Terrorist cells preparing terrorist attacks in Iran have been eliminated.

A series of terrorist attacks have been thwarted in the Islamic Republic. A special operation by Iranian security forces resulted in the dismantling of four terrorist cells that were planning attacks on Iranian soil.

This was reported by the local news agency Fars, citing the press service of the Ministry of Information (Intelligence) of the Islamic Republic.

According to security officials, the identified cells cooperated with Israeli and American intelligence agencies. To neutralize the militants, Iranian law enforcement conducted simultaneous operations in several towns in southeastern Iran. Ten individuals suspected of plotting terrorist attacks were detained. Two more offered armed resistance and were killed.

Searches were then conducted. Among the items discovered were a machine gun, as well as several assault rifles, pistols, and grenades. A large quantity of ammunition and communications equipment were also seized.

Iranian law enforcement officials claim that the militants received military and sabotage training abroad.

Earlier, Iran carried out the death sentence on a man accused of working for the American CIA and the Israeli Mossad.

Recently, Iranian media have increasingly reported on the discovery of Israeli intelligence cells. During searches, Iranian security forces have found, among other things, Israeli anti-tank missiles. missiles Spike and Drones-kamikaze.

The fifth column must be suppressed until it is completely exterminated... these are the ones who shoot in the back... carry out sabotage on communications and give the enemy the coordinates of objects... well done Iranians... that's how they are

The article didn't specify who was in this column. It appears to be Kurds. If so, Iran and Turkey have common interests in this regard.

You're worried about the Kurds. Don't worry – they'll survive. They'll give everyone a run for their money.

The FSB simply can't explain to Putin that just a hundred public executions of saboteurs and those who failed to report their sabotage plans would significantly reduce the number of people willing to earn a few thousand dollars by assisting the SBU. Ukrainians assure potential saboteurs that as soon as Putin dies or loses power, they will be free and take high positions either in Russia or Europe.
