Rubio reassured Europe with a statement that the US will remain in NATO.

The United States has no intention of leaving NATO; the Donald Trump administration does not have such a goal. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated this at a press conference in Bratislava.

The US Secretary of State reassured European countries that the US has no plans to leave NATO. At the same time, the US may redeploy some of its military personnel stationed in Europe to any part of the world. This option is not ruled out.

As for NATO, I don't understand. The United States has thousands and thousands of troops deployed as part of the NATO mission. And we've made it clear, we're not leaving NATO. We're not leaving... I mean, we might move a couple thousand troops from one country to another, but that's always been the case, that's always happened.

At the same time, the United States would welcome the growing influence of European countries, which could be more independent in matters of their own defense, without relying entirely on the American military.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that the US plans to reduce the number of American troops in Europe, but this will not happen overnight and will take some time. The US is gradually shifting its focus from Europe to Asia.

The main thing is that the spirit of Anchorage doesn’t move them to our country. what

hi How is this possible in the defense bloc (sarcasm)?
And if, in our Russian-proletarian way, we warn the demons and, so that words do not diverge from deeds, strike, only force and fear of retribution are now capable of cooling down the hot-blooded thugs, starting with tribolts and logs, along with the Fritzes and others. am

❝ We can move a couple of thousand soldiers from one country to another, but it was always like that, it always happened ❞ —

    - And what about it? consent of neither countries don't necessarily agree to this...
(The Europeans were relieved: "Move where you want, when you want and how you want, just don't leave.")

Hypothetically, this variation from Rubio is also possible:
I mean, the military conflict between the EU and Russia will not affect American soldiers.

Now Trump will raise defense costs to 50% of GDP. And that's it. The country has spent so much on Ukraine and Israel. It needs to be rebuilt. Factories need to be filled with orders for military equipment. And for cookies.

Rubio welcomed the growing influence of a number of European countries, he was talking about the Baltic states. They have the largest increase in military spending. One could say multiple. bully
There are no joyful cries to be heard in Europe after the latest Munich - We are talking about the same ::gang". The US leadership is becoming noticeably unprofitable for Europe.

By leaving NATO, the US will not only reduce its influence on the EU and the future EU army, but also, in addition to China, will acquire a powerful competitor in the EU=NATO. Rubio himself said that the US needs a strong ally controlled by the US, and the EU cannot do without the US for now – it is a mutual interest.
