, took the reins in his hands; Khrushchev, the corn buffoon, also raped his own; Brezhnev, who was also not taken seriously by anyone, had been in power for decades. Putin, an assistant with a master's portfolio in his hands, was suddenly appointed to the first position, as an executive officer, seemingly a puppet, but overgrown with the ideas of a statesman, began to move independently. Good luck to him!

And here the elite split. The First Group [Obama - Ed.] stands for the need to reformat the entire financial system: make several independent currency centers based on the dollar, euro, yuan, rupee and the ruble (the latter is based on the basis of the greatly expanded Customs Union).

Another group [IMF group - ed.] Believes that it is necessary to keep everything as it is and to seize the Federal Reserve back (the emission center of America - ed.). She began to move Larry Summers to the post of Fed ........ But last week, the issue with Summers was resolved. He withdrew his candidacy. And literally the day after that, Putin delivers his speech on Valdai, in which he says that Russia needs a new identity, homosexuality is not our profile and much more. Expert: Instead of punishing corrupt officials, the government raises tariffs
The Russian authorities deliberately refuse to ratify Article 20 of the UN Convention against Corruption, which requires criminal prosecution of officials for expenses that do not correspond to income. In addition, the criminal prosecution of corrupt officials under the existing articles of the criminal code is being carried out ineffectively, says Sergei Milyukov, professor of the department of criminal law of the Russian State Pedagogical University.

Literally, the text of Article 20 of the UN Convention is formulated as follows:

Article 20. Illegal enrichment. Subject to its constitution and the fundamental principles of its legal system, each State Party shall consider taking such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as a criminal offence, when committed intentionally, illicit enrichment, that is, a significant increase assets of a public official in excess of his lawful income, which he cannot reasonably justify.

“The state’s leniency towards economic crimes causes enormous damage to the country. The income that the state receives from the export of minerals is stolen by corrupt officials, with whom there is no effective fight. As a result, the lost income is compensated by an increase in tariffs and taxes, i.e., in addition to the direct damage from economic crimes indirect damage is caused,” a professor of criminal law told Rosbalt.

Khazin pointed to import substitution - this makes a lot of sense - it means new jobs, and a rise in the economy and domestic demand. And all this could be solved in one fell swoop - by devaluing the ruble by 20-30 percent. But, again, Khazin points out that this will hit large companies and, while we have a refinancing rate of 8%, large companies will not be able to refinance in rubles in our banks. Therefore, I dare Khazin to add and point out that we will have the opportunity for import substitution only after the Central Bank reduces the base rate to 5% and below, then a gradual devaluation to 40 rubles to the dollar and higher and, therefore, stimulating domestic production and demand (due to cost reduction)

import - I translate, the import of goods, has about 30% of the weight in inflation in our country. if, due to devaluation, imports are replaced by domestic products (of course, partially, but God forbid, at least by 50%), then what specific blow are we talking about? Will TVs cost more??? Our primary consumer boom is coming to an end, and both ordinary people and large companies, I emphasize this, have stocked up on imported goods in full. Now, well, I’m judging about myself - I would like to buy an apartment, and all young people have this question on their minds - so, if the business reduces costs and is refocused on domestic demand, then it will be easier for me to buy an apartment. This is exactly what I’m talking about, and the fact that it will be more expensive to fly to Thailand - I’ll live with it.

We will have the opportunity for import substitution only after the Central Bank reduces the base rate to 5% or lower
Since the Central Bank carries out its expenses at the expense of its own income, the refinancing rate cannot be lower than inflation.
The issue can be solved in 2 ways: either start maintaining the Central Bank at state expense and therefore lend to private owners at the expense of taxpayers, or reduce inflation and therefore freeze its main locomotive - tariffs, which in turn will lead to a deterioration in GDP indicators (up to negative dynamics).

There are competitive sectors of the economy, and there are uncompetitive ones - so this damned automotive sector must either die or learn to build normal cars. By the way, devaluation is good for VAZ - prices for foreign cars will fly away, and it will reduce costs.

I’ll allow myself to intervene in your dialogue and write back:
        - fight against corruption
        - restoring the competitiveness of the ruble (I’ll give an example; I thought it myself - since 2005, the ruble has depreciated by 108% taking into account compound interest, in America inflation was 26 taking into account compound interest, but since that time the ruble has weakened against the dollar by only 18%) This and there is a loss of competitiveness. If earlier this was compensated by the growth of oil and gas revenues, now, with the oil price tag remaining the same for the third year, this factor has come to naught.
        - increasing efficiency in all industries.
These are the main directions, and we don’t need revolutions

I think that Moscow was not built right away. Although I didn’t experience the 90s at a conscious age, I can imagine what kind of bedlam was going on there, and I don’t understand how, in ten years, in such a complex and multifaceted country as Russia, you can restore order in such a short period of time. You need to be patient, I like the policy of the state in some places, and I agree with Khazin - a course towards strengthening the statehood and strength of Russia is visible and, on the other hand, some incomprehensible garbage is visible that goes against my idealistic views. The only thing I partially disagree with is that the left hand does not know what the second is doing. I don’t believe in the struggle of the elites, as Khazin sees it.

          "fight against corruption"
While Skrynnik, Chubais, Serdyukov and others are not in prison, there can be no talk of any fight against corruption. Remember the road collapse case in Vladivostok? The case is closed, there are no arrests. In Sochi, the price is inflated due to kickbacks by 5 times; from the initial 12 to 55 billion dollars, you can continue for a very long time.

Andrey, each of us probably asked ourselves the question “What to do?”
Here, Micex, for example, named a number of necessary steps to break the deadlock.
I agree and can only add my opinion about which I have written several times.
As a psychologist, I know one thing for sure - a person needs a goal. Important to him.
For a group of people, a common unifying goal is needed. You need motivation to act.
Somewhere religion takes on this function. Somewhere, fear of some threat. There are plenty of examples.
We do not have or have not formulated a national idea. We do not understand and do not see where we are going. Or maybe they are leading us to slaughter? We don’t see the guidelines, let alone the final goal...

Examples of national ideas: Germany - quality and superiority, America - the American dream (comfort in everyday life and security), Japan (superior technology with scarce resources), the USSR - building socialism throughout the world (changing the capital system).
Modern Russia is...? What should I write in? Honestly I do not know.

I want to say something else... Stalin (a controversial personality, but a genius) took very important steps from the point of view of psychology.
Take, for example, the annual reduction in prices for a number of products. This is confirmation and consolidation in the minds of the people of the evidence of the right path (those very guidelines). The state encouraged people. Free medicine and education for all - these were all links in one chain.
We considered this a national achievement. We were proud of the country...
This is what we are missing now.
I re-read what I wrote... It was chaotic, but understandable.

The idea is possible only with total control of the media, the Internet and outside influence. For no matter how strong the king is, in a democracy it is easy to discredit him in every possible way. And many not far off will believe this “truth”. The yellow links of New Rus' alone are worth it.
In fact, then we need a dictatorial regime?! But then the world community will economically strangle this state. Or they may even find a reason for aggression, as with Gaddafi, Hussein and Assad.

Unfortunately, I haven’t read anything new, everything is obvious and very sad, but without being able to
influence the situation, you need to try to take advantage of it, relax and “enjoy it”. Something similar happened in England in the 16th-18th centuries. The beginning of industrialization ran into two obstacles: a lack of cheap labor in the cities and an excess of manufactured goods. To solve these problems, legislative reforms were carried out (including the so-called “fencing”), as a result of which the rural population became massively impoverished and they poured into the cities to work for pennies and, having lost their land and their own handicraft industries, were forced to consume industrial goods. The issue was resolved, the ruling elites received a source of cheap labor and consumers at the same time for a long time. And all, as usual, with good intentions. Well, everything is the same as with us. Only we are 300 years behind in this matter, somewhere this figure for the lag has already been mentioned. We can only trust that Russia has its own character.

Of course, Khazin is a very competent and far from stupid person. Once upon a time I believed in what he said. But lately there has been a clear desire by Khazin to criticize the government’s policies and avoid the one who determines this policy. In this regard, Khazin is very close to Leontyev and Starikov. They, too, constantly and continuously “smash” liberals and liberal ideas (each in their own way), and just like Khazin, they diligently pretend (or even directly state this) that the President is “out of business.”
True, Khazin sometimes “breaks through”. He sometimes expresses irritation and dissatisfaction with Putin’s actions to support and “protect” liberals in the government. Leontyev and Starikov - never.
In this article, Khazin makes several absurd statements. I spoke about the first one in the post above. Another problem:
There is a split within the elites. One of the groups that Voloshin oversees began a process to delegitimize Putin’s power, the so-called “Bolotnaya Process.” His goal was to prevent Putin from coming to the Kremlin with a mandate from the people and thereby the right to purge the elite. His first two terms were with a mandate from the elite.

But Putin received a mandate from the people and what did he do?
Then problems began with the creation of the Customs Union. Initially, he was supervised by Sergei Glazyev, but he was kicked out from the post of executive secretary of the Customs Union Commission. And in fact, Viktor Khristenko is appointed in his place, and together with Igor Shuvalov they begin to slow down the development of the Customs Union. And Glazyev is appointed to the post of adviser to the president and at the same time a member of the national banking council.

In speeches and appeals to GDP for the Customs Union with both hands, but in reality? Glazyev (someone) is removed, and the liberal Khristenko (someone) is appointed, and he, together with Shuvalov (another liberal whom Putin “can’t cope with”) messes with the president himself in every possible way. And the president, as if he never received the people’s trust, still “cannot change the composition of the board of directors”
    Another weird thing:
Why did Putin criticize the government in April for not following his orders? Putin says: why didn’t you comply? And Surkov replies: “Why didn’t they fulfill it? All points have been fulfilled there.” Putin says: “What about the content?” To which Surkov replies: “What content? There was no support for 15 years.” Everyone knows Surkov's fate. But the process did not end there.

Of course the process is not over; Surkov is back. Of course, not to the same height, but still. This means that “content” is still not important for the president. Form and visibility are much more important.
In general, the article is replete with such, to put it mildly, stretches that to discuss them you need to write an article, not a commentary

According to Khazin, Russia has dual power, with a division of powers, internal politics and finances are managed by liberals, defense and foreign policy are controlled by the president, and the raw materials budget is in the middle. Judging by the affairs: The president’s defense industry is working, weapons are being sold and purchased, training is underway, and foreign policy is on the rise. The Prime Minister does not need to explain how things are; Medvedev and Ulyukaev have already said and warned everything, admitting their complete incapacity. I think that soon the children’s games of liberalism will end, as will the liberals themselves, and with them the remnants of dependence on the West...

Khazin is mainly engaged in self-PR.
He easily and naturally explained to the people that Rothschild is behind some, and the IMF is behind others. At the same time, as always, he forgot to say who is behind him, behind Khazin. Who always puts a microphone in his snout and replicates his voice everywhere.
I remind everyone who forgets - Khazin promised a dollar for 2009 rubles in 60. Then he promised it in 2010.
Somewhat earlier, in 2008, he promised a freeze on deposits and mass riots of the population because of this.
He repeatedly promised a fall in real estate prices, and a sharp one at that.
He also predicted Medvedev’s resignation by the end of 2012.
A typical professional alarmist (like Bunich), earning his money. Let him better tell who sponsors him.

According to the article. A definite minus for the exploitation of conspiracy theories not supported by factual material. If Khazin positions himself as a serious economist, then he must operate with facts, not speculation. The picture he drew of the Rockefeller boys with the Rothschild ones, and in the clearing of the highest power in Russia, leaves a nasty aftertaste. No less disgusting is the hope that the Rothschilds allegedly bet on Putin and the “patriots”, and the guarantor and his comrades will use their influence and capital for the benefit of the Motherland. I would like to ask a question to Khazin and those who warmly supported him - Guys, do you care who will have the country, the Rockefellers or the Rothschilds? Are you really so naive that you think this “cheese is free”?
According to the comments. I got the impression from the numerous comments that I was at a sect meeting. Handsome Putin and radish Medvedev. Putin set about restoring order. Putin is struggling with his environment. Putin lacks personnel and time. Putin is not omnipotent, but he is fighting. And if results are not yet visible, it is only because: a) we, the blue-footed ones, don’t know much. b) GDP is weaving cunning combinations. c) gathering strength... And other “Fedorovism”. And hope, and where is the confidence that it’s just about tomorrow, that Putin will finally drive out the LADY and all the liberals and lead the country to a bright tomorrow. In the meantime, I am forced to make concessions (WTO, education, housing and communal services, RAS, Serdyukov). Gentlemen, wake up, while your messiah is concentrating, the country is seeking education and free medicine, its own high-tech production has actually been destroyed, the growth of real GDP has frozen, resources are being cashed in and exported overseas, not to mention total theft. What remains of the “impervious polymers” is a nuclear baton, but this issue will also be “resolved” in two presidential terms.

You read such an article and immediately remember lines from the classics, for example, from Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoy: “Everything was mixed up in the Oblonskys’ house.” Everyone knows the end of this novel. And then another anecdote about a crow from the “perestroika” time pops up: “Once upon a time a fox was walking through the forest. And he saw a crow flying backwards.
“Crow, why are you flying so strange?”
    - And we have perestroika, we are changing everything!
The fox thought and ran backwards. Then a wolf saw her and raped her.
There is a fox all killed, and again meets a crow.
    - Damn, crow, what kind of perestroika is this? Look what they did to me!
“So it’s only perestroika at the top, but you at the bottom have been raped and will continue to be raped!”
In general, another disguised call to come to terms with everything that is happening in the camp, relax and have fun, that’s what this article is, in my opinion.

According to the conspiracy theory, in 1937, after the death of the head of the Rockefellers, Stalin “dumped” them and began purges - the number of Jews in power decreased to their level in society. But it was 50/50 with the Russians.
Although Stalin may not have cheated anyone - he simply outplayed Trotsky and other opponents (they gave up all the fields of the USSR in concession under the NEP - Stalin was against it), and then cleared them out - they had different views on the future of the USSR.
Now Khazin claims that Putin began to leak Rockefeller personnel into power, and the Rothschild ones are blooming and smelling - they are friends of the TS.
Be that as it may, the existence of two organized groups of financiers, the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, is obvious. And their structures are fighting for assets in Russia.
      The rest is mostly speculation.

Do we live like Americans, and the Chinese, India, I'm not talking about Africa. Sometimes people are shown on TV, it's scary to watch - skin and bones, there is nothing to eat and go about in rags. Until overstocked as before the moon. Yes, it is not possible due to limited resources. What is overstocked so it is not provided with anything green candy wrappers.

Bravo! This is exactly what the lambs are silent about. Hidden behind the smokescreen of talk about markets, currencies, etc. THE MAIN THING is HOW the created product is distributed. And it is now much easier for us to see this in the example of Africa. It doesn’t matter that there are countries exporting gold, diamonds, oil, ore, and food. The population of these countries is POOR. The financial elite are snickering creatures. The billions that are spent on paying for monkeys grimacing on stage (no matter what the stage is - political, economic, sports or musical) and on dog weddings in the USA - this is (money stolen by "effective managers" from the manufacturer or from the owner of the resources) - this "lost markets". To return the stolen money to people - the question will disappear for a long time, maybe even forever (because no one now will honestly investigate this process). At least the only “sword of Damocles” of the “free market” is “a crisis of overproduction leading to a global economic crisis” - a very, very controversial issue. We haven’t seen something like this for a long time. We only observe crises of overproduction of means of payment. Don’t waste money on monkeys, don’t steal money from the people, and the potential for market development will increase significantly.

I kept thinking, why would the Rothschilds, Obama and co. build a new financial system? Maybe they are counting on raising effective demand in the world by increasing the standard of living? It’s true, the majority of the world’s population is practically in poverty, has no funds, that’s where the huge unclaimed market is , which promises Western capital colossal profits and opportunities for economic growth. Thus, the Russian Federation, being currently a semi-colonial country, has a chance to pursue a national policy. The whole point is how effectively our government will take advantage of the given opportunity.

Khazin’s presentation is similar to a conspiracy theory.
The main idea is that there is a struggle in the world about what the future of finance will be.
Will the dollar monopoly continue or will there be currency zones?
In fact, only China can challenge, but the Chinese are moving in tiny steps in this direction - they will soon succeed. Russia is too dependent - it is difficult to talk about economic self-sufficiency and independence due to its shrunk economy. Whether Russia will pull out its own currency zone - truly independent on a par with the dollar and yuan - will be too much. The GDP of the CU needs to be pumped up to 3-4 trillion - this requires new industrialization. The leadership of the USSR after Stalin kept dreaming that the West would come and build them new plants and factories. Gorbachev wanted to exchange the Tengiz field for 100 new factories. This is the level of thinking after Stalin among the Kremlin masters.
This is where Putin spends the National Fund? It is known where Stalin spent his NEP money.
For example, Nazarbayev is building plants and factories 50/50 with foreigners. That’s why Khazin praises him.

      Good day to all!

Regarding “conspiracies”, try to think about the simple answers yourself:

      - Is it possible in the world for “random” events, messes, coups, murders of dissenters or significant persons?

      - especially when the result of all even very “scattered events”, why is it beneficial only to a narrow circle of “select”?!

You are right that if Stalin wanted the USSR to be prosperous and safe, then others after him are not even close to “the shadow of his boots.”

Comparing Gorbachev with any of the leaders of the USSR after Stalin, in my opinion, is incorrect!

Because to take a “nit and a traitor to the Motherland”, pushed by the “rotten top of the KGB” to the post of General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee, who can only repeat the words slipped to him from the manual and is greedy for fame and money, and compare him with people who, even if they made mistakes, is a lot they didn’t succeed (Khrushchev, Brezhnev),
      - but they were patriots of the Union, did not knowingly act to harm it and fulfilled little of the Requests/Advice from the West...

Without the fool Khrushchev, with his anti-Stalinism and chaos, there would not have been a dead end into which he drove the country. Khrushchev was removed for bringing down everyone and the country first of all - there was no bread in the country.
Without Khrushchev-Gorbachev, perestroika would not have happened at all. These are links of one chain. Brezhnev, of course, was a normal guy. But purchases of ready-made factories began actively under him - VAZ, etc. according to the list for petrodollars. The USSR, instead of independently building factories, became addicted to procurement. Under Gorbachev, oil fell - instead of money, he wanted to exchange fields for factories. Such Trotskyism wanted to give back concessions for the development of the country’s wealth.

Production is falling. What kind of industrialization can we talk about? We need money from the stab. fund to invest in the development of our own industry, and we lend to small people.

Honestly, I am for the restoration of the Monarchy...

    Forgot to mention
The monarch pays salaries to officials from his own pocket
projects (state projects like SOCHI 14) are paid from his own pocket
and if an official sleeps... takes something, he will take it from the pocket of the monarch.
Personally, I am FOR THE MONARCH.

The main part of the opuses reflects mainly economic relations, they will imprison you or they will not imprison you, Medvedev Putin. This article voiced the concept of the further construction of the world, at the conceptual level - how and what will we build? If capitalism (the biblical concept of slaves and masters) then it has no future, with its constant expansion of markets and production, we will fill ourselves with crap and die out from global ecological collapse. The problem is to reduce consumption but how????? How to take away 70% of world GDP consumption from the United States. Putin announces an alternative path of development very similar to what is set out in Stalin’s last works of 1952, “There was a time and prices were reduced.” I don’t know who is behind it, but I think this path of development will win, because on the other side there are also people who want to live.

There is some strange balance of power in the article: the Rothschilds are somehow personified, and who is hiding under the acronym “IMF”?
There's something my comrade isn't saying!
