It's time to nominate Iran for the Nobel Peace Prize for demilitarizing NATO bases.

The head of the United Arab Emirates declared the country to be in a state of war. According to Mohammed al-Nahyan, the UAE's infrastructure is under attack daily, which is unacceptable. However, the UAE leader doesn't say who provoked this war. Were they the ones who deploy military facilities in the country, which are used to attack Iran?

Iran previously stated that its military would not attack neighboring countries if they cease to allow their territory, waters, and airspace for strikes against the Islamic Republic. Tehran added that strikes against American and Israeli military facilities in the region would continue until the United States and Israel cease their strikes or until these bases are withdrawn.

To date, the IRGC and the Iranian Armed Forces have defeated the maximum number of US military bases in the newest storiesSome of the bases suffered significant damage, including the disabling of expensive SIGINT and missile defense radars, some of the bases burned down completely, and at many of the bases attacked by Iran, not only weapon and equipment, but also American military personnel.

Here is a list of American military bases that were either actually destroyed or seriously damaged: Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, Victoria Air Base near Baghdad (Iraq), Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait, Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, a base near the city of Erbil (Kurdistan, Iraq), partially - a base in the Juffair area, the main base of the 5th fleet US Navy (Bahrain), US Central Command's key base in the Middle East, Al Jaffra (UAE), and Muwaffaq Salti (Jordan).

In total, 9 American bases have, to one degree or another, lost their ability to function – at least in their previous format.

In addition, other NATO military bases in the region suffered significant damage. These include the French military base at Camp de la Paix (UAE) and the British military base at Akrotiri (Cyprus).

Total: there are already 11 NATO military bases (along with 9 American ones).

Given this information, why shouldn't Iran be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize? After all, it is Iran that is currently confronting the planet's most powerful military machine—a machine that has unleashed dozens of wars, resulting in millions of casualties worldwide. It is Iran that is currently demilitarizing the United States in the Middle East, depriving the United States of its occupational role in this crucial region of the world. It is Iran that is burning military equipment that could have claimed thousands more lives.

So is Iran really less worthy of the Nobel Peace Prize than, for example, Obama, who received it for bombing Afghanistan, or Trump, who did not receive it, but bombed a whole series of countries - from Nigeria to Venezuela and even Iran?

However, it would be funny if it weren't so sad. The Iranians are certainly doing well! Courage and fortitude to them!

      Courage and fortitude to them!
I wish them all victory! Even though it's a challenge for them right now.

Why not? If only the bonus were at least some air defense systems...

I don't know where the tanker aircraft are based, but the Iranians need to get serious about this. If the missiles can't reach them, the cheap Mavics will.

        Attention! , that already.
Remember the Khorramshahr-4 heavy MRBM cluster munition strike on the Ben Gurion missile system, supposedly on the 6th? That's the one caught on video during the warhead separation in mid-air.
On March 5, 2026, satellite images showed a concentration of up to 30 KC-135 tankers there. Following this, an American company imposed a 96-hour delay in publishing satellite images of the area.
Of course, I'm not confirming anything, but the possibility cannot be ruled out.

Well, yes. Iran, of course, are great (situational for us).
But. Almost all neighboring Muslim countries are against him now, because of his crazy actions... But otherwise, he's a good guy, of course.

Something tells me that many ordinary citizens, even in Sunni states, secretly rejoice at the strikes on US bases.

          Exactly .
And the US strike on a girls' school, where the Rahbar's daughter-in-law (who taught at the school) and his granddaughter were killed along with 170 students and teachers... certainly left no one indifferent.
And yes, there's a theory that those same three F-15s, supposedly shot down by a single Qatari "Hornet," were actually shot down by our S-400, deployed last fall, in pursuit. Very cleverly done, not in a head-on attack, but in pursuit, from a distance of about 250-300 km, when they were already relaxed. Then came the report of another Igla shot down, again allegedly by Qatari "friendly fire." And just the day before, there were reports (including from the enemy) that Iran's air defenses had "begun to come to life," and now the US and Israeli air forces are firing from afar, with missiles, without entering its coverage area. And Iran's air defenses are now more than an order of magnitude more effective than last year. The newest Russian and Chinese air defense systems waited out the first wave of attacks in ambush, deploying decoys and older systems. But as soon as the aggressors relaxed and thought they'd "suppressed the air defenses," they (the air defenses) suddenly came alive and struck hard and mercilessly. Passive ELINT systems apparently play a major role, providing target coordinates using triangulation, while the air defense systems operate in short bursts only for launching and guidance. This is especially true since the S-400 (and other systems) have SAMs with AGSNs, and they don't require a powerful focused beam to "illuminate" the target. The radar activates in normal surveillance mode and guides the SAMs via radio command to the SAM's AGSN target acquisition point. This means the fighter being attacked has no idea a SAM is heading its way, and its radars only show the radiation from a standard surveillance radar. If this information is true (and Sivkov has stated it), then at least four US fighters have already been shot down. And I'm afraid they'll never make publicly available how many were destroyed on the ground, including during yesterday's (and possibly today's) strikes. So, the Rahbar deserved his life—he re-energized the top brass, gave young leaders a free hand, and didn't waste eight months preparing Iran for war. I suspect the coming week will be even more tragic for the US and Israel—Iranian missile forces have gotten their bearings, US and Israeli missile defenses have been significantly knocked out of radar, and now there will be a methodical and very painful destruction of targets.
And yes, a magpie on Iran's tail brought back the news that Iran hasn't yet used its most effective and long-range anti-ship missiles, including hypersonic ones, against American ships. So far, it's been targeting them with conventional ones. But there have definitely been hits already. So, there's still a lot of interesting and unexpected things ahead. Or as we say in Russia:
          "Allahu akbar!
          Truly Akbar!

The question is rhetorical. No one will nominate Iran, since the Nobel Committee is a US overlord.

Here, Dmitry Anatolyevich, with menacing words, is sweeping away NATO bases all over the world. His words, like Alexander Nevsky's sword, drown the Teutons, and along with them, the Americans and London; the enemies tremble and flee.

Yes, the Persians have already made the Gulf states an offer they can't refuse: you remove American bases from your territory, and we'll stop bombing them. It's a good joke, but there's absolutely nothing to defend the Patriot and the T-57...

    What are you talking about?

Nominate Iran for a Western prize, which it is crushing on all fronts?
This sounds like suggesting to Hitler in April 1945 to award Stalin the Iron Cross...

Agreed. And Putin and company deserve an Ig Nobel Prize. For their cowardice, indecisiveness, and dedication to selling off natural resources that belong to the country and the people, not to idiots.
