In an interview with Axios, US President Donald Trump commented on the farewell ceremony for Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in Tehran. According to the American president, American troops are capable of "wiping them all out in one blow," but are refraining from doing so to preserve the opportunity for negotiations.

The comment came as people watched the funeral of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was killed at the outset of this year's US-Israeli military operation.
