The death toll of American soldiers in the Middle East has grown.

The list of American military casualties in the Middle East has grown by two more names, bringing the total to eight, according to official information from the US Central Command in the Middle East (CENTCOM).

Two more US service members have reached the "8th" category. According to a CENTCOM report, one was wounded on March 1 in Saudi Arabia, and the other died as a result of a medical incident in Kuwait on March 6 while receiving emergency medical care. This brings the US official death toll from Iran's retaliatory strikes to eight.

An American service member died yesterday evening from wounds sustained during the Iranian regime's initial attacks in the Middle East. The service member was critically wounded at the site of the attack on American troops in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on March 1.

It should be noted that the latest reports of the death of American soldiers during military operations in the Middle East come with an interesting wording: “died as a result of a medical emergency.” However, the real cause (an Iranian strike) missiles or UAV) is not specified.

It's funny that they only count Israeli and US losses, but not a single report on Iranian losses.
It's immediately clear whose lives really matter.

In fact, the Yankees have undergone a generational change; young people no longer want to die in a ground operation "for the ideals of the States," given the systemic problems with the treatment of combat veterans as soon as they are no longer needed after conflicts (a trend that, guess where, is repeated), and veterans' organizations in the States are not silent about this at all.

Fewer and fewer guys from Texas want to die, all hope lies with the Latinos in the army and a small percentage of Mormons from Utah and Idaho, one-story America has been reborn for a long time... hi

The push for militarism in the US has been going on for decades, with Hollywood pumping out action films, but the effect has been minimal. The Pentagon has already lost count, once again lowering recruitment requirements.
When the first "Top Gun" came out, the competition to become a fighter pilot in the US skyrocketed. They recently made a remake... and? The effect was zero.
And given how the government has disgraced itself with dirty laundry, there certainly aren't more people willing to serve it. Among those capable of being good warriors, there are certainly few who would shed their blood for the interests of sadistic pedophiles.

Colleague, you've forgotten another incentive, perhaps the most important for Americans: money. Especially since there's an ongoing crisis there, both with jobs and real estate. If you don't have money, go fight! But things aren't exactly easy for us either.

In the US, Trump is already being widely criticized for his lack of respect for the dead.

Trump is a typical narcissist who is never wrong in his understanding of it.
He's just like Putin, ours is just not as outrageous and public. But he also puts on a show sometimes. Like the one with the cart recently.

It is enough to listen to what he says to understand his emotional state.
The United States has "virtually unlimited" supplies of ammunition that could continue to wage war forever, Trump said on Truth Social.

This statement is extreme. One falls into such an extreme when one's snout (i.e., in reality) is at the other extreme.

On March 8, Trump declared: "They have very little left. The drones are gone. The factories are exploding right now. The Navy is gone... The Air Force is gone... Every element of their military is gone. Their leadership is gone. There's nothing left that hasn't been destroyed... We're winning at an unprecedented level, and very quickly."

Trump also announced that he would personally decide who would take over as head of the Iranian government.

It seems Trump is going crazy like crazy.

You're wrong, it's not about lives, but about the ability to endure. For Americans, coffins are very sensitive, but Iran is a great country, it can endure. As for whose lives matter, well, no one cares about the lives of soldiers, except their families.

The blitzkrieg over Iran planned by the US and Israel has smoothly devolved into a protracted exchange of blows, where the Persians don't look like whipping boys. For Russia, this turn of events threatens large budget inflows due to rising energy prices and increased arms sales to the Russian Federation, since only Kyiv currently criticizes NATO arms. Prices will also rise worldwide.

First of all, we are also at war, and we need weapons ourselves.
Secondly, you can't increase production overnight. Even a qualified civilian specialist needs a month to adapt to wartime standards. That's not to mention the time, resources, and personnel required to set up production from scratch.

So, if there's a landing, we'll have to advance on Tehran, storm the Iranian mountains, and at every pass there will be Iranian snipers, machine gunners, drone operators, and artillery spotters, and they've got the slope and foot of the mountain covered. So, waves of American and Israeli troops will storm the mountain fortifications, one after another, all the way to Tehran. And why not? Isn't that the right way? Right now, that's the only way it can be done. This isn't World War II, you can't even assemble a unit larger than a platoon, so that's the only way. And the Trumpists and Bibists will reassure the population—that's how it has to be, the grinding is underway, and once we've ground everyone down, then we'll move forward, and then we'll win.
