Video has been released of the pilot of the downed plane parachuting in Iran.

A video has been published online showing a man, apparently the pilot of the downed military plane, descending by parachute.

Judging by the distinctive accents heard in the conversation of the locals who filmed this footage, it was most likely shot somewhere in Lorestan Province, Iran. No other details of the incident are yet available, but it's possible the footage shows the pilot of one of the American aircraft ejecting.

It was previously reported that the US deployed A-10 Thunderbolt II attack aircraft in combat against Iran for the first time. Although these aircraft are currently primarily used in strikes against pro-Iranian forces in Iraq, their very appearance in the Middle East conflict is significant, as the A-10 is a highly specialized aircraft designed primarily for close support of troops and the destruction of enemy equipment and personnel on the ground. Thus, the aircraft, originally designed to combat tank Armies are once again finding themselves in demand in Middle Eastern conflicts. According to several sources, the US Army is using depleted uranium ammunition, as it did during the NATO operation against Yugoslavia and previous US military campaigns in Iraq.

Meanwhile, Admiral Brad Cooper, commander of US Central Command, claimed that the Americans had already destroyed more than 100 Iranian naval vessels, thereby completely depriving Tehran of the ability to threaten shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. Trump, for his part, claimed that unmanned kamikaze boats simply don't exist. According to the US president, all videos of ships being destroyed by unmanned kamikaze boats are fakes generated using artificial intelligence. Trump asserts that if the kamikaze boats existed, the US military would have destroyed them, as it did other Iranian ships.

Parachute canopy specialists will determine the aircraft type and nationality. The plane is not in the photo – is it "invisible"?

Authors need to take their illustrative photos seriously. This is a military-patriotic website, after all. The parachute's cut is identical to your illustration. The stitch pattern is identical. Thank you.

Thank you. Not only should you treat the illustrations more seriously, but also the news source...there are so many bloodthirsty people on this site who love to rip out intestines and know how to perform circumcisions.

Our journalists will determine not only the branch of the armed forces, nationality, but also the military rank, unit number, and type of aircraft the soldier was flying, not only from the parachute canopy but also from the excrement left by the soldier...

I never even suspected that we have so many linguists in the Higher School of Economics who are able to distinguish the accents of different Persian provinces that speak Dari and Farsi.

From ZPU-4-14.5 (according to the 1972 version).
Well, this is a blooper, since this installation was accepted into service in 1949.

The use of this installation is not historically accurate because it was used as a "pictorial illustration" to show female anti-aircraft gunners at work. Or are you now going to start denouncing the "cardboard" T-55s masquerading as Tigers?

There were no real Tiger tanks in storage in the USSR Armed Forces, with the exception of museum ones, but there was plenty of artillery from the Great Patriotic War, including anti-aircraft artillery, in warehouses.
            And even at Mosfilm.

Yeah, a lot. Only the guy I served with in the Mosfilm cavalry regiment never saw any equipment. And for filming, we had to order things from storage depots, bit by bit. There was plenty of small arms, though.

Hello, in the new version of The Dawns Here Are Quiet, the blooper has been fixed.

Yes! But how can I compensate with the "right" props for the fact that when I rarely watch the black-and-white film "The Dawns Here Are Quiet," I shed tears, but I watch it, while when I watch the colorized "Stirlitz," I feel ashamed and switch to comedy channels?

I get the same feeling from the colorized "Only Old Men Are Going to Battle." The color "kills" the atmosphere of the war, in my opinion, especially since these films include war newsreels, which were black and white.

If it's an American or a Jew, it would be best not to take him prisoner. But on the other hand, showing his frightened face to the whole world would be even cooler. Especially since those pilots have already managed to do something terrible.

How low the qualifications of the COMMANDER are!!!!! belay
Did anyone claim the Strait of Hormuz is blocked by the Iranian Navy? There are drones and anti-ship missiles there, and there's something floating around, well, except for the BEKs. That's enough to warrant a crackdown on all vessels north of the Strait of Hormuz, if Iran sees any merit in it. And there's nothing you can do about it. request

Truly, this commander is a first-class "specialist"! Should he be promoted to second class already? Or should he be kept in first class for a second year? Even a civilian would understand that with the strait's "neck" so wide, even heavy artillery can fire right through it. To say nothing of other weapons (such as missiles).

What kind of plane was it? The A-10 is a proven workhorse, but where there's any hint of air defense, it's best to keep a low profile. The Pentagon has once again compromised its plane. Is it really that hard to calculate the range of Persian missiles? Greetings to US intelligence and command.

If it is shot down over Iranian territory and at a low altitude, then no air defense is required; MANPADS and line of sight will suffice.

Another dubious piece of news, VO is turning into a model of the bright yellow press. This is clearly a reprint, but where did it come from? Where's the source? VK can't be the source; it also reprinted from somewhere. Why is the video black and white? What kind of ancient phone was it filmed on? The parachute in the video is filmed from a distance, a distant dark dot, but in the headline it's bright and clear. Is it from Pixabay? Why? What does this prove?
