Advocacy in cash

At the beginning of the week, the court began to consider the case against a dozen of so-called Bolotnaya activists, who are accused of participating (organizing) the riots during a rally in 2012. These gentlemen have already been declared political prisoners by representatives of the domestic liberal corps, and all recent opposition actions are dedicated to ensuring that “12 freedom fighters’ fighters ”are immediately released. They are not going to let go of the “Fighters” yet, which causes a violent reaction among the valiant Russian human rights activists, who in recent years have become accustomed to the obvious one-sidedness in protecting these very human rights. One of these “one-sided” human rights defenders is the great-grandmother of all domestic dissenters Lyudmila Alekseeva, who, with a number of like-minded people, has already sent a petition to the ombudsman for human rights (Vladimir Lukin). In the petition, Lyudmila Alekseeva, Lev Ponomarev and other representatives of the opposition kunstkamera declare that the trial of the "politically persecuted" is a real torture. Here is an excerpt from the message that Lukin received:

The defendants will have to get up around 6 in the morning, spend a few hours on the way to court in stuffy paddy jacks, standing in a half-bent state, chained up in handcuffs. Then during the 8 hours order they will be in the courtroom in a close glass “glass”, clearly not intended for the ten defendants. Then again several hours in handcuffs in a half-bent state, standing to go back to the detention center. In the cells they are around midnight - and so every day.

Interestingly, why did Mrs. Alekseeva along with Mr. Ponomarev did not name the very organization of the rally on Bolotnaya Square and the riots that were organized on it, torture for those gathered. Indeed, according to all the “human rights” definitions, last year’s May speech was even worse than today's court. Well, judge for yourself: the rally participants had to get up early and early in the morning, go in a stuffy smoky subway car in the oppressive environment of people with different diagnoses to the center of the capital, go out of the subway in a half-bent state under the weight of the posters and stands they had to carry on their fragile opposition shoulders. Further more! We had to strain our eyes and ears to see the main actors of the rally and hear their calls, breathe air penetrated by gasoline and diesel fumes, experience stress at the sight of the police ... For some reason, human rights activists were not concerned about these "tortures". Paraphrasing a well-known phrase: this is torture for someone who needs torture ...

In general, the “swamp affair” continues to be turned into a regular opposition show, in order to enable their overseas sponsors to find an opportunity to allege a violation of human rights and freedoms in Russia. True, after the revelations of Mr. Snowden, the very Western sponsors of world democracy today themselves are smeared, forgive me, in my own shit, and therefore the Russian courts do not care about them so far - they would wash themselves.

By the way, an interesting episode recently occurred that is associated with history one more political prisoners. We are talking about the German actress Anna Talbach, who about a year ago expressed words of support in relation to the participants of the group Pussy Riot. Then Mrs. Talbah on the German TV channel ZDF, echoing many other foreign artists, said the following:

The situation with the court (in relation to Pussy Riot, - author's note) is absurd! This violates the freedom of speech, these girls had some kind of opinion, which they thus tried to convey to others. Are the authorities afraid of three punk girls?

Well, if then the statement of Anna Talbah lay in the general fabric of the hype in terms of the process of the scandalous punk singers who turned the main Orthodox church of Russia into a place for an unbridled sabbath, here is a new statement by Talbah on the same TV channel that caused a real shock to many. The actress unexpectedly for the moderator and, apparently, let out for herself that she was paid by the ZDF management for the words in support of “Pussy”.

As the saying goes, the word is not a sparrow ... And since it was stupid to go back down, stating that she meant something else, it was stupid, Anna Talbach explained what was said, saying that the TV channel had paid her "a lot of money" for saying suspects at that time gore-singer. How much is the ruble equivalent? - it will not be possible to count, but if “a lot” is enough for a fairly popular German actress, then that means it’s definitely a lot ...

It is noteworthy that not one of those publications, which, with foaming at the mouth of their employees, proved the sincerity of the thoughts of Western stars protecting Pussy Riot, did not have the courage to comment on the episode with unexpected revelations of Talbach. Only a few “free commentators” allowed themselves to say: did Talbah not pay ZDF even now, so that she would say that she had also paid ZDF a year ago? Iron logic. As the saying goes: I looked around to see if she looked back ...

As many remember, not only Mrs. Talbach spoke in support of the scandalous girls who desecrated the temple, but also other stars. Among them were Madonna, Paul McCartney, a number of American rock bands. Moreover, statements in support of Pussy Riot were made either at concerts or on the air of television and radio companies. So is it possible after the revelations of the German screen star to declare that the same Sir McCartney stood up for the girls of frivolous behavior (obviously, not even being familiar with the situation) solely at the call of the heart, that is, for nothing? No you can not.

And if it is impossible in this case, then it is impossible in the case of the support of “political prisoners” by such organizations as the Moscow Helsinki Group, “For Human Rights” and a number of other structures that call themselves human rights. Free advocacy in the modern world, I'm sorry, some kind of nonsense. Well, Lyudmila Mikhailovna does not pull on a free lawyer. And the situation does not allow working in her years for free ... Drugs are now expensive ...

The whole centuries-old history of Russia, with its Empire and the Soviets, clearly shows that all opposition feeds -
      1. With the money of oligarchs rushing to power.
2.On the money of foreign funds. Often private, non-state ...
What can this lead to? You don’t have to go far for an example! In the first case - the February revolution of the 1917 year. In the second - the October Revolution of the same bloody year, the country can not depart from the consequences of which until now, almost 100 years later. Maybe stop stepping on the same rake, gentlemen of the Russians ?!

      logically - like that.
according to American logic - no, you'll be imprisoned for 300 years for vandalism.
... Jeff Olson from California can get a prison sentence for slogans against banks, written by children’s crayons opposite the offices of Bank of America. The man is charged under 13 articles. The judge forbade Olson's lawyer to mention freedom of speech during the hearing and refer to the First Amendment of the US Constitution, which protects fundamental human rights. Lawyer Tom Tosdal said he had never heard of anything like this, according to the California media.
The 44-year-old San Diego resident is accused of vandalism on 13 counts. If his guilt is proved, the punishment could be 13 years in prison and a fine of more than $ 10 thousand. In court, a representative of Bank of America said that about $ 6 thousand was spent to wash away the inscriptions on the asphalt.
Jeff Olson began to protest against the activities of the largest network of US banks in 2011. He campaigned for consumers to switch from state-owned banks to public creditor organizations, and the court considered this an “illegal business.” At first, the activist stood near the banks' offices with a banner, but later decided that writing on the asphalt was more effective than handing out leaflets and going out to demonstrations. Several times a week, he went to the offices of Bank of America and left the slogans “Stop big banks” in front of their buildings. The inscriptions were written in simple children's chalk, which is washed off with water.
Tomorrow, the court must make a final decision in the case of Jeff Olson ...

It's no secret that in the Russian Federation, there is currently a persecution of opposition members, human rights defenders, and just people fighting for human rights. Recent events in Russia once again confirm this. The adoption of “laws” (prohibition of gay propaganda, prohibition of adoption by foreign citizens, etc.) essentially violating human rights, lead the country into the abyss of a totalitarian regime, turn a person into a slave, a slaughtered piece of meat without individuality and freedom. The imposition of a religion that is useless to anyone, widespread censorship, unfair court sentences, persecution of dissent, corruption, widespread violation of constitutional rights and freedoms - turns the state into a third world country, in which power belongs not to the people, but to several people. The dream of any normal and intelligent person in the Russian Federation is to earn enough money that would be enough to move to the civilized countries of Europe or the United States, where they can live normally and realize themselves, where they will consider you a person, not a hamster. Where there is a normal education, good medicine, where military service is a prestigious and well-paid job, and not an obligation that makes you disabled.
Comparison by the author of the article, participation in rallies with a stay in a pre-trial detention center, clearly speaks of his mental abilities. I advise the author to go to the camera himself, and then equalize the shuttle and the subway car.
The author writes about the financing of human rights organizations by “overseas sponsors”, but financing of these organizations from local sources in the Russian Federation is impossible, the authorities will immediately close the funding by fabricating criminal cases against businessmen or destroying their “case”. There are many precedents.
The Pussy Riot case is a vivid example of how justice is administered in Russia, how the authorities, indulging the Orthodox Church, force the court to sentence people who are guilty of only an administrative offense to real terms. It is not surprising that many figures of Western and Russian culture spoke out against the lawlessness of the law in Russia.
“God (religion) is (historically and worldly) primarily a set of ideas generated by the stupid suppression of man and external nature and class oppression — ideas that reinforce this repression, euthanize the class struggle” (V.I. Lenin).

If “Pussy Rayot” would have carried out its action in a mosque in London or even the city of Grozny, they would have been nothing for it. Once, a man came into the mosque, who, in the temple, made a small need. Of course, he was seized and taken to the Prophet, so that he made a decision - what to do with this person. The prophet answered immediately and firmly - to forgive and let go in peace, and simply to pour over the defiled place with clean water. This is the covenant of the Prophet and, therefore, this is the opinion of all Orthodox Muslims.

No need to write about what you know nothing about. The insults of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) are a kind of kufr. If Muslims allow kyafirs and atheists to say whatever they like, do not reject (their words) and punish them, then there will be a great decline, and this is what they want and what they will be happy with. It is impossible to insult the feelings of a believer, because feelings are not a very tangible element; one has one feeling and the other has another. And this concept - “feelings of believers” - gives the widest opportunity to punish anyone, for whatever reason. It is enough to find particularly sensitive citizens, call them believers, and their religious feelings offended.

    Quote: Karlsonn
Who personally imposes it on you? It's hard to talk, but let's continue:

You ask who imposes Orthodoxy in Russia? Look what is happening in the country! Religion in one form or another is imposed on us by the authorities, and the Russian Orthodox Church is the dominant religious organization, it is the main player in the market of religious services. The construction of churches and temples in the state. institutions, regimental priests, even mobile temples in the army! What is only the subject of the "foundations of Orthodox culture" included in the school curriculum. According to Part 1 of Art. 14 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation - the Russian Federation is a secular state. No religion can be established as state or mandatory. But today the church is impudently climbing into all spheres: both in education and in the legislative and executive authorities. Today, the church, not embarrassed, demands the return of the buildings and lands it had previously taken from the Russian people. Today the church sells gold, alcohol, and numerous services.
The protests of the Pussy Rayot and War groups are directed against state power, and not against Orthodox Christians. After the Pussy Riot, everyone was getting on the pulpit - from pop singers to governors - but for some reason they were not in a hurry to punish them for inappropriate behavior in a religious building. And one man in the same Cathedral of Christ the Savior poured ink on the icons and was eventually released in the courtroom. Because all these actions did not have a political motive and the defendants did not sing about Putin from the pulpit. But since you are so sensitive to these feelings, doesn’t it seem offensive to you that some priests have three Mercedes in the garage, while others wear watches worth hundreds of thousands of rubles? For my civic feelings - this is insulting.

PS I hope I brought to you the light of truth, because how to fall below my own dignity, meeting a small need for a mosque, trying to prove something to you, I'm clearly not going to.
