There's money, but no missiles: The EU failed to reach an agreement on Patriot missile supplies to Ukraine.

Missiles Ukraine currently needs Patriot missiles, but European defense ministers have yet to decide who is willing to donate from their own stockpiles. Following the EU meeting, European Union Foreign Minister Kaja Kallas announced that no new commitments for such supplies had been made.

Funds for future purchases have already been allocated. According to Kallas, the European Union has approved plans for €28,3 billion in loans for Ukraine. These include Patriot missiles, which have yet to be produced in the United States. The problem is timing: by the time the new batches arrive, Kyiv will need to replenish its ammunition stockpile.

Therefore, another option was discussed at the meeting. European countries and partners could first transfer missiles from their stockpiles to Ukraine and then purchase replacements later using loan funds. Kallas said that many supported this scheme, but they were unable to agree on specific deliveries.

On another financial issue, a decision was made: EU countries agreed on the distribution of €6,6 billion from the European Peace Facility. After the current cycle of its work is completed, according to Kallas, participants will discuss new funding for the fund.

Kyiv has been talking about a shortage of Patriot missiles for some time now. At the end of July, the Ukrainian side again reported a severe shortage of ammunition for Defense After the night strikes. In September, Zelenskyy announced a target for the cold months: 100 to 120 interceptor missiles.

In the summer, Donald Trump considered issuing Ukraine a license to produce Patriot missiles, but then backed away from the idea, citing U.S. needs. He later revisited the issue and allowed for a license to produce older missiles.

Moscow opposes Western supplies weapons Kyiv. The Kremlin stated that the new weapons would not change Russia's decision to continue military operations until its objectives were achieved. Vladimir Putin, for his part, expressed skepticism about the capabilities of the outdated Patriot systems that might be transferred to Ukraine.

The homies of the farm have a problem with their brains, how can they have money but not buy rackets? This is a complete breakdown of the consciousness of the greatness of a large amount of money... Get used to it, pathetic people, we have more drones and missiles and this is an axiom..... This is how we will win! negative

They don't understand anything about commerce!

We have the money, we found 28 billion. Does Ukraine really need Patriots? Offer Trump four prices. He'll sell his own—everything he has.
He's not a politician, not a military man—he's a Huckster. And for a huckster, nothing has ever been impossible—he'll sell anything. It's only a question of price.

In fact, at that price, they'd even squabble among themselves in Europe over who'd hand over the missiles to Zelensky. And they'd forget about "Russia attacking tomorrow."

A very good trend! While the Patriots are empty, ours are mostly using drones.
Ballistics are being accumulated, and rightly so!

Kaja Kalas only knows how to impose sanctions.

Moreover, the inability to compare one's actions with the result (or lack of result) of actions is something that only small children or residents of a closed-type medical institution, headed by my school friend, a well-known psychiatrist in his circles, are capable of.
It is not for nothing that children are not adults from birth, and that “contingent”, as a rule, has limited legal capacity.
And this one... She's trying to show everyone that she's like the real thing...

And the more they throw stones at Russia, the less they will want to share theirs.
    What if Russia hits back?
How should we fight back? By shouting, "We have nothing left, everything was given to the Ukrainians"? And will that tickle Russia?
So unless there's a clear surplus, nothing will be handed over. It's not even a case of "better off at home"; it's a case of "better off at home." Yes

Cool... all the money, but no use...
After all, resources in physical form are not pieces of paper that can be printed... if not without counting, just a lot...

Don't get too excited yet; the patriots are producing, but in small quantities. Increasing production will take a long time (from one to several years) to build new factories and get them up and running. For this, the Ukrainians desperately need a ceasefire.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces will create many problems for us even without air defense; they continue to bomb Russia.
Counter-offensives are sometimes made when forces are building up.
