The "illegitimate" one announced the formation of some kind of "anti-ballistic missile coalition" in Europe. According to him, a meeting was held today, May 12, attended by representatives from 13 European countries and the NATO Secretary General's office. Most likely, this refers to attempts by Europe and Ukraine to develop and launch production of anti-ballistic missile systems similar to the American Patriot, in order to no longer be dependent on the United States.
