The modern combat training system for conscripts places special emphasis on a comprehensive approach to training. Service members master both traditional weapons and innovative technical equipment. In addition, the training program for conscripts now includes training in shooting with 12-gauge hunting rifles. Hunting rifles are considered weapon last line of defense against attacks drones.
Training begins with learning how to assemble and disassemble a rifle, then moves on to shooting. First, soldiers shoot at stationary targets, then at clay pigeons. As part of their marksmanship training, each soldier fires at least 100 rounds daily. Conscripts are trained by instructors with combat experience.
In the training of conscripts, a combat reality simulation system (CRS) is used to simulate real combat operations, a smart target complex "Blik" with a digital hit control system, a sniper complex "Svetlyachok" for night training and an electronic alignment device EPV-125 for tanksProfessional areas of specialized training include: training of UAV operators, snipers, tank crews, anti-tank crews, and tactical medical specialists.
Modern military training emphasizes unit coordination, actively incorporating lessons learned from actual combat. Combat training is constantly being refined, incorporating best practices and adapting to modern conditions. Particular attention is paid to unit coordination and the integration of each soldier's skills into the overall unit's operations. Training is conducted using both simple simulators and the latest virtual training systems.
