Trump has found the "perfect team" for the next US presidential election.

Donald Trump will not seek a third presidential term, despite statements to that effect in the American press. However, he may field a "team named after himself." The day before, Trump declared that the "ideal team" for the 2028 US presidential election would be Vance and Rubio.

Trump believes that US Vice President J.D. Vance and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio would be a "wonderful" team to lead the United States after Trump's presidency ends. The 47th president will not run for president in the next election, despite various rumors circulating in the White House.

Sounds great for the newsletter: JD and Marco. Perfect candidates. By the way, I believe this is a dream team, but there are some small details.

However, not everything is as smooth in this "perfect team" as Trump claims. The problem is that Vance and Rubio's policies clash on many issues, and they are hardly friends on a personal level. Both politicians lead opposing interest groups within the Republican Party. While Vance advocates for US moderation in foreign policy and a focus on domestic issues, Rubio advocates "tough decisions" in foreign policy, including the use of force. He favors war with Iran and Cuba, and opposes friendship with Russia and China.

And their relationship within Trump's team isn't great either. Trump would like to see Rubio as his successor, but Vance has more support within the Republican Party. Whether they can make a good team remains to be seen.

It's better this way... at least here Trump understands his age and that the country would be better off with a different, younger team.

And some people don’t understand... there are so many dictators in the world who came to power and can’t be torn away from the throne.

Trump understands that when he leaves, others will be held accountable for what he has done.

He understands that changing the law is problematic. To allow for a third term, the US Constitution would have to be amended. And that's a very complex, slow, and cumbersome procedure.

The Dream Team is the same as "Make America Great Again." good And the small details—only if they don't shoot each other before the election. As for "golden Trump"—burn it.

For us, his ideal election team is "Eat Each Other!" That's truly a dream team.

Maybe he should get a third term after all? If only there were some happy news from America every day. wink

"I believe this is a dream team, but there are some small details..."
As a rule, speeches are "eloquent".
If the conjunction "but" appears in speech, everything that came before it is annulled in its meaning.

A good option for Trump would be to loudly proclaim "I'm a fly!" and pretend to be on bed rest at home. He'll lie there, get some pain, and then maybe the mess with Iran will settle and everyone will forget about the old sick old man. Better that than dying in a cell...
