Global Russians
If you try to describe the current state of the world, then its main feature will be the crisis of all systems. To understand this state, it is worth noting that this is also a crisis of the current paradigm. It still exists, as it were, but it does not convince anyone anymore, does not motivate, does not satisfy, although what happens next is not yet known. It is obvious that we are waiting for a complete restructuring of the entire world order, of all systems, both at the global and national levels.It is necessary to build such a pattern of behavior at the global level, when Russia becomes a subject capable of changing the global agenda, bringing in those issues that are excluded by modern polite.
Moreover, the way of organizing life will differ from the current one in economic, political and, what is important, in existential and anthropological aspects. Many systems will disappear, or at least significantly transformed. Something, of course, will remain the same, at first glance, but will be included in the overall system in a completely different way.
We cannot predict what will be there, beyond the point of civilization transition, but we can describe the state of the transition itself quite well.
For example, the national aspect: nations that do not fit into the world capitalism system are included in the current world order on the only possible conditions for them that cannot be called humane, rather, objectively, the only possible. Now it means for them to be donors of all types of resources, it is possible that something similar, but in a more sophisticated version, can occur in the next stage. There is even the opinion that future changes will be more significant than those that occurred during the transition from the Paleolithic to the Neolithic.
The US is still the world leader, but we see the formation of a new superpower - China, the economic reality is gradually becoming the BRICS, the big 20. Europe is weakening at the same time, but has ambitions for survival and the search for a place on the planetary geopolitical Olympus. The basis for the world caliphate as an anti-civilization international of losers and terrorists is rapidly forming.
At the same time, Russia has, according to various estimates, from 40 to 60% of the world's resources, with a population of 1,7% of the world. Thus, her leadership faces an urgent task: to maintain control over its own resources and organize their effective operation - this alone will be enough to become an influential force. It is necessary to build such a pattern of behavior at the global level, when Russia becomes a subject capable of changing the global agenda, bringing in those issues that are excluded by modern polite. Without making unnecessary commitments for themselves.
It is worth noting that the situation in the country is complex: competitiveness decreases, the overall situation is a situation of collapsing opportunities and negative trends, including managerial and elite ones. To survive in this new unknown world, Russia needs a path of development, its own national ideology. As they say now, “national brand”. This ideology cannot be a continuation of the current situation, when we strive to preserve the status quo of post-Soviet Russia, when the role of ideology is played by fragments of old obsolete cultural eras, not working, explaining nothing and not convincing anyone.
The structure of social consciousness in modern Russia reflects its general condition: the place of ideology is now occupied by unconscious image complexes and nostalgic dreams of past times and achievements, beautifully tinseling, more suitable for a market fair. Since they, in general, do not work in reality, there is no special sense to describe them, it is worth mentioning that this reflects the general state of the country: actions are performed based on a single description system, and in the information field they are colored in completely different tones and paints. This effect is usually called a simulacrum, its main danger is that it does not allow a rational explanation and description of what is happening in a public field. It should be noted that the opposition in our country is distinguished by an even greater degree of simulation than the current political regime. So, this whole team, standing behind Bolotnaya Square, is entirely political technology, with no meaningful meaning. They have nothing to offer to society, except for the next set of stamps that are not currently working.
That is, first of all, we need an ideology. This ideology cannot be reduced to the repetition of those models that are typical for the post-Soviet space. We cannot, like the Czech Republic or Poland, enter Western structures such as the EU and NATO, if only because the scale of Russia, even after losing a significant part of the territory and population, does not allow integrating it into any of the existing structures. This would stretch their boundaries for thousands of kilometers, put the need for significant infrastructure investments, transformations at the organizational level.
Given the lack of subjectivity and readiness for structural reforms in the modern EU and the United States themselves, it is extremely doubtful that they are able to solve such problems at all. The traditional fears of Americans against Russians are not conducive to this, but the position of Eastern Europeans, apart from being paranoid, can hardly be called. Russia can not become an ordinary European country for its internal reasons, especially the economic and ideological nature: Russian is simply closely within these structures, this path does not meet the needs of our country.
At the same time, we can no longer be an independent subject, such as we were in Soviet times, because we lack our own weight both in economic and human potential, our own development paradigm has been irrevocably lost. Russia cannot become an ordinary national power, the way of creating “tinsel” Great Romania and Albania, Great Turans and independent Ukraine is not suitable for Russia.
Despite the loss of many systems within the country and a general decline in the quality of organization and management, our country is still among the high-level spaces and can participate in global processes of a serious nature. This implies a reassessment of available resources, the choice of a development path, the construction of an ideology and their implementation. In our opinion, the path of further development for our country is an international specialization, when the Russians and Russia will take on a certain function, within the framework of which we will have an objective advantage. For this, it is necessary to find the qualities that Russians have sufficiently developed, and have not undergone significant degradation over the past 20 years.
We are faced with a large-scale task of forming a new political class inside the country, forming a political culture and ideology of a truly global level.
In our opinion, the strength of the Russians is as an anthropological material, as well as in the peculiarities of culture and mentality, which made it possible to create one of the world empires, to build communism, to open a space age. This is the quality of management organization, the ability to dialogue with representatives of other nations, the lack of fixation on external forms. That is, Russians are good warriors and managers who possess the intuitive rather than the rational nature of thinking, able to integrate and integrate into any organizational and national forms. It is worth noting that immigrants from the USSR now occupy fairly good positions in other countries, while in their own country they are in an uncomfortable position. That is, it is easier for Russians to live somewhere else, and not in Russia. The answer to the question of why it happened is rather complicated. In our opinion, the main reason is the loss of the civilization paradigm. Thus, if we manage to work well in the global space - by the way, the scale corresponds to the universalistic nature of Russian culture - then it is worth using it as a competitive advantage.
Going on a similar development trajectory, we solve several issues at once. First, we are moving away from the civilizational impasse, in which, of course, we find ourselves. That is, we see our task, the mission of complicity in the transformation of humanity. Re-get your place in stories, we find incentives for development, and at the same time resources for it. Secondly, we solve a number of secondary tasks, such as obtaining modern technologies, the crisis with which is more and more noticeable in modern Russia. Then we do not just return our scientists back; we integrate our educational and scientific system into the world space. Scientists remain where they are, our task is to organize their work at the proper level, and not to return them geographically.
Another problem to be solved is the issue of separatism. The peoples who did not find a place in modern, reduced Russia get a way of self-realization while expanding the scale of Russia, while they turn out to be Russians outside the country, which they haven’t felt for a long time inside the country.
This is the path of development in which Russia becomes a kind of launching pad for a global anthropological experiment, a place where the most daring innovations can be carried out. A space free for creativity, a kind of temporary autonomous zone, a temporary autonomous zone where free artists like Edward Snowden find a place. Ideally, within the framework of this model, it is necessary to exempt any production and development of high-tech from taxes, create incentives for educational and consulting projects on a global scale, especially non-classical ones.
On our territory, we develop and implement new management models, which we then apply on a global scale. Russia is the starting point for a global management, military and scientific corporation. We have largely lost classical production due to historical reasons. Well, we have to deal with the organization on a global scale. Overproduction of graduates of our universities will serve us well - we will send them to work anywhere in the world. Connected by organizational structure and worldview, they will become a global creative management class.
Of course, for the implementation of this project we need a political entity capable of implementing such large-scale initiatives. Since today's domestic political environment is too simple, does not have the necessary horizon of thinking, we have a large-scale task to form a new political class inside the country, to form a political culture and ideology of a truly global level, the level itself, which only corresponds to the scale of Russian thinking.
