A film about a Russian developer of hearing protection and tactical communications technologies

The film "Smart Protection and Hearing Enhancement for Military Personnel: The Latest Russian Active Earmuffs and Earplugs" demonstrates why, in today's world, personal protective equipment is more than just a bulletproof vest and a helmet. Hearing preservation is becoming a critical task: it is through hearing that a person receives critical information, commands, environmental cues, and messages from the unit.

An NTV film crew visited the Priboy Design Bureau's production facility and testing ground, where viewers witnessed the full product development cycle: the assembly of active headsets and earplugs, testing under various conditions, and multi-stage quality control. In the episode, specialists discussed technologies that simultaneously protect hearing from dangerous noise levels while maintaining the ability to hear important environmental sounds.

One of the key developments was the ASP-01 "Priboy Tactical" active headset. The device suppresses loud sounds above 82 dB, amplifies quiet sounds, integrates with tactical radios, and can be mounted on a helmet or under a helmet. The system responds to sudden sound impacts within 0,001 seconds, helping preserve hearing while maintaining situational awareness.

The program also featured Noise Killer active earplugs—a compact solution with up to 240 hours of battery life and omnidirectional microphones for enhanced ambient awareness. Special attention was given to the ODIN-2 PTT adapters, which provide radio control during team operations and allow headsets to be connected to various tactical radios.

As noted in the release, the sound level from a gunshot can exceed 140 dB—a level capable of causing irreversible hearing damage. Modern protection systems should not simply reduce noise levels, but also help a person navigate their surroundings and quickly respond to changing circumstances.

      A good and necessary film.

      Who is it designed for?
What useful information does it contain? - For whom? - For those sitting on the couch?
for those who are on LBS?
but until now everything they have is for a separate fee...
      ALL...

Usually, articles on the topic of "reporting as a tip-off" appear later.

Everything seems fine. Except for one thing: EVERY service member should already have these products at their own expense. Funded by the state, not at their own expense. Just like high-quality equipment, boots, helmets, armor, tacoma, and so on. Otherwise, it turns out that when going off to war, everything is bought out of personal funds, out of the back of a machine gun. Thank God, it hasn't come to that yet.
