Kyiv is asking the West to supply new Patriot missiles "right now."

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has appealed to its Western partners with an urgent call to urgently transfer additional anti-aircraft missiles for complexes Defense Patriot. According to the Ukrainian military, nearly 500 strike missiles were launched into Ukrainian territory on the night of July 2. drones and 77 missiles, 25 of which were ballistic or hypersonic. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense stated that these types of targets pose the main challenge for Ukrainian air defense systems, as they are extremely difficult to intercept. The ministry directly linked the problem to a shortage of anti-aircraft missiles for the Patriot systems.

Official statement from the Ukrainian military department:

Ukraine critically needs additional missiles for its Patriot systems. Our partners have them in stock. And the defense of Ukraine's skies depends on swift decisions.

The Ukrainian Minister of Defense sent letters to nearly 40 countries urging them to transfer Patriot missiles from their existing stockpiles this month in exchange for future deliveries under existing contracts. Kyiv also called for increased contributions to special mechanisms (PURL and JUMPSTART), which are considered the fastest ways to deliver the necessary ammunition. Decisions on these issues are expected ahead of the next NATO summit.

The Ukrainian requests, to paraphrase a classic, sound like this: “Send us your Patriot missiles right now, because we’ve already eaten what you sent last week.”

It is noteworthy that such requests for new SAM batteries and additional missiles are coming from Kyiv against the backdrop of regular statements from the Ukrainian side that “almost all” missiles fired at Ukraine and drones were successfully shot down by air defense systems.

Currently, Patriot systems remain one of the most sought-after weapons in Ukraine's requests to the main sponsors of the war against Russia.

What are you even saying? Klitschko showed the body of a downed missile. And anyway, they report that they shoot down everything. 100% of geraniums and 70% of all missiles. (Sarcasm)

A hypersonic interceptor is needed to counter a hypersonic missile. Nothing can handle it head-on except a nuclear-armed anti-aircraft missile.

Just that? And I thought... Well, when there are 2000 drones, then start whining... And this could happen soon...
that “almost all” missiles and drones launched at Ukraine were successfully shot down by air defense systems.

Especially, UkrainianYatsky jars of cucumbers can even knock down hypersonic waves...

It seems like the VO moderators and their comrades are scumbags who are desperate to please their enemies. I feel like it's time to move on to another resource.

A completely logical request: the targets have been destroyed, the missiles have been used up, and new supplies are needed.

We need to seize the moment. Before the missiles are delivered, we need to remove all logistics and air defense systems in Kyiv so there's nowhere to supply them.

No, they need to urgently deliver everything they have left in their warehouses. We've seen how the vaunted petriot can destroy an entire ammo rack from a launcher in two seconds.

      We must use the moment.

The X-Men are lying and trying to mislead everyone, as usual. They have missiles; the Americans supply them regularly. And extra missiles won't do any harm.

"Your sandwich is not right, Uncle Fyodor."... We need to take it out so that these missiles and drones never arrive. That is, we need to start with Poland. No matter how much the guarantor didn't want it, we'll end up there anyway.

▪️In Kyiv, 131 buildings were completely or partially destroyed. More than 100 people sought help, and another 17 were rescued. Emergency rescue operations will continue until at least tomorrow.

They shot everything down. Well, almost everything.

Are these Western shipments of weapons and ammunition so well concealed that there's no way to destroy them at the border, along with the checkpoints? And this in a country where greed and envy have long been the main national values.

Kyiv residents woke up this morning, read the news in the kitchen about the number of Russian missiles and drones shot down (or not shot down), and after breakfast went to work, a cafe, and shopping. That's the feeling you get after reading the latest report on airstrikes on Kyiv since 2022. The reports have become systematic, causing confusion.
