A Ukrainian rapper was implicated in the drone attack in the Moscow region.

Ukrainian rapper and blogger Albert Vasiliev, better known as Kyivstoner*, was involved in organizing the attack. drones to a defense plant in the Moscow region. This was reported by the FSB.
