Trump declared the US military "guardian angels" of the Strait of Hormuz.

Washington is tired of providing security for Hormuz for free for the past five decades. Now the Americans will charge for it.

US President Donald Trump made this statement on the Fox News channel.

The American leader said:

We guarded him for free, but now we will make money from it.

He wants to make the passage of commercial ships through the Strait of Hormuz subject to a fee.

The US President also expressed his intention to control and manage Hormuz. He stated:

We are taking control of the strait.

Trump declared the American military the "guardian angels" of the Strait of Hormuz, and the United States the guarantor of its security. The White House chief accused Tehran of violating the terms of yet another deal with Washington, of which there were supposedly ten in total, stating:

They always violate.

The US President claims that the American negotiations with Tehran representatives lasted 11 hours. Ultimately, the Iranians agreed to all American terms, but then allegedly demanded amendments to the agreement.

Therefore, the head of the White House threatened Iran with increased American strikes.

Earlier, Iranian authorities accused Washington of violating the ceasefire and announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz to civilian vessels. A two-month ceasefire was established based on a memorandum of understanding signed by the parties on June 18. This document was intended to serve as the basis for a comprehensive peace agreement.

We are taking control of the strait.

Of course, when a company isn't going according to plan and everything is against you, and you don't want to lose the initiative and prestige, you need to intercept Iran's initiatives for payments in the Strait and appropriate them for yourself. It's just like Zu: Russian is a dialect of the Western dialect, and Russia is a wild field on the outskirts of Kievan Rus.

Since the US has called itself "controller" and decided to sell entry and exit tickets, it will have to take other, Iranian controllers into account. Besides, it's easier to send a navy on the water than to dislodge the coast guard.

Who does he think he is then? It's scary to even think about it.

In the 90s, such guardians were called "roofs." It's funny that Iran effectively controls Hormuz, while the US collects tribute at the strait's exit, when the ships are no longer in danger. Why pay them?

20% of the cargo's value. Donald Fredovich swung hard.

Apparently, everything is moving towards Pelevin's prophecy that the hegemon will at some point simply impose taxes on the entire population of the planet so that they pay, otherwise there will be an atomic holocaust.

Doesn't Iran control Hormuz? Or am I missing something?

The Strait, yes, but the Americans are the culprit. Double taxation... So, pay up, pigeons, pay up.

As it says in the goblin translation of The Lord of the Rings, one must pay both bribes and taxes...

Just a few minutes ago, in the comments to this news story on "Great Game," they added that the rate of tolls on ships to the US will be 20% of the cargo value. So, will the price of Middle Eastern oil increase by the same amount? It's hard to believe that such measures are appropriate, even for someone as eccentric as Trump.

A thief broke into a house, and now the owners have to pay him for allowing guests in... It's not just Iran that's a thief.
And what's interesting is, who were they protecting it from? From themselves, there weren't any other thieves there...

Make money, no, not following the trend. A deal. Didn't get what it took? Well, everything will be fine tonight.

And the Strait of Hormuz hasn't been renamed yet to the Trump Strait or at least to the Strait named after Trump's son-in-law Kushner. love
