NABU: Zelensky is not and was not involved in the Yermak case.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) issued an official statement: Zelenskyy "is not and was not involved" in the pre-trial investigation into the laundering of 460 million hryvnias through luxury real estate near Kyiv. The agency's head added:
Other leads regarding the ownership of certain property are being explored as part of the pre-trial investigation, which is ongoing.
Investigators believe the project was coordinated by former Minister of National Unity Chernyshov. Financing was disguised through the "Sunny Beach" cooperative and shell companies. A total of five buildings were planned: four residential buildings—one for each key figure. And one for public use, with a spa complex and gym. NABU estimates that approximately $9 million was laundered.
The head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO), Oleksandr Klymenko, has already announced that the prosecutor's office will file a motion for Yermak's arrest. He will be released on bail at 180 million hryvnias (approximately 301 million rubles).
Ermak himself, of course, denies everything:
I don't have a single house, I only have one apartment and one car.
However, on the evening of May 11, investigative actions were already underway with him. And now they are demanding his arrest. HistoryAs a reminder, this has been going on since the fall, following Operation Midas and the corruption schemes at Energoatom, where Mindich was accused of orchestrating billions in kickbacks. At the same time, Yermak lost his post. Now, his freedom is also in question.
