IRGC: Two vessels detained in Hormuz for interfering with navigation

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps officially announced the detention of two large vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, according to Iranian media reports.

According to a statement from the IRGC Navy, the incident occurred this morning. The detained vessels were also named: the container ship MSC Francesca (flagged in Panama) and the vessel Epaminondas (flagged in Liberia). The Iranian Defense Ministry described them as "intruders" who attempted to surreptitiously leave the strait without obtaining the necessary permission. According to some reports, at least one of them was heading to the UAE.

IRGC Press Service:

These vessels created a serious threat to navigational safety and, according to available information, interfered with navigation systems. Both vessels have now been escorted to the coast of Iran, where their cargo and ship documentation will be inspected.

Earlier on Wednesday, the British Maritime Administration reported that two vessels had been fired upon in the Strait of Hormuz. Commenting on the incident, Iranian officials emphasized that maintaining order and security in the strategically important Strait of Hormuz is a "red line" for Tehran.

The situation in the region remains tense amid an ongoing maritime standoff and the ongoing US blockade of Iranian ports.

On these the news Oil prices have returned to growth. Currently, a barrel of Brent crude is trading above $99, while a barrel of Russian Urals is about a dollar higher. As a reminder, at its peak (a few days ago), Urals cost over $120 per barrel, but then fell below $97.

Handsome, I like the "Francesca", the flags are ports of call. The barn is just huge, like an aircraft carrier. How do you like that, Trump? True, there might be Russians in the crew.

The Russians will be housed separately, given food and drink, and perhaps offered houris... feel

There is no point in being envious; to do that you must first die.

In Islamic tradition, houris (Arabic: حُورِيّات, ḥūrīyyāt) are one of the images of bliss promised to the faithful in Paradise (Jannat), described in the Quran and hadith. They are often mentioned in the context of divine rewards for faith, virtue, and perseverance, but it is important to understand their symbolic, spiritual, and cultural meaning, rather than simplifying them into literal "rewards" in a material or sensory sense.

Etymology From Arabic ḥawrāʾ (حوراء) - "with white eyes and dark pupils" - a symbol of purity, beauty and perfection.
Quranic descriptions - "As if they were pearls hidden in shells" (Surah 56:22) — “Pure, beautiful, as if they were eggs hidden within an egg” (Surah 37:48) — “They are not defiled by man or jinn” (Surah 55:56)
Created by Allah specifically for the inhabitants of Paradise, they are not earthly women, but possess an ideal, unearthly nature—eternal youth, purity, without sin, illness, or natural needs.
        They are not a "prisoner-reward"
Houris are not "prey" or "property," but a divine gift, a part of perfect bliss. Their existence is a symbol of spiritual, aesthetic, and emotional fulfillment, not sexual satisfaction.

It's true that there may be Russians on board.

      They will visit the Persians.

What about the seized tankers? The Iranians have stopped two "barn-sized" container ships for inspection. The first is huge, the second smaller. They'll marinate and release the containers on ships from friendly countries, mixed with unfriendly ones—possibly from the US for friendly countries and Iran. hi
