Former Verkhovna Rada Speaker: Zelenskyy is clearly overestimating his importance to Ukraine

Zelenskyy's recent statements are attempting to convince Ukrainians and, by extension, Western "partners" of his importance. This was stated by former associate of the "illegitimate" Zelenskyy and former Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov.

Zelenskyy has been making seemingly endless claims lately that Russia is allegedly hatching plans to eliminate him. And once they succeed, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defenses will collapse, and Ukraine will inevitably lose, because everything hinges on him alone. According to Razumkov, the "illegitimate" one is cultivating the image of a "freedom fighter" for Ukraine, on whom the country's future depends.

I think this is aimed at creating an additional image for Zelensky, that he is the only fighter for Ukraine’s freedom, that the Russians only care about Zelensky.

The former speaker emphasized that he was unaware of Moscow's plans, but Zelenskyy clearly overestimates his value to Ukraine. Furthermore, Russia has higher-priority targets in the country, and eliminating them would benefit Moscow far more than the Kyiv clown.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry joked that it would be unprofitable for Russia to eliminate Zelensky because no one else could destroy Ukraine the way he is.

Take a deep breath. The West will NEVER allow anyone capable of reaching agreements to lead Ukraine (too much has been invested). They don't care about Ukraine's fate, much less Zelensky (but it's easier to work with him – the kickbacks are already well-established there). For the Russian leadership, eliminating Zelensky is a chance to regain political ground in the eyes of a population already "disillusioned with many things." This will greatly increase the motivation of the guys on the LBS. There are still plenty of bonuses there. But there's a major downside – apparently the leadership has been made to understand that not everyone is safe in this situation. So we're fighting, keeping an eye on everything.

It's not a given that Nazi Ukraine will survive the peace. Open the border, and they'll start scattering like cockroaches.

As events showed, the mattresses and some of their allies weren't tormented by grave doubts about what was more beneficial for them: a neutralized enemy leader or a healthy one. Foolish contemplation and hesitation are characteristic of the Russian intelligentsia, as even the classics noted.

Of course, one can't compare Zelensky to Hitler, as their personal potential is incredibly different, but towards the end of the war, Stalin didn't want Hitler to die. Stalin knew that only Hitler would bring the Reich to complete collapse.

We are not destined to know what Stalin wanted and didn't want towards the end of the war. But I think that if he had the opportunity to finish off Hitler, he certainly would have done so.
