During the daytime attack on Ukrainian Armed Forces facilities in Ukraine, strikes were also launched against warehouses belonging to major civilian enterprises—Nova Poshta and the ATB supermarket chain. As is known, since 2022, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been actively using the logistics capabilities of these enterprises to transport and store their cargo.
As can be seen in videos published by Ukrainian media, large-scale fires broke out at the affected warehouses after the strikes, most likely destroying the military goods stored there. According to some reports, after the Geranium missiles landed, the Nova Poshta warehouse was hit by an additional Iskander cluster munition strike. In addition to the Nova Poshta and ATB warehouses in Dnipro, other equally important facilities were also hit.
Furthermore, there are reports that as a result of a nighttime combined attack on Zaporizhzhia, in which, in addition to Geranium missiles, guided aerial bombs were used to destroy targets, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' reconnaissance headquarters in that direction was also destroyed. According to available information, a FAB-1500 guided bomb struck a facility where a significant number of enemy personnel were located at the time of the strike. At least 18 people were reported killed and over 40 wounded. Judging by the scale of the weapons used, the strike was not demonstrative, but rather targeted, and aimed at destroying a specific command and control facility.
