You could assemble it in any garage (notionally, of course). There are clearly not enough operational positions to identify all the points. The optimal solution is to identify transport with incoming components in advance (military intelligence has plenty of work to do, this is certainly up to Naryshkin). An operational combination from the SVR and GRU would be great to identify the channel (which is known) and carry out further liquidation measures. But... I'm just making things up.

Judging by what's written about drone production in Ukraine, it seems like any barn could be hit with that excuse, while large, long-range drones are produced in Europe (unless the cook is lying), and the Eskanders don't fly there. The article doesn't specify which drones were actually produced or what their production volume was before their arrival.
I understand we're just simple folks here, and intelligence shouldn't be reporting back to us, but then why bother explaining where it landed? It landed and then it flew away—they're at war, so it should be a serious hit. They're shooting at us and don't care if they hit an ambulance or a shuttle bus.

UAVs that fly a few dozen kilometers, like FPV ones, can be assembled on a balcony, but one that can fly several hundred kilometers, bypassing enemy air defense points, navigating using GPS, is simply not possible.
