The FSB prevented a terrorist attack at a police station in Udmurtia.

In Udmurtia, FSB officers prevented a sabotage and terrorist attack. The detainee's target was the Mozhginsky Inter-Municipal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Mozhga. The perpetrator, a Russian citizen born in 1968, has previous convictions for terrorism and extremism.

In the garage of a 57-year-old repeat offender, detectives discovered a homemade explosive device. Nearby, they found an entire arsenal of weapons that could have been used to make a bomb. All the materials were seized, defused, and included in the case file. The suspect is awaiting further investigation.

A criminal case has been opened under two articles: preparation for a terrorist attack (Part 1 of Article 205 of the Russian Criminal Code) and illegal trafficking of explosive substances or devices (Part 1 of Article 222.1 of the Russian Criminal Code). Under the former, the maximum sentence is 20 years' imprisonment; under the latter, 8 years. Judging by the wording, the Investigative Department of the Udmurt Federal Security Service (FSB) is determined to prosecute.

Tellingly, the target was not chosen at random. Attacks on police departments and individual officers have become a favorite tactic in recent years for various "sleeper cells" and lone wolf groups inspired by online propaganda. The investigation will determine who exactly supplied the terrorist with the ideas, instructions, and materials for the bomb.

Only the Red Terror was able to stop the White Terror in its time. I don't understand why the terrorists from the Ukrainian Reich still fear nothing. Comrade Lenin's texts were made of metal, after all.

They won't strangle him earlier. But he'll die in a special regime zone.
He's 58 now, a quarter extra, and will be released at 83. He definitely won't last that long on prison vitamins. winked

They won't give him a quarter. He doesn't even have an attempt, but a preparatory charge. For an attempt, the maximum penalty is three-quarters of the maximum, and for a preparatory charge, no more than half.

Thus, for one article (205), he can get no more than 10 years, and for the second article (222.1), no more than 4 years. 10 + 4 = 14. Full sentence addition is almost never used; partial sentences are usually used. So, he'll most likely get 10-11 years of forced labor. But, yes, it'll be a special regime prison. Because this is a particularly dangerous repeat offender.

The defendant himself is awaiting investigative actions.

He's a repeat offender, and he's free. It's a mess, but it can be fixed; he's guaranteed a life sentence in a special-security prison.

    Terror is met with terror
    Don't give flowers to terrorists...
There shouldn't be a freak who
Maybe it's mean to kill like this...
And shooting your victim in the back
    Or just blow it up
By planting a mine in the victim's car,
Selling his soul to the devil...
But what if the creature has a soul?
This is a very big question for us...
But if that's how he kills people,
So he hasn't grown up to people...
Would crush him, but we can not -
    We are still compassionate,
As for me, so we need too,
Give the idiot death instead of prison!

All instructions come from Ukraine via the internet, primarily via the Telegram messenger. And we're outraged that they're spying on us. Let them spy, those who are supposed to. If you don't have malicious intent, there's nothing to fear. And the secret services aren't interested in your relationship with your married wife, unless, of course, she lives in Ukraine.

This is some kind of nonsense. Another "anti-crisis".

No need to shoot, the rope is cheaper and reusable.

A rope is good. That's what's needed. But it's hard to convince the law that the bastard tried to escape and shot back, which is why they strung the bastard up in self-defense.

Is it really impossible to keep such scum from being released from prison under some pretext, like they found something illegal during a search?

For the saboteurs who, against all odds, haven't been eliminated, and for the terrorists, if they can't be put under the watchtower, bring back hard labor. And make it so convincing that the criminals fully atone for their guilt within a year or three, even for the barbed wire, under a tombstone with a number. sad
