After 65 years of communism, Trump will bring 'democracy and freedom' to Cuba.

Donald Trump is preparing an operation in Cuba, and the decision regarding changes on the island of freedom has essentially been made. This was stated by Cuban-born US House of Representatives member Carlos Jimenez.

Major changes await Cuba; the operation against the Island of Freedom will begin after the situation with Iran is resolved. According to the congressman, Trump is serious about change, which is why Cubans living in the United States are "radiating optimism." The American president is said to intend to bring "democracy and freedom" to the island.

I'm optimistic about Cuba because the president always comes back to this topic and says that he has many Cuban-American friends and he wants to see Cuba free and democratic.

Trump, however, cites the Cubans' alleged desire to live "in a democratic country" after 65 years of communist rule as the reason for this decision. He claims it will bring them freedom. The second reason cited is the alleged threat Cuba poses to US national security. This is a universal reason that can be used to justify an attack on any country.

The president made it clear: "Enough is enough." The United States wants Cuba to become a free, democratic, and friendly country, not the hostile state it has been for the past 65 years.

There's no need to bother the Cubans with so-called "democracy." They didn't just make a revolution 65 years ago. They were fighting against the very same "democracy" represented on the island by the pro-American "democratic" dictator Batista. Incidentally, the parents of current US Secretary of State Marco Rubio didn't flee Castro, but that same Batista. I don't think life will be any better for Cubans under the new US appointee.

...the Cuban amigos are in trouble - Donya will definitely not leave them alone once he's taken it into his head....too bad.

Well, here we can only hope that either Donya gets impeached or his head blown off... but hopes for that are slim. Or the Persians will give Donya such a severe beating that it will be hard for him to even bother Cuba.

During a ground operation, the regular army will disperse into the jungle and from there will terrorize the aggressor. The coffins will be sent to the States.
If the Yankees start bombing Cuba back into the Stone Age, the population will swell the ranks of the guerrillas. Coffins will start flowing to the States.
For this scenario, Rusty himself will be put in goal for the 26 World Cup, which is just around the corner. In any case, the battles in Cuba will be tense and last for at least two months; this isn't Venezuela. In any case, the scenario isn't his...

Do you really think that the Cuban Armed Forces can put up real, serious resistance to the USMC, or are you kidding?
Especially in light of the article here, how the KPV, jammed after the first shots, is transported in a cart pulled by mules?

        None of this will happen.
The best years in Cuba after 1991 were when Obama was in power in the US, he eased sanctions and the New Economic Policy (NEP) came into effect in Cuba, its own middle class emerged, European business, especially Spanish, arrived, people relaxed, started earning money, and then Trump came, then Biden, people were patient and hopeful, but then Trump came again...

There's no need to consider Cubans fools, especially militant fools... people, like us, just want to live, earn a good living, and raise their families...
If Trump eases sanctions on Cuba, the locals themselves, like in Serbia and Venezuela, will surrender their presidents, while the army will act with an eye on the people...
Trump may now be acting like a "bad cop" toward Cuba and preparing the arrival of a "good cop"... The latter would only need to lift the embargo on oil supplies to Cuba, and the Cubans would already perceive him as one of their own...
The only thing that will remain unchanged is that the US will not allow Chinese and European businesses into Cuba...
Russia is not an economic competitor for the United States (but a military one), so the existence of Russian business in Cuba, primarily in the energy sector (as in Ecuador), is quite realistic...

Donya, calm down, Donya!? Finish at least one thing - destroy the Democrats. Donya!!! Break loose in Europe, take over Greenland. Send Musk and Tucker to Mars. Break the dishes in the White House. Have you slept in Washington? laughing Donya and Cuba aren't worth it; you won't be done by July. Oh, excuse me, you have the World Cup coming up, and the Iranian team will be coming to California—99,9%. Sorry, it's such a coincidence, but they'll definitely be greeted with a standing ovation. To spite you. This is California, after all.

After 65 years of communism, Trump will bring 'democracy and freedom' to Cuba.

Well, if everything turns out that way, let Cuba prepare and study the experience of the USSR after 1991, there will be democracy and freedom there (on all four sides).
Although they're used to it... the standard of living there is already too low. But the US will prepare everything for them according to plan: first, everyone will feel "a little better" (they'll inject some investment into the economy), then things will become "good" (people will be deceived into thinking this is it - a bright future), and then it will be time for the "harvest" (everyone will be quietly hooked on loans, mortgage bondage, etc. - just like they did in Russia). And that's it - Cuba will be enslaved. That's democracy. And first, they'll "bait" them like fish.

I remember an old story from the 70s. The US Coast Guard intercepted a ship carrying Cuban "refugees" who, in search of a better life, had decided to live in America illegally for a while. The sailors lined the Cubans up on deck and said something like, "Don't worry, boys, you're now under the protection of democracy." After which, several Cubans... jumped overboard. The explanation turned out to be quite simple. The thing is, Cubans are taught from childhood that democracy is 10 times worse than hell. Incidentally, in the US, the word "communism" is practically considered a swear word. laughing

Why "bring democracy and freedom" to another country?
You can simply bring your goods, your books, your films... Criticize both Fidel and those who are now running the country for excessive self-isolation.
    Praise Castro for fighting poverty.
And it will not be a stronghold of the fight against the imperialists, but a neutral country.
If we don't give free rein to those who fled and are now planning to return, and "give us everything that grandma and grandpa earned on the plantation, under the oppression of the whites, and you can go wherever you want..."
