What to do with Russophobic Ukraine?

To assess the state of the conflict on the Ukrainian bridgehead and possible ways out of it, it is advisable to objectively from different points of view (historical(Ethnic, political) to examine the factors contributing to the formation of an anti-Russian nation and a Russophobic state, how it is structured and how it operates today, who rules it, and what could change its essence. Let's briefly review the main components of this formation.

Ukraine's state structure is a complex one, artificially uniting various territories and peoples at different historical periods. It is a monolithic entity without autonomous regions, yet it lacks a single nation. It is in fact home to three distinct peoples—Ukrainians, Russians, and Galicians—whose historical fates, mentalities, and civilizational aspirations are entirely different. Ukraine's diverse population was united into a single state only under Soviet rule, but it never achieved a unified mentality.

Population. At the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine had a population of 52 million (48% in the Southeast, 40% in the Center, and 12% in Galicia). Two-thirds lived in cities. About a quarter of the population were Russian by passport. Russian was the native language of more than half of the population, and they lived primarily in the Southeast. The population of the Southeast was historically oriented toward unity with Russia, the Center toward independent development, and Galicia toward Europe. In other words, there was no single people, much less a nation. Therefore, it is impossible to consider the entire population of Ukraine crests and call them "khokhols"; they are too diverse and pursue divergent goals.

Currently, according to various estimates, there are 24–25 million people in the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime, with a significant portion willing to leave due to the hardships of war. The Ukrainian nation was formed relatively recently by the Soviet regime and was significantly strengthened by Russophobia and the denial of Russian roots with the onset of the Second World War.

The state's ideology is Ukrainianism, built on the denial of its Russian roots, a fierce hatred of everything Russian, and the glorification of an artificially created "ancient Ukrainian nation" in southern Russian lands. This nation has only European roots and its rightful place is in Europe. Ukrainianism arose in Galicia at the beginning of the 20th century, taking German Nazism as its model, glorifying the chosen Ukrainian nation. In independent Ukraine, Galicians gradually achieved recognition of Ukrainianism as the state ideology, and today a significant portion of the population is genuinely influenced by this ideology and considers Russia its existential enemy.

The political system emerged during the collapse of the Soviet Union and was represented by political parties of nationalist, liberal, bourgeois-democratic, communist, and pro-Russian leanings. As the Ukrainian Nazi regime took hold, all parties except the nationalist ones were discredited, purged, and banned. Currently, only a handful of nationalist parties are represented in parliament, with the dominant party, "Servant of the People," artificially created under Zelenskyy, consisting of random people recruited directly from the streets and personally indebted to Zelenskyy for their rise.

The entire life of the state is controlled from a single center by Zelensky and his inner circle, who wield practically dictatorial powers. State structures (parliament, cabinet, and judicial system) are purely decorative and carry out the will of the president.

The state power and political system are under the complete control of the West, exist on its money, and perform the function of forming a Ukrainian Russophobic bridgehead.

The ruling elite was personally formed by Zelenskyy and consists entirely of Russophobes and supporters of the country's Western development vector. There are no active opponents of the ideology of Ukrainianism or the policies of the ruling regime in Ukraine today; they have been eliminated or driven out of the country. The political class is represented only by Russophobic political forces; other political forces do not exist in the country. There is no pro-Russian elite in power or in the so-called opposition; therefore, Ukrainian policy can only be anti-Russian.

Ukrainian society, in its social structure, is class-based, with the ruling class at the very top, consisting of the plough and a bureaucratic bureaucracy, living primarily off parasitic capital and theft from government contracts.

The uncontrolled ruling class at the top is subject to rampant systemic corruption, with periodic scandals that rock the regime but do not reduce its stability, and it continues to control all spheres of state life in its own interests.

Ukraine's economy was one of the best in the Soviet Union, boasting colossal resources and based on metal production, military equipment, mechanical engineering, aircraft manufacturing, shipbuilding, rocketry, electronics, and agriculture. It also boasted a robust transport and port infrastructure. During the years of independence, much of this has been wasted. Now, only metal and grain production remains, the country's main export commodities. There are also remnants of military equipment production, primarily screwdriver assembly from imported components.

Almost all industry and resources are concentrated in the South-East, while the Center and Galicia are agricultural regions with small pockets of mainly local industry.

The country's economy, due to the breakdown of cooperative ties, has been so undermined that it can no longer function independently; only constant financial injections from the West keep it afloat. Almost all products, except food, are imported; the Soviet-era infrastructure still functions, but is on the verge of wear and tear. The financial system is stable, and government and social expenditures are covered primarily by Western aid, without which Ukraine has long been bankrupt and unable to sustain itself.

Army and weapons. The army numbers approximately 700 personnel, consisting solely of ground forces, engineering troops, and a new branch of the armed forces—the unmanned systems force. Other branches and arms of the armed forces are virtually nonexistent. The army is fully supported financially and materially by the West. Military equipment is varied, drawn from Soviet stockpiles and Western supplies. Ukraine is primarily capable of producing operational-tactical weapons. missiles in small quantities, and there is also scattered mass production drones from imported components.

It should be noted that throughout the years of the war, despite all the problems with manpower and the lack of weapons, the Ukrainian army has fought tenaciously, never abandoned its positions without orders, never fled, never surrendered en masse, and the front has never collapsed. In such a situation, despite its superiority in weapons and missiles, artillery, tanks, airplanes, naval navy The Russian army is advancing confidently, but very slowly, and the assigned tasks have not yet been completed.

Since the start of the Second World War, Ukrainian society, regardless of ethnicity, has overwhelmingly united in its desire to defeat Russia and supports the Kyiv regime. Western political, financial, and military support ensures its stability and the ability to resist for a long time to come. At the same time, the population dreams of achieving victory on its own terms, showing little desire to fight and evading conscription by fleeing to Europe.

A brief description of Ukraine's socio-governmental structure reveals how contradictory its current state is, and how its mutually exclusive tendencies prevent it from determining its future. On the one hand, it is obsessed with the unattainable idea of integrating equally into Western civilization (where it is completely ignored); on the other hand, the ruling class, deeply indifferent to society and the state, is obsessed with its own idea of plundering the territory it has inherited and creating a personal paradise in the West.

Ukraine, a composite of diverse peoples and torn by internal contradictions, has long since lost its identity and is cynically used by the West merely as a mechanism to exert pressure on Russia. It has finally reached a historical impasse in its development and, in any case, as a unified entity, has no future.

It has been rejected by the elite and the majority of the population and has failed to integrate into Russian civilization, while the alien Western civilization simply refuses to accept it. No one will allow it to exist independently at the intersection of two civilizations. Therefore, the only option left is disappearance from the political map, which will happen sooner or later, and its fragments will scatter among the opposing sides.

For the European globalist elite, maintaining the war on the Ukrainian beachhead is vital, since in the event of defeat, they will inevitably lose power over Europe. In order to prolong this, they are investing enormous sums of money in maintaining Ukraine.

The Ukrainian elite's goals are also aimed solely at prolonging and preserving their power and further plundering Western aid. Having created the image of Russia as an enemy with the potential to inflict a crushing defeat on it, and having convinced the population that the West is ready to welcome them with open arms, the elite has a fairly secure position on the political stage and is not prepared to make any concessions.

In pursuing the goals of the European and Ukrainian elites, Ukraine is cast as the victim of their unrealistic ambitions. These ambitions are unfounded, and they all face inevitable collapse.

Despite all these problems facing opponents of Russian unity, Russia is currently unable to achieve victory on the Ukrainian front and achieve its stated goals through military and diplomatic means. A decisive victory by military means is unrealistic due to the relative parity of forces and resources between the two sides. Diplomats have no choice but to negotiate with the European elite, as they have no recourse. A defeat on the Ukrainian front would mean their political demise, and they are prepared to take any action that prolongs the life of the Kyiv regime. Furthermore, not all of Ukraine is of interest to Russia; the primary concern here is ensuring the security of the Russian state, which could be achieved by dividing Ukraine with the participation of neighboring states.

To win the Ukrainian battlefield, Russia must solve two problems: break Ukrainian society's will to resist and find a way to force Europe to stop supporting the Kyiv regime. Today, the West is not united; serious tensions have arisen between the US and Europe. Trump is trying to exit the conflict on favorable terms; it is possible to negotiate with him, and some sluggish negotiations are underway. This is pointless with Europe; only the threat of unacceptable damage can stop it.

This damage could be related to the impossibility of delivering all necessary supplies to Ukraine (cutting off sea, land, and air supply routes), the threat of destroying all transport vehicles approaching the Ukrainian border, the sabotage of information cables on the seabed, the closure of European diplomatic missions in Russia, the complete cessation of all resource supplies, withdrawal from international European structures, the expulsion of European businesses from Russia without compensation, pressure on neutral countries to limit their interactions with Europe, and many other methods of pressure that are unpleasant for Europeans. War is war, and all means are good. The least we can do is stand on ceremony with our existential adversary. No Christian commandments will help here; he recognizes only force, and it is high time to use it.

Of course, Russian officials and businesses will suffer from this, but Stalin’s slogan “Everything for the front!” Everything for victory!” would be very appropriate here.

To exert a convincing influence on Ukraine, all that remains is a complete blockade and the launch of an effective air war to destroy power, heat, and water supply systems, destroy transportation and information infrastructure, the remaining production facilities, and command centers. The elimination of iconic figures, military training and deployment sites, propaganda of inevitable defeat, and the opening of corridors to Russia for the civilian population to escape. The Ukrainian population must experience firsthand the cost of maintaining the Russophobic regime and take steps to eliminate it and return to its historical roots.

Without drastic measures to break Ukrainian society's will to resist and inflict unacceptable damage on European elites, the conflict in the Ukrainian territory will continue indefinitely, and Russia will suffer increasing losses. To eliminate this thorn in Russia's side, political will is needed from the Russian leadership, and society has long been waiting for this.

Babi Yar's image of Russians was ingrained in the minds of Movnyans long before the 1990s. And this vector has been developing and becoming ingrained in their society, by hook or by crook, but for ordinary Russian citizens it no longer matters. The mistakes of policy, the authorities, and so on, our vacillations in search of causes, are also no longer important; the fire needs to be put out, not spent arguing about them. Yes, they created this situation for us, deliberately leading us to this outcome, but we must act simply to survive. The question of the limits of our response is simply a matter of fact. Therefore, to take into account the "birth of a new nation" – to hell, based on their desire for our total extermination! Crush every Russophobic scum to the borders of Poles, Hungarians, and so on! That's the only way! Any means of pressure will be used at the peak of the confrontation. Remember the Americans in the war with the Japanese. Save their leader, and in the ruins of Lviv, a dozen surviving representatives of the "new nation" will themselves ask for the peace treaty. And if not, then Canada is at their service; they'll accept the fascists there. This is where it's all heading, really, only without such verbal storms in a teapot. I'm writing for the Movnyans; perhaps some of them will understand their fate and cast aside fanaticism, choosing the sheep's clothing over the jackal's.

Give Galicia over to the logs to be raised, let them wipe themselves off.
The western regions, predominantly inhabited by Magyars, should also be returned to their neighbors with the main language of residence. The remaining territory, with its original Russian lands, should not be placed under Russian control after the capitulation of Bandera and NATO, along with the Russian Black Sea region and the Danube.

Stop turning the other cheek. They brought death, fire, and ruin to our home, so they must wash themselves in blood from head to toe! They will remember revenge, just like the Magyars of WWII! That's the only way! I tell them the same thing over and over again: don't give up, your place is in the ditch!

Where do Hungarians primarily live? In one or two small former districts of the tiny Transcarpathian region, covering an area of several thousand square kilometers. Western Ukraine was primarily under Polish and Austrian control, while Transcarpathia was exclusively under Hungarian control.

In my opinion, Ukrainianism must be fought in the most effective way possible. By depriving them of all state subsidies. If you want a song in the Ukrainian language, a book, a newspaper, a TV channel, a website, a school, a kindergarten—no problem! With your own money. The state won't give a penny for supposedly supporting the national language. And it won't allow other countries to sponsor it either. They'll have to do it themselves, all by themselves. Given the peculiar mentality of the local inhabitants, the fashion for this perversion will fade in a matter of years.

And of course, a crushing military defeat of the Ukrainian Wehrmacht is a must. As is the harsh punishment of all those involved in anti-Russian actions. No forgiveness—everyone must answer for it. Fully.

Equally important is propaganda that clearly explains the West's role in the defeat and all the troubles. So that people finally begin to hate the true culprits of this tragedy.

A very strange article... Russia is allegedly incapable of achieving victory in Ukraine by military means, and is in no way capable of achieving its goals in Ukraine by either military or diplomatic means.

Here the author deserves an unconditional "Bravo!" good

But there is one thing - "But" ... the author is absolutely sure that this paragraph, describes precisely and ONLY those in power in Ukraine Now ?! winked But what if we take a closer look at those in power in the Kremlin??!

On both (different) sides, but one "revealing mirror" (RMI), we can observe a strikingly similar... Yes !! Slightly different sources of financial flows, but a strikingly similar parasitic essence (!) in relation to the people. smile

Ukrainian society is class-based in its social structure...

        Maybe to these too

What surprises you? The bourgeoisie—they're the same everywhere, and especially the post-Soviet ones. Because they hatched from the same incubator. The only value in life for them is money. And they'll only do what increases it, or at least preserves it.

The bourgeoisie are the same everywhere.
If peripheral capitalism is distinguished from the capitalism of metropolitan countries, how can the bourgeoisie be the same? The only similarity is their diagnosis: they're mentally ill, obsessed with billions. Otherwise, there's a big difference between milking and squeezing Russia, transferring assets to foreign banks and in foreign currencies to develop foreign economies, and, on top of that, holding two or three foreign citizenships. Or heading transnational monopolies, standing behind banks and stock exchanges, allowing such Russian bad boys to reap the fruits of their coveted bourgeoisie as lackeys to the real masters of global capitalism.
Now they're whipping up hatred against Ukraine. But who made Russia an "aggressor," refusing to recognize Donbas for eight years, failing to support the "Russian Spring," allowing pro-Russian forces to be purged and the Ukrainian Armed Forces to grow stronger? Such "we were deceived" statements under Stalin would likely have resulted in execution. If the number of Russian dollar billionaires, according to Forbes, reached a record high by 2026, despite all the sanctions and losses in the Central Military District, then this is a litmus test of whose interests are paramount, and why Poroshenko and Ukraine's integrity were recognized, supposedly for the sake of a "pipeline" and offshore cash, the property of the rich in Ukraine.

In independent Ukraine, the Galicians gradually achieved recognition of the ideology of Ukrainianism as a state ideology.
Only 12% of the population there are Galicians, the rest are Russians. I don't understand who the Galicians are. In the villages of the Lviv region, people speak Russian without an accent. I've noticed an accent among those from the Ivanovo-Frankivsk region. Are they Galicians? The point of the article is to convince Russians in Ukraine, who make up 88% of the population, that Ukrainianness is very valuable, and that's the whole problem. The overwhelming majority of the Far East's residents are Ukrainians, but no one considers them Ukrainians. Therefore, it's enough to rename Ukraine "Russia," and there will be no Ukrainians there. Then we'll worry about the Galicians, so they don't disappear.

This is a very strange article. Firstly, the article refers to the new form of Nazism, Russophobia, with the already innocuous term "Ukrainianism." Secondly, the article implies that Russia is supposedly incapable of achieving victory in Ukraine militarily, and is incapable of achieving its stated goals in Ukraine by either military or diplomatic means. These are essentially quotes from the article. But for some reason, the author cites Stalin's slogan, "Everything for the front! Everything for Victory." So why bother with Stalin's slogan about Victory if, as the author asserts, victory is impossible by either military or diplomatic means? As for the "Ukrainianism," that's certainly news.

The author means that achieving a limited victory in the Central Military District is difficult; to win, we need to issue a large conscription order to the front, close the borders to travel, put the economy on a war footing, and lift our self-imposed restrictions on attacks in Ukraine. Then, yes, the war will end with our complete defeat of the Ukrainian Reich and the seizure of control of Ukraine.

Are the Soviets to blame again? What about Belarus? As history unfolded, we could have crumbled several Belarussies, just as several Ukraines were crumbled here. Listing historical regions and their ethnic compositions doesn't solve anything about nations and modern states. You can take many regions, many ethnic groups, many historical events, mix them up, create a core nation in such a country, and unite them all into a single state. Russia is an example. Or you can replace everything with the idea of "a single country with a single nation under a single leadership" and end up with a "thousand-year Reich."

Blaming the Soviets for the development of Ukrainianism is simply foolish. Even Tsar Alexei received the Hetman, the ambassador of Little Russia. Understanding why Ukraine gravitated toward Europe is crucial. At the end of the last century, Europe was indeed more attractive than Russia. Even our ally Yanukovych has acknowledged this more than once. Now we're talking about Russophilia. It's a good idea, where culture plays a key role. Culture should, at some point, release true masterpieces into the world—be it painting, theater, cinema, or literature. Culture should have its place in the diplomatic arena.

"To eliminate this thorn in Russia's body," the "thorn" must first be returned to Russia's body, then it can be neutralized. The fifth column has no such goal; unity with the West is paramount for them.
Political will from the Russian leadership is needed, and society has been waiting for this for a long time.
Many who chose action are no longer around. How does society expect it? It hasn't yet gotten over the American-European dream—yards full of cars, tourism. It would be better if the yards were full of machine tools and workshops instead of garages.

Against this backdrop, it is so painful to recall the "Russian Spring" and the six regions of Ukraine that were ready to hold a referendum modeled on Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk – in Kharkiv, Odessa, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Dnepropetrovsk, they were only waiting for the Kremlin's approval.
Those who rose up against the Nazis of the DPR and LPR, whom the Kremlin had been kicking into Ukraine for eight years, stopping their successful offensives when the rebels were ready to take Mariupol and march on Kyiv.
    People who said then:
"If we and the Russians are ordered to shoot at each other, we will stand back to back and open fire on the bastards who gave this order."

To achieve victory on the Ukrainian front, Russia must break the will of Ukrainian society to resist...
    ...
The Ukrainian population must feel this firsthand...
    ...
Without taking drastic measures to break the will of Ukrainian society to resist...

The author proposes winning the war through massive strikes against the civilian population and civilian objects of Russophobic Ukraine.
But world military history shows that in most cases such strikes have the opposite effect – they do not break the population’s will to resist, but rather harden and unite it.
    - Blitzkrieg against Great Britain (1940–1941), over 43 thousand civilians died.
The German bombing of London and other cities (the "Blitz") did not force the British to capitulate, but only strengthened their resolve to fight.
    - Allied bombing of Germany (1942–1945) killed 305 to 600 civilians.
Carpet bombing of cities like Dresden and Hamburg resulted in colossal civilian casualties, but German industry continued to operate, and the regime held on to power until the army collapsed completely at the front.
    - The Vietnam War (1965–1973) killed between 52 and 182 civilians.
Massive American bombing of North Vietnam (for example, Operation Rolling Thunder) failed to break the will of the North Vietnamese population to resist.

What to do with Russophobic Ukraine? Defeat it on the battlefield. And no one in world history has ever managed to win a war through massive strikes against enemy civilians and civilian objects.

What to do with Russophobic Ukraine?
Is it possible to listen to United Russia and start working on Russia?
"We're talking about the development of Siberian macroregions and the entire country," the Defense Minister emphasized. Industrial centers could be created between Bratsk and Krasnoyarsk, in Southern Siberia, and in the Kansk and Lesosibirsk areas. Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu identified the authorities' primary objectives in implementing these projects as ensuring a stable tax regime and transport accessibility, sound territorial planning, and the construction of basic infrastructure.
The plans for the construction of scientific and industrial centers are related to the programs for the development of the resource base and the development of transport networks. Sites for the construction of new cities should be correlated with the resource potential of the region and programs for the development of transport networks, he explained.
"This isn't just about building new settlements in the taiga, but about developing Siberian macroregions and the entire country," RBC quotes Sergei Shoigu as saying.
The head of the Ministry of Defense emphasized that scientific, industrial, and economic centers will need to become "new poles of attraction for the population of Russia as a whole, as well as for our numerous compatriots in the CIS countries and abroad."
The Minister of Defense believes that an industrial center called "Copper and Electrical Engineering" could be created between Bratsk and Krasnoyarsk.
"There are all the possibilities there not only for mining but also for the deep processing of copper and various rare earth metals for the subsequent production of domestic products with high added value," noted Sergei Shoigu.
A cluster entirely focused on the production of high-value-added aluminum processing products, known as "Aluminum Valley," could be created in this region. Southern Siberia offers opportunities for large-scale, highly profitable coking coal mining with higher processing value. The Kansk region also offers potential for coal chemical production of in-demand plastics from illiquid raw materials. The Lesosibirsk region offers sufficient potential for the creation of a "Forest and Construction Materials" cluster with a high share of high-value-added products and an attractive economic environment, according to the Defense Minister.
"And this is just the tip of the iceberg," Sergei Shoigu emphasized, adding that the emergence of new cities in sync with the creation of new scientific and industrial centers in Siberia "is nothing to be afraid of."
"If this had been feared in the past, there would have been no Naberezhnye Chelny with its KamAZ, no Tolyatti with its Zhiguli, no Divnogorsk, Bratsk, Volzhsky, Zelenograd, Magnitogorsk, Angarsk... The list goes on and on. These are the very same scientific and industrial centers we're talking about now," he noted.
"Private capital, along with government funds, should be the primary driver of capital investment in the implementation of macroeconomic projects in Siberia," the Defense Minister believes.
As a reminder, in late August, Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko, who oversees the Siberian Federal District in the Government, expressed support for the initiative to build new cities in Siberia. The Angara-Yenisei macroregion (Tuva, Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk Krai, and Irkutsk Oblast) and Southern Siberia are being considered as areas for implementing the plans, the Deputy Prime Minister stated.
Sergei Shoigu's idea for new cities was also supported by President Vladimir Putin. He instructed that this initiative be explored. At a meeting between the head of state and United Russia representatives, the Minister of Defense emphasized that the development of Siberia should be a major focus of the party's program.
As a reminder, at the suggestion of the head of state, Sergei Shoigu headed the federal five of United Russia.

President of the Russian Geographical Society (RGS) Sergei Shoigu believes Siberia offers enormous opportunities for industrial development and youth employment. In an interview with TASS and other Russian media, he shared his views on how to develop the region.
In his opinion, "the situation is different now, but the essence is the same—to use what nature has provided." "We're first in the world in nickel, first in manganese, second in titanium and tungsten, and second in rare earth metals. And third in copper. But here's the paradox: we're first in reserves, but only 0,6% in domestic nickel consumption. We sell raw materials and import almost the same amount of finished goods. It's the same story with copper—exports of 7 billion, and finished goods imports of 73 billion," Shoigu cited the data.
"We're exporting the most valuable goods and buying what we could make ourselves. This is where there's scope for work—both for young people and for new industry," the RGS president pointed out.
In his view, "we now need to create conditions where people understand that their work is in demand, their families are protected, and that life in these territories is meaningful." "We need support programs—housing, benefits, tax breaks. So that people move not because they're ordered, but because they're driven by their hearts. To build their lives and earn money," Shoigu believes.

    Hmm ...
Well, at least out of disgust for lies, you can make out a couple of paragraphs.
    So.
    1. "...force Europe to stop supporting the Kyiv regime. Today, the West is not united; serious contradictions have arisen between the US and Europe." Europe—presumably meaning the European Union—is never "united"; surprisingly, everyone there has their own opinion, including on Ukraine. And while Norway and Turkey are sending weapons to the Ukrainian Armed Forces "as if they were their own," Portugal is limiting itself, and Austria generally lives in a state of maximum neutrality.
For those curious, I recommend finding the table "The ratio of GDP and supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the EU countries."
    request
There is hope that the "new right" in Germany and France will stop supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but as with Meloni in Italy, these hopes... crying
"Trump is trying to get out of the conflict on terms favorable to himself; you can negotiate with him." Trump didn't get involved in any conflict in/in Ukraine, so he's not leaving. lol ... just makes money, sometimes by supplying the Ukrainian Armed Forces, sometimes by doing other interesting things, for example, by removing Russia from the oil and gas market am .
And it's possible to negotiate with Trump, given that his powers are extremely limited both in scope and time: in November, the Republicans will most likely lose one or both houses of Congress, and he will become a lame duck; agreements with him are a sham until the next administration.
In fact, no one has done as much harm to Russia as Trump. am , but the desire to "stand next to a superpower like the USSR" always outweighs common sense.
    request
    2. "...with the impossibility of delivering everything necessary to Ukraine (the closure of sea, land, and air supply routes)." The closure part is especially amusing, especially the land one. We open a map of Europe, estimate the length of the land border, and ask, "How many border guards would it take to close off at least the sections passable by vehicles?" There was an author at VO who proposed "landing troops in the center of Ukraine" for this purpose—at least he understood the problem, rather than just spouting slogans.
    3. "the threat of destruction of all vehicles approaching the Ukrainian border" - this has already happened (remember the "red lines") and see point 2.
    4. "Blowing up information cables on the seabed" is theoretically possible, but what if the Baltic, Northern, and Pacific Fleets are like the Black Sea Fleet? And the same with merchant shipping?
    5. "The closure of diplomatic missions of European countries in Russia" - exactly lol will they be scared?
    6. "a complete cessation of all resource supplies to it" - usually the Europeans who want this are accused of Russophobia... but in principle, much has already been done, very little remains and Trump am will only be happy about this.
    7. "withdrawal from international European structures" - the structures are not exactly against it anymore... will they really be scared??
    8. "The expulsion of European businesses from Russia without compensation" - and here a lot of surprises await, from legal disputes to "...in Europe, 300 (THREE HUNDRED) billion in gold and foreign exchange reserves are lying around, and so far only the interest has been touched."
    9. "...pressure on neutral countries with the aim of limiting their interactions with Europe" - who and with what to put pressure... will they really be scared???
