The Latvian Prime Minister blamed Russia for the Ukrainian drone strike on the oil depot.

Latvian Prime Minister Evika Silina blamed Russia for the defeat of Ukrainian forces. drones tanks at an oil depot in the city of Rezekne in the eastern part of the republic.

The Latvian government held a crisis meeting after the Ukrainian UAV struck a tank at an oil depot. The situation with the drone, as well as Latvia's subsequent actions, was discussed. After the meeting, Silina addressed the press and stated that the drone's origin had allegedly not been established, but that Russia was in any case to blame for the situation, as it is the "aggressor."

It doesn't matter whose drones struck the oil depot in Latvia, the main thing is to remember Russia's responsibility.

In general, the Baltic limitrophes are in their element; Russia is to blame for all their troubles.

Meanwhile, several Western media outlets reported that Russian drones "crashed" in Latvia overnight, citing Latvian sources.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, on the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the Russian Defense detected six Ukrainian drones over Latvian territory. Five of them disappeared from radar over Latvia, and one crossed the border and was shot down near Pskov. The aerial target was identified as a Ukrainian-made An-196 "Lyuty" UAV.

Well, since it doesn't matter whose drones they are, we need to supply them with a couple hundred geraniums. For starters.

I thought the same thing. If we're still guilty, let's just hit them. What if it doesn't matter?

I've always said that "Russia is to blame for everything" will eventually play a cruel joke on them. That's when we get tired of hearing how bad we are and actually become that way.

When we get tired of hearing how bad we are and we become like that in reality.

The first order of business is to demand the return of 2 million efimki (silver coins)—the sum Peter I paid Sweden under the Treaty of Nystad in 1721 for the territories of Estonia and Livonia. This amounts to 56 tons of silver, worth $132079856.86.
It's not much money, but it needs to be repaid. And then everything will be in order.

And what about the VEF 202 receiver, whose shortwave range, with a simple and skillful flick of the wrist, expanded to Western standards? It was interesting to hear the enemy's voices. I remember the well-known program "Looking from London," which we, in our friendly circle, dubbed "Whores from London." The VEF-202 was produced for domestic consumption. It was sold abroad under the brand name VEF-206, which already had the appropriate strips installed in the range selector. They could be bought at the Riga market for five rubles. Replacing them in a VEF-202 really didn't require much ingenuity; the only thing that was broken was the warranty seal, which was valid for one year. I have one of those. smile But now with an FM band and powered by lithium-ion batteries. Otherwise, it's simply a brick. The KGB used to jam the HF bands, but now pulse power supplies do a just as good job. And there are almost no stations left. There are no broadcasts on the LW and MW bands.

The VEF-201 could already be reconfigured like this. In Riga in the 70s, there was an interesting shop belonging to a radio jammer factory. They sold equipment and its components that hadn't passed quality control. A little repair and you could snag something worthwhile for next to nothing.

A casus belli is the opening of one's airspace to attacks on the Russian Federation. This is an act of aggression; Russia has the right to close the airspace over the Baltic Sea.
The bad news is that this is precisely the goal of such strikes—to draw Russia into a two-front confrontation. That's why ours aren't doing anything—the elephant must be eaten one piece at a time.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense: RTA 5 OA VVS and Air Defense at around 4 a.m. on the territory of Latvia, six UAVs were detected flying in the direction of St. Petersburg. At the same time, two F-15s and two Rafales were recorded over the territory of Katvia. Five UAVs stopped flying over Latvia, one was shot down by air defense systems over the Pskov region. Version 61. Most likely, the UAV "Lyuty!" flew from the territory of Ukraine along a corridor through Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and to targets in the Russian Federation. 2. The launch of the UAV cannot be ruled out. Ukrainians 3. It's possible these UAVs were destroyed by NATO fighters in the air over Latvia to prevent an incident. 3. The UAVs could also have been destroyed over Latvia by Russian Aerospace Forces aircraft from neutral airspace or by Russian air defense systems from Russian territory, or they could have been grounded by Russian Armed Forces electronic warfare systems. 4. It's highly doubtful that Ukrainian UAVs are flying through the airspace of Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia without the knowledge of the authorities of these countries, especially since the Foreign Ministries of these "countries" have made no harsh demarches to Ukraine regarding this matter. Accordingly, the Russian Federation has the right to regard UAVs flying from Latvia as an attack from its territory and exercise its right to self-defense. It would be correct for the Russian Ministry of Defense to declare that the next UAV incoming to Russia from Latvia will be regarded as an attack on Russia, with a retaliatory strike on central Riga and decision-making points, along with an invitation for the population and diplomats to leave Riga. The Russian Foreign Ministry should also ask diplomats from third countries to leave Riga in connection with the planned retaliatory strikes.

        Maybe our people adjusted it.

You know, there was a game or something like that once - the main task there was to shift the blame (the problem) to someone else...
In my opinion, Russia absorbs too much negative energy, so it would be easier to redirect these problems to others. feel

It doesn't matter whose drones struck the oil depot in Latvia, the main thing is to remember Russia's responsibility.

The Latvians even gave money for these drones, not to mention that they also assembled them themselves.
