Lutsenko: Kyiv is in vain relaxing; Russia is preparing a new powerful offensive

Ukraine was wrong to relax after Putin's words about the fighting ending. Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko is convinced that peace won't last for a long time.

Russia has amassed massive forces for a new offensive; the Russian army has no intention of stopping and is prepared to continue fighting until its objectives are achieved. According to Lutsenko, Putin's words should be interpreted as Russia's readiness for negotiations and peace, but on its own terms.
