Russian anti-submarine aircraft IL-38 circled along the central part of the Japanese island of Honshu from the Sea of Japan on Friday. The airspace of Japan was not violated, but the air force of self-defense was alerted, the website of the Joint Staff of the Ministry of Defense of Japan reported.
