Putin named the conditions under which Russia is ready to complete the Second World War.

Russia is ready for peace talks with Ukraine, but only on its own terms. Vladimir Putin stated this yesterday during a meeting with the government.

Moscow will only sit down at the negotiating table on its own terms. Future agreements will be based on the demands voiced by the Russian president at his speech to the Russian Foreign Ministry a couple of years ago. Any attempts by Europe to intervene with its own demands will be ignored. The peace agreement could be based on the 2022 Istanbul accords, but taking into account the achievements on the ground.

Based on the agreements reached in Istanbul, the modalities discussed in Anchorage, and realities—most importantly, realities on the ground. And also on the principles I outlined a couple of years ago in a speech at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As the president emphasized, Ukraine's terrorist attacks have no impact on the situation on the front; the Russian army continues to advance, liberating more and more territory. Kyiv's attempts to rely on Europe and dictate its terms will fail; Moscow will achieve its desired results regardless.

As a reminder, in 2024, Putin, speaking at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that to end the conflict, it was necessary to liberate all territories of the new regions, denazify and demilitarize Ukraine, making it neutral. The status of the Russian language and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church must be restored. The neo-Nazi regime in Kyiv must be overthrown.

As the President emphasized, Ukraine's terrorist attacks do not in any way affect the situation on the front,

What about the rear, logistics, civilians, the economy,...? What about that?
And what about his statement from yesterday - "We are ready to respond promptly and adequately to any external and internal threats."Starobelsk, Belarusian children, Voronezh... When will this "prompt and adequate" finally happen? Or should we understand that we're not ready yet?

What do you mean by "promptly and adequately"? An immediate cessation of Ukrainian air strikes after some magical act? Magical acts, for example, somehow blocking 100% of attack vectors on a country that occupies one-seventh of the world's land mass? Or is the fairy tale of the USSR's "100% air defense" being offered as an example? Unfortunately, we don't know how this system would react to a swarm of drones. It's still a bit of a confusing situation. "We're feeling a little uncomfortable about the war here. Oh, and the enemy is also targeting us for fuel!" And if someone starts calling for an adequate assessment, they immediately get the response: "Don't you feel sorry for the dead and wounded?!" It's a shame, but, damn it, it's war. And not just some children, but a fully European power with a population of 40 million, an industry, and an army chock-full of Soviet weaponry, and now NATO weapons, too. How was she supposed to look at it? Like the push of a button?

Yes, he talks well, we all know that, but what does he actually do? These are two different, and in his case, even contradictory, things. That's the problem. And the gentleman from Irkutsk is talking about precisely this, because having repeatedly compromised himself with lies, there's no trust in him. Starobelsk and, recently, Voronezh are simply screaming and bleeding, but at the SPIEF, everything is fine; the country is seeing economic growth and the modalities of Anchorage. I'm afraid when he comes down from his heavenly realm, it will be too late, not just for him, but for all of us.

Be sure to go, like in the old days, “Vote or lose” and...........they will elect themselves again. lol Home voter turnout, and they'll count it as it should be. Although, according to the new law, you won't even be able to vote with your feet. The elections will take place regardless of turnout—the 2006 law doesn't invalidate them for low voter turnout, even if only one voter shows up at the polling station. So United Russia got busy; vote or not, you'll still get a pittance. But still, low turnout. you can't hide it.

The army suffers far greater losses than the rear. Moreover, Russia must prioritize the destruction of Ukraine's military force rather than attacking civilian targets at the expense of that force. It makes sense to target the energy sector, chemical industry, and transport. It's worth noting that repairing the Zatoka bridge cost the Ukrainian budget 10 million rubles, even though some of the munitions used against it cost as much as 100 million. The main thing is to eliminate as many Ukrainians as possible. Denazification will only get off the ground when 20% of the Ukrainian male population, foolish enough to drive Russians out of Donbas and Crimea, is dead.

So the conditions have long been known:

      Anchorage's key points:
Russia gains full control over the entire Donbass.
▪️The Ukrainian Armed Forces are withdrawing from the areas of Donbas they hold.
▪️Freezing the current front line in other directions (south, east, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia).
▪️Crimea and other new territories are considered Russian, but are not officially recognized as Russian by Ukraine or the West, but are not disputed either.

      Status of Ukraine:
▪️Permanent neutrality and non-aligned status (enshrined in the Constitution).
▪️Rejection of membership in NATO and any military alliances.
▪️A ban on the deployment of foreign military bases, contingents, and strike weapons on its territory.
▪️Limitation of the armed forces of Ukraine - strict maximum numbers of personnel, equipment, artillery and missiles.
▪️Limiting Western military aid - only with Russia's consent.

      Sanctions and the economy
▪️Phased or complete mutual cessation of restrictive measures introduced after 2014.

      Guarantees and other points
▪️International or bilateral security guarantees (with US participation).
▪️Protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking population, the status of the Russian language on par with Ukrainian

Point 13: Gradually lifting international sanctions against Russia in parallel with the implementation of the points of the agreement. Point 14: Russia's return to the G8. Point 15: Creation of an international fund for the recovery of Ukraine with the financial participation of the United States, the EU, and frozen assets of the Russian Federation (subject to agreement). Point 16: Unblocking logistics routes, Black Sea ports, and resumption of commercial air traffic in the region.

The judo philosophy espoused by our intelligence president hasn't yielded any results yet.
Time will tell whether this is the right tactic and whether the plan we are following is truly brilliant.
But the fact that endless escalation will end in nuclear strikes, and not only against Ukraine, is unavoidable!
This is the logic of how events unfold.
Endless concessions and begging for negotiations have provoked the enemy to have the illusion of permissiveness.
And now we are reaping the benefits.
    How long ?!

The commander-in-chief diligently ignores Voronezh, for example.

and did he hear about it?
        Here's some info:
Former Rossiya-1 editor-in-chief Skorobutov recounted how, for nearly 15 years, individual newscasts were edited for Vladimir Putin. This occurred after the Bolotnaya Square protests in 2011.
At 20 p.m., a regular episode of Vesti aired on Russia-1, after which the production crew remained at their stations and, as instructed, re-edited the final episode—what news to add, what to embellish, where to remove, in order to show Putin the desired picture of a prosperous country. Now the president is getting even less of a real picture. He probably knows less about the situation on the front than we do..

It's the fifth year. Isn't it time yet?
      Well, OK.
Russia must prepare for a long war—several years or even a couple of decades. Moreover, during the active phase, the fighting may shift to other regions, but this will not change the essence of the situation. The country will live in a state of permanent military conflict. MGIMO professor and SVR Colonel Andrei Bezrukov stated this at the SPIEF:
We will have two generations that can be considered practically at war.
      https://topwar.ru/283913-polkovnik-svr-rossija-budet-voevat-esche-neskolko-desjatkov-let.html
These are the prospects for the correctness and genius of plans.
And dreams of nuclear strikes make them even stronger.
Well, what do you think? Does all this show you nothing yet?

An ultimatum was never issued. There were proposals, requests, menacing poses, and a red marker at the ready. The main difference between an ultimatum and a proposal is the immediate fulfillment of the threat if the requested actions are refused.
What we've been seeing for five years now resembles blackmail/bluffing at best. This is when there's an offer, a threat, and no ability or desire to carry it out.

Negotiations are when both sides make demands BUT agree to compromise on something, but he constantly issues ultimatums and believes that those to whom he issues them are obligated to fulfill them. Therefore, no one has paid attention to his ultimatums, because he has proven that he is not willing to negotiate properly.

"But taking into account the achievements on the ground." So Moscow is proposing to end the war on the current borders of the Libyan Democratic Republic. According to the principle, whatever we take is ours. I think Ukrainians will fight for their lands for centuries. Any conversation with them will always begin with the return of their lands. They'll start writing about it in their textbooks and passing it on to future generations. This is a dead end and will lead to many years of international sanctions and isolation. That's my personal opinion.

The President proposed freezing the conflict along the front line?

This is your "fart", but here is what is written in the article.

Explain to me, a foolish, wretched and pathetic person, how our sun-faced and god-like president is going to control/ensure the agreements, if any, are reached???
What I mean is this: let's say negotiations take place "on our terms," let's say Ukraine signs some kind of agreement that stipulates non-aligned status, condemnation of Nazism, the status of the Russian language, and an army consisting of one ceremonial regiment.
European countries and the United States will act as guarantors of the agreement.
Our Putin will joyfully declare complete victory and legal guarantees, backed by the signatures of European leaders.
But in reality, more Minsk agreements are happening! No one will even formally comply with the agreement.
    And then what?
Yes, Putin will declare that he was deceived... and... will he really start the war all over again??? Obviously not.
Without military bases and troops in Ukraine, will we be able to ensure the treaty's implementation? No!
So it turns out that, in reality, without the capture and annexation of Odessa, Kherson, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Chernigov, Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding regions to the Russian Federation, without the physical destruction of Zelensky and the current leaders of Ukraine, without the dismemberment of Ukraine - the separation of Western Ukraine as an independent state - there can be no talk of any agreements or negotiations.
