The reduction in the number of the Russian people and uncontrolled migration flows are the main problem of the national security of Russia in the 21st century. Part of 2
Unfortunately, many people do not notice the danger of the general archaization of Russia, its rollback to the past in the field of "spirituality", the sphere of relations between man and "higher powers". Russia and the media just flooded with various religious figures, those who previously preached atheism, was a hooligan and a slacker, lively enrolled in mullahs, shamans, psychics, magicians, learning a very cost-effective niche. And despite the rapid growth of the “army” of priests, mullahs, Buddhist monks, shamans and other healers, the construction of a mass of religious buildings, Russian society does not become safer, rather the opposite. If we compare the level of morality of the average Soviet person and the average Russian, this comparison will not be in favor of modern Russia.
I will come only one illustrative example. In the Soviet years, the first teenager would almost certainly have approached a smoking teenager — the second adult on the way would pick cigarettes, give a lecture about the dangers of smoking, or give a hit up (or all together). Now few will do so. Most pretend not to see. Someone is just scared to do something, since it is simply dangerous, the teenagers themselves can cripple or “notice” a person for aggression against the “child”. After all, we are now following the precepts of Hitler and Goebbels and their current, more flexible and hidden followers, a tolerant society, that is, a society tolerant of evil in all its manifestations.
The state has created an atmosphere of almost complete freedom in this area. The struggle for the souls and hearts of the people of Russia in the 1990-e and 2000-e years were literally all and sundry. And there were few lazy people, considering the wealth of Russia, and the enormous opportunities for their withdrawal from the country. Then the central government followed the path of the Russian empire - it became fashionable to maintain “official” confessions - Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and Judaism. Although to be honest, the only traditional faith in the territory of Russia is paganism, which was preserved by some peoples of the North, Siberia, and the Mari. All other religions are aliens. But this is another topic that requires more attention. The bottom line is that by supporting the “traditional” confessions, power is attacking the rake of the Russian Empire. The split of the population along the line of religion automatically leads to the “Yugoslav scenario”, where Catholic Slavs were slaughtered with Orthodox Slavs and Muslim Slavs. The growth of the number and informational value of the Islamic community leads to the strengthening of the social base for building the “Great Caliphate” or the “Great Turan” (the question is whether the Arabs or the Turks will be the leader of the Islamic world). The growth of the influence of religions lays mines in society.
The Russian authorities were unable, or unwilling, to offer Russian, Tatar, Caucasian, etc. young people such a project (like the Soviet one) that would unite the overwhelming majority of society into a single whole. Instead of joint construction of “Great Russia”, representatives of the Caucasian regions dream of “Great Ichkeria” or “Great Cherkessia”, Tatars about “Great Horde” or “Great Turan”, Russians about “Russian Republic” or “small, European Russia”. True, there are still few ideological ideas. Most of the youth live in the "golden calf". A holy place is never empty. You can not occupy such a huge territory, in fact, the whole of Northern Eurasia, and do nothing. “Just to live,” as ordinary people dream. While we were “just living” in the last decades of the late USSR and the Russian Federation, the world was seething and preparing for a battle for a place under the sun. If the Russians do not want to be "the king of the mountain", there are enough people willing to take their place. But at the same time the Russians will no longer be the people who went their own way, were the flagship for other peoples of mankind, but the biomass, whose fate will be determined by the winners.
It’s enough to consider just a few Newsto understand the whole depth of the danger of Islamization (archaization) of Russia. Already there have been reports of the participation of the Tatars of Crimea and Tataria, as well as representatives of the Muslim regions of the North Caucasus in the Syrian conflict. Rais Suleymanov, head of the Volga Center for Regional and Ethnic Religious Studies of RISI, said that there are attempts to recruit militants for a “holy war” in Syria in Tatarstan. According to his assessment, the number of people from the Volga region who are fighting in Syria is already 150-250 people. On social networks, information appeared that on May 6-7, a detachment of Tatar volunteers suffered serious losses near Aleppo (up to 60% of the squad was lost). In addition, in the province of Damascus in the village of Kharasta, another Tatar detachment was completely destroyed.
Rais Suleymanov noted: “The sympathetic tone of presenting this information is amazing.” This indicates the presence of a social base in Russia among the Wahhabi militants. Already, the militants have sympathizers who do not hide their sympathy for the "Tatar volunteers." The expert said that, according to him, one of the Wahhabi leaders of the Republic of Tatarstan is the imam of the Taub mosque “Tayraba” Ayrat Vakhitov (known as Salman Bulgari in the network) is actively engaged in informational work among Tatar youth with calls to help “the leading jihad brothers in the land of Sham ". “Help”, in the opinion of the “spiritual person”, can be organized both by personal participation and moral and financial support.
Another base for radical Islamists - Wahhabi becomes Siberia. Already there are voices about the creation of the "Siberian Caliphate." The authorities of Novy Urengoy were the first to hint about Wahhabis when, at the end of 2012, they sharply reduced entry to the city by young people from the Asian and North Caucasian republics. It must be said that liberal ideas often turn out to be stronger than common sense. Already at the beginning of the new year, the entrance to New Urengoy was opened, then closed, and then simplified. Experts note that young people infected with viruses of radical Islam, or even openly positioning themselves as Wahhabis, are purposefully going to the oil and gas centers of Russia. The authorities of the regions of the North Caucasus and Central Asia benefit only from such migration; in fact, the traditionally Russian areas of explosive material, unemployed and poorly educated ballast are being pushed. Around this process is an information war. Patriots and just sensible people are protesting, and the federal-level media and much of the local press are crushing tolerant slogans that we have heard more than once: “There are criminals among every nation”! “All people are brothers! Our Motherland is the USSR! ”And so on. However, reality destroys all mirages. And if you start the process, the treatment will be accompanied by a lot of blood.
Wahhabis themselves prefer not to participate in this process, they have enough advocates in the ranks of bureaucracy, intellectuals, and the press. Their cells are simply being prepared. Expert Rais Sulemanov believes that the North of Russia and Western Siberia have already become the rear base of radical Islam. In the Siberian "jamaats" they lecture that all oil is given by Allah and the "infidels" illegally own it. The Khanty-Mansiysk, Yamalo-Nenets okrugs, the Komi Republic and part of Tyumen should become the foundation for the Islamic state, the “Caliphate of Tyumen,” which in the future may become part of the “Great Caliphate.” There is a preparatory stage. They learn, organize, begin to collect a tax from rich co-religionists, pull up Russians and Tatars (for whom the state has not set a Great Purpose). The presence of Russians in these structures should not be relaxed, it is known that in "pure Islam" there are no nationalities, there is only a purpose.

Migration issue
The absurdity of the situation lies in the fact that the Russian authorities themselves created this most acute problem, which directly threatens the national security of Russia, undermines its defense capability (the creation of the “fifth column” in the rear), threatens the territorial integrity of the state. Instead of directing all efforts to increasing the number of Russians and other indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation, whose numbers are declining, the authorities took the easy way out and decided to massively invite migrants. Although the recipes for increasing the population are quite simple: a decisive fight against drugs and dope, the development of mass physical culture, the culture of a healthy lifestyle; availability of work in the village and small towns; development of transport, industrial and social infrastructure; affordable housing for young families (manor type); the prohibition of abortion (I must honestly admit that this is a murder of a person); active propaganda of a large family; the fight against information viruses that call for life for pleasure, for the sake of themselves, childless or same-sex "family".
However, the authorities went the other way, taking as an example the “successful” experience of European states. In July, 2001, the Ministry of Federation Affairs, National and Migration Policy adopted the concept of the so-called. replacement migration. Some experts suggested to officials that in order to maintain the population of the Russian Federation at the level of 140 million people, with the Russian extinction rate continuing, it is necessary to import 700 - 1 million migrants to the country every year. In addition, the officials did not want to work among the Russian communities of the post-Soviet republics, create normal conditions for them to live in Russia, look for work, provide housing, and a school and kindergartens for children. Therefore, they preferred to solve the problem not at the expense of high-quality and ethnically close migration, but of mass, with other ethnic and cultural roots. This ministry has disappeared, but the idea of substitute migration has proved strikingly resilient and has flourished to date.
In 2011, the State Duma amended the Law on the Citizenship of the Russian Federation, which significantly expanded the meaning of the term “compatriot”. In addition, in the year 2012 several attempts were made to introduce a law on migration amnesty. At the same time, all kinds of private steps are being taken, which should be calmed down by protests of opponents of mass migration, such as the Russian language exam, stories, the foundations of Russian legislation for migrants.
It should be noted that in Russia, migrants have many defenders among government officials, among experts, and human rights defenders. While the majority of Russian citizens are wary of mass migration, officials and experts come up with new ways to legalize it. So recently there was a proposal to automatically give a residence permit in Russia to children of migrants who graduated from schools in our country. And it is not necessary to complete the entire course of the 11-year-round; it is enough to unlearn the last 3-4 of the year. A residence permit will be an annex to the certificate. Such a proposal was announced at a meeting of the demographic section of the Central House of Scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where materials were presented on the status of migrant women in the Russian Federation. Experts believe that several years of study at a Russian school will be enough for a child from a migrant family to “switch over” to traditional values for modern Russia. However, this is doubtful, the example of Europe shows that in the presence of significant communities of fellow countrymen, migrants retain their identity and even begin to gradually change the cultural look of the surrounding space. Only individual representatives of other ethnic groups are quickly assimilated. It is necessary to take into account the fact that Russian society itself has greatly degraded in recent decades and cannot offer an attractive image of a “bright future” to migrants; there’s simply no sense in Russifying for them. Many Russians themselves turn into "Europeans", people living only the material side of life, unprincipled, fixated on consumption. Many representatives of Russian youth who regularly consume alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, with a low culture of behavior and speech (“non-barbarian”), leading a promiscuous sex life, as in a primitive herd, cause quite understandable aversion among Muslims. Naturally, immigrants do not want to see their children like this; they prefer to maintain their lifestyle.
The problem of visiting children appeared when migrants realized that it was possible to come to Russia not only alone for work, but also with families, wives and children. Wives will also be able to find work, there will be additional income. And children are taken to kindergartens, schools. In addition, Russia gives birth free of charge, there is a more or less developed infrastructure (easy access to water, electricity, gas supply). All this is paid by the Russian society, which contains all these systems. As a result, every year more and more women began to come to Russia to earn money. According to official data of the Federal Migration Service, they make up approximately 14% of the total number of migrants, but according to independent experts, they are already of the order of 30%. They are mainly employed in the service sector, trade, construction and repair. Most often, women come from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine. Middle age - 35 years. Most of them have vocational education, about 10% - higher education, but few get their jobs by profession. Most women with children (more than a third of these) travel to Russia, hoping to stay. At the same time, 27% of children attend kindergartens in Russia, and schools - 79%.
Experts recommend that the authorities pay attention to the children of migrants, and teachers work with them. In particular, it is advised not to link the education of children and the presence of long-term registration with parents; reach children with the Universal Education Information Database; make free medical care and medical examination for them. And then give citizenship in a simplified version.
Obviously, this practice will immediately lead to a number of negative consequences. First, the flow of migrants will be increased. This is a great perspective. First, children will receive citizenship, and then it will be necessary to “reunite families”. Secondly, this will automatically lead to a fall in the general level of education in Russian schools, which are already experiencing not the best years. This fact has already been proven by numerous examples where children of migrants make up a noticeable percentage in schools in Moscow and the Moscow region. In addition, teachers will be forced to additionally work with such students, pull them up, which will adversely affect other students. The Russian educational system is based on equating the teacher to the lagging student. In addition, in schools, the number of conflict situations is increasing, along the lines of student-student, student – teacher and teacher – parents. Third, the burden on the budget will increase.
Another serious consequence of the float of migrants is the increase in the number of ethnic conflicts. An example would be the village of Kurmanayevo of the Nurlatsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan, where there was a conflict between the indigenous Tatar population and Tajik migrants. Kurmanaevo is one of the oldest Tatar villages of the Volga region, it was founded at the beginning of the 17 century and was one of the Islamic centers of Zakamye in the beginning of the 20 century. It all started in 2005, when Ahmed Khudoev moved to the village with several wives and 14 children. Other Tajik families began to move to the village. At first, local officials and local Muslim clergy helped Tajiks, who prescribed Tajiks in their homes, guided by “Muslim solidarity”. Interestingly, the locals do not believe in the disinterestedness of the Muslim clergy, as well as local officials. Currently, 712 people live in the village: the overwhelming majority are Tatars, there are several Chuvash, and 5 Tajik families (40-50 people). 11 Tajik families are planning to move.
Indigenous people accuse Tajiks of not wanting to “live like everyone else”, preserving their customs and perceptions of behavior. In particular, most local girls, including high school girls, have already been sexually harassed. Attempts by local "put in place" presumptuous aliens immediately stopped by local authorities and police. They always stand on the side of the “oppressed minority” in such conflicts, calling for tolerance. The visitors use this “roof” very skillfully, at the very first threat they call the police and file complaints. Rural leaders prefer not to interfere. According to villagers, the chairman of the village council, Farida Vafina, is already in tacit agreement with visitors.
Tajik adolescents are already simply threatening Tatar peers: "There will soon be a second Tajikistan, and if you do, then we will cut you all off." At the same time, frequent clashes, harassment of girls and girls. Attempts by teachers to influence children through parents failed. When Ahmed Khudoevu complained about his children, he began to curse, accusing the English teacher of nationalism and xenophobia. Physical education teacher Aslyam Kabirov separated the two boys, the Tajik child complained to his parents, he was promptly taken to the clinic in the regional center, and a certificate of the beatings was issued. As a result, teachers were accused of violence. Although the witnesses claim that he only separated the fighters.
The question of the incomes of the Tajiks is also interesting. They are actively buying housing in the village, but officially only one adult is listed as a shepherd. The sources of other income are unknown. In general, the situation in the Tatar village is already strongly reminiscent of the development of interethnic conflict in Kondopoga, which received a nationwide resonance. According to local residents: “If the federal authorities do nothing, then there will be war. We want one thing - let them leave here, every single one. ”
The situation in Kurmanaevo is a typical plot of the “Yugoslav (Kosovo) scenario”. Russia will face the same fate if we continue to allow the country to slide into the past, to import millions of immigrants alien to our civilization.
