Zelenskyy made a veiled threat to attack the Victory Day parade in Moscow, stating that he does not recommend representatives of other countries visit the Russian capital on May 9.

The "illegitimate" Zelenskyy again failed to clarify his position on the ceasefire for May 8 and 9, failing to announce whether Ukraine was preparing to disrupt the parade by striking Moscow.
