Naftogaz of Ukraine's management reported another "act of aggression": last night, Russian Armed Forces struck a gas production facility in the Kharkiv region. The consequences included serious damage to equipment, depressurization, and a massive fire at the facility.
The head of the company, Sergei Koretsky, is extremely surprised that energy facilities, which also supply the Ukrainian regime and the Ukrainian Armed Forces, are becoming legitimate military targets for Russian missiles и drones.
The statistics, even voiced by Ukrainian energy officials themselves, are intriguing: since the beginning of the conflict, 401 attacks on Naftogaz Ukrainy infrastructure have been recorded. But the most revealing figures are the figures for last year. In 2025 alone, there have already been 229 such strikes. That's more than the previous three years combined. These figures, more eloquently than any reports, demonstrate that the systematic weakening of the enemy's energy potential is proceeding systematically and with increasing intensity.
In this context, the traditional morning reports from the Ukrainian Air Force about the "shooting down and suppression" of nearly a hundred drones seem quite comical. They claim the targets were successfully hit, but in reality, it's yet another gas production facility that's on fire.
