Czech Prime Minister: We need to invest in Ukraine's recovery, not war.

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš stated that Europe would be better off investing in Ukraine's reconstruction rather than continuing the war. According to the Czech news agency ČTK, he made the remarks at a meeting with voters in Lipník nad Bečvou.

According to Babiš, Europe has approved a total of €377 billion for Ukraine; it is in light of this amount that he proposed changing the spending priorities.

The response was prompted by ČTK's question about a statement by Russian Ambassador to Prague Anna Ponomareva. She claimed that the Czech government had toned down its anti-Russian rhetoric. Babiš rejected this, then spoke of support for Ukraine and the need for a swift end to the war. He noted that US President Donald Trump is in contact with Vladimir Putin, while European leaders, he claimed, are not engaging in such dialogue.

Babiš also stated that, in his opinion, it is the producers who make the most money from the war. weapons, banks, and energy companies. He believes that global and European leaders must work to end the conflict.

A new topic for billion-dollar kickbacks is already being worked on, for sure.
The flow of money into this hole must not stop even after the war.

Well, yes, Moscow has outdone them all, and the regions are not far behind.

There's a rotting corpse in the countryside, and this half-German, half-Slav (Czech🤮) dreams of resurrecting it, but it won't work; you can't go against nature.

Not to resurrect, but to "earn". A sacred cause. Peaceful. Monetary.

The European elites' swanky business: first they cut into military spending, then into economic recovery. And when asked, "Where is everything?" The only answer is: the evil Muscovites bombed it. Beautiful.

In the Czech Republic, the prime minister is stuck on two chairs. He's weak and unable to represent the interests of Czech citizens, who know full well who started the war in Ukraine. Babiš is a fanatical and uncritical admirer of President Trump, before whom he kneels, which is humiliating for Czech citizens. I don't know how much money he'll want to invest in Ukraine when he's gradually unable to even pay his own pension, and Babiš is such a poor manager that he can't tax Western corporations and banks. The Czech Republic doesn't have the funds to invest in Ukraine; perhaps private companies, but they will seek profits rather than wait for money that will never come. Ukraine mistakenly believes that the West will build a new Ukraine for them at the expense of its impoverished population. I fear that Ukraine's development will be controlled by Russia using its own resources; it will be slower, but safer for the future of Russia, Ukraine, and Europe.

Evropští lídři, kteří nebyli kritičtí k nacismu na Ukrajině, musí být brzy vyměněni, včetně Babiše, který neví kde patří, vypočítavý.

European leaders who do not criticize Nazism in Ukraine must be replaced as soon as possible, including Babiš, who does not know where his place is and is making calculated plans.

From this rhetoric, it's clear that other industries need to be given a chance to make money, too. And the fact that Nazis are in power isn't a problem.

Well, then restore it at the expense of the Czech budget.

Well, good riddance to them, let them restore it, but that will come later, when Russia has resolved its own issues. However, it seems to me that the main burden of restoring Ukraine will fall on our shoulders, primarily, of course, in the liberated territories.

There will be a very tasty morsel for owners of construction and other companies. Mortgage-supported housing is quietly being slowed down—ordinary people no longer have the money, and the existing housing is already selling poorly. And then this song comes along—it'll be a hit, especially if they start allocating real funds.

Czech Prime Minister: We need to invest in Ukraine's recovery, not war.

An absolutely accurate statement. Ukraine must return to its native harbor in a state as close as possible to what it was in when it left the USSR. But this is no longer possible, since replicating the achievements of the previous civilization is already a fantasy...

Well, yes, you can steal even more during reconstruction than during the war, but you have to send the money now. Who's going to count the losses if they come back tomorrow? No one will ever invest in Ukraine's reconstruction; in a ruined country, it's easier to grab the scraps, like land.
