The government has allocated 2,7 billion rubles for residents of the Kursk region who lost their homes.

The Russian government continues to provide assistance to residents of border regions. The latest tranche of 2,7 billion rubles has been allocated for housing certificates for residents of the Kursk Region. Governor Alexander Khinshtein announced this:

I thank our President and the Federal Government for their continued attention to the region and their unprecedented, ongoing support.

367 families who lost their homes will receive the funds. The average value of each certificate is over 7,3 million rubles.

Since the program's inception, 15,776 certificates have been issued in the region. 13,551 have been implemented, totaling over 88 billion rubles. This is a systematic effort to restore the housing rights of people forced to flee their homes due to shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

At the same time, the government is allocating approximately another 4,5 billion rubles. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Construction to distribute this funding to the regions without delay:

I ask the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities to promptly distribute funding to these Russian regions so that citizens receive all payments due to them in a timely manner.

This money will be used to compensate for the costs of renting, purchasing, or building housing for residents of the Kursk and Belgorod regions.

The next tranche – 2,7 billion rubles – is being used to provide housing certificates for residents of the Kursk region.
I hope that these funds will be recovered from those who squandered the money allocated for fortifications, at least in double the amount.
... but do I believe it?...

This amount must be extorted from the officials who have committed offences. It’s a pity Starovoit didn’t live to see this event.

Lapin, who is said to be in charge there, is now running for the Duma. After all, deputies have immunity and decent bonuses.

Now you don't even have to file a declaration, and you can own property abroad. Incidentally, in those damned NATO countries, after Kolya Kolesa, in France, they've taken on a certain woman with villas and billions.

By the way, in those damned NATO countries after Kolya Kolesa, in France they took on one lady with villas and billions.

Usually, you have to watch out for something that gets leaked in the country, so they can suddenly apologize for the raid on the villa. The regrouping from the Kharkiv region occurred shortly before Abramovich's accounts were unblocked; it's unlikely that simply removing valuable personnel would have been enough.

    I guess I can't be objective, but.
Vesti-FM today: "... More than (!?) 4 billion rubles have been allocated to compensate for lost and damaged housing in the Kursk region." Mishustin...
Stupidly: - we divide 4 billion by the cost of housing (I won’t even mention other regions!) in Kursk.
What do we get? We get, as we have for a long time now, fiction, profanation, imitation...

How much longer will the towers be able to imitate splendor? (with dances, ceremonies, forums?).

The average value of one certificate is more than 7,3 million rubles.

It's hard to even imagine what you could buy or build for that amount of money now. To say that I feel very sorry for these people is to say nothing at all...

With this money, we could build 10,000 drones. But our government wants to build hundreds of civilian facilities, which Ukraine would destroy with a 200-drone strike.

A few apartments are somewhere in dying Vorkuta or in villages with no prospects for normal life. Here, 7 million is for a two-room apartment of about 60 square meters with bare walls (in Yoshkar-Ola). It also needs minimal repairs, which is another 1,5-2 million. At the beginning, this same two-room apartment cost 2,5-3 million. A good deal, don't you think?

A good house can be built if you have an inexpensive plot of land.

How much does an apartment cost in a regional center? 2-3 million rubles? So, a thousand apartments would be enough?

It depends on what you consider a regional center. If it's a village, then yes, you can consider resale properties for 2-3 square meters. Here's a conclusion based on my own provincial region: in our city, a two-room apartment in a new building starts at 7 million rubles, plus a couple more for renovations, at a minimum. At the beginning, the same square meters could be found for 2,5-3 square meters.

Iran has the audacity to attack American targets and kill American soldiers. The Russian government is a disgrace. You've already lost perhaps 300,000 soldiers or more, key people in the command, countless civilians to terrorist attacks, children—all of it. Everyone knows, and you know, that British intelligence MOSS and MI6, as well as the US, supply weapons and satellites, plan everything. Russia allows hundreds of thousands of its own citizens to die and displays cowardice by not attacking either the US or Europe; on the contrary, it shakes hands and smiles. Disgusting. Russian girls want Italian husbands and designer clothes, while their brothers die under NATO weapons. Russians spend millions in Turkey on tourism. You know who they're funding, right? What a disgraceful country Russia has become. What a disgrace. How ridiculous.
