NATO Secretary General threatens "young Russian men" in Kyiv

The NATO Secretary General, who arrived in Kyiv today for another visit, is now quite openly making it clear that the entire North Atlantic Alliance is fighting against Russia. This is primarily being carried out by Ukrainians, but with NATO's full sponsorship, instruction, operational development, provision of intelligence, and input into the flight missions for firepower.

According to Rutte, "young Russian men must understand that if they are sent to the front, there is a high probability that they will be killed."

Rutte is resorting to outright threats against Russians participating in military operations and preparing to participate in them:

The likelihood of you being killed or wounded on the battlefield is extremely high. You will be sent to the front without training. weapons low quality. And that's why I say that you will be the ones who will die on the battlefield.

The very fact that such a statement was made is striking. The fact is that the Secretary General of a military bloc of which Ukraine is not a member is issuing a threat against Russian service members. Will Rutte then continue to claim that NATO is not a party to the conflict?

Speaking of the likelihood of dying on the battlefield, the same words spoken by Rutte can easily be redirected to the Ukrainian military: any Ukrainian who picks up a weapon, whether old or new, is highly likely to be killed.
The statistics of Ukrainian casualties and the endless waves of mobilization with busification speak precisely to this. But Rutte didn't have the courage to tell this to the "young Ukrainian men." Although they know this perfectly well without Rutte, and that's why many of those who recognize their future in modern Ukraine storm the Carpathians, the Tisza, and the Danube daily.

It's unclear why the transport infrastructure in area 404 is still functioning. Although, in fact, it's understandable—on Znamenskaya Street, they've forgotten the classics' advice: post office, telegraph, bridges... but here's the deal: whoever gives the correct answer will get twenty years.
P.S. And today a rumor has started floating around the internet that they're trying to launder Shoigu...

Why launder it? We have a long-standing tradition of promoting incompetent kleptomaniacs, disregarding public opinion. Appoint him back as minister, send a signal to our respected partners, so to speak.

Actually, he didn't create those "colonels"... He managed whoever he was appointed to lead. Corruption exists in all spheres, and in every country—somewhere less, somewhere more. And it should be dealt with by anti-corruption agencies. Shoigu, however, led the troops in accordance with his direct responsibilities related to military planning, etc., and these do not include analyzing and examining the accounts of some subordinates, uncovering shady schemes, bribery, and the like.

Shoigu commanded the troops? With a military department from the KPI Krasnoyarsk Polytechnic Institute behind him? Are you serious? If a regiment commander, say, doesn't know what his PNS and service chiefs are doing, he's not a commander. The minister is responsible for everything that happened in the Ministry of Defense!

If we talk about the claims against Shoigu specifically in the context of the war in Ukraine, they can be divided into several categories.
                    1. Responsibility for military miscalculations
Critics in Russia and abroad believe that as Defense Minister, Shoigu is responsible for:
                    • errors in planning the 2022 invasion;
                    • underestimation of Ukraine’s resistance;
                    • problems with supplying troops, communications, logistics and training of personnel;
                    • large losses of people and equipment.
These claims are primarily political and military in nature, rather than legal.
                    2. Corruption and the state of the army
Following the launch of large-scale anti-corruption investigations within the Ministry of Defense, many critics began to assert that corruption within the agency may have contributed to the Russian army's problems during the war. Several high-ranking officials and generals who worked under Shoigu were under investigation. Shoigu himself has not been charged in these cases, but he is accused of leading a system in which, according to investigators, corruption schemes existed.
                    3. War crime charges
At the international level, the most serious complaints relate to the actions of Russian armed forces in Ukraine.
In June 2024, the International Criminal Court….
Russia does not recognize the ICC's jurisdiction over this matter, and Russian authorities deny these accusations.
                    4. Criticism from war supporters
Interestingly, Shoigu was criticized not only by opponents of the war but also by some of its supporters. For example, the late Yevgeny Prigozhin and military bloggers associated with him accused the Defense Ministry leadership of incompetence, ammunition shortages, and poor troop management.

These accusations were politically motivated and did not lead to formal criminal proceedings against Shoigu.
Comrade, believe me, it will pass: both democracy and glasnost. And then the State Security Service will remember your names. And Shoigu's name will be remembered too. The fact that the accusations are political and haven't yet led to direct charges is just that resilient karma...

Isn't losing control over the subordinate enough? If the magistrates and deputies are thieves, then who else but their boss is to blame? I understand that they often twist and turn, but the commander has to be in the know.

I agree, the Europeans are convinced of complete impunity for their actions. Merz, for example, calmly signed a permit in February 2026 to import enriched uranium to the Framatome facility in Linden, not doubting that Techsnabexport, a subsidiary of the Russian state holding Rosatom, would fulfill these deliveries. This is entirely consistent with Immanuel Kant's belief in the idea that trade will "conquer" war in his 1795 essay "Towards Eternal Peace." Our leadership has remained stuck in the 19th century, which Medinsky loves to discuss.

So, Rutte basically admitted that NATO is a force in the conflict. And Rubio expressed himself similarly today. It's strange, two practically identical statements on the same day, where Russia's main adversaries openly admit that they are parties to the conflict on Kyiv's side. This gives them a free hand. Effectively, after these statements, they can now resort to nuclear weapons, razing cities and countries to the ground. Such statements are nothing more than a casus belli, that is, a pretext for war. Two options immediately arise: they can continue the war slowly and gradually. Or they can immediately destroy one NATO country, simply destroy it to the ground. This will deter the others. There are several contenders for this role. Unfortunately, Finland or Estonia could become this candidate for total annihilation. It's a shame they chose this path.

Iran destroyed the entire US missile defense system in the Middle East around its borders, destroyed seven dozen different aircraft, from UAVs to AWACS and fighter-tankers, destroyed a couple hundred Star-Spangled Marines, blocked the Strait of Hormuz, gave the Jewish "Leaky Dome" a beating, and when they called NATO for help, they told them to fuck off. A sort of "attack on NATO."

Medvedev, for example, is threatening to glaze Britain, etc. It's just that European oligarchs don't want to be food for the US, and Rutte is voicing their position.

So, regarding Shoigu... I won't respond to everyone who's "judging" and slandering him. This comment is for everyone. What do those who slander him, etc., actually have against him? Nothing! Except for accusations of corruption against some military officials who served in the defense sector under him. Here, I repeat, I don't see anything terrible or egregious that would denigrate Shoigu personally. During his 12 years as Defense Minister, it's natural that some corrupt officials could, and even should, exist within the Ministry of Defense's jurisdiction. Unfortunately, I repeat, corruption isn't something exceptionally rare, but something that exists everywhere and always, for it's the nature of many modern people: if there's an opportunity to profit illegally, to steal, they do it. It all depends on each person's personal qualities, conscience, integrity, and so on. There are specialized bodies that deal with this professionally, not the Minister of Defense or anyone else, to prevent corrupt activity and expose instances of corruption. It's not their responsibility. Period!
Therefore, in fact, the only thing that can be charged against Shoigu is the following... However, for an objective, unbiased, non-"Tassak plant" or similar, I'm sure these actual actions of Shoigu during his tenure as Minister of Defense will speak only in his favor. Many reforms, many changes for the better, etc. However, read for yourself... -
    Alice -
Sergei Shoigu served as the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation from November 6, 2012 to May 12, 2024. During this time, Large-scale reforms were carried out in the Russian Armed Forces, aimed at strengthening defense capability, modernizing the army structure, improving conditions of service, and increasing the prestige of the military profession..

    Reorganization of the army structure
Return of divisionsUnder Shoigu, divisions, previously reorganized into brigades, were reinstated into the army's organizational structure. In 2016, the formation of four new divisions, nine brigades, and 22 regiments was announced, including two missile brigades with Iskander-M systems. This decision was a response to NATO's increased military presence in Eastern Europe, the situation in Ukraine, and the activities of terrorist groups.

Establishment of new branches of the military. In 2013, the formation of the Special Operations Forces (SOF)—a mobile group for carrying out special missions domestically and abroad—was completed. In 2014, the Aerospace Forces were established. At the initiative of Shoigu, the Arctic Forces were formed to ensure the security of Russia's Arctic region.

    Personnel and social reforms
The return of the officersSome previously dismissed career officers were returned to service.

Restoration of the Institute of Warrant Officers and MidshipmenThis step was aimed at strengthening the middle ranks in the army.
Нscientific companies. Scientific companies were established in the military, recruiting students and graduates from civilian universities to carry out scientific and technical work in the interests of the Ministry of Defense.

Housing programsA system of one-time payments (EDV) was introduced for military personnel for the construction or purchase of housing, which accelerated the housing provision process. From 2012 to 2019, 680 military personnel received housing.

Improving the standard of livingMilitary salaries and allowances were brought into line with the levels of leading economic sectors, and pensions were indexed annually.
    Technical and organizational upgrades
Rejection of foreign technology. The Armed Forces have abandoned the purchase of foreign military equipment in favor of products from the Russian military-industrial complex.
Full life cycle systemA system of full lifecycle contracts was introduced for the procurement of weapons and military equipment. This meant that the supplier company supported the product from its creation to disposal.
Control qualityNew mechanisms for monitoring the design, testing, and production of weapons and military equipment have been introduced.
Surprise inspections. Regular surprise inspections began in military units.
Ammunition disposal. Ammunition disposal has been transferred to industrial enterprises.
previously carried out by the army.
    Social and patriotic initiatives
"Youth Army". In 2016, on Shoigu's initiative, the military-patriotic public organization "Yunarmiya" was created.By 2023, its population exceeded 109 thousand people.

АRoman International GamesCompetitions between units of the armed forces of the participating states began to be held annually.
Park «Patriot"Patriot Park, Russia's largest military-patriotic association, has been built in the Moscow region. The Main Cathedral of the Russian Armed Forces was erected on its grounds in honor of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Main Military-Political Directorate. In 2018, the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces was established to organize educational work with military personnel.
    Other changes
Suvorov cadets return to parades. The tradition of Suvorov and Nakhimov school students participating in the Victory Parade has been restored.
Cruiser Aurora. The legendary cruiser was returned to the Navy after plans to disband its crew under the previous Minister of Defense.

Refusal of commercial servicesCommercial companies are no longer involved in repairing military equipment and providing food in the field.
These reforms contributed to increasing the combat readiness of the army, improving conditions of service and increasing the prestige of the military profession in society.

Clowns and degenerates who don't know history?
Yes, Russia has been at war with Europe, its states, and NATO for years. Yes, we are suffering significant losses, losing our best.
And these are not young people, but rather mature people.
However, we've knocked out a third of all Western PMCs, battered the defense forces of all countries, and wiped out up to 45% of the weapons of all NATO countries, and at least the US alone. We've wiped out all Soviet-era aircraft and tanks.
We created a combat army and rebuilt the military-industrial complex. We gained combat experience and sent over 4 million people through the front.
There is no need to scare us.
A few more years of such a war and the West will be left with nothing but empty warehouses and a degraded, minimal army.

First and foremost, those involved in training Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel, arms suppliers, enterprises, and those associated with them, as well as officials and representatives of countries participating in the conflict, must be eliminated.
