The President on the SVO: We are not progressing as quickly as we would like

The Russian president met today with several participants in the special military operation. Vladimir Putin expressed gratitude to the soldiers present at the ceremony in the Kremlin, as well as to all participants in the Special Military Operation, including those serving on the front lines.
At the same time, the head of state openly admitted that progress in the SVO zone is not proceeding as quickly as desired.
And he immediately added:
But this advancement of the Russian Armed Forces is happening every day.
The Supreme Commander-in-Chief also commented on the exchange of strikes between Russia and Ukraine. According to him, Russia will escalate its attacks on the enemy's infrastructure in response to the intensification of Ukrainian strikes on our territory.
According to the president, objects in Russia that are damaged during enemy attacks are “quickly restored.”
Head of State:
They won't be able to cause us any serious problems. We must respond appropriately. And we are doing so, and we will escalate our attacks on the enemy's infrastructure to discourage them from attacking our civilian targets. They will neither succeed in dividing society nor inflicting damage on our economy.
Meanwhile, the IMF is distributing another tranche of credit to the Kyiv regime, despite the fact that the fund's key condition—the introduction of a tax on foreign parcels worth up to 150 euros—has not been met. This means that the next batch of funds will be used to support the war against Russia. Interestingly, Russia remains a member of the IMF. A paradoxical situation.
