But the government stubbornly continues to ignore neither the reaction of scientists, nor the reaction of those who are also not indifferent to the fate of Russian science, which they are persistently pushing into private hands. The bureaucratic army unambiguously hints at the fact that “we will accept all the same”, that “we have your opinion - damn you” ... The uprising of the officials? At least something very similar to him.
The reform of the RAS is not the only example. The initial stage of military reform is from the same series. The disbanding of a considerable number of military schools; the closure of dozens of military airfields; reduction of military pilots, medical staff; closing schools ensigns; a ban on the participation of pupils of Suvorov schools in solemn parades and marches; withdrawal of disciplines from the VCA program; related to military affairs; epaulets on the stomach; Uncontrolled outsourcing, in which close relatives of high-ranking military officials received access to military unit budgets under the guise of independent owners of outsourcing companies; sale of land of military sites; disbanding hundreds of military camps.
